I have purchased a sony xperia m4 costing approx. Rs18000 on april 2016. However its has less features than any other brand of same price but i still purchased it by its brand name and its design.

After few days o[censored]sing it, i found that its microphone is not working in loud speaker mode. When i talked to the customer care of xperia, they suggested me for reset it. But problem was still persisting. Again i reset it via xperia companion, but it failed to resolve the microphone problem.

When i tried *#*#7378423#*#* this number and i found that its secondary microphone is not working and when i inform to customer about that they, they told me that can’t replace my mobile as they have 7 days return policy and i have to take to service centre.

New phone needs repair, wow!! We really appreciate you sony.

I am really regarded for buying sony xperia mobile phone; i think i have wasted my money. I read a lot of blog and post, i found that i am not only the one who is facing defect in sony product.


Sony, a brand from japan, which is well known for its quality products. It’s really shame on you sony, for producing such kind defect product.

    Hi i am jitendra singh from jaipur, my handset xperia c4 dual was switch off and not charging proper than i contact to sony service center on 26th may 16, after service center return my handset on 8th june 16 but problem still not resolve than i submit my handset again on 10th june 16 to the service center but this service center guys saying me that you opened your mobile thats by its not in the warrrenty period and it will be chargeble arount 10000/-, and they are returning my mobile in dead condition, sony service center is the wrost service center, i suggest please do not buy any sony mobile.

      I bought a psp E 1004 console through amazon. The bill was invoiced dated 15.6.2015 from one vovek computers trichy. However it display panel stopped working on 1st June 2016. It was taken to service centre in rajouri garden delhi on 11th June. They however refused to entertain the repair saying that the dealer was not on list and necessary approval has to be taken from sony company. They refuswd to provide any receipt for request and said that they will inform if reply is received from sony. It may be appreciated that the said machine is still in warranty and we have the invoice bill and the delivery note from amazon but still service is being refused may be deliberately. As after expiry of warranty the service centre would charge heftly for repairing the same. This is rather strange for big company like sony also trying to shprt charge its customer through service centre where no senior person is available to.discuss the issue.         Actuallt i am transfer from indore (m.p.) to surat gujrat
        In indore my pen drive hard ware cost is 3147 rs
        But in surat custemer care give me estimate 4200
        This 1200 difrence which is approx 30% diffrence
        Give me clearification
        And indore custemer care says me all india sony rate same
        Why i am giving more 1200 rs for it
        Why this type of person heres to custer

          I have purchased sony led 422b model one and half year back. Suddenly it is not working. After late visit of the person from sony centre told their is a fault in the board due to power failure. I want to know i have another two tv in my home, they are working from last 10 years. I have purchase the big brand sony led on instalment, i thought it will work for atleast more than 10years. But all worst. I will not recommend to buy sony product. Another hand we have purchased lg led which is working from since last 5 year in good condition.

            Hi,
            This is to inform you that today I have went to sony mobile service center-(Haapy Care, Nayapalli) for repair my handset at 01:55pm,
            But the executives are sited there behave like owner of the company and which way they are talking.
            Also like to inform you that if a customer drive to 15km with temperature of 38” C to your service then they cant wait for 5 min.
            In front of gate there have a board as there written the lunch break time from 01:00pm to 02:00 pm and then how come the change the timing from 2:00pm to 03:00pm,
            If the time has been changed then why this board was not rectified .
            I have requested them to entry my handset as it will take 5min to entire but they directly deny me and asked me to wait for 1hr or come after 3:00pm,
            Is it a service provide to customer.
            So requesting you to take appropriate action against it & or I will go to next step.

              It has been just 4 and 1/2 months i bought my phone. its under warranty. it suddenly switches off, this happened continuously for 2-3 days and then it was switched off permanently. the set is completely dead. i have given it for repair in sony repair centre since 5 days. i am trying to reach them via phone to know the status, but no ones answering my call. it looks that they are not bothered to answer or purposely doing it as it even showed busy. why is my call not answered on a working day in working hours. there is something very fishy about it. now i don't think i can trust them on fixing my phone or putting genuine parts in it. i want this matter to be taken seriously. please help me.

                Sir, I am having Xperia L c204, this phone is very very slow, two times flash this phone, but that was few days only good, after few days same problem. Now I am using contact, and call log that option is open very very slow. And some time that is automatically switch off. Mostly images and videos storage in sd card onl.. Please solve my problem. Because I am like Sony products.

                  My xperia z3 device got damaged so I got it replaced by paying 14000 for a refurbished phone from official service center. When I came home I noticed the back cover was lifting. Next day I went to the service center and asked them to take back for repair but they refused so I contacted the customer care of xperia so they convinced them to take it. After 5-6 days I recieved my phone back but again the same problem. I want my phone to be replaced! Email:[protected]@gmail.com

                      I bought xperia c4 dual in oct 2015
                      Due to touch issues i have given my phone to service center on june 4th 2016.
                      While giving my phone for service i requested service center to give me a loan mobile, to which they refused saying that repair will be done in 4 days.
                      When i contacted them on 8th june 2016. They were clueless about the status of phone

                        I have purchased sony xperia z3 on 20/04/2015 from dubai market. We were at comfort that since sony is in india, we will get services for our mobile phone even india from sony being global corporate. We have purchase this premium phone spending huge amount with trust that sony will provide services globally.

                        The phone was dropped accidentally from my hand in november 2015 and the screen got damaged. I visited sony service centre at vaishali sector 4 ghaziabad, for getting the screen changed but they refused to extend us services, since the phone was purchased from aboard, and not from india.

                        We asked them that we are ready pay the cost the cost of replacing screen, but they refused to give us services. Since then i am not able to use the phone for last six months.

                        I was forced to approach the local market for replacing the screen, after replacement of screen, the network of phone is not working. Please advise where can we get the phone repaired. My phone number is [protected].

                          A sony bravia tv was purchased from lulu hyper market, kuwait the supplier being supplying store co. W. L. L. On 17/8/2012. The model no. Is klv-32bx350 with sl. No.2016817. The tv since one month displays dual images after ten minutes of functioning. Hence the authorised service centre here at palkkad, a-tech services was contacted and a complaint was lodged on 20/5/2016. The service engineer attended and i was told the panel has to be changed. Upon my confirmation i was told to deposit a cash of rs.5000/ for placing a order for panel which was done by me on 30/5/2016. However on 02/6/2016 after the service engnieer's visit i was informed that since the tv was purchased outside india the parts could are not available and the only option is to go for an exchange of tv with any sony seller for a discounted rate on exchange. Further i enquired at coimbatore as an authorised service centre is available there as per the international warranty card given to me along with the product. Further i called your toll free number who on hearing me suggested of contacting you for reddressal of my grievance.
                          I am surprised and aggrieved as i could not get a replacement of panel like spare for a product from an esteemed company like sony. I hope an earlier solution to my problem from your end. My job no. Is j61200240 and cash deposit date is 30/2/2016.

                            I had submitted my xperia z2 at your parshwa services vadodara on 6th may 2016 and till now i didn’t receive the same. There is issue in charging point, mic is not working properly on call and sim card is not detected.
                            I had called several times to service center but i am not getting properly answer from them. Every time when i call to service center there is always a new story they told me.
                            Even they did not know where’s my handset is in ahmedabad or in company? Now i am really fed up by taking follow up for the same.

                              I have bought sony bravia lcd tv on jan 1st 2015 it worked properly and started to show problems on may12 2016, it suddenly got switched off, we lodged a complaint[protected] the techinician said you need to replace the main board and it will cost you 7-8k, sir we bought your product with so much trust and you tell your customer to pay 8k and get repaired you know it seriously breaks our trusts that we had on you, if you give warrenty of one year and say you warrnty is completed and need to pay money, we dont buy products for one year sir, we cant evven afford that huge amounts for repair... Finally its in your hands to make our trust or break our trust... But i[censored]s breaks our trust i think there wont be any sony products in our big family... I guess we want you to repair our tv with as less as possible.. You know being a middle class family 8k is a big amount for me so please kindly solve my prob

                                  I have facing a problem regarding sony experia t3 c5102b touch is not working properly, phone is switch off and on automatically and the main isssue that sim is not working i go to care centre 2 times but facing with same problem.                                     Bought an xperia m4 aqua 5 months back. Gave heating issues from the very next day (Thought they will be fixed with the update but it never got fixed). Two months o[censored]sage and the rear camera is gone (Gives camera error on opening the app). Now even mic doesn't work during calls.
                                    Had complained it on company website and through mail but no response. Got as an automated response from sony india stating "we will endeavor to respond to your query within next 48 hours" but they never came back.
                                    Its been more than 2 working weeks since i've raised this issue, all i got as a response is to do a software repair myself that too after describing in brief that i've already tried that one out. Never expected such a careless and unprofessional behavior.

                                    After digging on their forum (Which is full of similar cpmlaints), its pretty clear that this camera and mic problems are in the whole xperia m4 aqua manufacturing lot and are not being taken care seriously by sony. I dont want to get stuck in the never ending cycle of giving phone for repairs multiple times as they already did to few customers who reported the same.

                                      Actually i have problem regarding Sony xperia Z5 E6683 still in warranty and its slip in water so it's not working now as said by Sony agent when i Bought it they said it totally Waterproof so how it not working even my phone not stay more then 1 minute in water i picked up suddenly after it slop in water but the problem is that i'm going continuously at sony Service center at M-24-27, Sar Corporate center, Nr Rajkumar cinema, Shatri Road, Udhana Darwaja, Ring Road, Gujarat, Surat-395002. They are give me bill of 27, 000 for parts include in phone but sir if its in warranty and even it waterproof so how can they say me for money and forever it 27, 000 rs, Sir it's humble request please handle it very well they are taking sony in law rate because it's not joke...
                                      Still my process is on going but i'm not going to pay again for this becauseit's in warranty and even Waterproof..                                         There was a white dot in TV screen and it started spreading gradually and so we raised a complaint on 18-Apr which was attended on the same date. They said the screen has to be replaced and they will place an order for the screen.
                                        Subsequently they took our tv for servicing only on 26-May-2016 (it took 1 month and 10 days) to recv a tv part, ridiculous. After which there were no calls from the service centre abt returning the TV. After we called they said they will fix the issue and give us the next day which is unethical. Very bad servicing and the life of Sony parts or the TV is very bad. We purchased only in 2010 but till date we have given it for servicing thrice which is awful
