Dear sir / madam,

This is regarding my mobile model no:e236 (Aqua m4)
On 8th june i had given for the service, the problem was with the mic & 2nd sim network. The voice was very low & the network for 2nd sim was showing only 50%- 60%. The ticket id :[protected] dtd: 8th june 2016.

On 13th june 2016, they said it was ready, but on that day the problem was not resolved, same problem was continued & now the 1st sim was showing only 50% - 60% network, once again i had given it for the service with the ticket id : [protected].


On 21st june 2016, they said it was ready, once again it is the same problem. Once again i gave to the service centre he made something & gave me, but only 50% of the voice could have been heard, so i called to the customer care ([protected]), mr bhaskar took my called and now he suggested me to go to the other service centre, but now the warranty is also expired what should i do?

Now once again i have given back the mobile for the servicing, iam really annoyed, is this the quality of service you people give?

    This is to bring in the notice of sony experia company that I Monila bought a brand new sony experia C 4 dual from faridkot punjab in the month of august 2015. After 6 months its touch got disfunctional and i sent it to service centre una himachal. After getting so called repaired it agian showed the same problem within 1 week. To my despair i again sent the phone for repair to faridkot sony service centre..this time they claimed to replace the front touch screen..after one week i got my phone back but it showed the same problem within 10 days..i want to tell that my phone is within one uear warranty and i want that my phone should b replaced with a new one as problem is not being solved. This time no fake promises as i have lost many contacts and many useful information.. Plz the so called renowed sony experia take some steps to help us out.otherwise things can get worsen from our side.

      Dear sir, i am dr swapnanjali avhad, md physician, from aurangabad, maharashtra. People buy sony mobile for being a reputed company and the one i bought from sony is just a junk.
      As i had a trust in the quality and the services offered by sony, i had purchased a sony experia m4 dual aqua on 18th october 2015 from reliance digital shop in city centre mall, nashik, maharashtra. To my sheer disappointment, the mobile started giving problems from the very next month itself. The problems i faced were over heating while using during the calls, the battery backup was poor and the phone used to go off any time never to start up again unless given to service centre.
      Till date in last 8 months i have visited the sony authorised service centre in aurangabad many times. The centre named mobile solutions, dwarika complex, jalna road aurangabad and i have submitted my mobile 3 times in the service centre for these problems. The service centre people just format my mobile every time (All 3 times), saying the problem is solved. But the problem still persists. Once the battery reaches zero, the mobile shuts off and never starts again even after charging for hours. Every time the mobile shuts down, does not starts again and i have to format it. Details of me submitting the mobile in the service centre - 1) job no. W[protected], 27th jan 2016

      Can you imagine the problem faced by a reputed practising doctor, when her mobile get formatted every month? I lose all my important stored numbers, i lose all the data i have about my patients and i lose all important text messages which my hospitals and other related institutions send me. I lose all reminders, all appointment data which gives me lot of professional losses. Very disgusted, i pity on my decision to choose sony mobile.
      Third time when i submitted my mobile, i was told that the mother body of the mobile was changed assuring me that no further problem will arise still the very next month similar problem has started. Since i purchased the mobile is with the service center for longer duration than with me. This is very disgusting and pathetic on the part of sony international.
      The point is, i have been given a faulty manufactured piece at beginning or your authorized service center in aurangabad is just substandard and filled with unskilled staff who cannot recognize the problem in the mobile handset. I request you for the replacement of this faulty piece with a brand new mobile considering the problems i faced using the mobile.
      I request you to look into the matter and replace my mobile handset with a brand new handset. I don’t want to repair this pathetic faulty handset anymore. This faulty handset has given me a lot of losses, both economical and with respect to the valuable information lost while formatting. I am so fed up with this kind of service offered by sony authorised service centers. If my complaints are not solved till satisfaction, i will be unwilling forced to take the help of consumer’s court for my monetary losses and the mental exhaustion caused by the company.
      I hope the problem will be solved by sony mobile company and this faulty piece will be replaced by a new one considering my losses.

        I ve purchased the above mentioned mobile in december 2015. I am not satisfied with the set. There is persistent problem. The touch screen is not working at all. Previously i have submitted the mobile set at the service center in raipur cg india in the month of april 2016. They kept the mobile for 15 odd days and then returned saying that it has been repaired. Now again the touch screen has stopped working. I have once again submitted the set at the service center today.
        I am facing lot of troubles owing to this. As you know all the contacts, office details, mails etc are managed through this only. So kindly replace the set. Please do the needful.

          Hello team,
          sir after receiving your reference no.32722984 on date-june-12-2016 no action has not yet been taken.I have also personally contacted on phone but it is to dismay nothing has been done till now.
          I have visited authorized service center 3-4 times but their attitude is quite disgusting and embarrassing so please help me in this regard.And do the needful expeditiously otherwise i will get disheartened for patronizing and promoting the use of sony products.
          After this if i receive no service i intimate you for further legal action on behalf of a prudential customer through consumer court.

          HELLO THERE,
          I'm Sandeep Jena having Sony VAIO submitted my laptop in authorised sony service centre 121, Saheed Nagar, Ground Floor, BHUBANESWAR as i was facing system slow, hanging issue and overheating issue, wifi connected bt still internet does not works properly shows error that there war connetion lost likewise.
          I have submitted my laptop on 7-6-2016 they called me to collect my laptop on 8-6-2016 at 12:30pm(approx).
          But till now i'm facing same problem.My laptop is in warranty period.Please take some action to recrify my issue.

            I have Sony z5 premium dual mobile with in warranty till 11 month 2016. I had went to service centre to repair by paying for back door broken but they are saying z5 premium dual is not repairable. We will exchange by paying 18000.we will provide demo set for exchange for 18000 what is this... Why should I pay. I had warranty.. And I am paying for back door. This is not normal set to live. It this is one of top mobile in Sony. Or I wll exchange for paying some amount for next high end mobile

              I am a constant sony user. I used to buy sony products even though its price range is bit high. Cause of the quality product they sold. But I bought Xperia M5 on 9/6/2016 but the set that i got was a defect piece. I started getting more and more problems day by day and when I was able to understand whats happening to the phone. I went to the service center on 18/6/2016. But they can't give a replacement. Reason was I should have gone there within 7 days of purchasing. How the hell can i get to know the problem of that phone within 7 days. I need a replacement or refund. Otherwise you would lose another sony user forever

                I purchased sony xperia z1 on date 4 June 2015 and after some month battery problems in it. I went to sony service center on date 10 may 2016 and till one month did not respond suddenly call me your mobile panel corner is break. Can be break when open back panel you have been pay 1500 rupees for back panel. I say done. Today suddenly call me your estimed price is 4000 rupees I said why will pay 4000 my mobile in warranty. Not get warranty causes Your back panel is crack. I knew back panel cost is 900 to 1200 but why give extra cost.

                  I purchase sony m5 mobile on 16.04.2016 from sangeetha mobile outlet, but 17.04.2016 i find the back panel pimping and i will go to sericve centre on 19.04.2016 & mobile will be replaced by vigneshwar service (Sony) centre on 23.04.2016.

                  But with one week the new mobile has dust in primary camera lens, i submit mobile to vigneshwar service koramangala bangalore on 11.05.2016, they will clean the camera lens and return the mobile on 18.05.2016.

                  But with 9 days the same problem occurs and i submit the mobile to same service centre on 28.05.2016 and i receive a message from sony your mobile mobile ready to collect on 06.06.2016.

                  On 07.06.2016 while collecting my mobile i find a 3 dents (Damage) on mobile corner..

                  So i am not receive mobile damaged mobile and i am unable to trust sony mobiles i want to refund of my cash

                    i purched a new phone two month ago sony c4 dual .and in this two month this handset i submitted four times on service center .
                    after again again they repair my handset but its again effected .last four time i am facing same problem but they didnt provided me satishfacotry revert .
                    i purched this handset in 21000 nd i didnt use this 21 days properly .
                    now i need new handset otherwise refund .

                      I given my sony c4 for repairing and they give me stand by cell phone to use that was already defaulted. As per my information the 1sim slot is not working and other sim is not getting the card only .sony customer service people telling me that this is damage by me so please check with this complent and tell staff to talk properly with the customers

                        I have purchased a sony xperia m5 mobile on 6th march 2016 in poorvika showroom kodambakkam... Within 5 days mobile back glass burst out due to heat and again in a couple of months there was a problem in touch screen. Sony is a reputed branded company in the market... Based on this i have purchased sony mobile and facing so much problems in the mobile. When it is comes to customer service it is very much worst. Its really redulas. It what basis we can purchase or recommend you brand? I have used so many other brand mobile but this is the first time am facing this type of problems. If this type of complains arise in newly purchased mobile means how people can trust your brand? In my own experience i will never recommend sony mobile to anyone... I need a quick response and necessary action to be taken against this mail.

                          Hi,
                          I bought sony 43w800c which has 3d functionality but its been 2 months and i am not able to get the 3D glasses anywhere as its not available country wide, when i contacted customer care they told me to place an order with sony center, from last month every week i am going to sony center to get the glasses but every time they say the the stock is over.
                          i feel sony is cheating its customers by not providing the accessories and what is the point of having a 3D TV without using its functionality.

                          I want the 3D glasses ASAP

                            Sir/madam,
                            This is in reference to my sony m4 aqua dual which was purchased on 25/10/15 and was taken to the service centre with the display problem but the service centre refused to accept it stating that it is out of warranty and water indicator is red. Despite the fact that mobile handset was not immersed in water. Secondly this m4 aqua dual mobile handset is water resistant according to company product information then how can leakage be there showing that there is defect in the mobile
                            Earlier the set was submitted twice to the sevice centre. First time for the same display problem on 25/4/16 with job no w[protected] and received on 12/5/16 and second time with the camera problem submitted on 16/5/16 with job no w[protected].
                            Looking forward to intervene into the matter.

                              My Sony TV model KDL46W700A Serial No. 4309898 display panel ran into problem for the past 2 months. It was a 2 years old TV and got it for almost 90K. With in 2 years it ran into issue and the Sony Service people say it would cost 30K to replace the panel. This is not fair and being a reputed brand they can not have this kind of quality. Why I am saying this is this is my 3rd Sony TV which is running into issue. The other 2 are not yet resolved.

                                I gave my phone for service at one of the Sony Service Centre. Service personnel told that it will take 15 working days to repair. But, when I call a 20 days after they mentioned it will be done in another 5 days. when I called on 25th day all of sudden they started saying that they started repair 1 day before and it will take another 7 days to finish.

                                  Hi i bought a sony led 55 inch tv on jan 15th, but the tv is not working just after 3 months (Red light blinking). I filed a complaint on april 16th and the same is assigned to sony center in alwarthirunagar. It is 3 months now and the issue is still not fixed. One of the service person came for checking and said the display is gone and we need to replace the display and that will be don in 4 to 6 days. It is been 2 months now and it is still not fixed. Now they are saying they will have to check the tv again but they do not have any senior technicians available to do the same. I am also not getting proper response from the service centre. I bought the tv for 1.75l and it is hardly used it for 3 months. I have most of my products from sony at home and this is the worst service i have ever seen.

                                    I have purchased sony dsc-h 70cyber-shot camera from your authorised shop at gokulpeth, nagpur (Maharashtra) on dt/16/06/2016 i had been there for purchasing a new battery pack for same. (Np-bg1) the sales person had behaved adamantly and told that sony has stopped manufacturing the battery and hence it is not aviable. He also said that i can get that ay m/s altaf. H. Vali stpres nagpur1). Pl confirm whether sony has really stopped manu facturing. 2) if so how can it be aviable at another shop.3) also pl verify attitude of sales person as he was negative, non cooerative and this will bring bad name to sony.4) can the battery be arranged for me? I am ready to pay the cost as i had gone for purchasing the same

                                      I had ordered for a sony cybershot camera one usb connector
                                      last month. The connector has come to the service centre
                                      i had paid an advance of rs 1500/- while placing order last month
                                      they called me to collect the same, i had misplaced the order sheet they gave and when i told them, the man who is incharge for payment refused to hand over the usb connector since i dod not produce the order sheet given by them.. I had to give a writtewn complaint stating i have misplaced the same and i am ready to pay the balance amount and i have come here to collect
                                      the accounts man ravi refused to give me the usb connector and he insisted that i have to produce the order sheet failing which he will not give me the usb connector, there was no manager, i wrote a complaint stating that ravi has refused to hand over the connector for my camera since i did not produce order sheet, even a white paper to give a complaint was refusewd by the staff of the service centre at jayanagar, 27th cross, i showed my address and tel no which was reflecting in computer when ravi opened the computer, still he insisted, as a matter of fact if a person loses a credit card bank gives them a new duplicate card, what is wrong in handing over the usb when i will acknowledge the same, you are requested to deliver the same to my house, i wrote a complaint and came home, pl take action and advise staff not to behave in this fashion, i am an ex scientist from atomic energy estt and there is nothing wrong in they honouring my words and hence i request you to advise your staff to hand over the same to my residence and collect the balance amount and oblige, thanking you, with regards, r.Venugopal, 14, geetha colony, 27th b cross, 10th main, jayanagar iv block, bangalore and my tel nos are[protected] and mobile [protected]

                                        This is with reference to the sony bravia television purchased by us on the 2nd of october, 2015 from the croma outlet at bandra link square mall. The following are the details of the purchase and that of the product:

                                        Promised date : 3rd october, 2015

                                        The copy of the invoice/bill is also attached hereto.

                                        Apart from the existing one year warranty, we also paid for an extended warranty of one year and thus our warranty extends from 3rd october, 2015 to 2nd october, 2017.
                                        On sunday june 12th, 2016 the television suddenly stopped functioning and we lodged a complaint with croma on the same day. The customer service executive said that the technician will visit within 2 days and he came on tuesday 14th june. After examination he said that the mother board of the tv is dysfunctional/defective and that it needs to replaced. He informed us that he has immediately placed a requisition for the same and that he will get the necessary part within 4-5 days.
                                        As you are aware, the mother board constitutes the most important part of the smart tv. The very reason for buying an electronic product from a reputed company like sony, at a high price of rs. 85, 405/-, is so that we do not face such severe situations. As a disappointed customer, i would request you for a replacement of the tv instead of a part change, especially since it is such a significant part of it.
