Dear sir, i visited sony world showroom at mall road amritsar.on 31st dec 2015 i was to buy 8 hd televisions for big size.sales person noted model no.s which i choose & he told that will provide quotation with discounted prices for bulk order within 2 days .after 2 days not got any response on 5th jan 2016 i again visited for quotation they told that will mail by that evening.today on 11th jan i again called for quotation they told had misplaced called "parchi" where they noted my order is this the way to note orders .it was really very bad experience with sony

    Sir, I have purchased a 40 " sony bravia led tv in march 2012. the tv started showing lines in display with loss of colour patterns in feb 2015. ai purchased the same from Bismi home applainces, ernakulam . i contacted them and they give a toll free no and I called them and told about the complaint they said that they will inform about it later. After some days they called me and was told that their authorised service people Madonna company will call me . they called after some days (by the time the 3 yrs has already over) and told me that the technician will come and inspect it . he came and inspected and told me that the panel is gone you have to replace the panel.and it will cost about 21000 rupees! Sir I have paid 56000 rupees for this TV and i have to pay 21000 again to get it repaired !!Can you do some thing to solve the issue so that it will be repaired and the popularity of sony remain intact ?

        I had given my TV set bearing model no KLV-32EX330 and SL No 3257147 to repair at your Agartala Servicing center in October 2015 and after a week firstly they told me to pay them 10030 rupees for repairing the tv, again they told me to provide them 12030 instead of 10030 rupees. I did the same and I was told that I would be given a new tv in place of the old one within a maximum period of 15 days. But now, whenever I call them they tell me, I will be given a new one this or that day. I am totally confused what is going on, please suggest me what should I do?

          1. 07-Oct’15 : Handset Purchased 2. 10-Oct’15 : complain of extra heating & Reset to factory mode lodged online: Was told that this is not serious problem and may be software upgrade issue. 3. 15-Oct’1t : Recurring problem of Auto Reset to factory mode. Handset Submitted to Vashi Service. They re-installed the Software and said nothing wrong with the mobile. 4. 31-Oct’15 : Recurring problem of Auto Reset to factory mode .Handset submitted for repair Work Order No. - W[protected]. Some parts changed after keeping the handset for @10 days. 5. 19-Dec’15 : Recurring problem of Auto Reset to factory mode. This time service center advised that there no issue with the hardware and the issues is due to usage of SD Card (Class 8). a) After that used mobile without SD card. b) Used without any new additional downloaded app c) Again the problem surfaced. 6. 02-Jan’16 : Recurring problem of Auto Reset to factory mode: Service Job No. W[protected]. As per latest information, you are again replacing parts. My question to Sony: 1. All the solutions provided earlier for “Recurring problem of Auto Reset to factory mode” were given blindly and parts replaced were without any logic. If had identified the issue and replaced the parts accordingly then why the same issue is re surfacing again and again? 2. Again you are trying to replace parts that clearly states that earlier parts replaced were without any logic. 3. Are your doing some R& D with my mobile? Please do it, I would be glad, sent it to your R&D center but for God sake give me a new hand set. 4. From the trail of incidences can’t you figure out that the handset is a faulty one ( Factory default piece)

            I regret to say I have had the worst experience with Sony India. I don't think i will ever be willing to be associated with any other product of Sony in my life again and I will suggest my friends to don’t buy phones from sony. Keeping patience is having its own heights, why am i saying this let me be very much clear regarding this. I have purchased SONY Mobile Xeperia M5 for 32000 in the month of Sep on 12 Sep 2015, details of my phone are IMEI No. [protected] After using it for some days I am facing some issues like, its display get a Red spot on it, Micro speaker not working, Automatically get hanged & Screean got blank, for these reasons I have already given my phone to your service centre for three times and still the problem remains the same. It is fourth time that I have given my phone to your service centre, Service ID W[protected], they came up with a resolution to change the display but your service centre is not having display at their service centre from last one month, now tell me I have paid 32000 to use this phone or to keep it at your service centre. I have got the most annoying casual reply from from service center that the phone will repair in next 5 days and your phone submit in Sony company. I want to ask a question from the sony co. that You open the service center to give services to the customer or to trouble them….??? As my experience says the same. Non-Availality of the display parts is not my problem. It is Sony responsibility to give the phone back to customer in time. “Either you replace the phone or get it repaired”. Today I had a word with one of your service centre executive and he told me Mr. Arvind will get in touch with you from service centre with a solution but still no response from them. SONY Company and your SONY centre is lacking some were. I don’t want repaired phone now as I don’t have time to waste like this, and to solve the issues and contact the service center again.               We would like to inform you the followings for corrective action immediately. 1. We have purchased one TV Type X8500 FROM Tinsukia, Assam at a cost of Rs 88, 000/-(Rupees Eighty Eight Thousand Only) through Sony authorized representative Mr Abhishek ( Phone No- [protected]) 2. We have opted to buy this particular Television at a high cost because a. It is of Sony make 4 K Reality b. It is which my daughter is in dire need owing it as it is with much needed in built 3-D facility (As explained by Mr Abhishek ( Phone No- [protected]) c. And also based on national wide advertisement given by Sony that There shall be special Festive offer with 2 sets of 3D Glasses worth Rs 3998/-(As explained and demonstrated by Mr Abhishek ( Phone No- [protected]) d. And some discount was given on MRP of Rs 92, 900/- . However I regret to inform that even after elapse of almost 1 month I am yet to receive 2 sets of 3D Glasses. I am further disturbed when M/S Sony representative Mr Abhishek communicated to us bluntly that above TV brand TV Type X8500 is not having 3D facility. This is totally against the minimum business ethics and we are finding it difficult to believe that a company of International repute and esteemed company like M/S Sony can go down to such a level to increase their business share.

                Please find the attachment of my service job sheet. I have given the mobile for service on 14th Jan, 2015. I have done lot of followups on this.. Still now they did not done any service... They kept mobile with them only without servicing it.. Its very strange.. They are checking my patience.. when i call or visit service center the employee over there will be changing... everone are putting on others head. Its been almost ony year, still I have not received my mobile from them. Please take necessary action on R-Logic Technology and inform them to repair and give my 20, 00Rs worth Sony ST18i or I need any sony mobile of worth 20, 000Rs. my contact no - [protected]

                  Ad purchased a sony play station 4 from HongKong in March 2015 with a valid Invoice. Recently the console just turned off suddenly and since then doesn't turn on. Had taken it to a Sony service center where they informed that it will not be repaired but can only be replaced and I'll have to pay 70% of the Present cost for replacing the unit.. Name of the Service center Contacted: Krish Electronics, Mhb colony, Malad East. This am finding very absurd and hard to digest as always trusted brand Sony, as it being such a reputed company and had purchased the gaming console keeping he same trust in mind as had myself had an experience when my imported sony handycam was repaired FOC, as the problem detected was found to be a faulty part and there were many similar complaints... This had increased my trust in the brand for keeping the customers satisfaction in mind and accepting their own mistake. In this case when I browse the net, the problem of Ps4 not turning on with blue light coming on for a second with a beep is very prevalent and is being faced by a number of customers. Even the playstation Forum have many customers complaining about the same problem. I expect Sony to have the unit atleast repaired as have not brought a unbranded Chinese product from the road side that has no warranty if it breaks down, have brought a product of a highly branded company by paying a large amount irrespective of which country I have purchased it from, have brought it legally and it should be made serviceable as the defect is most probably due some defective manufactured part and not from the consumers end.                     Dear sir, i have purchased sony mobile on 15th august 2015 and the model name xperia m4 aqua model no e2363 from the day one i has the proble mof heating rapidly and by foour months i has stopped working, i went to a service center named smart services vijayawada and they said that this piece has to sent to company to resolve the problem and also said that it will take 20 working days to return. here my problem is why this company released such a phone with poor conditions it stopped working in four months how can i trust this company if the same problem repeats. i have to wait for another 20 working days to resolve it. why dont u disclose all these terms while selling a mobile to me. how can this company justify me for the money i spent to it.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, The [Consumer Rights Act / Sale of Goods Act 1979] makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the phone replaced or refunded and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next 4 days. This is not fair, I am dissatisfied. My unresolved complaint was my device very highly heating and Ear Proximity Sensor Not Work (The complaint was later date: 23 December, 2015 at service center. Also mailed [protected]@sony.co.in on date 28 December, 2015 with softcopy of the invoice and the service job sheet for your reference and now current complaint date is 04 January, 2016. I want to inform you that I have faces many problems (very highly heating and Ear Proximity Sensor Not Work) my new phone. So requesting you kindly replace my phone, otherwise refund my amount of this phone. I had raise my problem in service center on date 28 December, 2015 but after 12 days I have't that any solution regarding my phone. Now I am so frusted or tired kindly consider my matter so important. Hope you will provide my solution as soon as. Will never want to continue with your Phone/Sony Company. I look forward to hearing from you. You should initially respond with an immediate solution to resolve the current issue. I'd be grateful if you could send a replacement or refund...                         I had bought a Sony xperia C3 phone on August 2015.. I had started facing problems within 3days. I submitted my phone to the service centre and then at the service centre i requested for a replacement but they didnot. They just did factory reset. They again I started having problem from the next day, I visited the kalpatru service centre kolkata, they kept my phone and changed it's Motherboard.. Then after 15days approx again I started facing problem they he changed my mother board again and my back and front pannel which changed my IMEI no.. Then again my phone started having issues then they changed my battery.. Even my earphone has been left.. Now tell me instead of changing all these they could have changed my phone! I trusted SONY but it has dissappointed me badly. I've been harassed so much..! This is the 3rd motherboard, 2nd battery, 2nd earphone nd 2nd front nd back pannel.. Now again I'm facing major issues in this phone! I'm not going to visit anymore service centre because it doesn't add to any solution but just harassment! SONY is taking my issue very lightly and just asking me to visit the service centre over and over again which is not adding any solution to me! I want a replacement or my money back! I've complained many times but they are taking it very casually! So please resolve my problem as soon as possible because it's out of my tolerance now!

                          It has been 3 days since I bought Sony LED tv and I have been told that a ticket 30004255 for installing it has been raised. But there is no proper response. Everyday I have been receiving phone calls from Sony representative that they will come but to only get disappointed. I am thinking May be I made a wrong decision choosing Sony. Why do I have to waste my time and money to buy a TV and put it in a corner of my house. Very unsatisfactory service from sony

                            This is to bring to your notice I purchased a Sony Xperia c5 mobile handset from one of your authorized dealers magnet mobiles on 11/11/2015, vide invoice no. VPM4/24337. IMEI no. [protected]. Immediately after the purchase, I found out that the touch pad of this phone was not working properly. I took my phone to one of your authorized service centre viz. Krish electronics on ( Vile Parle) 23/11/2015, and highlighted the issue to them. Job sheet no. W[protected]. The technician without even actually checking the problem just informed me that since the phone software was not upgraded, I was facing this problem. The service centre upgraded the software and guaranteed that the problem was taken care of and the phone was again in mint condition. But to my dismay, when I reached home, I found out that the problem still persisted. I immediately called up the service centre the next day to complain about the issue. I was asked to again go to the service centre. I again visited the service centre and this time round, the technician actually bothered to check my phone and found out that there was actually a problem with the touch screen and said that they will get the faulty part changed. Job sheet no. W[protected]. I got my phone back on 8/12/2015. Again after using for around 2-3 days, I started facing a new problem. The proximity censor of the phone isn't working and the screen flickers when you touch it for 3-5 seconds. I again visited the service centre on 19/12/2015 to get the checked. Job sheet no. W[protected]. The technician checked it and accepted that there was again a fault in the handset. I told him that I now want a new handset, as within a month of purchasing the new phone, I had to surrender my phone thrice to get it fixed. I have not received my phone back yet.

                              Dear Sir, I'm an owner of Sony Xperia Z3 D6653 which is a flagship model of Sony Mobile. Few days ago, I tried to test the waterproof feature of my phone as claimed by Sony by clicking some underwater pics inside the swimming pool on 31st January, 2015 afternoon. I made sure I followed all guidelines directed by Sony before doing so. I barely used it for 10-15 minutes in shallow depth and washed it with freshwater post use. As per Sony's claim, my phone is supposed to be waterproo[censored]p to a depth of 1.5 metres for a period of maximum 30 minutes and should be washed with freshwater after use i[censored]sed in swimming pools. However, after some time, I noticed that a particular area of my screen isn't responsive to touch. I also noticed bubbles inside my camera lens which went out after a few days. However, my screen isn't fully responsive yet. I went to the Sony Mobile Kolkata Service center, located at Rashbehari where they checked my USB flab and told me liquid has entered my phone and my warranty is invalid. I challenged them that my phone was used in accurate conditions as described in their official website, however they bluntly denied do any service or repair to me free of cost. I checked online and found many similar users who had been faced with exactly same issue. In some cases, Sony had provided replacement to them and in some cases they have not. The service centre personnel told me that if I feel it's not my fault I should contact sony directly, hence I contacted them but with no relief as they're repeating the same thing that they cannot accept my phone with warranty and do a repair or replace it free of charges and all services will be chargeable. I honestly feel this is a clear case of fraudulent marketing to sell products and charging the customers for their own defective product and I'm not responsible to pay for damages if I followed all guidelines as shown in their website. Thus, I want you on my behalf and everything at your power to serve justice to me as I feel it's unethical for a company of such large brand value to cheat customers and provide pathetic after-sales service. I need a replacement for my phone or a fix, free of cost as it's well under warranty. My phone was purchased on 8th July, 2015 and is under warranty. I'm attaching a document showing Sony's website's claim of Xperia Z3 being waterproof and also the terms and consitions to use it in water. Also, I'm attaching my purchase innvoice. I had raised Service request 1-[protected] to Sony and they bluntly telling me that service centers won't accept my warranty and in email they're asking me to visit the service center even after knowing I already did so. Request you to kindly follow up with Sony and serve me justice as this is an expensive model which I bought thinking the features as advertised were true but now I'm deeply regretting.                                 I have bought one Sony Xperia Z ultra set in March.There have been some issues in the set & I have submit the set to service center with in warranty period. At Sony's service center they kept my cell for repairing & assure me that same will get rectified with in a week. I keep on waiting, after a week I got the call that we are sorry we cant repair your cell, we will offer a replacement for same. I agreed on same..waited for another week...again received a call that replacement of same cell is not possible as stock is unavailable. We can suggest you some other cell like Sony Xperia Z1 of same price & features.I said ok kindly process then again I got a call that we cannot deliver you a fresh piece of the same, you have to manage with old Sony Xperia Z1 cell.My complaint is that why should I bear all these pain when I have invested a huge amount to buy a good product.this is reference no against my set W[protected].                                   We have purchased sony led kdl-42w670a on 17.10.2013. From 15th december2015 our tv is not working we phone to trichy sony office[protected] & 4542423 i was informed the technician would come on next monday (they told for thanjavur technicians visit only on monday)till date we did't get any response.We already appointed that sony products repair within two years is unexpected. I heard that the same problem occurred for this model and heavy loss.Kindly look in to the matter as early aias possible

                                    Sony Service Centre at Vaishali is providing shoddy service without proper analysis and not honoring their own words of 3 months repair warranty. LCD TV KLV 32V400A was repaired by them during October 2015 and the repair did not last even 2 - 3 days for which they were not willing to refund the amount paid for repair They are a number one cheater in service quality and honesty.
                                    Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Mi lcd tv purchase 2 years before price was Rs 29990/- few days before i have seen when tv runnig after 5 mints colour going to pink, please suggest how it is possible within 2 years?? i think Sony is one of the best brand in electronics brand, it is very painful for me. please suggest what to do?                                         I bought LED R562 Bravia Model in SONY Show Room at T Nagar Branch in Chennai on[protected]. I got TV from Show Room on Jan 2nd. But SONY installation person yet to come my home for Install process. Very very very poor response from SONY CUSTOMER CARE PERSON NAME : MAHER IN DELHI. i called customer care center @ 3 times on[protected]. But NO ONE COME TO INSTALL TV IN MY HOME. I am residing in CITY only. But NO response from Chennai Clarity services. Today is[protected]. I lost 4 days. Please do not buy SONY TV. MY name is Seetharaman and my phone number is : [protected] in Chennai.
