It is to inform you that I had purchased Sony Color LED T.V. bearing model No.KDL32EX420 IN5{LED T.V.} in Rs. 39, 000 from his authorized dealer namely, Iris Vision Pvt Ltd located at Patna vide invoice No.204835 dated 15.10.2011. Said set started giving trouble by frequently tripping and skipping the channel on all the slot of HDMI albeit it is functioning on audio video channel. On getting it checked by your service station located at Gaya as now I am residing at Sasaram, the service engineer reported that the mother board of the said set has become defunct and is required to be immediately changed, as it would also mar audio video channel at the cost of around Rs. 11, 000.
On getting the aforesaid report I was greatly surprised astonished and aggrieved as I had purchased T.V. of such a branded company like you at such a heavy price, to get its service hassle free for a long under impression that the performance of television of Sony company is good. It is long lasting and hassle free, but I found it otherwise. I am the old customer of gazette of the Sony Company besides the television set I have purchased radio, tape-recorder etc. I also convinced my acquaintance to purchase the gazette of this company. But the said incident has hurt me by core of my heart and now I am be forced to take recourse of Consumer Forum for redressal of my grievance and recovery of damages caused due to shock, trauma and grief sustained to get the snag developed in my aforesaid television rectified free of cost or replace it immediately else I will be constrained to take recourse of Consumer Forum for redressal of my grievance for damages caused to me as aforesaid at your cost...
