I have purchased a sony vaio laptop MODEL No. SVE1511AENB IN5 SERIAL NO. 7057934 on 11-FEB-2013. I have also purchased an extended warranty for 2 years. So intotal 3 years I have. After 2.5 years my laptop screen goes white frequently and got it normal after restarting the laptop. So I have visited the service center and they promised to rectify the issue. But I got the laptop back (after 15 Days) with the same issue. So again I have submitted the laptop with the service center (STAR Electronics Technical Team- naraina) and they are saying that they will now change the screen. They have diagnosed the issue in hardware related to screen and they have washed off all my data. So it means the first time they have completely ignored the screen issue. So is this is some policy of the sony to harass the customers. For Sure I will not recommend any of my friends and collegues and will raise this issue to senior management in sony corporation.

    On 6th Jan took my old camera battery to Sony shop, Anna Nagar to buy a new one. The sales person gave a battery after seeing old battery. Next day morning when I tried it was a different size as v we're going on holiday went to the shop to exchange the next morning but the battery was not available, the guy told to come next day to collect cash. As we came back on 17 I went to collect cash but the guy who sold the battery was very harsh and want the cover which was thrown in trash. If it is required you should have not accepted the other day. I don't need another battery as I have already purchased. Didn't expect such a behavior from Sony. Feeling ashamed for these cheap tactics from Sony for such a mere value.

      I purchased Sony Xperia Z ultra about an year ago. The rubber seal inside the charging port cap, which is supposed to protect the phone from water damage, broke. When I visited the service center, under warranty period, the service center officials told that they could not repair the same as don't have the spare parts and the product's spare parts would not be available as the company has discontinued manufacturing the product. I purchased the handset only and only because it was water proof. I am surprised to see that a Japanese multinational giant couldn't solve the problem. I would never recommend any one to buy Sony handset.

        Dear Sir/Mam, I(Mr. Praveen Kumar. Bhoga) have purchased Sony LED TV 24' KLV-24P413D with invoice no. UPL-2782 on[protected] at Pai International Electronics ltd, uppal, Hyderabad through Bajaj finance. I got SMS from Sony CC on[protected] at 4.06 pm stating that "Dear customer your service request ID 30197973 is assigned to See Balji Electronics;Hyderabad ph.no.[protected]/60". When I called to the above number they said that technician will come by tomorrow I.e.[protected]. But nobody has come till evening. When I called again, she said that by night 9 pm, he will come. After 9 pm, I went to the Pai International Electronics Ltd, uppal, Hyderabad and asked them. Then the people said by morning i.e.[protected] he will come even Sunday also technician will come. But when I called at 1 pm, the people from Pai telling that tomorrow will come as the technicians are not working on Sunday. As we are customers not getting proper response from your people and not getting the proper in time service, why should we purchase the TV from your Show room. We are not purchasing the TV for just keeping aside without installation for 3-4 days. Please take necessary action for your future customers. Thanks and regards Praveen Kumar. Bhoga [protected]

          Dear Sir, I am using SONY Bravia LED for last two years and recently it having display problem . So, I registered complaint vide no. 29883873 and service engineer visited to our house and take the charges but not able to identify the problem. I have been advised to take to LED to service center namely Start Electronics, Naraina Vihar Delhi. So, I took the LED there and have been told that panel is not working so, it has be replaced and you need to pay Rs.10, 800. Since they are asking for approval so, I done it. Now, after 12 days, they are saying that parts is not available with Sony, so please buy new LED and company will give you 25% discounts. So, please let me know that SONY brand doesn't have repairing facility and resolving the issue in this way only. I never expect such kind of services from SONY Brand. Please look into it and revert.             Hi Sony team,

            Let me just start here by expressing my dissatisfaction after purchasing your SONY M4 because it has resulted in much disappointment for me in short span of time (40 days to be precise) for reasons elaborated below.
            1. First complaint - On the 10th day of the continuous usage of the same handset, the mobile phone suddenly switched off on its own and the battery discharged completely, even though it had more than enough charge. Regarding this my understanding was that it may be due to some error, so I charged the device completely after which it started working the next day.
            2. Second complaint – on 20th day of the usage after the handset was purchased, the device suddenly became dead again and discharged completely. Then I, immediately submitted the device in the service center.
            The service center were unable to provide standby handset. Therefore I suffered a huge amount of loss until I was able to arrange another set for myself. Ignoring my personal request to not erase my important documents from the mobile, important data has been erased and the handset has been formatted by the folks at the service center. It has impacted largely in my current job tasks and I have lost a huge amount of credibility/responsibility due to this.
            3. Third complaint – On the 36th day of the purchase of the handset, even after proper servicing and repeated assurances of the people at the service center the handset is unable to operate properly. The same problem has happened and the mobile phone has become dead on several occasions during office hours and in between my important business meeting schedules. Before reaching service center I thought to inform them on the number provided on the internet so that I would get some standby handset after reaching there. I tried Mr Rahul's number for half an hour but he did not respond on it, this means there is no value for the customer in sony, also there is only 1 mobile number provided on the internet for the service center, is it means that sony is not at all caring about their customers.
            4. After reaching dadar west service center – as I mentioned I was in a hurry to attend my meeting, I requested the people who were sitting there to take down my complaints, but they took 45 minutes to entertain me. Also I have shown that my mobile was dead from last 1 hour and it was very still in a very heated state. They did not take down my complaint and mention it on the complaint list.
            5. Then they provided the standby handset to me. The card for the same was not a nano sim card, which they asked me to purchase from elsewhere. Is that not their responsibility to provide the holder(for the sim) as a standby. It took me another half an hour to arrange another holder and thus restart my mobile phone. I might have missed important business calls in that period. This could have been avoided only if they had provided the same.
            6. The expenditure of my of new holder and travel charges has incurred to be around Rs.2000/-. This are the additional charges that have resulted only after purchasing a wrong brand like yourself. I want my full compensation of expenditure incurred here .
            7.The standby phone which I have got is unable to open mobile date & the mobile wifi is getting on automatically in place of mobile date opening.3 days pass I am unable to open internet, due to which I lost a lot.
            8.3 days past from the day of submitting handset there is not any response from service center.
            In conclusion, I require a new handset of my choice because the M4 is now totally out of the question and I cant use it further.

              Dear Sir, on 4th january 2015, i, Abhishek Burnwal submitted my Xperia Z2 in Asansol Service centre as mobile screen was not working properly. they assure me that with 7 days same will be repaired. but till date no positive response received. whenever i called they ask for another 7 days. My job order is W[protected]. Please help me so i can get my phone at earliest.

                In last month when i reach to Bhopal customer care they don't have a window 7 OS AFTER that they install professional virsion . with that my laptop is not working properly .that i inform to him. they sad whenever i found window 7 i call u . when i again reached bhopal customer center they said "your hardisk is crash . becoz they dont have window 7.i m speechless and i waste my money.

                  I have purchased a PS3 in the month of September, the VGA cable is not working now..and the controller battery is getting exhausted too early. Went to Sony service station, they said, "we are not liable to the warranty of the product purchased from internet.."!!! WHAT TO DO??? Should I launch a complaint against them to the consumer fouram ??

                    Ive given my mobile to an authorised service center located at anna nagar (twice) to rectify the problem of not charging . i even had the battery relaced with a new one. still i have the problem of not charging . and i am not ready to make payments for it any more . i need it to b fixed .

                      Hello Sony, Yesterday I am done with Sony xperia c power button service at Hyderabad elephant towers The service is good but my concern is for a single power button they have charged 650 they provided a bill which is not computer generated I want response for this!!! Again will it take 650 for a single power button???

                        Bought TV of approx. Rs. 1 lacs. three years ago. TV Screen is not working properly. I complaint. and they visited and took a part with them. Its been 2 months now. Now they say I should buy new TV. and they will offer 25% discount. My point is the life of TV is supposed to be 15 years. But they are not able to service it and saying I should buy a new one and pay 75% price again!! Please help.

                          Hi I m Dr.shweta... I bought XPERIA ZL mobile before 2 years back, but from few days MIKEof my phone is not working properly, so I visited to Sony service center of bhopal and they told me that xperia zl phone is unable to open, they said only solution is you can choose any Sony phone n company will contribute 20% of MRP of that new phone. My problem is that I am not able to pay 80% for new phone. I[censored]r Co. Is ready to give 50% discount on new Sony mobile than I can manage rest 50%, or company repair the handset even I m ready for it.. Thx n Rgds.

                              Please do not ever buy Sony LCD TV or if you decide to buy one, do not stay near Vaishali Ghaziabad. Sony Service Centre (J P Electonics) Vaishali Ghaziabad is cheating customers under the grab of frivolous repairs and Sony's Management in India is openly supporting them. The staff is totally unaware of proper diagnosis of problems in LCD TV and they will research through hit and trial method for repair on customer's money.

Sir, It is to inform you that I had purchased Sony Color LED T.V. bearing model No.KDL32EX420 IN5{LED T.V.} in Rs. 39, 000 from his authorized dealer namely, Iris Vision Pvt Ltd located at Patna vide invoice No.204835 dated 15.10.2011. Said set started giving trouble by frequently tripping and skipping the channel on all the slot of HDMI albeit it is functioning on audio video channel. On getting it checked by your service station located at Gaya as now I am residing at Sasaram, the service engineer reported that the mother board of the said set has become defunct and is required to be immediately changed, as it would also mar audio video channel at the cost of around Rs. 11, 000. On getting the aforesaid report I was greatly surprised astonished and aggrieved as I had purchased T.V. of such a branded company like you at such a heavy price, to get its service hassle free for a long under impression that the performance of television of Sony company is good. It is long lasting and hassle free, but I found it otherwise. I am the old customer of gazette of the Sony Company besides the television set I have purchased radio, tape-recorder etc. I also convinced my acquaintance to purchase the gazette of this company. But the said incident has hurt me by core of my heart and now I am be forced to take recourse of Consumer Forum for redressal of my grievance and recovery of damages caused due to shock, trauma and grief sustained to get the snag developed in my aforesaid television rectified free of cost or replace it immediately else I will be constrained to take recourse of Consumer Forum for redressal of my grievance for damages caused to me as aforesaid at your cost...                                     My phone Sony c6902 was damaged accidently and I visit Sony service center and the representatives asked me that it will be replaced by a new one for a consideration of rs 9000/. But they handed me over a refurbished phone which was faulty and again that asked me to provide a new but again they provide a faulty phone which again was held with them. I am suffering from last 1 and half month. I want them to replace my phone as soon as possible by a new phone.

                                      I have purchased sony xperia m5 dual gold on 29th November 2015 . I got problems in my handset. I am a service personnel so due to sailing I was unable to register complain and this process cross 8 days so care centre told me they can exchange any set within one week of purchase but mine is crossed the time limit. They said they will send for repair. Then I submitted it. I got it on 30th December 2015. After 24 days and next day same problem occurred and set was submitted again on 31st December 2015. I got it on 11th January 2016. Means after 12 days and it have now problem of quick battery drain. I m just fed up of this handset. I purchased a headache from Sony paying 33, 250/- . I am humble requested you to change the set please. I am so unhappy that I have purchased 1st time sony product and it was in custody of care centre much more days than me. I had kept it for only 9 or 10 days. But it was in care for 31 or 32 days. Please replace it sir.

                                        I've brought Sony Xperia z1c6902 dated 15/1/2015.from Delhi dwarka sector 12. I live in dehradun identify to Sony center to put memory card in phone but they said the phone is internal damage. And told Sony Xperia Z1 does not open /repair. Identify to Delhi Sony center they told the part will replace but you have to pay Rs 15000/ My phone was in warranty. But if you pay then we replace/ or repair I can not do any help. So I want to go consumer court to file a case against Sony Mobile Compeny for to get customer right. Yours truly.
