I had purchased a Sony Xperia M5(model no.-E5663) phone from a sony center in Lucknow on 24th October 2015. But that phone is creating many problems: it is over heating when continuously used for 25 to 30 minutes and the contents in the memory card are automatically being deleted on the next when saved, the battery is only working for 2 hours when i play games or listen songs. I want the payment which I paid for the phone to be refunded.

      My Phone stopped working on 17th November & we submitted it doe repair under warranty at the Service Centre in Pune, Maharashtra. They kept the phone for three weeks and returned it saying that that the phone had sustained water damage and cannot be replaced or repaired. After reaching home, I kept the phone in sunlight for one hour and was able to start it when I connected it to a charger. However, the on-off swtich is now not functioning, because the service center personnel pressed it too hard too may times leading to its failure.         Hello I'm using sony xperia z ultra and having some minor issues. I went to service centre and they said as it is under warranty you will get a new replacement phone with in a week. Its almost a month completed and no reply from their end. When i called them the representative said, same handset is not available and you can go for other refurbised phone from us. Now this is some really pathetic as my phone was in brand new condition. Such a aweful service they have. Please help with this issue.

          I had brought Sony Xperia m4 aqua dual at starting day it self the phone is hanging and I went to service center there is no problem in your phone he said again and again by itself it is shutdowns when I'm using the phone by itself shutdowns so I need to exchange my phone or else I need my money back this is a failure model. I prove it

            I had purchased one Z3 Compact mobile handset costing Rs.26000/- on 16/11/2015 from Sony Centre, Bapujinagar, Bhubaneswar vide invoice No-2055 (item No[protected], Reference No-[protected]). The company was demonstrating this as water proof one. However, unfortunately this set stopped functioning from 26/11/2015 i.e. ten days after the purchase. While I approached the sony service centre on dt.28/11/2015, they took my hand set and returned it on 09/12/2015 refusing replace of the set nor repairing it saying that it is damaged by water. Sony, the branded name, has nothing to do any compensation to me. In this regard do I expect any fruitful resolution to my dissatisfaction and financial loss ? My contact No -[protected]

              I purchased Sony LCD TV- KLV 24EX430 IN5 in may'13. After 3 month TV was not switching on. Engg. came and changed whole the internal kit. Now again the same problem occurred in new kit and TV is out of warranty. I have to pay much repairing cost. Really it was very very bad experience about the Sony product. I'll neither purchase any Sony product in life nor advice to any other.

                I have bought above mentioned phone on 13-October-2015 from Ganpati Mobile centre in lucknow. The delivered product had enormous defects as i have no option than to use this defected product i continued to use it. This was not the end to my suffering caused due to my belief on your brand. I am pretty much discontented with the product which i received. Some how i used it for some time and finally it stop working within one month of service; on 07-December i submitted it to your service center with service id - [protected], was just hoping that your company will at-least provide a decent service and deliver me a repaired phone with maximum of 7 day. there was no followup from your side the casual and irresponsible approach is undetectable. Finally on 22 December(After 16 days) i got a call from service center that my phone has been repaired, although this was pretty shameful on your part that your phone required a repair within one month of service. Finally i received the phone again they have not done anything on that phone it was as if it has been kept in the desk and thinking me as a fool. Again the phone is with them now it is already so many days past. Now i don’t need this phone please kindly show some respect towards my suffering and refund me the amount which i have spent on your phone. I won’t end this here will bring this up on every customer complaint forum. I have been given a bugged phone that required repair within one month o[censored]se and the great service desk is not able to get it repaired after more than three weeks.

                  I bought sony xperia m5 on 10 December 2015 but in 10 days only it started creating problems. Phone has very slow processing, battery draining very fast and also phone gets charged in a very long time. Phone hangs a lot.screen gets black out many times on its own..I also went to service centre but my problem was not solved.please look in to the matter and do needful as early as possible.

                    I have purchsed sony xperia d2302 model 8 months back. two months back phone automatically shut down.service center change mother board. again after one month same complaint .Again service center changed mother board. Now on 24th december again same complaint and submitted to service center. they take complaint against service id no.[protected]. I think there is some manufacturing defect. Please change my mobile set.

                      Service Centre at Vaishali IA very casual in diagnosing problem of LCD television and they do not honor guarantee of 3 months on repairs. They will also not hesitate in telling blatant lie that they did not repair the TV when they are asked to refund for repair which did not work. Local Sony executive is working hand in gloves with the agency as they are keeping him fully satisfied.

                          We had purchased sony 40' led tv from croma. We registered complain in croma for non working of tv. Through job no j53312234 dt 12/12/2015. On 14 dec engineer from krish electronic visited our site & told mother board is having problem & need to be replaced. He replaced it by taking charge of rs 7010/- receipt no 9670. Still problems was not solved than we complain again on 16 dec again engineer visited & told tv need to be taken to service center for checking. On 17 dec they took tv to their service center. On daily follow up with their representative mr sachin we has not giving us detail & estimation till 23 dec. When we contacted sony helpline they said estimate was generated on 21 dec only but mr sachin has not telling us. On repeated call back from past 4 days on 23 dec he told me estimate is ready & is of rs 1304/-. We told them to change it than he is saying now part is not available need more 7 days time. Till date matter is unsolved. According to us their is no problem in mother board. Problem is only with this sensor which they are replacing now. But they are not ready to accept it. So now please tell me what to do?

                            My TV got some kind of audio problem so we sent it for servicing on 9th of December. After a week they called saying they will require a part replacement and for that they will need advance for ordering and the part may come aftr 10 days from ordering. I agreed for that also. Its 25th today, they haven't even come for taking the advance, giving very disappointing excuses such as they were busy. This is highly disgraceful and intolerable.i even complained to the company they say they will come and get the advance, its been more than 3 days still no one has come. With this kind of service I'm pretty sure i would never buy any product from this company and would never recommend also. Very much disappointed.

                                SONY OFFICIALS, , PLS READ THE BELOW EXPERIENCE... I will detail you my experience. I am Arun Menon from Cochin. I brought Sony Xperia Z3, and it was working fine.. after 6 months it started showing complaints... The service centre executives at Cochin office (Madona service centre) told me that its a minor complaint and they cured the defect. After 1 month, same issue continued... Still the issue is continuing... Service centre guys ( I am not mentioning their names) are of the view that " Sir since u bought it for 50 K, ur loss... Why should we bother... " Before expiring the warranty, the set got complaint... I told them clearly that to ensure the defect seen will not repeat in future.. The Madonna Executive, told " Sir now its ok". I got the phone back after 3rd REPAIRING services on 16.11.2015... On 01.12.2015, the phone showed the same issues... Now its with them for past 23 Days... they at last told me " Sir, we got approval to give you a new phone..." I told " Ok. I will come...". The Branch Manager confessed me that " Sir, the phone to be handed over to me is a SOME ONE USED OLD PHONE"... How will I accept the same... Pls advise...

                                    Like many complaints seen in this forum, I too have the same display problem with the same model of Sony Tv. I suspect the so called model is display defective. I have already paid Rs 1599 for the display repair once and again with in 1 day of rectification my TV got another display problem . Now they are asking to change the display panel which is costing more than 20000. See to that justification is done to customers who bought this model of TV made by Sony.

                                      Bought Sony t3 on 23rd April 2015, after week starting hang up, got set exchanged from services centre. Since then given 3 times for repair, in 8 months. Hang up, caller cannt hear voice re-eco, sensor not working, call cannot end up, charging issues, got dead and mother board has to be changed. . I am Apple user and took Sony for first time seeing brand image. But cannt expect this pathetic problems day I got it . Brand like Sony have these kind of products, please help me in changing my hand set.

                                        AM aneesh, i have received call from one person named(Umesh-[protected]) said that my mobile no. is selected in lucky draw and won sony xperia T3 mobile and asked all my details regarding the delivery.And said that i need to pay Rs.2900/- at the time of order delivery.I have received the item today[protected]but i received Idols(Laxmi Yantram and other)..I am requesting to Indian consumer complaints form to take severe action on the frauds who cheated me and others also. I request you to please refund my money back.
