I purchase a handset of Sony m4 aqua at 13/11/2015 handset have default problem but due to i m working so far so i deposit in service center at 08/12/2015 they told me it will take 2 days to resolve your problem but today is 23rd dec. 2015 still they are not saying that when they can Deliver my handset. kindly help me as soon as possible.     I have a complaint against a Sony product i bought in 2013. It was sony water proof mp3 player(NWZ-W273SBM1E) from e bay. Ever since, i have been getting it replaced every 6 months due to faulty charging cord. It also remains undetected on computer. Pls find attached warranty. When i asked for my money back after endless trips to Sony service station, the exec told me that there would be no reimbursement and that the product could be replaced with a new one. It has already been replaced twice and now the third time, I have exhausted my warranty by a few days (its valid till November 2015 only). I am told that the product could be repaired changing lower that usual fee (and that too is not confirmed). My question is: why should I pay to get repaired a faulty designed product? How can the same issue arise thrice? Why doesn’t the company admit that there is a design issue and discontinue the product instead of selling it to gullible customers? Why am I not being refunded for a product I hardly used?

      I purchased SONY LED BRAVIA TV model KDL-43W950C on 28.8.2015. Always there is a problem that, automatically it get switched off and switched on imediately & this will happen every 40 minutes. Many times approached customer care, just simply they informed that update the software by download the software from website, instead of taking a compliant & resolve it. Still for last 4 months, this problem exist and my friends & Collegues informed that, due to the said problem, picture tube will get destroyed/damaged. Since, service was not given till date, now my TV its in a bad condition/got damaged. Hence, i request you to replace my LED TV. Thanks & Regards Madhan CS Mb.No.[protected]

          I went to Sony Authorized Service Centre to repair my laptop having some issues.The issues are resolved after 2 times I went there.But the Battery backup is reduced after their service.I spoke with Customer Care and Service centre People, but they are not responding properly and they are telling that battery issues are not come under Extended Warranty. But this is happened after the service by Sony people.

              I am writing this complaint because i still feel SONY is the BEST. I purchased Sony Bravia TV from Agra Model 32EX420 Serial No 2452128 in Oct 2011. The panel got faulty first in yr 2013 this was replaced as it was under warranty, again it got faulty in 2014 where it was again replaced. Now again it 2015 it got faulty. I feel that your this piece is defective and i can't afford to pay Rs 15000/- (approx) every year. I have given this TV for repair to Ultimate Services, Sony Auth service center Panchkula, Haryana. Contact no[protected], [protected]. My submission is as follows:- a) Replace panel without any charges. b) I am ready to replace this set with 43W800C TV if offered reasonable and affordable value of this set. c) Replace it with new set.                   Am recently purchased one Sony LED 28 inch TV 412 model on[protected] and ask for wall mount installation but still on[protected] no one comes to me it is soooooo bad experience from sony Brand. Full negligence about customers. And even in this package there is no wall mount stand is it in that package then i contact here any private persons and installing the Wall Mount. Am so Angry about this.

                    My first experience with Sony Bravia is a complete dis-satisfaction. Niether i would buy any Sony product in future nor i would recommend it. Just to give details, the picture on Bravia BX-400 is distorted with black color replaced by green intermittently, within 4 years o[censored]sage & the repair cost quoted is 1/3rd to 1/2 of the TV price. That too with a surge suppressor & stabiliser protection provided to TV. The initial high price for Sony was paid thinking there will be no major service expenditure for at least 8-10 years. But it was a big disappointment, instead the earlier Samsung product seems more reliable at a lower price, working fine without even stabiliser. So thank you & Bye to Sony.

                    This is what happening for my Sony LED TV now. Don't know what to do.
                    They will ask us to pay 25k for panel & service charges additional. I bought Lloyd make LCD TV for 27k with & returned this sony tv in buyback scheme. Last 3+ years no problem with it. It is not work spending 50k+ for sony, when they cant ensure a life of atleast 5 years.

                      Hello Sony India, I am very disappointed with the service( Service centre: AP Network Services, Vikas marg, Delhi) you provided me for my TV set(Model No:- KLV-32CX350).First of all i did'nt expected that a Sony branded Tv set will be needing service within 3 years of purchase.Secondly the engineer which examine the Set instantly told us that their is a problem in PCB and thus its needed to be replaced with a new one which costs around 6K.But the problem arises within a month and a half of replacing the old PCB .So we called the the engineer from your authorised service centre again as its in 3 month warranty period but now your engineer say this problem was due to power supply board and its needs to be repaired and this is my main disappointment.I WANT my Rs 6000 back now

                        Being the No.1 Retailer in Television industry customers like us can expect a bit of added bonus from Sony. I am having a LED set purchased 3 years back only but suddenly some problem I am facing with double image. Your engineer came and told picture tube needs to be replaced without opening the panel. and also he said it will cost around 12k. This is too much. I can not expect a Sony Tv needs to be repaired within 3 years. and that too costing 12k.. Even Being a corporate guy our company was thinking to buy a bulk of Sony Tv sets but I need to rethink and have to inform my management authority unless you can do a favor for me.                           I pratik monpara had booked a ticket number [protected] regarding the problem of xperia p in starting (switching on) on 16.12.2015 after explaining everything regarding the issue in the restarting of xperia p to your customer care executive and on that basis i had been given the above ticket number. Accordingly i had talk with the service station " jay shree electronics, city- rajkot-360005, state- gujarat, phone :[protected]" at 1:00 pm on the very same day and booked my appointment at 5:15 p.m. but when i went to service station at 5:15 p.m and told them about the issue of phone they didn't even touch the phone and suggested me to get the phone be repaired from anywhere else rather than from their service station.and i told them that how could the authorized service station told me that i have to repair my phone from any other private repairing center. And then the staff told me that our service station software is damaged since day before yesterday and it will be get repaired by next week. The same thing they should have to inform me earlier when i had call them in the afternoon because i have to take leave from my office to submit the phone. So then i told them to accept my phone and gave me when it will be repaired because the above mentioned ticket number will be active for the next 7 days only but they had not received my phone and gave lathargic reply. I had already discussed the same matter with you customer care executive on yesterday (17.12.2015 @ 5:00 p.m.) and he had replied me that my device is obsolete so no parts are available for the same device that's why service station had given me such kind of reply. This is not the expected response from sony, as my device -" xperia p" was not so old and service center staff didn't even have touch the phone then how your customer care executive realized that part of the device has to be changed. And if the device is obsoleted then why you have given the ticket number for the same??? this is the pathetic service i have ever experienced from brand " sony". And this is not the proper way to deal with customer. This is the ridiculous after sale service of yours. Now i think that i should have gone to consumer affair to discuss the same matter.

                            I had purchase sony xperia C3 mobile April 2015 with I.M.E.I.                               I purchased Sony C3 on[protected] and after one day this mobile shows charging sign without charger plugged in. I reached Sony care center on[protected], they checked it and kept it with them and gave me DOA certificate (DOA Number - D[protected] on[protected]. It has been 27 days and i get no response from your side and i feel that this is not the way to deal with customers. I have been struggling so much to contact with you people.Please make sure that i get the response asap and i want a call back from your side([protected]). I want my money back.

                                I bought two Sony 4K TVs model no.-KD-43X8500C this Diwali from Sargam Electronics Karol Bagh. They were offering a set of headphones worth INR 8000. However they have been delaying the delivery of headphones by giving excuses. They either put the blame on the manufacturing company or on the transportation. Its been over a month now. Also the staff is not at all helpful. I would like them to deliver the promised parcel as soon as possible.

                                  I purchased sony xperia m4 aqua on 13 july 2015 on 25 july sudnly I saw that my xperia was in my pocket but the side edge is not there please help me i visited the sony service center kota rajasthan but the said the whole display will changed and it will charge you, , .                                     I am Raghavendra Reddy. Recently purchased Sony DSLR 6000Y Dual Kit (Model Name: ILCE-6000Y/BIN5, Serial No: 5670517) on 22/Nov/2015. Sony Manager (Anbuzagan. Ph No: [protected]) assured me & dealer that he will get External Bluetooth microphone (Sony ECMW1M Wireless Microphone (Black) ). After his assurance, I purchased this camera. My purpose of buying this camera is to shoot some important videos for which external bluetooth micro phone is required. Now after purchasing, I am not getting clear response from Sony Manager on when & where I can purchase the microphone. So I am not able to use my camera for the purpose for which i purchased. Now I have 2 options: 1) Register a complaint in consumer court on the false assurances that Sony has made to me and to buy some other vendor (Nikon or Cannon) Camera with supportable micro phone and return this camera to Sony to get my money back. 2) Sony to get microphone within 2 or 3 days to satisfy their promise. I am frustrated by talking with Sony people. Can I get any help.

                                      I boughht sony vaio 4 years back after a peroid of 2 years the display is gone and i contacted the Sony service centre (clarity service, anna nagar, chennai) and after enquiring they told thereis problem with the mother board and they replaced and charged me 18000 rs. Now again after 6 to 7 months the display is gone. I have all the project reports and important files in my laptop. Again i ve contacted the same service centre and they told there is a problem with the mother board and it may cost around 13000rs. I don't have the bill the service centre gave me. I thought they would maintain a database, they did but mine was missing and i am totally fed up with this.plzz do suggest me a way and nowadays i don't even recommend sony products to my friends and family and they totally accept and agree to that. Plz suggest me some way. I can't afford that much amount every time like this. I am totally worried.

                                        Gave my phone to repair to Sony Service Center and they lost it... i was chasing them almost from 20 days to check the status and Finally got the news its lost... Mine was a 5 months old phone and Its Sony mistake that they lost it, but they are least bothered they said they will give either old or refurbished phone. and i didnt agree with that atall. Most interesting facts they will never call you even if they are saying drop a mail will get back to you in 48 hours its customer only who will be keep calling them and then they are least bothered to solve issues my issue is pending to them from 2 months i havent heard anything 1 month back they said we will call you and its been 1 month still no response... Pathectic Company.. pathetic support... never never buy Sony.
