I purchased SONY LED BRAVIA TV model KDL-43W950C on 28.8.2015. Always there is a problem that, automatically it get switched off and switched on imediately & this will happen every 40 minutes. Many times approached customer care, just simply they informed that update the software by download the software from website, instead of taking a compliant & resolve it. Still for last 4 months, this problem exist and my friends & Collegues informed that, due to the said problem, picture tube will get destroyed/damaged. Since, service was not given till date, now my TV its in a bad condition/got damaged. Hence, i request you to replace my LED TV.

Updated by madhan cs The compliant which i sent to you on 22nd dec. 2015 regarding LED TV(Poor customer service). After lapse of 5 days, there is no positive response from Sony india Pvt ltd., . Hence i request your intervention to resolve my issue as soon as possible against with sony india pvt ltd.
