Am recently purchased one Sony LED 28 inch TV 412 model on[protected] and ask for wall mount installation but still on[protected] no one comes to me it is soooooo bad experience from sony Brand. Full negligence about customers. And even in this package there is no wall mount stand is it in that package then i contact here any private persons and installing the Wall Mount. Am so Angry about this....

My first experience with Sony Bravia is a complete dis-satisfaction. Niether i would buy any Sony product in future nor i would recommend it. The Sony tv after servicing by authorised service centre has come back to the same position it was before I had requested and sent for servicing.
Now I do not want to continue with the present service centre people.
As the service obligations was not fulfilled which the tv was sent for.
If only u people monitor I will be able to solve this problem with your cooperation.
