Respected Sir, Subject: Grievance regarding Sony Bravia LED TV(W70C) Display Issue With due respect to the company of which I have been a loyal customer. Accepting Sony as a household member is very dear to me. However due to the service received by me for my Newly purchased Sony Bravia LED TV(Sony LED 122cm 48W700C) I am highly disappointed with the company. I had purchased the TV from Croma retail, Oberoi Mall in the month of September to be delivered on the auspicious occasion of Diwali making full payment in advance. Despite of making the full payment and mentioning the delivery date, I did not receive the delivery in time and was delayed by several weeks. At this point of time the officials at Croma were avoiding my calls and not responding to messages either. I finally received the delivery on a random night whereby the delivery boys just carelessly delivered the TV and asked to wait for further communications. I am not aware why there was such a delay in delivery whereby I had already made advance payment. After a few weeks o[censored]sage I started seeing fine lines in the display of the LED TV and after couple spots we noticed some dead spots on the display. On escalating to the further issue to the customer support, the technician who had come to examine the TV was very impolite and not listening to the issue we were facing. He was constantly telling that the issue is due to physical damage and will not be covered under warranty. We were later informed that the repairs will cost us somewhere around INR 28000. This price is really high and cannot be afforded by me, and hence the TV is lying unrepaired at home and it is very unpleasant to watch it. I am really disappointed at the service I am receiving and thereby writing to you for help, regarding the same. If not resolved soon I will need to escalate this further. Due to delay in deliveries I suspect that I was delivered a sub-standard product lying dysfunctional in the store house. Also the service that was offered is not up to the mark.     Bulging of the screen. We bought LCD TV BRAVIA 32" around 7-8 years back. We got it checked in one of the service center. As per them, the screen has to be replaced which is costing around 18-20 thousand. It is costing more than a TV today. Request to help us to get it set right at reasonable cost. We buy SONY products by paying premium price with an impression that it has extraordinary quality and will last at least 12-13 years. To enable us to buy SONY product in future and maintain the same trust level throughout, strong support is very much necessary.

Date:Jun 2nd, 2016 Subject: Defectin Good and Deficiency in Services It is with great regretthat I am writing this letter to you as I want to bring to your kind notice theextreme trouble and inconvenience I have undergone due to your negligentservices. On 12th April2014, I had purchased a Sony C6802/ Z / UltraBlack phone with IMEI number [protected]from your company above mentioned dealer. Towards this purchase, I paid Rs 40000/- to your company. Attached herewith isa copy of invoice (no. 0134SI14-15) as per Annexure I After purchasing the phone, while using the phone it fell from my hand and display of the phone got broken which caused most of the trouble. In order to get it repaired, I visited your company service center on 2nd January 2015, after inspection, your company service center asked me to submit the phone. Attached herewith is a copy of job sheet as per Annexure II However, the problem remained and after few days I was told that phone cannot be repaired and was offered a new phone on payment of 80% of the amount but I strictly refused. Since then, I tried several times to communicate with your company executive but till date my problem had not been resolved by your company service center officials and I had not received my phone from your company. The entire episode has left me in a bitter taste and I am extremely disappointed with your pathetic services. I have been facing lot of mental stress, agony and immense loss of time and money due to this incident and even after making several requests to your company officials no positive response has been received from them. Withagreeat hope and hearing about a healthy reputation of your Brand name I had availed theservices but to my utter disappointment, I have faced the worst. As a consequence of your deficient service and the incompetency displayed by your employees, I have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration.         Bought a XperiaZ in April 2014 and it went completely dead in December 2015. When visited the nearest sony center they say Mother board is gone and it would take RS 8, 000/- to fix it. I now think the biggest mistake I did was trusting brand Sony. Dear People, I recommend please do not buy any Sony products as they are of inferior quality and not worth your hard earned money.           I had bought new Sony India TV Bravia Model-55W800C on 21/12/15 from M/s Regal Electronics Jamshedpur at a price of Rs 1.4L. The TV was installed in my house and from very first day it started giving start up problems, which was reported to Sony Service -Request no : 29843587 dt 27/12/15. The TV is not functioning and needs replacement. An email[protected] dt 2/1/16 was also given to M/s Sony India Customer Care. No action for replacement has been taken .

                I hv purchased SONY 32" LED TV on 25th Jan 2015. The Original Warranty Card was misplaced somehow. I have called to Customer Care for Warranty Extension & came to know that I have to send the copy of Invoice to get a copy of Warranty Card from SONY. I have sent all the details required by the SONY (pix of back panel stickers) on 30th Nov (Complaint[protected] but not a single reply received from SONY. So many calls & Reminder mails have been sent to SONY Care but not a single mail is replied till date. ANother complaint was registered[protected] for the same reason & that has also been marked to Service Head, but all the efforts are going wasted. We have never came across such poor quality services / responses what we are facing from a brand like SONY. Would appreciate if any responsible person at SONY can take some serious action to resolve this...!!!

                  Paid 64k trusting the brand. During 4th year, suddenly the screen color turned into red and blue and now we are seeing double image. Very pathetic and worst service by sony customer care & technicians asking us to pay 23 K more to replace the screen panel. There should be some stringent actions against the branded companies as they now manufacture the lower quality products for cost cutting and because of this end users are getting cheated. Please call 91+[protected] for any details.

                      Sir when i send a video to my usb and connect it to a sony dvd player which is connected to my it plays only audio it does not show the video and when i send a video to usb which is without an audio. It first time said "Video resolution not supported"and when i figured out it needed 1080p (1920 x 1080).When i sended a 1080p video it "Video frame rate not supported".I tried all the video frame rates it showed the same thing.I just want to know what is video frame rate required for a Sony TV.

                      Sir answer my question as fast as you can and if you don't understand the sentences where i missed many words then please read this(COMPLETE SENTENCES) :-

                        Request 29505866 and 29808094 This is in reference to the Sony LED TV purchased on 28th Oct 2015. It has been observed that the TV stopped working itself after sometime. Only Sony keep flashing on the screen in intervals. I have also observed a noise from its power adaptor. We have been given false promises every next week that this will be taken care within 3-4 days. KDL-43W950C

                          Getting a sony mobile was the biggest mistake of my life . From the day i got this phone there were problems in the handset . The first problem started just the second day i got my phone. I got it serviced from the service centre . They said it was company fault and fixed it . After i got my phone back a new problem of the phone getting restarted by itself happen . I again gave for repairing this time and got it back a few days later, . Now from the day i got it back again a new problem started. Every time i connect charger the phone gets off and does not charge. So i went again ti the service center . This time they replaced my charger saying that it might be the problem, But still i have the problem . Its been around 6 months i got that phone and still now i am not able to use it . I want a replacement of my handset to be done as the handset it got is malfunctioning as it was a defective piece.

                            We purchased KDL-43W950C(LED TV) sony tv in "Naga Electronics", Rajajinagar -1st N Block. On purchase of the above mentioned tv, there was a offer of 2 3D glasses and one blue Ray. Showroom persons informed us with in 10 days we will be giving the Blue ray, but now after 2 months of wait they are insisting us to take another product(Home theatre, which i already have in home) in place of blue ray, which we are not interested. and they are just informing us to take this or just to complain in sony website. Not sure if the company is cheating the customer or the showroom persons. We have purchased the product from Naga Electronics, it is there responisiblity to give us the billed product.

                              E:62:10 this was the error flashing on my Sony camera. Submitted it to the authorised service centre in bangalore. The technician says he will give me the estimation to replace the motherboard if the prob is not fixed he will replace the lens kit. The answer given by technician is not at all valid. Have further complaints about the authorised service centre. Someone plz respond.

                                I purchased Sony Bravia LCD TV (Model KDL-42-W-700B) from Hind Enterprises, Udaipur (Raj.) in August 2014. It been just a year and 4 months, that all of a sudden the display went off on 28-Dec-2015. We can only hear the sounds and the picture is no more visible. Such early failure was not expected from a brand like Sony. Its was a wrong decision to spend this huge amount on a product from such a non-reliable company.

                                    I have given my Sony Camera for the repair of its Flash 3months before to Authorized Sony Service Center of Bokaro. They told that if the flash is not replaceable then they will replace my camera. Then after a month they told that the flash is available and hence they will replace it within a week. But after a week they told it was not possible for them to replace the flash hence they sent the spare part and the camera to Ranchi for the repair. But still they are not able to supply the camera. Please look through it a.s.a.p

                                      Dear Sir This mail is with regard to complain that battery of my laptop is changed at the Sony Authorised Service Center, when given for formatting. Kindly take immediate and stringent action for violation of consumer's rights. I got my Sony laptop (VGN-CR363) formatted at Sony Authorized Service Center (3A Ram Nagar Crossing, Raj Bhawan Road, Jaipur[protected]Job No. J53412667, dt.[protected]. I was asked to leave the laptop at service center, and I left my laptop on[protected] and received on[protected]. Since I was asked to install MS word in the laptop at my own level, It took me to two days to get it done. While getting installed MS word, I found that battery of my laptop is not working at all, whereas It was functional when I gave to Service Center and used to work for one to one and half hours once charged. The same matter has also been reported to the company. I want the company to replace by Battery and take action against the service center. Thank You
