I am Raghavendra Reddy. Recently purchased Sony DSLR 6000Y Dual Kit (Model Name: ILCE-6000Y/BIN5, Serial No: 5670517) on 22/Nov/2015. Sony Manager (Anbuzagan. Ph No: [protected]) assured me & dealer that he will get External Bluetooth microphone (Sony ECMW1M Wireless Microphone (Black) ). After his assurance, I purchased this camera. My purpose of buying this camera is to shoot some important videos for which external bluetooth micro phone is required. Now after purchasing, I am not getting clear response from Sony Manager on when & where I can purchase the microphone. So I am not able to use my camera for the purpose for which i purchased. Now I have 2 options: 1) Register a complaint in consumer court on the false assurances that Sony has made to me and to buy some other vendor (Nikon or Cannon) Camera with supportable micro phone and return this camera to Sony to get my money back. 2) Sony to get microphone within 2 or 3 days to satisfy their promise. I am frustrated by talking with Sony people. Can I get any help.

    I boughht sony vaio 4 years back after a peroid of 2 years the display is gone and i contacted the Sony service centre (clarity service, anna nagar, chennai) and after enquiring they told thereis problem with the mother board and they replaced and charged me 18000 rs. Now again after 6 to 7 months the display is gone. I have all the project reports and important files in my laptop. Again i ve contacted the same service centre and they told there is a problem with the mother board and it may cost around 13000rs. I don't have the bill the service centre gave me. I thought they would maintain a database, they did but mine was missing and i am totally fed up with this.plzz do suggest me a way and nowadays i don't even recommend sony products to my friends and family and they totally accept and agree to that. Plz suggest me some way. I can't afford that much amount every time like this. I am totally worried.

      Gave my phone to repair to Sony Service Center and they lost it... i was chasing them almost from 20 days to check the status and Finally got the news its lost... Mine was a 5 months old phone and Its Sony mistake that they lost it, but they are least bothered they said they will give either old or refurbished phone. and i didnt agree with that atall. Most interesting facts they will never call you even if they are saying drop a mail will get back to you in 48 hours its customer only who will be keep calling them and then they are least bothered to solve issues my issue is pending to them from 2 months i havent heard anything 1 month back they said we will call you and its been 1 month still no response... Pathectic Company.. pathetic support... never never buy Sony.

        Complaint number[protected] I purchased sony vaio laptop on 4/02/15 this year from snapdeal .my laptop is still in the warranty period i gave a call on sony customer care and then on 8th of November 2015 one of your engineer came to my place and took the laptop to service centre . On 16/12/15 i recived a call from sony service centre and they said from where i buy this laptop they are not authorized dealer . After more than a month passed my laptop is still not with me . .           My Sonia Bravia LCD Model KLV-32CX320 Sl No. 7018989 Date purchased:05.08.2011 Panel replaced already twice within warranty period and now the same problem persists. Though requested the customer care as well as the technician from Happy Care Services, Bhubaneswar attending the complaint to check and replace the product and did not paid heed to.Now, it is really difficult to rely on Sony Brand and cannot recommend any one of my friends to go for it. How can one ordinary middle class men meet the huge cost of repairing the product even after investing once. It's disgusting and simply foolish on a common man to believe the attractive pictorial advertisements and go for the product.

            I had ordered sony mh 750 earphone buy one get one it is fake not original sony and quality is so cheap even 50 rupees is enough it is just a waste i want to return it, i had complaint at customer delight center of rediff.com three days ago till now any action has not been taken.i have paid 239 rupees for it just for waste product.

              I wish to inform you that I have purchased SONY LED model KLV-40R452A from Sony Centre NOIDA vide Invoice MES/13-14/3405 DTD 18th Jan 2014. It started giving trouble on 22nd October as there was no power reaching to TV. The engineer visited on 23rd October . and inform that some part is defective and had to be changed which would cost around Rs 7000/-. I made advance payment of Rs 4000/- . Then he brought the part on 26th October 2015 and I made the balance payment of Rs 2375/- Job no . J52645138 Dtd[protected] Part code A1949922E Surprisingly today TV stopped working as developed same problem. I have already lodged the complaint. I never expected such poor quality of product and service from SONY .May some senior person look in the the matter and resolve the issue.                 I purchased TV called Sony Bravia from Sony India before year ago and it's got problem and we given it to the Shimoga service center on 24 november 2015 and after two days i called them about to know the status they said that display is gone for that they said me to pay the amount of 34460.00 rupees and the product will be fine within 4 days, so i paid it on[protected]. but till today i din't get any information about my product status so i called them by[protected] and still the status of the product i din't get it and they said that i want wait for a one more weak to get my product repair. I called them before this by more than 3 to 4 times they saying that i need to wait for few more days i don't know what is going on over there and i'm not got any proper response from them.Because of this actions from them i'm feeling to never purchase their product. And also their customer care receiving system they are not providing the facility of speaking in regional language kannada. I kindly request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

                  Date: Tuesday, December 15, 2015 Dear Sir, I had submitted a sony experia T-3 Model Number – D5102 for service at your authorized service center in Ujjain ( M.P. ) on date 27/10/15. I received following text message on my mobile : Dear Customer, W[protected] is created against your service ID “[protected] dt[protected] at ASC: Samriya Marketing-Ujjain[protected]” Along with purchase bill copy, the service center person told me an estimated expense of INR 15, 000.00 and told me to deposit INR 5000.00 advance, which I had deposited on 6/11/15. ( no proper receipt of the same was provided. ) Since then I had been visiting and calling them each day, but no response is given and now they have even stopped picking my phone calls. I am bound to take this matter to consumer forum if the same is not resolved within next 3 days. I want my phone and money back if sony can not provide service. I hope you would direct the concerned authorities to take some immediate action. I have enclosed with this mail the scanned copies of all relevant documents Regards Hakimuddin Husain

                    The Sony tv after servicing by authorised service centre has come back to the same position it was before I had requested and sent for servicing.
                    Now I do not want to continue with the present service centre people.
                    As the service obligations was not fulfilled which the tv was sent for.
                    If only u people monitor I will be able to solve this problem with your cooperation.

                      SONY BRAVIA LCD TV 40 Inc I purchased SONY BRAVIA LCD TV 40 Inches(Model No KLV-40R452A) in the month of Nov 2013 from SONY show room in south X(with the trust the I will get better product) for 53000 that was sold comparably low price in open market. Just after completion of 1 year there was problem in power on i.e blank screen that was repaired( in the month of July 2015) after spending 7000 as warranty was over. Recently in 20th Nov 2015 my TV started giving picture problem as same is not stable different color are appearing, some times vertical lines. After registering complain same technical came but he is telling TV Pannel needs to be changed and problem is coming due to moisture and pollution(I am at all not satisfied with the logic as we have other electronic products as well working absolutely without problem If SONY PRODUCTS are so immune and ALLERGIC to dust ) ~20000 that will be chargeable basis. Really a bad product SONY is loosing product reliability and off course their reputation.                         I have purchased my phone on dated 23/03/2015 and my phone was damaged by water on 19/05/2015 and the job no. is B1W[protected]. For the repairing my phone I have paid to the company Rs. 11, 578/- for the repairing of my phone. After that i used my phone for few months and my phone has been stopped working automatically . I have again submitted this phone to service center on dated 26/11/2015.the job no. is W[protected]. for this company is again charging me a huge amount of Rs.22, 754.

                          I had bought TWO LED SONY TVs on 17/04/2013 for Rs. 54, 900/- each. I was not told about extended warranty on the items at the time of purchase. (Serial Nos. - 3299147 and 3299041) On 9/12/2014, one Tv (Serial No.[protected] went onto red light blinking six times and the panel needed to be replaced. Sony did not charge for it as the TV had not even completed 2years and the company also agreed. On 28/11/2015, the second TV (Serial No.[protected] developed an automatic on/off problem after 3 hours. The service center could not identify the exact problem and returned the TV after servicing it. The TV worked okay for a few days and then went onto the red light blinking six times. I have been informed by the service center on 8/12/2015 that this TV also needs panel replacement and SONY india is not ready to forego the cost even though the TV has not even completed 3years. Both TVs bought are high price items of SONY India and one does not expect such serious faults in the product in such a short span of time. The cost of repair needs to be waived off and also the TV sets need to be replaced by SONY India to keep the integrity of the company and good will of the consumer. If not, I will never be able to purchase any SONY consumer product and will be forced to take strict action in the consumer forum. Avila Srivastava

                                Very poor service at Balaji Services sukhsagar Appartment baroda. I just wanted micro SD card slot cover for my sony xperia z3 compact however service centre are not able to provide as engineer is on leave since past three days. I travelled 8 km just for cover and get such a pathetic response. It was saturday and officially opened but doesnt make sense when they are not willing to help customer. Requesting you to close this service center asao

                                  Defective product - The tv 50W900B stopped working within a week o[censored]se. Worst service - Technician who came to check the product said it is manufacturing defect and has to be replaced. It has been almost one month and no update on when it will be replaced. Call centre and local service centres have no update on when it will be replaced. Sony brand used to mean something. These days they are just relying on past glory.

                                      I purchased Home theatre-HT-IV300//M on 9th jan, 2015 from sony centre guwahati, g.s road. the device was functioning properly till now, but recently it developed some problem, at which I contacted the dealer, who referred me to the service centre.on contacting the service centre which is a mere two minute walk from my house, they showed a laid back attitude and instead of coming to my house to inspect the snag they asked me to pick up the whole system and go to their place.I was shocked to hear such attitude from Sony personnel as the company claims high customer satisfaction benchmarks.this is not the first instance of this particular service centre at rajgarh road, when I went there to sort some issue of my Sony psp they told me to contact a local shop instead of wasting time there as they can't solve Sony psp issues at the so called exclusive Sony service centre.such behavior is not at all expected from a brand like Sony for whose products we customers pay premium than other brands, hope my matter will be resolved.
