I had purchased a 40" LED model No. Sony-KLV-40R452A, & Serial No. 4325381 from M/s Reliance Retail India Limited, Great India Place Mall, Sector-38A, NOIDA-201301 (UP) on[protected] vide their Invoice No. [protected]. There was one year warranty on this product as per terms & conditions of Sony company. I had also purchased Bravi Two years Extended Warranty from Sony company by making payment of Rs.5000/- on 27/01/2014.
In this regard, it is informed that the above mentioned product has not been working properly from the date of its purchase and giving us trouble after every 5 to 6 months of its repair. The details of repair done by your service centre in NOIDA is as under:

As the main cabinet/ motherboard of above mentioned product was repaired by Sony service centre on17/01/2015 & after that it has not been working properly and requires repair work after every 5-6 months. It is appeared from the above mentioned table/ details that the product supplied to me was defective from the date of its installation as its main cabinet was repaired within short period of its purchase. Since the product is under extended warrant period, therefore, your service centre is keeping it alive during this period and after that this product will not work without spending a huge amount for its repair.
The above mentioned product was purchased by me in the name of “SONY” and now I feel that the name of “Sony” is big but product is of inferior quality, which is not at par with the same product of other companies. I had purchased this product by spending my hard money after my retirement from services on 30/09/2012, it is, therefore, requested that the above mentioned Sony LED may be replaced with new LED for the sake of name of 'Sony”.
An early decision in this regard will be obliged.
