I submitted my phone for repair on 26 October 2015, as it suddenly died completely. Job sheet number: W[protected], phone Xperia Z3.

The service center reps told me that the phone will be fixed and returned to me by 10 or a maximum of 15 days, it has been 30+ days now and they still keep telling me that a part(mother board) is still pending and that there is no E.T.A of when this will be resolved.
I believe that is enough information for anyone's understanding that this issue was and is being handled very poorly.
I have already tried registering a complaint with both the service center and Sony(on their site), but with no luck at all anywhere.
At this point the company's apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused me, are pointless. Because if they were so concerned, then the phone should have been fixed on time in the first place.
I request that my phone be completely fixed and returned to me at the earliest, no more fake promises and dates.
I would also like Sony to give me an acceptable compensation(not monetary), regarding the inconvenience, mental harassment and loss of business that this incident has caused me and also a written apology from the company, focusing on their poor customer service skills.
Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
