I purchased Sony WX80 camera on 19 Feb, 2015. It is under 2 years warranty.
just after few months use, its zoom button stopped working properly, it gets stuck in between while zooming in and out.

There is a black spot in LCD pannel while zooming. HDMI socket is not working. its not getting closed.

We gave the camera to Chaitanya Electronics(Sony Authorized service center ) in Chinchwad pune on 7 Nov, 2015. But till now there is no response from them. We called many times, but everytime the response from them is different. Sometimes they say it will take 1 more month, sometimes, they HDMI socket will be repaired but rest things not.

Till now, no proper response from them;

Pathetic service Chaitanya Electronics is providing.
They don't believe in customer service, they just believe in befool the customer.

    Regarding Replacement of my New Sony Xperia Z Ultra headset.

    This is Vijendra Nagotkar from Mumbai and my mobile number is [protected]. Job No is W[protected]. Sony Ticket Number 1-[protected].
    Due to issue on my Sony Xperia Z Ultra i had submitted my Phone to Sony Authorized Service center (HRR TELE Commotrade Pvt Ltd, Dadar, Mumbai) on 14th Nov 2015 at 2:30pm. And as per service center they were suppose to revert me on 16th Nov 2015 also as per them this mobile is out of stock and not repairable as this is packed.

    On Committed date i haven't received call from your support center but i called them, and as per their new update they would require 1 weeks time to get update from Sony team as they are waiting for a offer from Sony team. I requested them to get the mobile asap because i am very much handicapped without my cell phone. Again on 18th i called Sony support Center as well as i chatted with Sony Support person and as per them i was suppose to receive call with update today i.e. on 18th Nov'2015. But still i haven received calls. Parallel i spoken with you toll free number but as per them it will take more 15-20 days time as suspected part is still not received.

    As per update received on 21st Nov 2015 from Sony (HRR TELE Commotrade Pvt Ltd, Dadar, Mumbai) they are stating they will be providing me refurbished phone. I said them to repair my phone and give it to me or else provide me new handset or any offer as per company policy.

    Sony Mobiles is just buying customers time and patience. I have used Apple and Samsung as well but such response i never heard from them.

    I would request Customer complaint team to please look into this issue as early as possible. Thanks CC Team

    I have received fraud call for the reported issue from number [protected]... And he was giving me reference of Consumer Complaint only. So i think these information are getting leaked from this portal??

      My laptop is under "On-site Warranty" period. There is no display on the Laptop. I had registered the complaint with the Sony Customer Care on Tel. No. [protected] on Monday, 16th Nov. 2015 vide complaint No.[protected]. They had told that within 48 hours the Engineer will visit. But nobody turned out. Then again I called on Thursday morning, i.e. 19th November 2015. That time they had given the Contact No.[protected] of the Service Centre M/s Club Electronics, South Extension, New Delhi. When I contacted them they told that by the evening the Engineer will visit us. Regret to inform you that even one week has been passed nobody respond to our complaint yet. I am unable to do my day to day activities for the past 1 week due to the non-functioning of my laptop.

        I'm using Sony Z2 phone from last 1 yr & I've come across many problems in the phone, I've given this phone in the service center and this is my 4th visit in last 1 yr.
        Currently the phone has heating problem, voice of the opposite person is too low while talking, the USB cap has been change before and now again it became loose and came out.
        I've got a sony Z3+ plus 2 months back for my wife and a sony R56C TV a week back that means I really like the brand and been loyal towards it.
        However I'm very disappointed with sony Z2 and I'm requesting a replacement for this. I'll pay whatever is the adjustment amount if required. Hoping for some positive reply. Job No. W[protected]

          I bought the new Sony Xperia C 5 ultra dual phone from relaince Web shipra mall from saless executive named Sunil and the handset gaps been having problems of over heating, poor/no signal and voice breaking. When I went there I was asked to go to Sony service Centre vaishali and than there I was told that appears software has been updated and it vl work well which did not happen aphasia. I have gone through physical and mental trauma and have not been able to communicate at important places and times and I m still again struggling to get a right handset

            Complaint regarding Poor Service.

            Complaint against Clarity service, Anna Nagar, Chennai. There's a problem in my Sony 32 inch LED TV which I bought 2 years back. Display is slightly blue in color. I contacted service centre for immediate action. Engineer from Sony Authorised service centre(Clarity Service-Block AA9 2nd Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai- 600040) came to my house to inspect the TV, He told display needs to be changed. He didn't tell the price properly too. He said 13, 000-15, 000 and left home. He didn't fix the back panel properly too. He charged 228 rupees without proper service. I went directly to service centre. They didn't reply properly. Its been a week, I still didn't get proper price estimation for change of display. They are treating customers badly. Poor Service. I hope you take steps against Clarity Service(Sony Authorised service centre) Block AA9 2nd Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai-40

              My LCD of Sony is not working so I have launched the complain to customer care centre.They have assigned the Engineer of cool India of Gwalior.Engineer come's and check the LCD and after fully examining he said that the total cost of parts' and other charges will Rs 3500 to 4500 but we have to brought the LCD to his centre.now we have paid the fees of the concern engineer and went to centre with LCD by own sources and handed over the LCD to the Sony centre.After two days they says that your estimate will 8500.Now how it is possible that if the engineer says that total expenses will maximum 4500 after fully checking the LCD but after handed over the LCD the estimate of the expenses goes more than double.Now how will I pay the cost.IT is not only the cheating with customer but what they are doing with public god knows.who will give me justice.My LCD is still in the centre.I want justice and want to say that if the concern engineer has wrongly inform me the coasting then that person should pay the over cost and if the centre is doing some wrong with customer than the whole team should be punished.

                Hi, I gave my mobile(SONY XPERIA ZR) in the sony service station in saheed nagar, bhubaneswar, Odisha on 11th November 2015. My mobile has some sound problem only and apart from that it was working perfectly fine. On 12th Nov 15 when I went to receive my mobile it was broken on the display. When I charged then it was working when I gave you but it it not functioning now, that time they said it was broken earlier. But actually it is not they just want to get relief by pushing me. In the work order it is nowhere mentioned it was broken. It is their duty to inspect the mobile when they receive and as per the inspection they gave me the work order. I didn't take my mobile from them. If i would have taken the mobile from them, then I can not case against them. I want to go legally as per the law to give them a lesson to harass and threaten the innocent consumers. I need your interference here.                   Sony service centre mansarover complex bhopal has committed that after repairing the mobile( Sony xperia m4 aqua dual) will hand over on 4th no. 2015 which was handed over to them on 9th oct.2015 then committed on 7th nov. 2015 then on 13th nov. 2015 again committed that at any cast will handover on 20th nov. 2015. when i spoken today again Mr. Vinod(sony circle hr head) has told will check the status and inform you after that they have stop lifting my call. I have spoken to many senior officer they are replying that they can't help me on this matter. my mobile in warranty till 10th july 2016.

                    As i seem at flipkart that pen drive of sony is of 16 Gb and o[censored]SB 3.0 but when i collect it via order no OD[protected] ... it is o[censored]SB 2.0 so i want to return it and want pen drive o[censored]SB 3.0 as discribed in specification of this product at your site flipkart india...

                      The service of sony is seriously hesitate ting me. i had by an Sony xperia t3 on 25th april 2015. On 20th nov i just change my sim but after that mobile shows that no sim inserted. After that i go to the Sony authorize service center(IMMORTAL SERVICES, lAXMI NAGAR, delhi). Its very bad to use any Sony product ; because your warranty policy is not transparent. So i advise you all please avoid to purchase Sony Mobiles.

                        I bought a new brand Sony Xperia Z Ultra on 22nd June 2015. Hardly used it for 2 months and was fedup o[censored]sing it due to issues with touch and network.
                        1 - Touch Issues - Irresponsive Touch, Automatically the key is pressed continuously even when I keep the phone and not even touch it
                        2 - Network Issues - The network used to drop every now and then.

                        I got the phone replaced from the Borivali service centre. A refurbished phone was issued to me that too I had to compromise the color. Previously I had bought a black phone. However the company provided me with a white phone.

                        I started using the phone and hI bought a new brand Sony Xperia Z Ultra on 22nd June 2015. Hardly used it for 2 months and was fedup o[censored]sing it due to issues with touch and network.

                        I started using the phone and the worst was my experience. I faced the same issue with this refurbished phone. The same touch issue and the network issue.. While on roaming, the network was dropping like anything.. I'm so dman frustrated by this.. It's not even 5 months now and approx 20days the phone was at the service centre.. I recently have submitted my phone the second time and again I need to wait for 15 days more.. What I get to know is i'll be getting a refurbished phone.. However, one of my friend who was using the same phone got similar issues and was given replacement of C5 ultra... Y such discrepancy.. Hell was my experience with Sony.. Just waiting to hear from Sony, will they help me with C5 Ultra or would it be again a problematic Xperia Z Ultra?? This is the worst experience that u need to wait for 15 days everyttime even when Sony knows there is a recurring issue with the model Sony Xperia z ultra??

                        I can guarantee there are issues with the model Xperia Z Ultra as there were 2 other customers I met at service centre for the same issues with the same model.. Waiting to hear from Sony..

HAPPY CARE SERVICES", Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar.my phone model is Sony xperia M2/DS.IMEI [protected].it is in warrany period.i gave my mobile for software update only.but they charged Rs170/- due to the red of water demarkation option in Mobile.There is no problem in my mobile.only i wanted to software update.is it right to charged money in my warranty period only for sofatware update?

                            I purchased Sony Xperia Dual M2 mobile on 27/12/2014. Within 10.5 months, it started giving issue with charging. I got it checked from Sony Service Center "INNOVATION TECHNOLOGY", Vizag, job No: W[protected] who confirmed that there's a liquid ingression i.e. water has gone inside the phone & hence the mother board need to be replaced for which charges of INR 6500 need to be paid as warranty has expired (due to liquid ingression). When I checked, none of the documents, enclosed with new phone, indicates that warranty of Sony mobile expires if there's a liquid ingression. I want to know, why this kind of information(counselling) is not given to the consumers when phone is purchased. Its a misguide which company is doing with its consumers. I want that company should pay one time for mother board as no prior information was given or I'll have to proceed legally.

                              3 years back we brought Sony bravia 32 inches within 1 year panel replaced because of panel problem and again just after warranty again the same panel problem with tv we are totally dissatisfied with Sony company it's their service to replace it

                                I purchased this phone 6 months back. Within this duration screen teared out automatically two times even after the repair from the service center bangalore. Now i recently moved to hyderabad and again i went to service center for repair of that screen issue . I issue got repaired but when i collected the handset the mobile is not detecting the sim and memory card and then i again have to submit the handset for repair.

                                I donno how this company is repairing the handsets. It is one of the worst service ever. I need replacement for the handset.

                                I Know what you are going through. In my case due to a small manufacturing defect water entered my phone and they say that its not under warranty (phone is just 3 months old) i would have to pay 13000 to replace motherboard. but i dont think that phone is really dead because it started up 1 time 3 days after the incident. Really disappointed in sony.

                                  From the day (20th July-2015) I bought Sony Xperia C4 has been heating up after using it for more than 10 min on call and whenever I browse it heats in less than 10 min. At that time shopkeeper told me that we are down loading lot many apps so it is working very fast and that is why it is catching up temperature. In normal use it will not heat up.
                                  Electronic thermometer was reading 43 deg Celsius after 10 min o[censored]se. I'm afraid that it may blast sometime and injure me. I had been to service center three times before and all the time they claimed that they did something now it should be OK. But status is same. This time on 2nd Nov-2015 I left my phone in service center (job sheet attached) and asked them call me when it is fixed. Till date there is no response from the service center.
                                  This the responsibility of Sony company to provide safe device to the customer and since I am using this phone I start to have skin problem also.
                                  I humble request the company to fix the phone for its heating problem or provide proper compensation for same. I am expecting response in coming 7 days from now otherwise I will be forced to launch my complaint in consumer forum for justice.

                                    I purchased sony xperia z3 on 7 july 2015 from flipkart.com .I purchased it mainly due to its waterproof capabilities. I so one day i wanted to test its underwater camera so i dipped it in normal tap water inside a bucket (i checked the side covers 100 times...literally). it worked just fine. but a day later i saw water droplets forming in back and front camera (but the phone and camera worked just fine) so i went to sony centre vashi to repair it and they said that it was not under warranty as it is water damaged and they would have to send it to head office and it would take 7 days just to tell me the cost of repair. After 7 days they told me they would have to change camera for 3000 rupees so i said i dont want my camera to be changed so they took 115 rupees (as transport costs) and gave it back. but the fog was gone. After a month i tested it again in normal water (just poured some running water on it.. Did not even dip it) and again i checked the flaps 10 time before doing it. after few hours i saw fog again and the phone was not starting. First i thought it didnt have charge so i charged it for half hour. (while charging the notification light was constantly blinking red). and then when i tried to start it only sony logo would appear but then it would go black again. after a few tries it started i backed up my contacts and as soon as i removed it from charging port i turned black again and after that i tried every thing to turn it on for 3-4 days but only sony logo would appear and it would go black. then i checked the side flaps and found out that the usb side flap was a little bit damaged (and before you could tell me that its my fault) i want to tell u that i have a magnetic charger for sony xperia z3 and i have only opened that flap 2 times (first time to charge before i bought my magnetic charger and second time to connect it to my laptop) So i recently took it to sony centre at panvel and they said the same thing that it was not under warranty an it is water damaged and they would have to send it to sony head office and they would tell me the repairing cost after 7 days. Today i got a call from the service centre that the phone's motherboard was dead and it would cost me 13250 rupees to repair it. I want answers from sony. This is what u call as a waterproof phone? it was a manufacturing defect that the flap was damaged and water might have entered through it. now i would have to pay 13000 rupees for a small manufacturing defect? (actually soo small that someone would hardly notice). i want my money back. i want a free repair for my phone or a replaced handset.

                                        Recently, In Oct-2015; There were some white marks and Internal scratches started appearing inside TV screen. I brought my TV to Telecare, Kothrud - Sony Authorized Service Centre (Service Job Id: J52634228 Dated:[protected] for repair.

                                        They kept TV for 10-12 days and after multiple followups with them; finally I got a response that Sony has stopped making LCD panels for mentioned model and TV cannot be repaired.

                                        While having a conversation with Sony Call Center; call center executing informed me that Sony has a company policy that Sony will provide other alternative (Discount on a new Sony product) if the product is not repairable and I will need to submit the copy of Purchase Invoice to their Service Centre.

                                        I emailed copy of Purchase Invoice to [protected]@telecarepune.in on 4th Nov, 2015; however I have not received any satisfactorily response from Service Center and/or from Sony.
