To, The Service Manager, Sony India Pvt. Ltd I Manoj Singh Purchased the Sony Led 32R402A Serial Number 5491989 from Moradabad on dated 14/04/2014, But in the month Feb-2015 Led goes in the state of NO POWER, After some month later Sep-2015 Led again goes in the state of NO POWER. Please made replacement of my B.G Board free of cost because this Led has a manufacturing defect and we face the same problem of NO POWER. I am not satisfy by the quality of the Sony because the same problem is happen again and again, So please provide support from sony end. If don't support Sony team then i will complant in consumer court.

    Please lend me ur presence for a while. Hi sir, i am a great fan of sony products, i'm using many sony product... but now i am unsatisfied with its quality. I have a Sony led tv 32 inch tv. i used it only nearly 2 years. now its display has some problems. i had given it to a nearby sonu service centre. they told me that its a "panel complaint" and it cost Rs.18, 000 for the repair. I used my tv only for 2 years. Sony is an international company and it keeps its name. but in this case i am really unsatisfied. As a great fan and a customer of sony products pls give some discounts or somthing.

      Sir, good evening. Ref: Sony service centre Job No: J 52291278 kdl-32 Ex 550/3271643/02/01/2013. This is Mohanan Parakkadan. Now a day's My TV (SONY BRAVIA – 32 EX 550) is not working properly. Pictures are like ghost images. Service centre advised me to replace the display Panel and they approached for the same for you for a discounted rate from huge service/ material cost. But unfortunately you rejected. It has been understood from the service centre that it is need approximately Rs 15000 for the repairing/replacing the display panel. Really it is huge amount for me and it is very hard to afford that much money right now. So pls consider my request and provide the materials in a marginal/discounted cost or free of cost if practically possible.         Sir: I had purchased the sony digital home thetre 5. 1 from reliance digital Jalandhar for Rs 18000/- on 9/11/2015 with a request to install the system same day...I was promised by the reliance people that it wud be installed same day...However to my surprise it is yet to be installed...I have called local service center...they assure every day for installation but fail to do so...This is harassing a customer...they hav spoiled my festival for no faults of mine...what shd i do so that these people shd be more acountable to customer

          Dear Sir/Madam, I am John David and I have purchased Sony LED TV 43" with Android support from Bajaj Electronics, A.S Rao nagar. We have received the complete box packed and sealed delivered to my home address. Since then we havent touched that box and only sony installation person had opened the box in front of me and found that there is no wall mountable brackets available. Regarding this on the spot i enquired the service person about the bracket but he told that it should be in the box and as it is not available i would take up a complaint and forward it to sony. From that day i ve been following them up but sony is saying it with showroom guy and told us to contact them for solution. I contacted showroom guys and they are blaming sony. sony and Bajaj electronics are blaming each other for not providing Wall mountable brackets but my issue is not solved. I request you to resolve my issue by contacting these two partners and let me have my Wall mountable brackets back which i consider as my right.             Sir,
            My name is saurav.i had purchase sony sbh 50 stereo bluetooth earphone on 5/9/14.
            After few months it stop working properly (charging problem, sound breaks in earphone) .
            I submitted my sbh 50 earphone on 11/8/2015 at GLOBAL SERVICES OF INDIA, SONY AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE, KANYAPATHSALA ROAD, GAYA-823001 for its replacement.
            But but sony service centre is not solving my problem for 3 monts and not giving me my bluetooth earphone for 3 monts.
            I am feeling helpless and i m thinking that my money is wasted on sony bad service.

              To whom so ever it may concern, This is to inform you that i bought a sony television on 12/11/2015 from a retailer 'electronic paradise' based in Janakpuri, New Delhi .. However they were good at their end they got it delivered to us within an hour and we were informed that the installation will be done maximum by the next day i.e. 13/11/2015 ... On 12th it was vishkarma day i think so it was quite understood ... However on 13th i called the 1800 number for you guys .. A guy picked the call i talked to him about the installation which was pending .. Now this guy being very rude said that installation gets done by a third party so u dont have to call us about this .. I waited .. Didnt hear from anyone ... 13th passed away .. I called on 14/11/2015 where i was told a company named BR electronics have been assigned to install the television ... Whose number is always busy... Den i called sony's 1800 number in evening . This guy named Jitender i suppose told me that he is the floor supervisor due to festive season they were unable to install the television it will be done before 12pm of 15/11/2015 ... I am writing this message to u at 12 30 pm of 15/11/2015 as i haven't heard from anyone till now .. If this is the quality of services that sony provides .. I am really sorry but i will not recommend anyone to buy any sony product .. However I will like to take this thing to higher level.. This message is in regards to service request id 28918762 ... If you guys cant get your product installed .. Which was supposed to be a free installation kindly get ur product out of my place and get my money refunded as soon as possible..                   We have purchase sony kdl43w800c on 25th aug 2015 .On 1st November 2015 display has became black .we not able to see pictures on TV.we register complaint on that time itself. next day engineer visited and taken photographs of TV.but not able to recognized the exact issue. till date sony customer care not reply to our query.

                    Sir one tv panel-led was purchased on 8th nov'2015 from khosla electronics pvt ltd vide invoice no 2924/1516/05904 providing mobile no [protected] for nstallation. But phone lost on same day & information given to shop on same day requesting to change mobile no . New number [protected] was provided over the phone. After waiting the shop was contacted on 10th & they said that it will be installed on 11th positively . On 12th again...

                    I bought Sony M4 aqua on 29 Oct 2015 and from the very first day the charging point was not working properly but when I keep the phone in one position the phone would charge, now the problem has increased and am unable to charge my phone at all, I have checked with multiple charger and the its the device which is defective, this is really disappointing that consumer paying close to 18 K for the handset and gets a defective product, I have to travel to a service center to get it fixed and when I asked the customer care they said I might have to pay to get it repaired

                      I purchased a xperia m5 a month back which on the next day was dead, then i managed to geta replaced phone after one month, now suddenly in that phone ear speaker is not working and i did software update but no use...it is ridiculous to have purchased a phone worth 35k and i keep repairing it i hardly used it...plzz look up intto this issue

                        Android TV serial no 4509850 facing problem like the TV goes blank for 5-6 secs in between watching program complained for service engineer s visited and failed to recitify and resolve the problem took the TV for service center for a week didnt feedback when enquiry from side. TV came back still same problem a video clip sent to Sony service a senior engineer visited took some pictures of TV and went no feedback or call from Sony. After 20- 30 calls still there is no reply or feed back Now I m facing another new problem photo attached Sony India kindly please take back the faulty TV

                          I have Purchased Sony C5 ultra in velacherry Show room on 6th sep and with in a month i had issue on handset like colours on the corner / noise / touch hardness on 9th button etc and for the same i had spoken to poorvika protect and given handset for service on 15.10.15 but till today i have not received but three time they postponed the dates and poorivka had rejected the serviced handset to sony again that means sony has not done service properly or the hand set is having serious probliem. almost nearing to one month for service how the end user will wait for that .

                          As a layman i am suspecting that there is a serious probelm and the same may repeat again also, .
                          As it is less than one month old, hence request to arrange the new handset.

                            I bought the phone on 18/8/2015, within 6 days the paint of the phone peeled.i gave it to the sony sevice centre at thodupuzha.It was replaced on september 9th.and after one and half months on 23/10/2015 again gave it to the sevice centre at thodupuzha for a restarting problem.And got it on 9/11/2015, after replacing the board.and after all checking ok & vrt pass etc., the ear phone jack socket does work or play anything.and i again approched the service centre and they are not co-operating well, they are saying again to send it for repairing to kochi.because of all these complaints, i could not get to use my phone on right times.i bought it on the well reputation of the sony brand, and that did't make any difference.i am fed up of repairing, so i asked them for replacement or refunding, the service centre tells they can not do that.please do some thing about it. contact: [protected]@gmail.com ph:91 [protected]

                              My sony xperia z ultra phone some times charging some times not charging. Iam going to sony service centre kannur(shakkeela complex, kannur, caltex, kerala, india), they saw my phone, he tell me 1 min wait then he went to service room, after 5 min he come and speak to me your phone charging pin is not good bt hear old phone pin not repairing. Hear warrenty phone only repairing.Last he talk to me 1 option is hear: exchang offer is hear old phone 33% discout is hear, u want this offer, , , tell me sir what can i do, , , sony product is very good excellent but sony kannur service centre is not good, sir take action

                                I have bought a new cellphone from sony India. Model No. Experia C5. Through retailer Redlily (Saisanj Retail Pvt Ltd telangana) .

                                This phone having major problem in touch and sony care is not reday to replace this phone . They are asking to repair it. But i want my money back if the new phone having this problem.

                                  SONY MOBILE XPERIA Z3 D6653 BLACK Sr.No.[protected] from
                                  JAIN BROTHERS, Azad Madian Road, Indira Gandhi Market Yavatmal-445001
                                  This is under warranty period. Than also dealer forced us to make insurance of the same handset from aaps daily . According to dealer we spent for the above mentioned insurance.
                                  Unfortunately the handset didn't show power. Due to that we have given the handset for functioning to Sony authorized service center STAR ELECTRONICS (SYMPHONY) Shyam Talkies Road, Yavatmal in the month of August .
                                  Aaps daily company has registered the claim vide their ID AD_D100915_274352 and asked estimate of repair from service center.
                                  Due to worst performance of service station, they couldn't submit the estimate within time limit. The handset is pending with Sony authorized service center STAR ELECTRONICS (SYMPHONY) Shyam Talkies Road, Yavatmal from last four months. This service station have no simple curtsy to inform customer. We are repeatedly till contact with Mr.Nitin Chavan, Officer of Aaps daily. He is also in contact with service station but no response from service station.
                                  Sony is worldwide reputed company. Then also why such worldwide company has appointed such service station to harass the customers. We are suffering from last four months have details discussion with Sony Representative on Tollfree no.[protected]. But we didn't satisfied with the discussion.
                                  If we didn't get our handset within 24 hours in working condition, we are going to publish the arrogance and nature to tor-char customers in large scale to apple peoples for non-purchase of any Sony product mentioning our facts in details to print as well as electronics media.

                                    I have purchased my Sony Xpeira C3 dual from Sony Centre @ Rs21000/- My phone work overall good in kitkat version But When I have updated my phone from Sony Service Centre to lolipop version I have started to face many problem like phone hanging, slow, Screen Flickering, Camera is not working properly, I have seen another issues in my handset like, Low battery back-up, taking too much time to full charge, Incoming speaker Quality is very bad, phone got restarted automatically when I am using my phone, Auto rotation not working properly, Lagging in gaming, Sometimes Music auto Pause. So now I am so much affraid that my phone has too short life.

                                      I have purchased sony davtz130 model home theater system in 2012 at rs. 10000.00. From last week it stopped working and i handov3er the same to sony authorised servicing center at tezpur. After submitting next day one representitive from the authorised servicing center call to and advised me to submit rs. 9500 approx to repair the same. Next day he send me the quotation of the said amount. Then i send a mail to sony portal contract us portal but no reoly has come till now. Now my question is 'is it a true quotation which involves the same amount to its cost price was in 2012" and if so then what is the use to purchase a sony product. Please look into the matter...
