Dear all, I purchased a Sony Led 40 inch TV Model No. KLV-40R452A on 11th Oct 2013. Few days back the TV stopped functioning. On raising a comaint the engineer visited and told the display is gone and need to be replaced which will cost 20k. I had purchased sony TV because of its brand. Now Just after 2 years there is a expense of 20k. It was not expected by me that a brand like Sony I would have to face such an issue. Thanks n rgds Mukesh Verma.

    Hello Sir, I brought back home the phone from service center today again (2nd time), they said it is working fine. We checked it was working fine, now it is giving me the same trouble after repetitive use and they took Rs 350 without giving me a receipt (when asked about the receipt we got reply from service center that for software issues we don't give receipt for software issue). What do you want say on this? This is something very worse. What can I expect from Sony? This is extremely horrible. I don't understand this. Why are you troubling us so much consumer? This shows that this is highly incompetent service of Sony Service and highest level of consumer exploitation. Every customer I found in the service center were frustrated from Sony services. I want this to be escalated to the highest level. As proved by the service center that it is due to the software issue, so nothing mishandled fro our end. As this issue has been trailing from June while my phone was during the warranty period, I now strongly want a new phone or better phone FREE OF COST. I will now drop a complaint in Consumer Court surely and go ahead to any level of jurisdiction. I have requested everyone in this regard but I don't see any concern of a helping hand. This is highest level of consumer exploitation which is never expected from a reputed company like SONY.     1st Job no when the phone was under warranty: W[protected]said that only software issues and took Rs 350 without receipt), after couple of months the same issue is coming and I gave my phone is the service centre, job No: W[protected] (thay again said that it is software issue and took Rs 350, when asked receipt, they said that for software issues they don't give receipt), Sony service centre is now centre of black money and malpractice.

    Everything is because of the Sony services, I now want a new and a better phone as I have faced so much issues from this phone with continuous expoitation fron fraud Sony service centre and i am ready to move to any level to prove my point. I have already dropped mail to all the higher level authority of Ministry of consumer affairs.

    Sony Mobile, Sony Mobile IN, Sony: Worst products and worst service, worst customer support and malpractice.

    Note: Please come and check how is your service centre in Nagpur (Sai System)

    It's already been over a week I have been seeking help from Sony service center and customer care but everything is waste, if I don't get assistance on the requested, I will make sure my issue reaches throughout the consumer affairs ministry and social media to show how Sony exploits the common man of the country.

      I purchased Sony z3 compact in the month of February and till date i took to the service center 3 times. the same complaint repeating continuously and their is no proper solution for the issue which i am facing with the mobile. i contacted with the customer care also. Mr.Abhishek and Co ordinater Miss Reshmi and the Manger Miss Megha. Worst telecom experience with above 3 members. They clearly telling me over phone that they are help less in this concern and also they are straight away telling that we are not the concerned person for the same and they are not ready to provide me the contact details of Sony representative. Very worst experience with the Sony product, service and customer care.

        without any physical damage sony xperia Z went to dead condition.
        After the service they are not providing old parts.
        They said that motherboard has been replaced by the service engineers. fine where is my old parts?

        what is the reason for the issue? is it 30K mobile worth only for 1.5 years? that too from SONY brand?

          Hi,
          I purchased a 22' Sony Bravia LED from E-Bazaar, Raja Garden, New Delhi last year. But I didn't get it installed at that time. When I wanted to get it installed and called Sony India, they told me that they will provide the wall mount at the time of installation, which will be free of cost. They registered my complaint and gave me an ID no. 28344129. They registerd my complaint with ACE ELECTRONICS customer service centre and their no. is[protected].

          When I called Ace Electronics, a girl Harpreet recieved my call and told me that E-Bazaar is not a registerd seller. I told her that Sony India told me that he is a registered seller, but she denied and said Sony India doesn't know about dealers. In fact she asked me that the installation will be chargable and will charge Rs. 1500 for installation and wall mount. When I checked back to my seller, he claimed that he is a registered seller and Ace Electronics is lieing.

          I kept on calling Ace Electronics for 5 days, but that girl told me the same thing over and over again. I finally asked my seller, then he said that get it in written by Ace Electronics that E-bazaar is not a registerd seller. When I called Ace Electronis to get the same done or else I will complain to Sony India, that girl denied to provide it. Within 30 minutes there was a technician from Ace Electronics who installed my TV for free.

          Though my issue was resolved but Ace Electronics was trying to cheat me and make money out of me. Sony India should cancel their lisence as they are harassing customers at their Brand name. Ace Electronics are fraud and are trying to decieve customers. Sony India must take some action against them

            Dear sir your five days have gone. And my limit of listening sony mobile company to wait for sometime for mobile which i purchased by money not you have given as gift. And this is textile company mobile as if your company have no answer for any question and please stop your service centre and i will soon make a meeting with our prime minister narendra modi and i will discussed on sony mobile to ban in india. The people of india are harrasing from this mobile.
            And sir i dont want your sony mobile please take this mobile with you and give sony mobile in japan. From today to forever the sony makes feels guilty that because of wrong product we have a loss.

            As sony service centre persons early says that you have buyed mobile is defective launches in india. And sony will always exchange the mobile. Now when dont have mobile of this same piece you are saying for under repair. Above this case the sony mobile india will gives a harzana for textile company gets losses for customer satisfication and product selling problems due to only from sony z 3 compact mobile. As company have no answer for mobile will exchange by company for sell me a defective piece early and back again. If you have a shame than answer it.

            The upper detail of imei model is changed by sony mobile on[protected] to me and on[protected] its seen the mobile is blank no screen, no display, no charging. This problem gets me firstly when i buys on[protected] at imei number:-[protected], model:d5833 by amirt selection. After purchasing at night it power off or in morning there is no display. Then i given mobile to company service centre at tanay communication surat. After 11 days i get mobile back. If this type of service for company mobile to company purchaser. Then it may to take a action on sony mobile in consumer court. Because after purchase of 2 days the company to take 11 days to textile company mobile. In this the textile business "manas creation" giving a loss due to customer can't get a best reply. And due to that if sony mobile cant give a action to this mobile. Then i will give a fraud case and to tanay communication for harasing customer and to amrit selection to sell sony product. For sony mobile i will take a bad action this time because i get second time this problem.

            As i was a old customer of sony mobile. At a time of sony launches xperia z. I buyed and today when this problems feels to make a sony ban in india. The company giving a award to this products and the customer getting a problem of not working.

              To, The CNBC Awaaz Ltd New Delhi Sub : Complaint against sony mobile Respected Sir/ Madam, Thank you very much for making a such a good show PEHREDAR, I Love your show and regularly watching. Its really give us power to raise our voice against Corrupt or bed Companies who forget their services after selling products. I have submitted my sony xperia z2 phone which is under warranty which I have purchased on 16 feb 2015 to sankalp electronics in sony Patiala service centre. they messaged me that your phone is ok you can collect it on 20 th . when I have gone for collecting the set it is in same condition as there is no network and there is moisture in camera and flash. sony service centre persons misbehaved and blamed that i have willingly put water on set, sony service center said we have submit the set in Chandigarh for repair and will give you estimate of repair. my concern is under warranty whysony have given me estimate of repair of Rs 29599 + tax for repair under warranty. it is water proof phone and it is not physically damaged so how you can give me estimate for repair under warranty. Please revert Asap .I have warranty card, phone bill and terms and condition outlet with me . it is water proof phone . sony is showing the videos shooting under water and all. when my phone is water proof how water can go inside the phone. if it is not water proof then why you are showing all such videos to sell the phone . It is water proof phone. I have spent 32000 just because of water proof now if phone is not working under warranty sony should repair it cost free and sony service center is giving me estimate of 29599+tax for phone of Rs-32000. Sony service center have mentioned warranty void and after 20 days discussion they are now saying that i have to pay 32000 for repair of my set as warranty void due to water for WATER PROOF phone.                 I am using Sony mobiles for more than 7 years. i use Sony Ericsson xperia x8 for more than 3 years . one year before i replaced xperia sp5302 . they priced me 18000 above for that important i buy that phone in the authorized Sony outlets.first i got problems in the display then the phone will always hanging during the time of any operation . i go the outlet and asking about my problem they said you want to contact the service center but in the service center the din't response my problem they simply said registered and come after 3 days. i particularly said it to the Sony outlet peoples they din't considered it .now my money and my interest is gone . because of i go with the brand name .

                      I had purchased a Sony XPERIA E3 DUAL, Bill # KA-BLR[protected], Bill Date 11.11.2014, from a reputed Online store Amazon.in. On 16th of October 2015 around 2 P.M. the power button of the phone not working. Though my residence is just 4-5 K.M. distance from the Sony Authorized Service centre (TEKNOPLAZA), I took the phone to the centre around 5.30 P.M. on the same day. They told me to leave the phone there and they will inform me latter. I left the phone with them (Ticket Id: [protected], Job No: W[protected] after doing all the formalities. On 17th October 24, 2015 around 4 P.M. I got a call from the service centre that there was a damage in the main board of the phone, so they need to change the main board, And they don’t provide me the warranty due to the damage was caused by water. When I visit at the service center on 19th October 24, 2015, they show me some green things inside the phone near charger point. I argued with them that the phone never got any water. And the damage was not caused by water. But they show me some approval requirements in there system that they didn’t get the approval for warranty. So I came back with the phone after doing all the formalities. I am using sony mobile from last 7 years. This is my 4th sony mobile. I never got such an issue with sony phone. And I never misuse the handset. But this time I think Sony is cheating with me. My question is if the damage caused by water then how come all other functions are working perfectly except only the power button? I think this type of issue comes only because sony don’t want to provide warranty intentionally. They are cheating with me.

                        Panel of expensive Sony LED TV costing INR 73000 bought at Vijay Sales, Andheri, spoilt within less than 3 years of purchase. First complaint put in on September 29, 2015. After repeated followups was informed that that we will have to pay 23000 INR for the panel replacement. Part payment of INR 10000 on October 7. Inspite repeated followups, no response on the panel. Disappointed with the bad after-sales of Sony and having to bear without a TV for a month inspite of paying such a high amount

                            I have bought this z1 mobile on 15th mar'15, for rs 23789/=, just in 9 months the touch screen is broken, when i went to the service center at tambaram today morning, they said the touch screen needs to be replaced and it cost rs 10000/ - and will take 21 days time to replace.

                            Is that quality of the sony product,

                              I purchased new Sony experia c-4 on 20 Aug imei number [protected] after few days it start giving me problem then i submitted at nehru place centre they told me they have to replace the screen panel now after 5-7 days again it start giving me problem when ever i received the call screen turn blank nothing visible automatically start refreshing data i purchased this handset just bcs i trust on sony image but really i get disappointed from the service of sony i am working person my mostly work is on phone then how can i run again & again to the service center after they keep mobile for 5-6 days that time i get totally handicap so this time i want to replace my mobile give me new handset against this i cant run every time

                                I bought new sony xperia m4 aqua of 19, 500 Rs after seeing it's reputation and after 2 months on 1st October it's display broke by itself but not the touch, the phone was in my pocket and when this happened neither it was fallen down nor any pressure was was exerted on the phone by anyone.Then i went to customer care, their representative said that our company policy don't cover screen in warranty. They said that the new folder of touch and screen is of 10, 000 Rs if i want to get repair my phone.I don't know that how the display screen got broke without the touch screen. I want my phone to be get repaired in free of cost by the company immediately.

                                  I bought a Sony bravia 32" LCD TV from QRS Calicut Kerala on August 2012 . it s screen shows double image since last Sunday. Today a services person came home and after inspection he told me the display has to be replaced and it will cost around 12k rs. The display is faild within 3years with very moderate use. I used it only one or two hours per day . And I have a stabilizer installed with TV and there is no voltage fluctuations in my house. Very much disappointed with the quality of the product . It is better to buy a Chinese TV or a micromax or intex TV. Sony is very very bad in quality . I am planning to buy a new laptop, won't buy a Sony product again

                                    I had purchased Sony Xperia Z2 and I'm having issues with the company's customer support since I bought new handset. They take 3-4 months every time it needs a repair. And they try provide, fake services, and i need to re-submit it. And they don't give a refund.
                                    Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I bought Sony Led in April 2014, But around 10 month it was DISGUSTING & engginere was came, they have no change in my led software board, they was repair only.

                                        I brought a sony Braiva 43 KDX8500C model on[protected]
                                        Installation is done on[protected].

                                        Issue: I observed the Metal RIM of the TV on which are attached to side of the TV are passing electricity.
                                        I observed this issue while inserting pen drive. I got shock from the USB port and also from HDMI ports (No DTH or Cable is attached to the TV).

                                        I disconnected my TV and raised concern with Sony: request id 28430804.
                                        This request is assigned to Pranak Electronics, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

                                        Engineer Visit: Engineer visited My House and tested the Tv and said This is Expected behavior of android TV.
                                        Reason he mentioned: Earth PIN is Grounded to Metal RIM for ground the excess Electricity.

                                        So Please Let me know is this expected behavior of TV ? I recently changed my grounding cable so no issue with grounding and also using surge protectors.
                                        Non other appliances are giving shock except Sony TV.


                                        International Electro technical Commission Classification: Also Mention under which IEC class this TV will come.
                                        I may Approach legally if I didn’t get satisfactory answer.
