I purchased new Sony experia c-4 on 20 Aug imei number [protected] after few days it start giving me problem then i submitted at nehru place centre they told me they have to replace the screen panel now after 5-7 days again it start giving me problem when ever i received the call screen turn blank nothing visible automatically start refreshing data i purchased this handset just bcs i trust on sony image but really i get disappointed from the service of sony i am working person my mostly work is on phone then how can i run again & again to the service center after they keep mobile for 5-6 days that time i get totally handicap so this time i want to replace my mobile give me new handset against this i cant run every time

    I bought new sony xperia m4 aqua of 19, 500 Rs after seeing it's reputation and after 2 months on 1st October it's display broke by itself but not the touch, the phone was in my pocket and when this happened neither it was fallen down nor any pressure was was exerted on the phone by anyone.Then i went to customer care, their representative said that our company policy don't cover screen in warranty. They said that the new folder of touch and screen is of 10, 000 Rs if i want to get repair my phone.I don't know that how the display screen got broke without the touch screen. I want my phone to be get repaired in free of cost by the company immediately.

      I bought a Sony bravia 32" LCD TV from QRS Calicut Kerala on August 2012 . it s screen shows double image since last Sunday. Today a services person came home and after inspection he told me the display has to be replaced and it will cost around 12k rs. The display is faild within 3years with very moderate use. I used it only one or two hours per day . And I have a stabilizer installed with TV and there is no voltage fluctuations in my house. Very much disappointed with the quality of the product . It is better to buy a Chinese TV or a micromax or intex TV. Sony is very very bad in quality . I am planning to buy a new laptop, won't buy a Sony product again

        I had purchased Sony Xperia Z2 and I'm having issues with the company's customer support since I bought new handset. They take 3-4 months every time it needs a repair. And they try provide, fake services, and i need to re-submit it. And they don't give a refund.

          I bought Sony Led in April 2014, But around 10 month it was DISGUSTING & engginere was came, they have no change in my led software board, they was repair only.
          September month was again problem, Engginere came few days ago but same product was DISGUSTING again.

            I brought a sony Braiva 43 KDX8500C model on[protected]
            Installation is done on[protected].

            Issue: I observed the Metal RIM of the TV on which are attached to side of the TV are passing electricity.
            I observed this issue while inserting pen drive. I got shock from the USB port and also from HDMI ports (No DTH or Cable is attached to the TV).

            I disconnected my TV and raised concern with Sony: request id 28430804.
            This request is assigned to Pranak Electronics, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

            Engineer Visit: Engineer visited My House and tested the Tv and said This is Expected behavior of android TV.
            Reason he mentioned: Earth PIN is Grounded to Metal RIM for ground the excess Electricity.

            So Please Let me know is this expected behavior of TV ? I recently changed my grounding cable so no issue with grounding and also using surge protectors.
            Non other appliances are giving shock except Sony TV.


            International Electro technical Commission Classification: Also Mention under which IEC class this TV will come.
            I may Approach legally if I didn’t get satisfactory answer.

              I Brought a Sony LED TV on September - 2012, now I am experiencing an issue with display, Two times Sony Service engineer came & verified Panel needs to be changed, I am having extended warranty with Reliance, Sony sent us the Quotation for repair charge, Reliance approved the amount, Now After 1Month & 5days, Sony is telling they don't have a spare parts for that particular part to replace & they are asking us to pay the amount to get a New TV, instead of repair.                 I along with my 3 other friends purchased Sony LCD TV model - KLV 32BX350 on the same date - 23/Jun/2012. All the four people got problem in the display panel after two years. Two weeks before i also got the same problem. My Tv was a sparingly used one and i believe that is the reason why it became faulty at the last. At the time of purchase there was a upfront in the price for sony bravia than other comparable products available. But also, we purchased sony due to its reliability and the branding. But this is really cheating that all the four pieces of same type and model got faulty (that too with the same display panel complaint). Service engineer checked and informed to chnage the display costing Rs.14K. Please take up the matter seriously and help me to make it repaired at the earliest.

                  I purchased a Sony Bravia Colour Television on[protected] with model No. KLD 32EX 420. Problem was detected on the set on first week of October 2015. Immediately I contacted to Sony Service Centre in Kolkata (Neosa Electronics). They informed that it would cost around Rs. 15000+ for repairing of the set. I want to convey that, I have spent nearly Rs. 42000/- for purchase of this television and in return I am totally dissatisfied with the brand Sony. Within four years, the television got spoiled and the customer care people are giving an estimation of Rs 15000/- + amount for repairing. I humbly request you to take this matter to appropriate forum so that I can get justification of my hard earned money spend on this Television Set.

                    On last sunday all of a sudden the power was not receiving to the TV tried to reconnect but the TV was not switching on raised a complaint to tollfree number customer care promised the engineer would visit for inspection in 24 hrs but after several follow up finally engineer visited yesterday evening and shocked us by saying that the mother board is gone and need to be replaced... how can this happen when the product is just 1 yr old and exceeded just 2 months have taken this product through loan and still my loan is running but the same product is not working... we are of the middle class people thinking going for branded products with higher rates even we get the same product in lower cost with different brand we trust sony the best and bought it... whats the use of it... can take this issue further on the consumer court money is all for us to replace new mother board the person is asking 6000 from us yet the loan im paying itself is not over how i am affordable to pay 5000 is this the quality sony maintain please answer and give me the best options understanding my problem.

                      I was having problem in connection. I registered a complaint, already he came after 5 days of complaint. He was very rude in talking not at all cooperative, his name is AJAY SHUKLA from TANAY COMMUNICATION (surat)on further talking to his senior, he disconnected the phone and did not gave response any further.

                        I have bought Sony LED TV 46" for Rs. 93000 from Sony Centre, GB road, Thane(W), Maharashtra in year 2012.Exactly 3.5 years after the TV screen is flickering and the image is coming blurred after switching on the TV. The repair person says I need to put in around Rs.30000 for new panels. This means there is no quality in Sony products. The longativity is also questionable. After putting in almost 1 Lac in the TV my complete trust in Sony product is destroyed.I feel cheated completely.

                          I have submitted my Z1 Compact Xperia phone on[protected], under warranty, at an authorized Sony service center. It has got audio jack, GPS & screen sensor problems. Below is my mail to M/s. Sony, dated:[protected]. "Dear M/s. Sony, This is a gentle REMINDER 11 & Problem Unresolved days is 63, with reference to my trailing mails & above subject. My phone is in the possession of M/s. Sony's Authorized service center by name M/s. SS Electronics with the Job No: W[protected] Dated: 26-Aug-2015. No solution has been offered from M/s. Sony till date. Kindly expedite the process." I am still waiting for my phone/refund. This is the kind of customer support from M/s. Sony.

                            I have used Sony Xperia Z for 3 years now without any issues except for battery. Recently its screen broke and I gave it in Prayag Cellular, Aundh, Pune, MS - Sony service center. Job ID for that request was- B1W[protected]. I faced a lot of issues with that request which was really frustrating as the service center people are least helpful and lie. 1. First of all my screen was broken still they insisted on me changing battery and other stuff even when I did not want them changed along with the screen. 2. They delivered it 1 week late for no reason. They gave me irrelevant reasons/updates each time. I had to follow up a lot which is very inconvenient. 3. They charged me 10341/- for all the repairs which I paid them upfront. 4. When I got my phone back finally it worked for a week properly and then suddenly stopped working. It would just not start. I was out of Maharashtra at that time and my phone stopped working. If you could imagine what kind of trouble it would be for a single person in an new place. I had no phone when I needed it the most. 5. I took the phone to same service center yesterday, 27th Oct when I returned and they told me it will take 10 to 15 days as there is some problem with connector of battery and motherboard. Job No - W[protected] I don't understand why it should take 10-15 days. Don't they keep extra spare parts where they repair phones? Why do they have to order them every time? I have to leave Pune again after 2 weeks and they told that phone might not be repaired till then. Is there no way at all to speed up the process? I have lost 10341/- and still don't have a phone to use. Can you imaging how frustrating it must be and over that, service center people are least bothered in helping.They are so indifferent to customers that helping me in getting phone as soon as possible is a whole different story. I had sent a mail regarding the same to them but yet have not received any response.

                                21/09/2015 My Phone (Xperia Z1 Compact) screen was cracked by my daughter i delivered the phone to the nearest the service center Model Town Panipat. The Person in the service take the fee, (Rs.200) and he told me you can take your phone under one week till today center was not repairing the phone either he was not giving the Cell phone

                                  Brand New 1 Month used Sony Mobile M4 Aqua Dual was submitted to Sony Care Center in Kolhapur (KSP Services) on 16 Sep, Still Not Received the phone. The SONY people showing Unethical behavior, continuous follow up's taken from the local care center and SONY care center but they just give a false statement saying that I will get the phone on respective date on which they again give an reason for.
                                  Below are the details:-

                                  Purchased date-26 July 2015.
                                  Given to Care center for repair on- 16 September 2015.

                                  Job No-W[protected]

                                  I have taken the follow up's from the KSP Services, rajarampuri 3 rd lane, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, The day I had given the phone for repair. They had told me that it will take Maximum of 15 working days for the repair. Now almost 45 days are over and still I have not received the phone. I have also mailed the Sony people regarding the same (Request No- 1-[protected]) they just don't take the responsibility and tell that the phone is under repair and for last 15 days they are just giving me a false date of delivery which they do not follow. I have had a talk with the senior executive (Ashutosh) & Area Head for Technical Support (Swapnil) regarding the status of repair but they just say that repair is in process and false commitment for delivery date.
                                  I have also asked for the replacement for which also they are not agreeing.

                                  "I request You to help me on this issue and Help me get my phone back at the earliest or else I need a refund from SONY for the trouble they have given in their service and defective product."

                                    On 19 Aug 2015 i submitted my sony experia z for repairing at TECHNOCARE SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. Lajpat nagar, new delhi, , , then thy give me estimate around 1500 /-, i was approve that amount after that they were not repair my mobile and resend again i now they gave me 5000 rs estimate, i was confuse at that time while that period my mobile return back from them without repaired again i submit my mobile now they gave me estimate of 6700/- . Now i totally confused what should i do ..nobody try to understand my problem they always give excuses to me ..still my mobile is there it been 2 month now ...

                                      I have purchased above said mobile on 26/05/2015 from 21st Century Gandhi Nagar jammu, 20 days ago i update my mobile after update it misbehave like signal become zero during call, Hanging, sometime microphone doesn't work, i compliant at service center at Jammu they update three times after day by day then they ask his motherboard needs to be changed after changing motherboard same problems assists again. So i requested to you please replace it i very unhappy with this set. Service again said submit your set we will check it and cannot give me a standby set.
