I have purchase a 32 r 512c on 8 Oct 2015 from yogi communication through on by eBay which I received on 19 Oct 2015 and I asked for services technicians for 22 Oct 2015 vide id no 28253015 but after waiting whole day they have not happen to visit my place. Please find out problem and let me know. Thanks Ajy

    I purchased Sony bluetooth earphones model no. SBH80. The product was duplicate.Even it din't had SONY written on it.Seal was all ready broken, bluetooth was not working, there was many scratches both on product and its packagage.Not only I had suffered this problem but also many of my friends suffered from same problem from this website.I am requesting you to please have a look on this shopping website and close this website to stop any more problem.

      I use sony equipments from a very long time.I want mobile c5 at sony show room near park road, besides SRS mall civil lines Gorakhpur.I want to pay through my Axis credit card at EMI. He insisted to buy the product in cash otherwise by credit card i have to pay ₹2000 more. I requested him He refuse to reduce its cost available at his shop in cash.

          I have bought a Sony 55 inch. LED Tv, Model no. KDL-55W950B, Sr. no. 3252105 ( the so called "SONY BRAVIA 4K " ) nowadays its advertisement is all over the channels . Its been a year and its picture tube / screen is not working. I have contacted to the Sony service center and they get to the conclusion by saying i need to change the picture tube and it will take more than 20 days to get fixed.They will even charge me for servicing and transportation. Its been a year and its picture tube is not working.So expensive Tv and it cant even run properly for a year.

            I have purchased Sony Xperia Z Ultra in the month of February 2015 last.. few days before while travelling to my office when I took out my phone from my pocket I was shocked to see that there were some cracks on the surface of the glass and screen touch is not working and without any simple physical contact with any hard thing even and the touchpad of the phone was not working but display was coming properly. Fine, I went to the closest service center chennai and told everything, and within 2 minutes they concluded to me that this is a non repairable under warranty although I had almost 5 months of warranty still remaining. They told that this is a physical damage and they don’t support physical damage. I asked them please show a sign of physical damage, but they could’t and they even couldn’t tell me why this handset comes under Non-repairable clause. You people think that every customer is fool, but actually they are not because I have read multiple complaints of Xperia z, z1 etc same as mine over various blogs in internet. They have faced the same issue.I mean how do you guys sell a phone telling it has got shatter free/gorilla glass or whatever.Your product is even more fragile than the local company handsets, I must say that they even last long.I know these words will not affect you guys much, and you will just don’t bother to read it even so I am writing :- Neither will buy any sony product in my whole life and nor will I let my friends/relatives/anyone I know buy it.I have mailed this to your India address and I will write this same story over several blogs over internet.

                My complain number is W[protected]. I have bought a very costly mobile Xperia Z2 (35000 INR) in March 2015 and since the day I have bought it, I have been roaming around Sony useless service centre to get it fixed. In May 2015, I had deposited this phone to CMH road Bangalore Service centre for Mic and speaker issue. This issue was since the day I have bought the phone, but I thought its a problem with my earphones. Finally, i figured out, its a problem with the crap phone. They had upgraded the S/W and called me to collect the phone. I checked it thoroughly and failed to convince your service centre guys that the problem still exists. They forced me to take the phone back as they cant do anything, Again, when the I got frustrated with the same problem, I went and forcibly submitted the phone again. Somehow they figured out, its a hardware issue and they got the Mic and speaker replaced. The issue was fixed and I got back my phone. The next day onward, when I started using my phone, the Wi-FI was not working. I called useless service centre again and they called me to submit the phone. When they checked the issue, I was told that, the WI-FI i am trying to connect is weak, hence I am not able to connect to Wi-Fi so they asked me the Wi-fi settings. This sounds quite weird that a costly phone will not get connected to a weak signal wi-fi. I went back and checked 3 other sony phone, apple, One plus one and many other cost effective mobiles also which were getting connected except my Z2 phone. I went to the service centre again but as usual, sony guys didnt accept it and they asked me the proof. I went back again and got some pics clicked to show that other phones are working. They got convinced in my next visit after a lot of fight and they sent my phone for hardware repair again. Now they are promising that the issue is solved. I am not sure if after 2 times of hardware change will really serve the purpose and there is no other issue because of the previous one, I have no patience to check other issues and do any kind of testing for the entire phone. Your call centre is not willing to listen and guy named Wasim had told me that its only hardware problems and there cant be any assurance whether that can be solved. Since 9 months, I have used my phone for only 2 months in total and your guys are not ready to give any assurance if any other issue will not come due to regression and also my warranty is not extended. I WANT my money BACK as I am very sure that the new piece will also be useless. There were 100 users who had problem with Z2 and also other phones. Let me know the procedure to get the money back. OR else, I will have to go to consumer court for this lame behavior of yours. This is highly irresponsible for a brand like SONY. highly pathetic.

                  I have purchased Sony Xperia Z Ultra in the month of February 2015.. after few days it broke.. i visit to a Sony care and they replaced and Handover the phone on 18th Aug 2015..after 3-4 days i faced lots of problem with the phone.. volume tab is not working, on and off switch is not working.. screen touch is not working smoothly... and now my phone is switched off i am not able to restart my phone.and my phone is 100% water resistant and Sony Care is saying we cant replace the wet visit so many times to Sony Care they told me that its a company policy that we cant replace. i want some suggestion that what should i do?

Ltd., Warehouse Address: 512-514, PCF Godowns, Opposite Jail Road, Dasna, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India- 201010 Concern:-Sir after purchasing of new phone with in warranty i.e from 8 th June 2015 it shows low battery even after charging of 3-4 hours as prescribed by manufacturer, 0n 10th june complaint was launch(with ticket id no. W[protected] given by service centre no.) to nearby sony service centre (NRI Electronics, shop no.04, F.S plaza, near vijaya Bank, jagat farm, graeter Noida), Attendant executive was MR Rajat Tiwari, He check the phone thoroughly, According to him there is software updation issue we will sort out this, plz take back up of your contact and images it may be corrupt during software up gradation, there will be no hard ware failure during this as per him, in his pre inspection observation there was only minor scratch on mobile and funcutionaaly it is ok ( Proof mentined in attached service job sheet), After 2 days phone return to me, when I check the phone in sony service centre its speaker was not working, I raise this issue they reply we will redo the process it may work plz come tommrow, but next day they reply it is not repairable as water sensor is red ( this was not observation during pre inspection of service), after that we will send it to Chennai for repair, but no response, many times I have written mail to service centre ( as per attachment), call to service centre, Ghaziabad service centre ( Mr bhyom Sukhla - [protected]), Area Service manager (Mr Lokesh -[protected]), But now no body pick my phone, No mail reply, customer care excutive[protected] always reply on my call please go to service centre, Service centre reply is your phone will not repair, talk to company, if you want we will give new phone but it cost 80% of MRP, even thery are not ready to return my unreparible phone, and reply is plz talk to company, do what you want, They always reply we will sort out your issue with in 24 hr, Our senior will call you, but no call reply from last one month….                       Recently Sony has sent Android updates for my phone Xperia ZL(C6502) IMEI No.[protected] . When updated my phone using Sony PC companion software, It got switched off even though battery was charged over 90%. Then I found that phone works only when connected to charger. Id We remove charged it gets switched off. I contacted Sony authorized service center in pune and after two day they said that battery has got damaged and there is no option other that getting replacement with higher model where I need to pay 80% of amount for new model. But htere was no problem with my phone's battery until I updated with the sony suggested upgrade. and this issue has been faced by many Sony users.

                      ditto same problem has been faced by me, my phone was 70% charged and it suddenly stopped and now it only starts when is connected to charger, when i visited service center i was said that i will get 20% reimbursement on next Sony mobile i buy. this is nothing other than fooling customers that a mere battery problem which would not have cost more than 1.5 to 2k they are asking us to loose our mobile for penny.

                      other option they are giving is to pay 33% of MRP exactly 9200RS to get a replacement as a refurbished phone. where as new phone is available for 14K.
                      this is nothing else but a fraud by a world renown company on name on non repairable mobile and company policies.

                        Our Sony TV was taken by your Authorized service center - STAR ELECTRONICS – New Delhi and not by M/S Club Electronics as mentioned in your below mail. ü As mentioned in your mail below that symptom of “lines on screen” is totally incorrect. Our TV was working fine but sometime the picture use to convert into a sketch Type but colorful, not black & white. This symptom does not have definite frequency. On the day your engineer visited, it took 10 -15 minutes to get at that state. Further please note that if the TV is switched off and restarted again it use to work fine. As per the norms of the service person was supposed to take the snap of the screen during his first visit but he didn’t comply to the same ü On the confirmation from the visiting engineer, if the product is repairable then first the estimate will be forwarded to me and on our confirmation only it will be processed, otherwise it will be returned in the same condition as it was while taking it for repairing from our residence. How can a service engineer of a reputed company SONY was not aware that the symptom can change or if he was aware then why he will lie..? ü I specifically reconfirmed while sending it to the service centre that the condition should remain same as we had an "offer for exchange" if the TV was in working condition. ü Even after we said "NO" to your service centre for repairing & they confirmed that it is transported for return & will reach any time, but the same was not delivered on the scheduled date. Day after, on our chasing and informing that we are coming for pick up, we were informed that product was still with the delivery man in his van only for last two days. Is this the system of the SONY that the product for delivery is not even tracked out? And a driver can keep the product without informing to the service centre? ü It's almost 3 months now and after "n" numbers of calls & mails flowing from our side to Star Electronics, Sony customer care, service centre, service head, Mr. Satyender Singh and Mr. Nitish Bhardwaj no action is taken against the same. I do regret to state that neither the service centre nor the Co. is interested to resolve the same. We had end up paying for the Tata sky for the above said without using their services properly. In view of the above facts we are not satisfied with your services and explanation

                          Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday I purchased one 28 inches led tv from M/s Kamalia sales ranchi.During purchasing I was a bit confused regarding the size whether to go for 28 or 32 however later on concluded over 28 with an assurance that the same can be exchanged if not satisfied.During installation same evening I informed to the engineers that I am not satisfied with size as various parts on back side are not accessible.However they keep on installing the tv(which is also not as per the standard of SONY).They also confirmed me that exchange is possible even after installing the product and suggested me to contact dealer next day. Today on visiting the dealer I had to face very humiliating situation in front of several other customers.First they said that its not possible to exchange after registration of tv.I confirmed that the same is still not registered in my name as per telecon with Mr Rupesh [protected].Dealer again said me to bring the warranty card.On producing the same they denied my request of exchange as date 18.10.15 was mentioned on card. Please confirm whether I am at fault at any step. On contacting customer care they are suggesting to meet dealer only who is behaving like I am begging to him.                             I have submitted sony xperia Z for repair to Sony service center, Accel frontline, Delhi, on 21 September. They told me the cost for repairing is Rs 15360, whereas new product is available at 16500 rs. So I asked them to upgarde the product (when cost of repair is more than 50% cost of the phone), Sony is neither repairing, nor upgrading my phone, and it is creating a lot of trouble. I have called them, and send them emails, but, there is no positive response.

                              I have purchased this sony xperia device in august and in the same month i need to replace my handset coz it has some issue but when they give me new handset then it's even worse i submit of coz of some issue n they gave after half of a montn n just after they return on the 8th day it got some issue again. Now they said that company closed replacement.

                                I have purchased Sony Xperia M 2 dual mobile phone and it is does not work properly. I have many time complaint in Sony care but they always said only one line that " Please take the phone at Sony care and your problem being solved " But evey time I have another problem.                                     Hi I am from Nagercoil I brought a LED TV from George Enterprises (Marthandam) on 12/03/2015, has a warranty period of one year. My TV stopped working on june 2015 ie it worked only for 3 months, I have been complaining about the same for more than 3 months to the shop but getting no response, how a bad customer service from such a big brand, called the customer care and they are repeatedly telling complaint has been forwarded.                                         Hello, I submitted my phone on 22nd of September 2015 and was given a Job No. : W[protected]. My phone is Sony Xperia Z a water resistant phone. Due to my handset being water resistant I had to give the phone to an authorized Sony service centre for a very simple problem of replacing battery. I was told by the agent who took the handover of my phone that it will take 7 days for us to check the entire handset for any additional problem. She also informed that I will get an estimate at the end of 7 days and I will have to pay that amount upright and post that the work will start. I mean that is insane why should I pay before the handset is serviced. As mentioned earlier I got a call from the PC support centre situated on Bund Garden Rd. Ashoka Mall on the 08th Day and they gave me an estimation of Rs. 1888/- on top of the 300/- charges which they took for sending my handset by courier to chennai. I arrived at the center and found out that they had not taken one more request of changing a flap which protects from water getting inside. They said that pay 300/- more and if any left over amount they will refund me. This happened on 30th of September 2015. I asked for the TAT to which I was informed that I will get a message from Sony in next 7 days and then I can come to collect the handset. That is the day and today is the day who ever I call in Sony says that they are not able to find the parts. How is that possible when I am able to buy the same battery from eBay at a much lower cost that quoted by Sony. I am a pure Sony fan and have used Sony products in electronics right from my TV, Phone, Music System etc. I know that the after sales is slow of Sony but now it is almost one month and they don't have parts. My question is why was I charged for the parts which is not even available. If I am charged I should get my service. I work in an IT company and smart phone makes my life a lot easy. Now I am smart phone less from last one month. No one is listening neither they are giving me the head office no. I even tried the customer care of Sony the executive there are arrogant and dint even take my complaint. I have been tossed like a football and I need a definite answer. If I can buy the same part on eBay how can the manufacturer of this handset does not have the parts. Regards, Adil Shaikh [protected]
