I have purchased this sony xperia device in august and in the same month i need to replace my handset coz it has some issue but when they give me new handset then it's even worse i submit of coz of some issue n they gave after half of a montn n just after they return on the 8th day it got some issue again. Now they said that company closed replacement.

    I have purchased Sony Xperia M 2 dual mobile phone and it is does not work properly. I have many time complaint in Sony care but they always said only one line that " Please take the phone at Sony care and your problem being solved " But evey time I have another problem. So I was very forested to this phone. I am purchase this phone about April In 4-5 month I am go to the Sony care is about 4-5 time so plz help me any how.

      I have purchased new sony bravia led, two days back, but still service advisor has not attended to install the LED. such a disappointing thing... really it is the worst thing regarding sony. hope so in future i will think a lot for sony electronic appliance..

        Hi I am from Nagercoil I brought a LED TV from George Enterprises (Marthandam) on 12/03/2015, has a warranty period of one year. My TV stopped working on june 2015 ie it worked only for 3 months, I have been complaining about the same for more than 3 months to the shop but getting no response, how a bad customer service from such a big brand, called the customer care and they are repeatedly telling complaint has been forwarded. But not even a single response i got. ([protected])

          I submitted my cell in authorised service centre for an upgrade but the upgrade lollipop 5.1.1 got worst quality of camera quality and i complaint it further but company is not able to solve the issue and i am totally dissatisfied with this phone, Camera quality was good in kit kat version.             Hello, I submitted my phone on 22nd of September 2015 and was given a Job No. : W[protected]. My phone is Sony Xperia Z a water resistant phone. Due to my handset being water resistant I had to give the phone to an authorized Sony service centre for a very simple problem of replacing battery. I was told by the agent who took the handover of my phone that it will take 7 days for us to check the entire handset for any additional problem. She also informed that I will get an estimate at the end of 7 days and I will have to pay that amount upright and post that the work will start. I mean that is insane why should I pay before the handset is serviced. As mentioned earlier I got a call from the PC support centre situated on Bund Garden Rd. Ashoka Mall on the 08th Day and they gave me an estimation of Rs. 1888/- on top of the 300/- charges which they took for sending my handset by courier to chennai. I arrived at the center and found out that they had not taken one more request of changing a flap which protects from water getting inside. They said that pay 300/- more and if any left over amount they will refund me. This happened on 30th of September 2015. I asked for the TAT to which I was informed that I will get a message from Sony in next 7 days and then I can come to collect the handset. That is the day and today is the day who ever I call in Sony says that they are not able to find the parts. How is that possible when I am able to buy the same battery from eBay at a much lower cost that quoted by Sony. I am a pure Sony fan and have used Sony products in electronics right from my TV, Phone, Music System etc. I know that the after sales is slow of Sony but now it is almost one month and they don't have parts. My question is why was I charged for the parts which is not even available. If I am charged I should get my service. I work in an IT company and smart phone makes my life a lot easy. Now I am smart phone less from last one month. No one is listening neither they are giving me the head office no. I even tried the customer care of Sony the executive there are arrogant and dint even take my complaint. I have been tossed like a football and I need a definite answer. If I can buy the same part on eBay how can the manufacturer of this handset does not have the parts. Regards, Adil Shaikh [protected]

              I have taken a Sony 32 inch LED TV from the Authorised Sony Centre in Vizag on 18th Sept, 15. From 13th Oct my TV is not working and I have raised the same issue with the relevant authorities and have a compliant no. assigned to me as service request no.28108292, assigned to SS Technologies, Visakhapatnam. The service person has come and taken some photographs of the same and from there on there is not response from them. I have been calling up repeatedly if they lift the phone they are only informing that it would be repaired today. I am aghast by the service of so called SONY brand. I want my TV to be functional at the earliest possible time.

                I Have submitted my mobile Xperia Z1 at SS Electronics, Hyderabad for a damage repair on Sep 7, 2015, SR: W[protected]. However the mobile isnt yet serviced due to unavailability of spares, as Informed by Service Center. Even after escalating the same to SONY india, there is no response and solution provided. Because of the delay, i have lost insurance claim from APPSDAILY which resulted in loss of Rs. 10300.00 along with the discomfort o[censored]nable to use my own mobile phone.

                  I purchased Sony BRAVIA TV by February 2013 for Rs.40, 000/- from SONY Center (Sri A.N & Grand Son) at Avinashi Road, Coimbatore. (No. SI/7389. 17/Feb/2015) By September 2015, the TV started to display in pink colour. When a complaint was made, the service person from K.G Electronics, Sony Authorised Service Centre, conveyed that the "LCD Panel Defect. LCD Panel to be Replaced". I am very much disappointed to note that SONY is resorting to manufacturing of such defective sets in which the display goes of with 2+ years of purchase. Such a bad quality manufacture adversely affects the reputation of SONY. I hope SONY to be sensitive enough in replacing/repairing the set without charging any amount from the customer. In this connection your kind attention is invited to the low standard of manufacture of Volkswagon car is invited.

                    I bought SONY EXPERIA C5 on 13thoct, 2015 evening. On 24th oct evn after charging for more than 5hrs battery wasnt full. Only 72% battry and tht too drained to 33% in 15 mins. Phone hangs while typg msg. Doesnt glides smoothly. Went to Service cntre on 15th oct, 2015 at vile parle, kept my phone for 4hrs and said all is fine and updated software n returned my phone. While checkg my phone it again prompted update software. Shwed them and they again took itbfor 15 mins. Aftrr returng home I am facing same prob. Phone hangs and again promptg update software. Service centre says donnot update software in wifi or mobile data. Use only computer. Shopowner says not my prob. MOBILE WORLD in Prime Mall, irla, vile parle west, mumbai is cheat, fraud and irresponsible seller.

                            This is regert to inform you that I brought Sony C4 mobile on 12th october 2015 on bajaj electronics tolichowki in Hyderabad i started using mobile there is heating up issues next day 13 th oct again i went to your show room sales man said there is software issues they updated the soft ware still issues not resolved again i went on 14 th oct i hand over the hand set to your show room mobile division manager i need replacement immediately pl help.

                              We purchased a Sony LED TV 40" on 27th October, 2013 from one of the Reliance Digital stores at Navi Mumbai. In the last week of September, 2015 it developed a snag and the company's service engineer after checking (complaint ID[protected] told that TV Panel has gone bust. It will take around Rs.20000/- to repair the same. It is surprising that a part of product which cost around 40% of the cost of the product develops a fault in less than 2 years of purchase. The dealer has refused to take up with the manufacturer and authorised service centre at vashi has told that they are taking up with the company. It is really pathetic that the company does not have a comprehensive warranty policy for critical part, which as per complaints on the site is a regular phenomena.
