I have taken a Sony 32 inch LED TV from the Authorised Sony Centre in Vizag on 18th Sept, 15. From 13th Oct my TV is not working and I have raised the same issue with the relevant authorities and have a compliant no. assigned to me as service request no.28108292, assigned to SS Technologies, Visakhapatnam. The service person has come and taken some photographs of the same and from there on there is not response from them. I have been calling up repeatedly if they lift the phone they are only informing that it would be repaired today. I am aghast by the service of so called SONY brand. I want my TV to be functional at the earliest possible time.

I Have submitted my mobile Xperia Z1 at SS Electronics, Hyderabad for a damage repair on Sep 7, 2015, SR: W[protected]. However the mobile isnt yet serviced due to unavailability of spares, as Informed by Service Center. Even after escalating the same to SONY india, there is no response and solution provided. Because of the delay, i have lost insurance claim from APPSDAILY which resulted in loss of Rs. 10300.00 along with the discomfort o[censored]nable to use my own mobile phone.

I purchased Sony BRAVIA TV by February 2013 for Rs.40, 000/- from SONY Center (Sri A.N & Grand Son) at Avinashi Road, Coimbatore. (No. SI/7389. 17/Feb/2015) By September 2015, the TV started to display in pink colour. When a complaint was made, the service person from K.G Electronics, Sony Authorised Service Centre, conveyed that the "LCD Panel Defect. LCD Panel to be Replaced". I am very much disappointed to note that SONY is resorting to manufacturing of such defective sets in which the display goes of with 2+ years of purchase. Such a bad quality manufacture adversely affects the reputation of SONY. I hope SONY to be sensitive enough in replacing/repairing the set without charging any amount from the customer. In this connection your kind attention is invited to the low standard of manufacture of Volkswagon car is invited.

I bought SONY EXPERIA C5 on 13thoct, 2015 evening. On 24th oct evn after charging for more than 5hrs battery wasnt full. Only 72% battry and tht too drained to 33% in 15 mins. Phone hangs while typg msg. Doesnt glides smoothly. Went to Service cntre on 15th oct, 2015 at vile parle, kept my phone for 4hrs and said all is fine and updated software n returned my phone. While checkg my phone it again prompted update software. Shwed them and they again took itbfor 15 mins. Aftrr returng home I am facing same prob. Phone hangs and again promptg update software. Service centre says donnot update software in wifi or mobile data. Use only computer. Shopowner says not my prob. MOBILE WORLD in Prime Mall, irla, vile parle west, mumbai is cheat, fraud and irresponsible seller.

My hang last six month but i didn't have time for repair, Yesterday i was gone sony center in CTM. But that person not reply proper ans. I was highly disappoint for sony service. My phone was in one year validity period.

I had purchased my Xperia Z2 D6502 on 1st May 2015. Date - 30 May 2015 ( Swaped IMEI - [protected]) 3) Job No - W[protected] USB cap issue) Dated - 27 June 2015 4) Job No - W[protected] Bottom speaker not working) Dated - 16 July 2015 5) Job No - W[protected] USB cap issue) Dated - 29 July 2015 6) Received a replacement on 6 August 2015 ( IMEI - [protected]) 7) Job No - W[protected] USB cap issue) Dated - 28 Sept 2015 8) Job No - W[protected] Phone dead automatically inspite having sufficient charge the night before) Dated 6th Oct 2015 (Swaped IMEI - [protected]) 9) Job No - W[protected] Memory card lock issue) Dated 14 Oct 2015 I am not satisfied with your product as you can see above the problems i have faced. This is regert to inform you that I brought Sony C4 mobile on 12th october 2015 on bajaj electronics tolichowki in Hyderabad i started using mobile there is heating up issues next day 13 th oct again i went to your show room sales man said there is software issues they updated the soft ware still issues not resolved again i went on 14 th oct i hand over the hand set to your show room mobile division manager i need replacement immediately pl help.

We purchased a Sony LED TV 40" on 27th October, 2013 from one of the Reliance Digital stores at Navi Mumbai. In the last week of September, 2015 it developed a snag and the company's service engineer after checking (complaint ID[protected] told that TV Panel has gone bust. It will take around Rs.20000/- to repair the same. It is surprising that a part of product which cost around 40% of the cost of the product develops a fault in less than 2 years of purchase. The dealer has refused to take up with the manufacturer and authorised service centre at vashi has told that they are taking up with the company. It is really pathetic that the company does not have a comprehensive warranty policy for critical part, which as per complaints on the site is a regular phenomena.

Since 14/10/15, my sony xperia tipo (single sim) is not swithching on. I tried connecting it to computer.charging.and even changing battery but it is not working. please give me some factors to open my mobile phone safely with all apps in it. please respond .

I have purchased a sony 25000 mAh power bank and 2 branded from whaaky.com.My order no.is S80960863 .The power bank is not working well.It charges only 20% of my samsung galaxy mobile.Inside the power bank there has a very small battery and a piece of iron rod forpurpose to increase weight.It is a duplicate one .The pants are also very bad in quality.Please take necessary steps.

I Rakesh N shah, 12 sundaram Bunglows satellite Ahmedabad-15 Mobile [protected]., had buy Model SONY bravia KDL 46W700A(sl no 4307843) Cost Rs. 81000/- purchased ON 13OCT2013 from starting the picture quality was not Good, the picture was interrupted frequently and Auto on off problem were observed and reported on phone to shop keeper they inspected and told it may due to network/signal, we misunguided that poor picture quality due to signal, the channel videocon D2h(Cust ID[protected] were report fault of TV, so we complained the sony centre at Ahmedabad after the contineous efforts they were listen after long time spell, latest on 5 oct2015 sony accepted the piece for service vide job J52461541 the company they told to deliver on 10oct15 but fail on enquiry, admitted the fault for panel and is under company warranty and they will replace free but will take more time as part is not in stock and also charge service, transportation, inspection etc. sony Also need for more 15 days time to supply part, we are not in position to wait due to family demand for entertainment. I want replacement as New fresh piece due reasons, 1. not enjoyed a Good product after spent Rs 8100 . 2. The warranty panel which refixed or raplaced is not assured and future we have to spent lot of amount for fault.3 The shop keeper had given us inspection of piece sl no 4301526 and supplied sl no 4307843 the defective piece. 4 the stress provided during view the TV and defect in services to extend help during the valid periods of 2 years 5. The uncertain period for repair being asked.6 The life of repair piece will at my risk .I want Justice for NEW Piece allotment and compensation for hardship difficulties created by sony TV product. I have brought a TV with model number ' SONY LED 50W900B' from RAJ Electronics, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. But no one has come for fitting the TV. I called them many times stills they are not coming for connection. While purchasing sony representative said that after purchasing they will come to my home directly for fitting the TV on the wall. But after calling them many times, they dont bother to come. Can you please take some action and send your representatives to my house in the above address mentioned.

They dated me for 1st oct and delayed it to 3rd oct. For courier to pickup.
But i recovered no response from flipkart .I am calling daily minimum of 1 hour to flipkart costumer care but no one is giving me any useful directions about what to do .Always they say to wait for 24 hours as many times as a called .My pick up date was 3 october but until now i haven"t received any calls or messages about my pickup from the courier company... Tell me where should i go...?????
