I Sanjay Agarwal Purchase mobile Hand set of Sony Xperia m2 DS Model No.D2302, Seriol No. [protected] on 08/07/2014. After some month problem arise in speaker. In this regards I have visited Sony Authorized service center around three to four times but problem not solve properly.Now warranty period already gone. Now i want refund or replacement.

    1. Laptop submitted to J.P. electronics (Sony Authorized Service Centre) on 07th of October 2. Again, pathetic attitude of staff towards customers/they need to improvise on their professional well being. 3. Staff here fails to : 'i' Impress the customer 'ii' Not just impress, but they sit in such a manner, that the service centre feels more of a social hub 'iii' Don't know how to serve a customer; i don't know how are they not ashamed of not helping one properly 'iv' Poor customer relation management 'v' If such is the service and remains so, I'm never going to buy a sony product again, and wont even reccomend it to any of my mates; makes a customer feel like he's standing in a tea-stall in a queue waiting for his cup of tea. 4. The estimate of the motherboard replacement is of around Rs. 14500. 5. Since this is an internal fault, why shall i pay? Simple. 6. This has been such a buggy laptop since its day one, the motherboard itself has been replaced three times in the past three years, and other things were done too. Such faulty laptop? Seriously? 7. Sort it out Sony.

      This is to inform you that I had purchase 2 LCD tv(SONY Bravia)from LP ELECTRONICES, CDA, CUTTACK ODISHA(1.KLV-32CX350 Serial No-3260869 &2.KLV-32BX350, Serial No[protected]in 2012.That Time sales guys told me that this TV (that I bought) was a very good TV and would function without any trouble for a minimum of 10 years. I am so disheartened to now know that both are worked for just over 3 years and the display is ruined. I hardly watch TV and after that I loddged Complation the company's service engineer after checking told that TV Panel has gone It will take around Rs.12000/- to fix the the same. It is surprising that a part of product which cost around 40% of the cost of the product develops a fault in less than 3 years of purchase. As i earlier told that I had purchase two LCD tv both are same issues and It is really pathetic.I don’t know what your organistion do for Custemer satisfication and One more thing I want to tell you that if your company deal like that Then u know what about your Company Future.I don’t think so that now a days nobody Want to buy any product from Sony Brand so Pls maintain your BRAND name so that we are happy if customer happy then YOU also.         Model D5833 Xperia z3 compact purchased on 29 march 2015, it became defective on 20 september 2015 ie.within 6 months of purchase. The device wouldnt even switch on. Now the sony officials are constantly delaying the delivery of the device to me saying the parts arent yet available. Its already been about a month since iv submitted my device.Job number:W[protected] . This much delay and reasons from sony is not acceptable from a brand which claims to be of international standards. Considering the responses i get i dont even feel il ever get my device back...thats how they make you feel..please do look onto the issue and resolve it at the earliest.

          I have purchased Sony LED TV model no KDL-32W650A with serial No 4302836 on 22nd Aug 2013. My LED tv panel got defective within two years and Iodged a service complaint in Sony . After following for 6 to 7 days one service guy came he gave no solution and took service charge. When I again lodged the complaint another service incharge came after 8 days and told that this panel needs to get replaced worth of 14000/-. and it will take 15 days to set.Within two days the service incharge called up and said your panel is ready and now it would lcost around Rs15200/- .I need to understand being old customer do changing of panel cost as much as equivalent to new TV. Secondly service quality is so pathetic that they dont response to call and moreover the quality of your tv is such poor and degraded that panel needs to be changed within two years. Even one my friend also complained of this issue of panel getting defective but i didnt paid need to his issue and went to buy sony bravia. It is found all the taiwan made leds which are getting offladed in India comes up with this issues.Please see if some discounting can happen to this panel which after paying huge amount on tv have never expected that i have to pay again such heavy amount on panel . We need regularisation approach on such MNC companies Regard, s Shouvik kr datta [protected] Block 1 flant 3F, Eden tolly Green wood complex; 304 M.G.Road kabardanga More .Kol 104.

              I recently bought Sony xperia z ultra, now the touch is not functioning, am ready to pay for the service, but the guys telling me, I can't find the service for this model throughout india, when am even ready to pay for their service, they are telling me to exchange for a lower model.                 Negative Foggy screen is spreading day by day which has hidden most part of the screen. When viewed from sideways ghost picture is seen which is going worse day by day. Now it has hidden most part of the screen. Cant imagine this within few years of purchase that too from a branded and reputed company

                    I purchased a sony HD LED TV on 21/01/2015. On 01/09/2015 it was observed that the screen was becoming blackish in some parts of the display. On 14/09/2015, i booked a complaint to customer care at SONY call centre and my complaint ID no. 23507197 was given. Sony technician MR ABHIVRUDHI visited on 16 /09/2015 and inspected the TV (model NO. KDL-48w600B/BRAVIA, SL NO.3265287), vide request ID NO27557945, sent by Vigneshwar Services, Bangalore. The technician reported that the display will be replaced within four days. After several request to the concerned the service centre, nothing has been done till date.                       I have purchased a mobile of sony on 03.10.2015 & submited to Esquare Point Indore sony service center for not working properly on 18.10.2015 but till date those people are not responding properly that when should i will get my phone back. the job card for my phone is W[protected] dtd 18.10.2015 Model of phone is E2363 coral colour.

                      You are kindly requetsed to look into the matter & resolve my issues earliest.

                        We purchased a Sony LED TV 46" on 11th june, 2011 from one of the sony stores at rajkot. In the last week of oct, 2015 it developed a snag and the company's service engineer after checking told that TV display has gone bust. It will take around Rs.28451/- to repair the same. It is surprising that a part of product which cost around 40% of the cost of the product develops a fault in less than 4 years of purchase. The dealer has refused to take up with the manufacturer and authorised service centre at rajkot has told that they are taking up with the company. It is really pathetic...

                          Sir, i just purchased a xperia m5 phone from pune.the phone got wet in rain and got liquid damaged, but the phone is said to be waterproof, when given to service center they say that the litmus is wet but however not giving propre resons for its damage ...if the phone is said to be waterproof then i dont understand how this can happen .and the water proofing test is taking a long time...this is just not expected from the company ...i have bee buying sony products fron quite a long time and this kind of reaction is just not accepted...

                            I bought a TV in 2008 - S32 LCD TV. Have maintained it since then and have a limited usage. A week back noticed crinkles on the screen. Lodged complaint with Sony - Req ID 27912663. A representative examined and to my surprise suggested change in the whole panel. Reason provided was it happens with technical products. Not a valid enough reason for me to spend another 15k for replacement of the whole panel. If this was the scenario the company should have informed me at the time of purchase. Even after using the TV with utmost care I have to face this unnecessary hassle. Had it been a damage due to my negligence I would have been ready to bear the cost. Though this is an unacceptable and unjustified reason - 'it happens' . Can some one please look into this and get the TV repaired?

                                Dear Sony Team, I have purchased a Sony Xperia Z Ultra Model bearing IMEI No.[protected] dated 29/06/2015 .The phone worked fine unless I observed a defect on the screen. One a fine day I observed the screen shattered from inside without any mishandling, shock etc. The touch stopped working and to my surprise there were fine crack lines on the screen from inside. There was not a single break or damage on the screen but from inside it seemed to be damaged. I request you to kindly take this issue and replace my screen under warranty. I am residing at Nizamabad and Hyderabad would be the nearest service centre. Further I have observed that a lot of other people are also facing the same issue, if this problem is persistent and related to manufacturing defect I urge you to take the issue seriously with your higher authorities and provide some permanent solution for this.                                   We have brought sony tv 2 years ago and the panel has been collapsed without our intervention now sony people are saying that you have exceeded the date of warranty in addition to that they are saying that "1" in "1000" tv' will get effected in thus way !!! q.1: my first qustion whether sony is a local brand or international brannd(in my view it is not elgible for even local brand because of the circumstances what i have seen) q.2:why i should be that "1" in "1000" since i have also paid the money what others i have payed then why i should get that type of problems

                                    Dear Sir / MaM I try to mail you since how many days i want direct any corporate email because your customer support will not able to help me in that case i just submit my xperia z on 23rd sep 2015 on the sony service centre in janakpuri they told me, they wanna repair a screen and insert a new display and told me the chargers will be blah blah but they also told me they will take only 7 days but right nw its 10/6/2015 now and still no response from your customer service and no response from the service centre once i called to your customer care they will directly said me calL on this day call on this day or next day since last few days they are not giving me any response that when i will get mt phone back if you not wanna fixed it let me know that the poor service which i get from your computer your service centre people dont have the manners how to talk with the customers they are very rude can you imagine once i submit the cell without checking anything they directly said me it will charge u this amount 10k ner approx to fix the phone and i agree on that but now u r not giving my phone back CAN YOU PLEASE FUT A CASE ON THIS CASE AGAINST THE SONY COMPANY CONTACT ME IF YOU WANNA TALK ASAP - EMAIL- [protected]@gmail.com Name - bharat

                                      Hi, I have submitted my sony xperia z ultra ( black) for replacement after it screen got damaged. I was told that i will receive the new unit in around a month. However It has been 2 months now and i have not received it yet. I had received few offers from you around a month to receive sony Z1 or sony xperia zultra in white otherwise. But i had turned down the offer since i was not interested in the same. I had received a call from you on last to last Friday that my unit ( xperia z ultra black ) has arrived and will be available in 2-3 days but i have not received any calls as yet. Hence Please let me know the status now and please provide me the unit ASAP as it has been 2 months already and i demand only in colour black, which is why i have waited for around 2 months now.                                         Dear Sir, I would like to bring two issues for your notice and needful action regarding service provided at"krish electronics" sony service centre mumbai centre: 1. I have submitted my laptop at centre for mother board replacement, same replaced with 3 months warranty, I collected the laptop and used for three days, it come to my notice that it's wireless switch not working &so many scratches, dents are there and cover of charging point and body has also damaged, I approached the service centre to sort out the issue, they kept the device for around 1 month and still the issue is unresolved. 2. In case of my second laptop, during service the centre handled the device so carelessly that it caused scratches and dents again on it's surface even they didn't provide me any job sheet from their side. I request you to help me out and resolve the issues.
