    I bought Sony mobile phone Model No. E2363 (M4 Aqua) in the month of June’15 and since then it forth time that I have submitted phone to Sony service centre and they have replaced once but still facing many problems. This time I have requested to please refund my money as the phone is not working but they are not ready. Could you please help

    I bought Sony mobile phone Model No. E2363 (M4 Aqua) in the month of June’15 and within week I have started facing many problems (not ringing, call drop, data card not detecting) so visited Sony centre (complaint ID W115061803281) on 18th June’15 and they updated software and gave it back. But after few days same all problems started and I visited Sony centre again (complaint ID 15062702813) on 27th June’15 and they did the same thing software update and gave it back. But again within couple of days same all problems started so I went Sony centre (complaint ID 15063001602) on 30th June’15 and requested to change the handset and they changed hand Set but don’t think it was new handset because it was in open box. Box seal was broken. And now after two months again we are facing problems (Vibration not working, sometimes not ringing, over heating) and again submitted handset to Sony Centre (complaint ID 15092600256) today, 26th September’15 Since I bought this handset it became headache for me. It is really frustrating to format your phone again and again and remove your data and submit to Sony centre. Again & again submitted handset destroys my memory card and wastes my money on screen guard. Now I want my money to be refund

    Since I bought this handset it became headache for me. It is really frustrating to format your phone again and again and remove your data and submit to Sony centre. Again & again submitted handset destroys my memory card and wastes my money on screen guard.

    Now I want my money to be refund
    I bought Sony mobile phone Model No. (M4 Aqua) in the month of OCT15 and within 3 month I have facing network frequency problems so visited Sony centre (complaint ID W[protected] on 13th Jan'16 and they updated software and gave it back. after one day my mobile sim1 slot not visible so visited Sony centre on 16th Jan'16. please change my mobile and give me new handset or give me refund my money

      Hello, i have sony handset and found problem of network. Service center repaired 4 times but not solved. Now they neither replacing my handset nor repaired. And ask me for diposite money for higher value handset of sony replaced with my phone.

        I bought Sony xperia M4 aqua dual on 31-Aug and within 10 days the microphone stopped working. Like every other customer, I spoke to the customer service. They gave me a service ID number and directed me to the nearest service centre (at No. 106 & 107, Shree Platinum Mall, First Floor, Near Vallabha Bag Cross Lane, Jawahar Road, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400077). Once I reached the service centre I was horrified to see the state. There were customers waiting for hours for the people to assist them in a small stuffy room without AC & ventilation. The guy at the front desk looked clueless, had no freaking idea on how long will it take and the manager of the centre (Arpit) was a sitting duck. They asked me to submit my phone and wait at the centre. They wouldn't let me leave the service centre and also wouldn't tell me how long will it take. According to them it could take anything from 40 mins to 1-2 hours. And after waiting also they wouldn't know if my issue will be resolved in God knows-how many days. They kept saying this is the process. In this age of information they had an obsolete process and pathetic service. I had my 1 year old child with me and I kept requesting them for assistance. They couldn't even give me a contact no. where I could check and reach out to them. It is by far the most horrible, obnoxious and appalling service by SONY. I request all the people to check the service available before buying any SONY product. Please learn from my experience. I have vowed not to EVER BUY ANY SONY PRODUCT. Only one word for SONY services - 'PATHETIC'.

          I have given my sony xperia z for repair at sai system, nagpur on 20.08.2015. Job no. W[protected]. I was told that it will be repaired within 20 days. On[protected] i received sms about estimate. Then i had a call with sai system on which they confirmed & told me that within a week i will get my mobile. I have complained help desk so many times on your phone & mail but they have not taken any action.

            I had bought a Sony Bravia TV (KLV-32R412B) on 7-July-2014 for Rs 30, 000. Its hardly 1 year and 2 months now. The TV has just stopped working for the last 30 days. On calling the service engineer he is saying that the motherboard needs to be replaced. He has already charged us Rs 170 for the visit and given us an estimate of Rs 5, 800 I am surprised to see the quality of a Sony product. The life is just 1 year. My faith in Sony has just shaken, and now my thinking too has changed. I think I should have brought a cheaper TV and of a some other lower brand. I am really surprised by a Sony product quality and its services. And this is not the first time, actually the second time when Sony TV has failed to meet customer expectation and has stopped working in a span of year or year and a half.

              We purchased a Sony LED TV 40" on 27th October, 2013 from one of the Reliance Digital stores at Navi Mumbai. In the last week of September, 2015 it developed a snag and the company's service engineer after checking told that TV Panel has gone bust. It will take around Rs.20000/- to repair the same. It is surprising that a part of product which cost around 40% of the cost of the product develops a fault in less than 2 years of purchase. The dealer has refused to take up with the manufacturer and authorised service centre at vashi has told that they are taking up with the company. It is really pathetic that the company does not have a comprehensive warranty policy for critical part, which as per complaints on the site is a regular phenomena.

                I bought a sony m4aqua handset in rs. 20, 000/- a month back. But the power backup is very bad. It consumes battery 10-12% in a hour without any use (in standby mode). No processing in back end, no internet use. After making huge investment on this handset i am tired. I need to recharge 2-3 times in a day. If i utilise internet it consumes battery 5% in 5 min. Use less phone after investing 20, 000 not a small amount. Kindly take your handset back and refund my amount to purchase some good handset.

                    There was a message on my screen asking me to connect my PS4 to a USB device to download system software 2.55 or later.but after trying i could not start it. so i approaches the authorised SONY service centers in andheri west and also in malad east. Both the places ..without even trying, i was bluntly told that there is hardware issue and it cannot be resolved. And that I should submit my playstation to them with all the accessories and buy a new one from them. Now it is not a joke to buy a new Ps4..so again in the house i tried and finally was able to resolve the problem myself and my PS4 stated again though i lost all the saved data. From this shameful experience at SONY ..I learnt that there is an internal racket going on telling customers their product cannot be repaired and that too buy a new one from them..and later they repair and sell it as second hand. It was a very shocking experience ...just not expected atleast at SONY to fool customers in such a way. i went to Krish Electronics, 90/676, ajinkya chs, MHB colony, near reliance energy office, we highway, dindoshi nagar malad east, mumbai 400097. tele no[protected] Sony Srevice center, abhishek building, near renault car showroom, nr infinity mall, andheri west.

I am Ali Khan from Godrej.Beware of sony products!My life’s biggest mistake when I purchased Sony Xperia Z1 on 16/08/2015 from Sangi Mobile Care, Narnol & had a pretty experience.However, the joy of the new phone was short lived.With in few days from purchase & while being warranty period the phone started developing anamolies like hanging & camera problem.Hence the handset was submitted at your company service centre Sai Electronics for necessary repairs on 20/08/2015.Your service executive update my phone & return back.We went to your service centre many times.They always update my phone but the problem remains same.Atlast, they submit my phone for 21days.Now, I want replacement.The entire episode has left me in a bitter taste With great hope & hearing about a healthy reputation of your brand name.I had availed the services but to my utter disappoint.I have faced the worst.The most effective thing which was undesirable was your misbehaving attitude towards customers.                         I have lodged a complaint regarding Sony TV panel on 2nd sep 2015. The complaint registration Id is 27359197. The service centre allotted was S S Technologies, Visakhapatnam. They were telling that they cannot do anythng after giving the order for panel.There is no response from the service centre.

                          I have lodged a complaint regarding the replacement of the panel of the Sony 32 inch TV which is bought on 19/05/12 from Behl Associates, Rajpur Road, Dehradun. Now just after 2 years its Panel was spoiled and it is to be replaced. Now in Visakhapatnam the S S Technologies looked into it and confirmed that the panel has to be replaced. We ordered for the panel and nothing has been progressed. I gave the complaint on 2 sep 2015 and till date the service centre has not done anything.

                            I bought Sony Xperia M4 Aqua in month of july'15 with one yeear warranty and this is second time my phone is in service center for flash light issue .Sony people are not able to find the parts of this new model .According to them there are more than 5 issues with my handset Actually they are doing R&D with my phone and trying to find what all issues in the phone .Past more than15 Days phone is with them and they have still not given replacement.Really upset with Vijay Sales and Sony as they gave warranty of 1 year and have launch this product without checking and doing proper Research on the issues.I need replacement from Sony otherwise my money back from Vijay Sales in Pune office (Pimple Saudagar branch) Vijay Sales shop number [protected] Please do not buy this product of Sony xperia M4.                                 Dear sir, I am using sony aqua m4 dual 16gb mobile and I have updated software till today D.2-10-15 but even some main issues with this model as below. 1)It takes too much time to capture photos and saving as compared to other phones like samsung, etc. 2)While calling it asks first from which card do you want to call, I have to select the card twice sometimes.(2out of 10times.) 3)Battery backup. Please solve these problems as early as possible in the next software update if you can...

                                  Earlier i purchased Xperia Z2 but after using it for less than a week its battery got puffed so i had to returned it. After replacing it i bought xperia z3 on[protected], but after only 3 months, its ringer got burst & not giving proper sound, when i contacted sony service centre at R.N-Goel & Sons Pvt. Ltd. "523A, Ambedkar Road, Opp. Axis Bank, Ghaziabad-201001, Uttar Pradesh" +91-[protected] they told me that it will be send to sony centre and will be open forcefully by tools like knife & some other tools like that and company doesn't have a policy to give new phone to customer in exchange of that. But after requesting them several time they replaced my xperia z3 with a brand new xperia z3 set. New phone which i got again start creating same problem(Ringer Problem, Speaker Problem, Network Issue, Hanging Problem). So i again put my device into service twice in the month of september 2015 and still lie with the service centre.
                                  Behaviour of sony service centre staff and customer care is very rude and non-supportive. They are saying that this is the matter of customer and sony service centre can't do anything in this regard. From last 8 months its being more than 4 month that my mobile which costed me Rs 47000 INR put up for service at service centre.
                                  So kindly try to replace or refund me money as i got fedup with the service of sony and doesn't have faith in Sony.

                                  Thus kindly consider the seriousness of this issue and please do arrange to provide new handset or refund of money.

                                  I ahve received call from sony but they asked for some complaint no which i didn't have at that moment so i told them to call after 2-3 hours. But after they called once and before picking up phone it got disconnected. Til than i am waiting for their phone call and still facing the phone as its being really long time my phone is with the service centre. Kindly try to resolve the problem.
                                  I would like to draw your kind attention towards the pathetic service, customer care, service centre and handset made of cheap and pirated material. I have always been a loyal customer of your products. But since i purchased Sony's handset i was facing problem with the handset. As you know already three handset is already being replaced by sony but problem still persist. So i just fedup with your service.
                                  Today i went to sony service centre at ambedkar road, Ghaziabad. Firstly the way they talk was very rude and they told me that my handset will be upgraded to Sony Xperia Z3+(Box price 53000/- but available at sony centre at Rs 40000/- only) by paying 1000 Rs more. As the price printed on the box was 1000 Rs more than the bill amount of my Xperia Z3( Billed amt Rs 45000/-). So kindly do tell me if the market price of New model is 5000 rs less then why should i pay 1000 more although is should get 5000 rs from your side.This is the treatment sony give to its priority customer.
                                  Thus i got fedup with your service and please refund my money (Rs 45000) as i don't have faith in sony anymore.

                                    Hello Sir, my name is Akash Sharma and I purchased a Xperia phone model T3 (D5102) from at 1st February 2015 from shop name Computer Plaza Bhilai, authorised dealer of Xperia phone. My mobile phone costs Rs 17, 600 . Phone got some problems like with illumination light (notification led) and camera within a week, when I visited service centre they said it's a software problem but after updating also phones problem doesn't solve, but my phones replacement period was over so I wasn't able to replace my phone so I have to use the same, but when problem increased I visit again service centre at 27th February (W[protected] and return my phone at 2nd March but problem wasn't solved. So I went service centre again when it causes too problem at 16th June (W[protected] and they returned phone next day but still problem wasn't solved, so I've to visit again at 24th June (W[protected] to service centre they replaced motherboard of phone but still problem wasn't solved and they return phone at 29th June, then they suggested to replacement of phone so I submitted my phone at service centre at 3 July (W[protected] and they gave me replacement at 31st July finally, but that phone also was unable to update so they demand again my phone to submit and I have to submit it at 8th August (W[protected] and they replaced phones motherboard again and gave me phone at 7th September after a month. But again the illumination light problem wasn't solved. So I visited service centre for telling them about it so they demand to submit my phone with complete box and accessories and they will arrange refund for me so I submitted both phone and accessories at 10th September (W[protected] at 17th September when I asked about my concern they told that company has rejected refund but agreed to give an upgrade model after paying price difference of the two models, I agreed and demanded Xperia z1, and they said ok but after that they said z1 is out of stock. So I asked again for refund cause I'm not able to purchase very costly phone with higher price difference, but they refused it. So I took back my phone at 30th of September. My phone was in service centre about 3 months of total 7 month of purchasing, please help me.

                                      This is the worst experience I am having with Sony mobile. I purchased a mobile of Sony Xperia Aqua M4 from Xtraa plus authorized dealer of Sony Mobile in NIT 5 Fardiabad. After 12 days phone starting heating & touch stopped working.

                                      I have given my hand set to service center on 28th of August through vendor from whom I have purchased.                                       My mobile is lying at service centre from last one month. I don’t know shall I wait or knock at the door of Consumer High Court.
