I have purchased DAV -TZ210 Sony Home Theater (sr no 6130929)in Jan 2011. Recently I have faced a problem o[censored]nable to play DVDs/CDs. I have given the unit for repairs at Vignesh Service Center in Koramangala, Bangalore on 6th July . After inspecfting they have informed me that they would need a Lens unit to replace and they have orddred the part from Sony. Today after 2 weeks they have confirmed that Part can not be arranged and they cannot...

I bought sony truly wireless earphones wf1000xm3 two months back.
I did not take too many calls at that time, but now after two months I've realised that the Noise cancellation feature does not work during calls.

Moreover the ambient sound is so prominent during calls that it is a distraction.

This is fairly high priced earphones in this bracket. I've searched all forums and could not find a solution...
