As soon as i enter the activation code on my phone, the activation code on my tv changes. Hence i can not activate subscription on my tv

    I have been approched for sony service centre
    For replacing my speaker for my led.
    The service department person came and he has replaced my speaker for my led tv.
    But after speaker was getting rough voice for my led and it wae worst voice for my led.
    And i am being follow up with the guy but he is not responding his name amit soni and his boss name wae arun. This both guys are not recd my phone no reply of message.
    And also i paid for the sevices they both have given. Than also they are not responding.
    In this scenario what should i do whom to complain no one there to help me.
    I am calling customer care but they are telling your no is not registered.
    Pls take this case oh high priority.

          My sony customer care complain refrence id number is :[protected]
          I am getting error code ce:[protected] error in every game in my ps 5 i had complain in sony customer care no help provided by the sony just telling the same thing wait wait and wait did i purchased the console for waiting pathetic service by sony its been 7 days i have complained in sony customer service no help provided by them every day same answer they give is to wait thats it.will never buy again from sony after spending healthy amount in the sony gaming console in return no service no help by the sony I recommend not to buy sony gaming console go for xbox with great serivce they provide.

            We have so many different sports going on of our country, and despite having 4 sports chanel none of them are showing our own games, and showing other countries' games, that's ridiculous as we are looking forward to watch our country's players and you are not letting us.

              Please note that looking in to Brand Value of SONY TV, I have purchased 2 Sony TV, as per below details by replacing same by Samsung.

              Please appreciate that I was under great impression of Brand Value of SONY TV till first week of July 2021, when my TV, which was bought less than 2 year before (KD-43X7002G), start creating problem. We have lodge complaint to call center ( Complaint Request ID 66446548 Dated 8th July 2021 ) .

              Our total trust got shattered, while we start chasing for solution of repair for our TV. After 2 reminders service engineer from "Immortal Innovation Services Pvt Ltd" ( GSTIN 07AAECI1043G1ZZ), Mr. Inder attended our complaint through Job/ccc ID No. 66446548 and find that mother board get problem and replacement is only solution. He took advance Rs 1000/- along with his service charge Rs 236/-, but after 12th July 2021, we are continusely chasing them through call center and direct, but no response till date .

              We are really surprised to see such pathetic response from authorized service center of SONY TV, who hardly take care for their customers. Looking in to their behavior and non response of our request despite several efforts, finally we have to buy additional TV of Samsung LED 32T4310 ( Invoice Number MV3/21-22/481 Dated 18th July `2021 ( UA32T4310AKXXL, S/N :CWTQ39BR504434 ), BUT TILL TIME ( 23rd July, 2021, 11.30 PM ), NO RESPONSE OR SOLUTION for our lodged complaint.

              We are facing problem in KDL 43W800C 3D LED TV, also, as number of vertical lines are appearing, but some how able to manage same.

              Our earlier SAMSUNG TV, perfectly worked for 7 to 8 Year, but purchase of SONY TV, totally disappointed us despite buying of expensive, as we want to move for more "QUALITY" product.

              It is my humble request to SONY TV management, please help us repairing our TV. Our advance have been stuck up with "Immortal Innovation Services Pvt Ltd", who have been referred through call center Request ID 66446548 Dated 8th July 2021, to kindly arrange to repair our TVs.

                I turn on my tv 2 days ago and there were some lines on tv and small black spot at the bottom of that line and i knew from the very beginning that it was not damaged by me because i never touch the tv and i live alone in the house so i called customer care to get my tv repaired which is still under warranty they send a technician the next day and the started to accuse that i damaged the tv somehow so he can't repair it under warranty i told him that i don't touch the tv and i live alone and then started talking in a very rude manner saying that you have damaged the tv you might have hit it with something in very arrogant tone, so i request sony india to please look into the matter and get my tv fixed which is under warranty ASAP

                  I have purchased DAV -TZ210 Sony Home Theater (sr no 6130929)in Jan 2011. Recently I have faced a problem o[censored]nable to play DVDs/CDs. I have given the unit for repairs at Vignesh Service Center in Koramangala, Bangalore on 6th July . After inspecfting they have informed me that they would need a Lens unit to replace and they have orddred the part from Sony. Today after 2 weeks they have confirmed that Part can not be arranged and they cannot repair the unit. I am disappointed a client that get to know after 2 weeks that my DVD player cannot be repaired. Can you pls look into it and organize the part . For exact Part number you may contact your service center

                    I bought sony truly wireless earphones wf1000xm3 two months back.
                    I did not take too many calls at that time, but now after two months I've realised that the Noise cancellation feature does not work during calls.

                    Moreover the ambient sound is so prominent during calls that it is a distraction.

                    This is fairly high priced earphones in this bracket. I've searched all forums and could not find a solution over the internet. Now I want to return them because now I take a lot of calls and it has rubbish call quality.

                        I am vamsi my Sony amplifier was not working so I went to Sony service center name is mayank service centre located in Kphb colony, kukatpally, Hyderabad the person who attend my product and said it will not work due to mother board problem so you should change complete mother board which cost around 18000/-rs and I have taken my product and I have shown to another technician and he resolved the problem with in 2000/- rs
                        So why r u hiring such un professional persons and suffering customers so please take care of this type of issues

                          I bought a Sony Bravia tv 2 months ago now there are some issues coming in my tv screen ..some area of screen is blur and slowly slowly it is increasing . So I complained in Sony and ask them to replace but now it is more than 10 days but till now no action taken by the company

                                    I had a Sony tv which had problem with its screen, as the company stopped producing the part required for the repair of my tv . They had instead given me an offer where i could buy a new set n they would give me a discount for the old one.Till that point all went well .
                                    on 18th june i had made the payment for the new tv, and was told it will take maximum 15 days to deliver . On 2 nd of july i had called the service centre, initially they were just ignoring the call, after repeated calling they informed me the item will be delivered by next week around Wednesday,
                                    After repeated calls on the 7th of july, they told me the set has not yet come will reach them on friday, n it will be delivered to me on 10th of july . Guess what it is the 10 th of july n its still not here . after calling them about a hundred times they finally decide to pick up n tell me that the tv is yet to come n might come at night, so they will deliver it on tuesday .
                                    now if they are getting the tv on saturday, why can't they send it to me on monday, why just waste another day . both the toll free number n the service centre are useless, they will just tell you we ll put your request on priority and get back to you in 24 hours . it has never happened . they will never come up with a solution and will just force you to do what ever suits them the best . would never recommend anyone buying from them . its already been 23 days, still not received my order . it would be great if they company was a bit bothered about their reputation n hire good employees n throw the one that are currently working in the service centre.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I need your immediate attention on this case. Sorry to say but I am highly disappointed with the way customer service center of Sony is tackling the issues raised by customers.


                                      It is extremely painful and sad to see that customer issues are not prioritized but customer service center is trying to sell another product in lieu of addressing the issue. Below are the highlights and summary of what went wrong . Hope you will address the issue at the earliest.


                                      I purchased Sony Bravia TV from Key Dee Electronics, sector 18, Noida on 17th June for Rs.52, 000
                                      It stopped working on 18th June (next day). I raised complain on following Monday as Saturday and Sunday was locked down.
                                      Engineer visited my home and said that the mother board was not working and he would submit the job card to the company
                                      I started following up every day for the status with Jaypee electronics and Sony customer service
                                      Finally I was assured that the company will replace the TV set and for which I was asked to sign concern letter. Signed Letter was submitted to Jaypee electronics via mail.
                                      To my shock Mr. Prashant (Phone number - [protected]) called yesterday and informed that TV set will not be replaced and they can repair it and give . This happened after 15 days of raising complain.
                                      I have informed Mr. Prashant and the representatives yesterday that the TV set stopped working on the next day only and I need replacement of the same model. Else they can refund the amount as I would not like to get the TV set repaired which stopped working the next day only. I may get multiple issues in future as TV set does not seem to be in proper condition. And when the customer service is not able to decide what to do even after 15 days, I might face service issues in future also.
                                      Today I got mail asking to pay extra 9K+ amount for purchasing the latest model.
                                      It is not expected from a multinational company to keep the customer waiting for more than 15 days and offer a new model with extra price. I purchased the TV set on 17th June. Either the company should replace the same model or refund the amount immediately. The company must not sell another model of higher prices because the current model is not working

                                      I need your attention and help in replacing the TV set. As a consumer I have the right for good product and service which I am sure the company will give . I believe this was one of the exceptional cases where the company has not delivered the product and service as per customer's expectation.


                                      Hope to get the issue resolved within this week as 17 days have already passed without resolution.

                                        Hi, the SonyLiv has created an app and given access to NRI 's . There is a sure ### button to Subscibe but there is just no way on the website or the app to unsubscibe. They have been deducting dollars from my account for subsciption every month even after having written to them multiple times over. They are not even refunding the amount
