    While I paid Rs 8500/- for 2yrs Extended Waranty charged the SG Infotech ( Sony authorised Service Cente ) khandshwar PANVEL Raigad given me receipt without signed on Revenue Stamp & refused to give receipt duely signed on revenue stamp but i refused to accept the receipt and cancelled the procedure. i have to state that such type of golmal transactions are going on ( it may be all over the Country )
    Please look into the matter and do the needful.

      For decades we use Sony's Electronic devices of all sorts (Laptops, Cyber-Shot Camera, Car Stereos, WalkMAn's, VHS & VCRs, CD Player's TVs, Music Systems, iPods, etc.). But the recent experience we had from our 48" Sony LED Internet T.V, bought in August 2015, is highly disappointing, and damaging our trust in Sony Devices. Within one (1) year from the date of purchase, the above T.V's panel board got damaged, and was replaced, and similarly several parts of the above T.V, even panel boards, were damaged in consecutive months & years till date. Even now the T.V has been handed over to Madonna, Thodupuzha (Sony's Authorized Service Center) in Kerala, due to Main panel board damage, with ₹.25000/- charged for the new panel board. Just in 6 years of owning the above device, we spend a similar amount somewhat equal to the device value. Our only mistake was, we trusted Sony Device's Quality which we had experienced in the past. If we had gone for any other brands, we did not have to bear these imposed expenses, incurred due to lack of your product quality at least not these often.
      I request you to approach this matter in a much compassionate manner, rather than officially, considering our decades-old loyalty to Sony Products. As spare for our TV's damaged part is not available the company had forwarded an exchange offer. Our damaged 48" Sony LED Internet TV + Rs.50000= New 50" Sony LED Internet TV. But we demand free of cost exchange for the above-damaged product as the damages were often since purchase. Attached are details of receipts and payments for the repairs done on damages incurred in the past years. Hope you will consider this as a special case, and find a resolution in a friendly manner, which will reinforce our shaken trust in Sony Products' quality. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

          In my tv I have sound glitch which everything I have explained. They do not solved anything still now. They even don't send right technical analyst to solve the problem. I am struggling for more than 1 year with their team to solve my queries. Nothing happened. They said in a call that they will call again. But sent mail that there is no problem in the tv. Kindly do the needful. It's giving mental pressure with the product for me. I had taken more than 20 days leave in my job with loss of pay when they came for service. Nothing resolved expect my loss of pay and stress arose because of this.

            I have requested for repair of my television Sony bravia on sony customer care services - Request No[protected] in the month of OCT 2020. However Nobody has turned up for the repair of the television till date .the request was assigned to Sonic care lucknow .

                    I bought Sony SA-D40 4.1 Channel Multimedia Speaker System with Bluetooth (Black) | B07864V1K1 (B07864V1K1 ) HSN:85182200 thru Amazon (Inv HR-DEL[protected] Dtd.27.08.21).After few days remote volume key was not working.I have compaint & service done by SV Enterprises-Muzaffurnagar-251001 UP on 03.10.21.But the same problem exist.Now I was told that the remote need to be replaced.Kindly support.

                          Many time there is a problem in led in warranty time period, After Motherboard and Panel change there is 3 years warranty then again and again this problem we face. Your Service is really not good. We registered our complaints 3-4 months but there is no response from your side. I reorganized that Sony product is not good. i did not reference this product again.
                          Please help me to change this Sony LED.

                            Sub : Refund of Rs 101242.00 transferred to Sony a/c on[protected]

                            I have given my TV Sony Bravia LCD NX 650 at Universal Electronics, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, Telangana under replacement offer. Accordingly, on the advice of the service center, i have transferred an amount of Rs.101242.00 to your account on[protected].

                            However, i was told that by the service center that the offer was rejected by you for the reason "Invalid PAN of SBI" and the service center was advised to initiate the refund process with you, as i have insisted for GST invoice of the Bank.

                            The dealer, M/s.Universal Electronics advised me to share the following account details for refund on[protected]. The refund has not been credited to my account so far, as it is more than a week.

                              I have purchased Bluetooth in August 2020 and in 6 months the Bluetooth had connectivity issues with phone. After much complaints and physical verification I got replaced with new Bluetooth. Soon after in 3 months the physical body of Bluetooth start fading from ear buds and volume buttons. In no time the control panel is visible now and this look horrible. I feel cheated and misleaded paying thousand to Sony India as they can't provide a standard quality of product to customer. Highly disappointed. If product quality is like this then company should provide guarante over physical body of product. Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy Sony products. Kindly help as I know Sony wouldn't help me repairing the product.

                                My speaker has been problem also check the sony service center.
                                My job no. is J11556717 speaker problem is crack the sound after change the parts but solution is not solved .
                                After seeing it again, the sony service center told the charger to be bad.
                                But my charger is gud. Again sony charger purchase but my problem is not solved.
                                The sony service nothing changed the part but money is accepted.

                                  I am a videographer since 7 years.
                                  On 16th November 2020 I had purchased a Sony camera A7 S3 model costing 2.98 lakhs from pioneer camera, vytila. Ever since I bought it I have been having different issues with the camera. I had approached the service centre many times & each time I am there with a new complaint . This has been effecting my work n when I mentioned that I was given a substitute camera once, But during my event even that substitute Clip complaint and that also effected my work. I have suffered a lot of financial loss and this has also spoiled my reputation in my business . I am also facing legal charges filed by my clients as I had lost their clips due to the damage in this camera . The last time I gave for service is on[protected] I have not got a permanent solution till date for this . The Sony Service center has failed to acknowledge my complaints and also they don’t accept the failure in their product despite these continuous events rather they claim that the camera is in good condition and that it not a damaged piece . This faulty or damaged camera has caused a lot of problems to me, financially, emotionally, legally, mentally and also has cost me my reputation. So I kindly request you to take necessary action to solve my problem in my best interest.

                                    I have been provided used dusty mother board part for replacement and not brand new part for replacement...

                                    When you people said you don't have original part for replacement thought the India... How come SONY and service center got the part within a day ???

                                    When technician visited today our home and opened the part it was full of dusty, old and not sealed at all... It clearly shows its used part and not a new sealed one ..

                                    And your customer care people and service center people are being rude and unprofessional... arguing with us... Just saying and blaming SONY head office people that this used part is provided directly from SONY

                                    This is really worst and pathetic service from SONY service center or head office fooling customers by providing old used dusty mother board as replacement...

                                    I will now directly file a complaint in consumer form against sony customer service and this particular service center...

                                    SONY being international brand fooling customers providing old used dusty parts as replacement without any seal...

                                    Just looting amount from customers by providing old used dusty parts... Never expected SONY would go this down and cheap tactics for money and all...

                                    Worthless SONY... I will now canvass against SONY in my relatives and neighborhood to never ever use any SONY products...

                                    There is a big NEXUS between SONY head office and Sree Balaji service center Hyderabad...

                                        I had some issues ( some part of the picture was white and some lines ) with my Sony TV ( KDL 43w800d ), the technician visits and told us to submit the tv at service centre, So on 30/03/2021 we went to Teknoplaza Sony service centre ( CD95, Sector 1, saltlake, kolkata ) and submitted the Tv . After some weeks they told us we need to change panel or submit it for repair ( March - april ), so i asked them to repair the unit, after that they didnt call for very weeks, we even visited the centre . everytime we visit the centre they say technician is not here, they dont have workers, wait some more time etc . At last visit they said the issue is in "TCON BOARD" not in panel, so if they fix the tcon board it will fix . so we wait some more time, several months passed . After a long wait ( for like 6 months ) we decided to get back the device as they were delaying and wasnt fixing the tv,
                                        We even called the centre that we are picking up the tv,
                                        when we reached the centre and asked for the tv, they told us to wait, after several hours they show us the tv, but when we asked to power it on, they tried to power it on, but TV wasnt even turning on, Now when we submitted the tv the issue was only white pic and lines, and now the TV wasnt even turning on, So we refused to take it . They tried to calm us down saying that " SONY COMPANY dont have the TCON BOARD for the model, SONY COMPANY DONT HAVE THE PARTS, they will try to fix it AGAIN with diff model Tcon board " so we said ok if tv starts working it will be fine, they said it will be fixed in next 2 days, so went back home . After 2-3 weeks they called and saying " you booked return of the product ? the person who called doesnt know what was happeing with the product, after a while she said we will return back the product in same condition it was in "

                                        i tried complaning using sony customer care number, but they saying service centre didnt even update the case to " Tcon Board Problem " its still showing i rejected Panel change .

                                        now my question is

                                        1. Why i had to wait like 7 Months for a repair ? ( March - september )
                                        2. Why service centre didnt update the case issue to TCON BOARD ?
                                        3. Why sony doesnt have his own parts ? Own TCON BOARD of the model 43w800d
                                        4. Why a customer has to face this kind of harrasment ? ( they didnt even bother to call when tv was at service centre, we had to visit and call on our own to get the update )

                                        5. Why when i call customer care they say issue is different and service centre saying issue is different ?

                                        we tried to fix tv and now we have no tv for 6 months and now they saying they cant fix it

                                        They told us, they cant find product PART ( TCON BOARD )
                                        so they telling us to pay 31 thousand for a different TV ( exchange )
                                        if we fix tv by changing tcon board it will only cost 4000 .
                                        But they telling us to exchange tv for 31 thousand,
                                        why we wanna pay much extra for another tv ?

                                        I refused to exchange my product because i recently purchased it for 55 thousand, and now service centre asking for around 30 thousand for a new tv . 
                                        So i went to service centre to pickup my product, But when they showed me the tv "ITS NOT EVEN IN THE SAME CONDITION " . when i submitted my tv, My tv was working, only half of the part was white . but it was turning on and sony logo was showing and we can watch things on it . But now its full white, and down the panel has a black shadow.Sony has a responsibility to keep the product safe . they cant provide spare parts . they cant keep the product safe . if they cant fix the product atleast keep the product in same condition .
                                        KIndly the person in charge, i am facing this harassment over 8-9 months .Kindly provide a proper solution for this, i sent over 10-15 emails regarding this .Kindly whoever in charge, please help us.
