Faulty LED

We purchase LED in November 2020.but problem create in December 2020.Mechanic visit and Chang HDMI.but later problem again create.thenjan 12 same problem occur Sony company mechanic Apeel Gabha.Picture not come sometime.their mechanic agree on job card.Sony company misguide consumer NCH.and state consumer and not reply.This is shameful to Sony company Their intension to fraud with consumer.We are filing our case in Consumer Forum Panipat...

I subscribed to Sony Live and paid Rs. 299/- on 19.3.21 vide Punjab National Bank Txn ID no. T2103191846400986472324. Debited from A/C no. 5148Xxxxxx118, bank Ref no.[protected]. I have downloade Sony Liv app on my smart phone but the app does not open but asks to subscribe every time. My request is save me this harrassmen. Either open the app or cancel the subscription and refund my amount as early as possible.

I have paid for sony Liv premium membership subscription for 12 months but in my app the subscription is not activated. I have attached my payment transaction ID and my Sony Liv account details.

I had successfully unsubscribed to SONY LIV application from my phone since December 2020. And also was not using the application as such. In January I was not charged anything for this. Again in February without any consent or my need they charged the monthly charges to my credit card. I emailed them but they just are not responding as quick as they should. Also now in March again the subscription was automatically renewed without any consent....

Web application

This problem is happening fromThursday - 4th March 2021 - prior to that, it was all working fine.
In fact the other apps too are working - Netflix, Prime and Hotstar.
I lodged complaints on to SonyLIV the next day.
Inspite of having a premium subscription, I am unable to watch premium shows and movies.
Error message : Something went wrong - please retry after sometime

Home Theater

I have approached with Sony customer care but as per them i need to approach LED/TV customer care so i contacted with them and they visited at home for checking as well and advise me to approach to sony care as there product is ok.

Both are toying with me and this is not acceptable.

Please send your customer care executive at my home to check the problem on urgent basis.

43 inches smart tv installation delay

we are very disappointed with your services at all because we bought a led tv of 43 inches and the technician is saying like wall fixing stands are not available with me right now, he will come for installation whenever he received those stands because of that our installation is getting delay so please make ensure that never repeat this type of issues. for customers thank you...

TV x95g 55 inch not working in less than a month

I purchased a Sony X 95g 55 inch led from arjay retail indiranagar store in Bangalore In Dec . To my surprise the WiFi doesnt turn on even when you try to do it manually and remains in off position. The basic trouble shooting from the call centre has failed and I'm told warranty Wil replace the WiFi adapter. I'm surprised that Sony is not replacing the unit itself considering it's a manufacturing issue on their end while smaller brands oblige...
