In 2016 we brought Sony Bravia KDL-43W950D Rs 68000/-. Now there is issue with panel.

"we stopped manufacturing these panel, so buy new Sony TV."

What kind of marketing is sony is trying to do? If we buy a TV in 2019, we will not get they spare parts in 2022. Can anyone help me to get this panel.

Problem started on newly purchased (15.11.2021)Sony Bravia TV set in Jan 21, there was display problem in TV, sony took 2.5 month to accept that there is problem in TV set, only shifting problem in consumer side that problem in wify, Tata sky signal.

Poor response from service centre.
Sony india don't value for customer. Once they sold tv & got money that's over, let customer suffer.
People purchase big brand tv for better suport if any problems arise but they behave like road side shop.
There customer complaint site only register customer complaint but there is no close loop for earlier complaint.
Every time they will register complaint in new service no.
Finally they lifted my set for repair on 08.06.2021 till now there is no response from sony.
Finally I have assumed that I have lost my ₹65000/ by my mistake to purchase tv from sony.

Remote of my Sony 55 inch Android TV is not working

I had purchased a 55" KD 8000H Sony Bravia TV from M/S Great Eastern Trading Co. A.B. Road, Indore on Saturday, 12.06.2021 vide invoice no. M1724/2122/00186 .
The TV was installed the same day by your service engineer Vikas Hardiya. However, while giving a demo, he did not advise about the need and the mechanism for updating the software and nor was any arrangement made for an auto-update.
As a result, the TV stopped functioning yesterday about 1 pm. When I complained to the local Sony Service Centre[protected] and Mr. Vikas Hardiya, they expressed their inability to attend before today. Your service engineer reached my place today at 12.30 pm. In the meantime, I had called a friend who had a Sony Bravia TV . He showed me how to update the software and put it on auto update.
Your service engineer when questioned about it, ilied and was rude. He said that he does not know why the TV stopped functioning.
I am now regretting my decision to buy a Sony TV and will not advise my friends, relatives and acquaintances to buy any Sony product because of poor, inefficient and unsympathetic service.

We have purchased such a big brand tv in 2017 after 2.5 years o[censored]sing its PCB got dead we paid a big amount of rs 9000 as service charge for PCB after 1 year again the panel is not working And the service charge for panel is rs 30000 which is unaffordable .now if After spending 90000 rs for such a big brand we cant espect that tv should run even for 4 years .we are having such a bad experience with this tv that we cant imagine that such a big brand tv will perform like this. WE are without tv now we want proper solution for this.

LED TV - KDL32W6100. Purchased on Dec.'20.
Defect: on 4th June'21 reported to sony . TV screen was blank. Red LED was blinking at remote zone.
Teckno plaza service centre picked up the tv set as against ID NO 66035669, on 7th June'21.
Complain : neither sony nor service centre picked up the phone and dont know when the tv set will get ready.
Most casual approach. Never expected from Sony.

Picture tube problem.

Purchased Sony Bravia modle KD- 49X7500H tv on 15th Nov 2020, from Jan 2021 started problem on display & Feb 21 onward frequent display goes off.
Sony service centre took around 2.5 month to accept that there is problem in their TV otherwise local service center was shifting problem on customer side, network signal problem, wifi problem, Tata sky signal problems etc.
We have to proved him by calling that agency that there is no such signal issue.
Finaly Tv screen got blank & no picture display then sony accepted that their is problem in set.
Since then they are simple sitting quite till date 4th June 2021.
Don't know thay don't have value for customer & their money.

I booked sony Bluetooth WI-C200(2 unit black and white)...both Bluetooth have same issues..like connectivity, battery backup and sound quality..when I booked the product there is refund and replacement policy but now they said it is done only by sony company

Engineer has come in my home and check my television and he said some display proble so I agree with him and tell repair my television. He share me estimate for this job. But some time 3-4 days he says service is not done because parts not available in sony India Ltd and he offer me a exchange my old television and pay...

Sony LIV is a website owned by SONY PICTURES NETWORKS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
which streams online content for entertainment purposes. I made a payment of INR 999 for purchasing the annual subscription pack. However neither has a receipt been provided to me nor has a message for a failed transaction been sent to me. As per the confirmation from my bank, the transaction has been successful and the money has reached the merchant ie. Sony....

L have cancelled Order Number: #14465 dt 22 May 2021 for online purchase of a Portable Bluetooth Speaker SRS-XB12/Blue from www.shopatsc.com (Sony Centre) by sending email to "[protected]@shopatsc.com" on 23 May 2021. This was done prior to despatch of the order.

There is no provision on Sony Centre Shopping portal to cancel an order by the customer. No policy for the online transaction is mentioned either.

On 24 May 2021 received an email from Customer Support Sony informing me that cancellation fees would be applicable for cancellation of confirmed orders and I was asked to confirm if I still wish to cancel the order.

I replied by email on 24 May 2021 requesting them to intimate their cancellation policy . Since then their has been no response from Sony Centre, in spite my reminder email to them.

I request Sony Centre to refund amount of Rs 3316/- I paid for the order.

Money is billed to the credit card but not credited by the Payee NMMC.Following message got flashed: Pl do the needfil

Few months back a small line appeared horizontally in my TV and I have a chat with your website and at last they asked me to update the system. That take more than one hour. Then also the same complaint persisted, even though not much problem to watch the TV programmes. Yesterday the problem worsens and about 3/4 of the TV from bottom to top is partially diminished only 1/4 of the screen seeing normal. Can you please help me to resolve this? this TV is also got from the company directly as a replacement of my old TV after the Sony service personnel opined that the display unit is not available to repair it. This is the 1nd TV have the same problem.

Sony tv display problem

Ridiculous Brand. I bought this SONY TV on 18th April, it was installed on 19th April and the brand new TV stopped working on 22nd APRIL.
