Due to unable to watch television we gave complaint against service request id 66405343 which was assigned to Dunamics Trade & Services (P) Ltd, Phone no.[protected]/2419 9095. But till now nobody has turned up yet.

    I had a Sony tv which had problem with its screen, as the company stopped producing the part required for the repair of my tv . They had instead given me an offer where i could buy a new set n they would give me a discount for the old one.Till that point all went well .
    on 18th june i had made the payment for the new tv, and was told it will take maximum 15 days to deliver . On 2 nd of july i had called the service centre, initially they were just ignoring the call, after repeated calling they informed me the item will be delivered by next week around Wednesday,
    After repeated calls on the 7th of july, they told me the set has not yet come will reach them on friday, n it will be delivered to me on 10th of july . Guess what it is the 10 th of july n its still not here . after calling them about a hundred times they finally decide to pick up n tell me that the tv is yet to come n might come at night, so they will deliver it on tuesday .
    now if they are getting the tv on saturday, why can't they send it to me on monday, why just waste another day . both the toll free number n the service centre are useless, they will just tell you we ll put your request on priority and get back to you in 24 hours . it has never happened . they will never come up with a solution and will just force you to do what ever suits them the best . would never recommend anyone buying from them . its already been 23 days, still not received my order . it would be great if they company was a bit bothered about their reputation n hire good employees n throw the one that are currently working in the service centre.

      Dear Sir,

      I need your immediate attention on this case. Sorry to say but I am highly disappointed with the way customer service center of Sony is tackling the issues raised by customers.


      It is extremely painful and sad to see that customer issues are not prioritized but customer service center is trying to sell another product in lieu of addressing the issue. Below are the highlights and summary of what went wrong . Hope you will address the issue at the earliest.


      I purchased Sony Bravia TV from Key Dee Electronics, sector 18, Noida on 17th June for Rs.52, 000
      It stopped working on 18th June (next day). I raised complain on following Monday as Saturday and Sunday was locked down.
      Engineer visited my home and said that the mother board was not working and he would submit the job card to the company
      I started following up every day for the status with Jaypee electronics and Sony customer service
      Finally I was assured that the company will replace the TV set and for which I was asked to sign concern letter. Signed Letter was submitted to Jaypee electronics via mail.
      To my shock Mr. Prashant (Phone number - [protected]) called yesterday and informed that TV set will not be replaced and they can repair it and give . This happened after 15 days of raising complain.
      I have informed Mr. Prashant and the representatives yesterday that the TV set stopped working on the next day only and I need replacement of the same model. Else they can refund the amount as I would not like to get the TV set repaired which stopped working the next day only. I may get multiple issues in future as TV set does not seem to be in proper condition. And when the customer service is not able to decide what to do even after 15 days, I might face service issues in future also.
      Today I got mail asking to pay extra 9K+ amount for purchasing the latest model.
      It is not expected from a multinational company to keep the customer waiting for more than 15 days and offer a new model with extra price. I purchased the TV set on 17th June. Either the company should replace the same model or refund the amount immediately. The company must not sell another model of higher prices because the current model is not working

      I need your attention and help in replacing the TV set. As a consumer I have the right for good product and service which I am sure the company will give . I believe this was one of the exceptional cases where the company has not delivered the product and service as per customer's expectation.


      Hope to get the issue resolved within this week as 17 days have already passed without resolution.

        Hi, the SonyLiv has created an app and given access to NRI 's . There is a sure ### button to Subscibe but there is just no way on the website or the app to unsubscibe. They have been deducting dollars from my account for subsciption every month even after having written to them multiple times over. They are not even refunding the amount

          I purchased sony 55 uhd smart LED TV 55X90J on 01.06.2021 from Realiance. TV was installed on 28.06.2021. on 01.07.2021, when we saw tv by connecting cable, there is straight. Line in left side of LED TV screen. Immediately on 02.07.21, I have made a request to customer support for Realiance and Sony. On 05.07.2021, technician from sony has come and seen the TV and saying that, I have filled a complaint to the company, they will take decision. Being a middle class people, we have purchased LED tv by putting so much of effort and hard work. This is the situation for great BRAND SONY, what is the date of others. Nobody has bothered our problem. That person's from Realiance, that Team Leader also not taken any initiative for solving. These persons doing fake business and playing games with people. I want to give strong complaint against Realiance store and Sony. I want Replacement of new TV.

                I have brought a sony bluetooth headset during september 2020..
                model : WI-C310\L
                within a few days, it started to make additional sounds in form of
                beep sounds at regular intervals often.
                I have contacted the service personal and got it replaced around 2 times so far . but the same problem continues with all the replaced items too..
                they r not allowing to replace with a different model ...
                This model has some serious issues regarding its make ..
                still contacting sony service personal to get the problem resolve..
                awaiting for a permanent solution..

                    Packing of the tv is not well packed and seal was already open.warranty card is missing in the box and user manual is also missing.other accessories like adpter, remote, is not packed well and there is no steaker along with the tv screen.why should Iam consider or believe this is a brand new tv.there is a speaker problem and now vertical black lines on bottom of the tv.certain malis on dropped on Sony care and also certain complaint on coustmer care office no response from office such a humalating things do.shop keeper was saying this is company fault and do not respond well.
                    But the problem is coustmer not realize who is responsible for the this seatuvation.This is repotated company in market such a big problem like this, coustmer do not believe in your product and this is a very serious problem problem please take a action on this and give the justice to coustmer please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

                        I took 1 month subscription of sony live from my android phone.After 2-3 days i got logged out automatically.I was fortunate enough that i logged in my laptop also before it got me logged out of my mobile.Still whenever i try to log in from my android it ask me to take subscription again, this was my first problem.Second and most ridiculous one is that after first month they have automatically renewed subscription and deducted money from my paytm wallet .I want money back in my paytm wallet.This waa the most disgusting experience i have ever had.

                          Hii after so much of mails and calls the engineer came and told me i dont have the part wHIch is use in your speaker fault .
                          and told me it will take more 4 to 5 days. so it mean to solve my complaint they take 8 to 10 days.
                          this type of service they are given to the customers.no updates they are giving.

                              My name is umesh Lawande and i am a photographer and filmmaker since 2015
                              I bought a sony camera 5 or 6 months ago.
                              But today, on June 22, 2021, my camera is not working. When I insert the battery into the camera without turning on the button, my camera turns on and the screen turns on, but it is completely black.
                              I have attached a photo for reference.
                              I called Sony customer care for help and he told me to go to the service center.
                              I have a wedding shoot tomorrow, what to do...??? i have continue shoot till 30th
                              I assume you will do the repair but what is the guarantee that I will not have this issue in future?
                              I request you, please resolve this issue and give it to me tomorrow.
                              I have faced a lot of loss due to covid. I can't lose any more because of your hardware issue

                                Hello, We purchased a sony 43 inch tv from QRS showroom, MG Road branch, Trivandrum, Kerala on 07/09/2019 with a 3yrs year additional extended warranty as a festival offer. On 01/05/21 the TV went blank with no audio and video, when called QRS showroom repeatedly no one answered the call so we called local Sony service center they came home checked and informed that it has to be taken to service center to check the actual problem and after 2days they called us and informed that the motherboard is gone and has to be replaced we were shocked to hear that as its hardly 2years old, we didn't have an option other than accepting what they said and it nearly took one month to have it repaired and they charged us Rs.7.050/- and we went on 21/06/21 and took it back home as they said its repaired and the very next day the same problem came up and we again took it back to the same service center and this time they are saying that the panel is faulty, this is ridiculous, i don't know in future what else has to be changed in that TV. What nonsense is this, are you people selling duplicate products to customers? We purchased the TV for Rs.54, 319/- and on top of that we happened to spend Rs.7050/-. for the same TV, .and it's still on repair again. Do you think we will recommend anyone to buy your brand products anymore? Am planning to take this to a higher level if my product is not replaced, I no longer want such duplicate repaired products again. I need a proper reply to my query else I will take this to the media.

                                  In 2016 we brought Sony Bravia KDL-43W950D Rs 68000/-. Now there is issue with panel.

                                  Reply from sony customer care:-
                                  "we stopped manufacturing these panel, so buy new Sony TV."

                                  What kind of marketing is sony is trying to do? If we buy a TV in 2019, we will not get they spare parts in 2022. Can anyone help me to get this panel.

                                    Problem started on newly purchased (15.11.2021)Sony Bravia TV set in Jan 21, there was display problem in TV, sony took 2.5 month to accept that there is problem in TV set, only shifting problem in consumer side that problem in wify, Tata sky signal.

                                    Poor response from service centre.
                                    Sony india don't value for customer. Once they sold tv & got money that's over, let customer suffer.
                                    People purchase big brand tv for better suport if any problems arise but they behave like road side shop.
                                    There customer complaint site only register customer complaint but there is no close loop for earlier complaint.
                                    Every time they will register complaint in new service no.
                                    Finally they lifted my set for repair on 08.06.2021 till now there is no response from sony.
                                    Finally I have assumed that I have lost my ₹65000/ by my mistake to purchase tv from sony.

                                        I had purchased a 55" KD 8000H Sony Bravia TV from M/S Great Eastern Trading Co. A.B. Road, Indore on Saturday, 12.06.2021 vide invoice no. M1724/2122/00186 .
                                        The TV was installed the same day by your service engineer Vikas Hardiya. However, while giving a demo, he did not advise about the need and the mechanism for updating the software and nor was any arrangement made for an auto-update.
                                        As a result, the TV stopped functioning yesterday about 1 pm. When I complained to the local Sony Service Centre[protected] and Mr. Vikas Hardiya, they expressed their inability to attend before today. Your service engineer reached my place today at 12.30 pm. In the meantime, I had called a friend who had a Sony Bravia TV . He showed me how to update the software and put it on auto update.
                                        Your service engineer when questioned about it, ilied and was rude. He said that he does not know why the TV stopped functioning.
                                        I am now regretting my decision to buy a Sony TV and will not advise my friends, relatives and acquaintances to buy any Sony product because of poor, inefficient and unsympathetic service.
