Hello SONY,

I have been provided used dusty mother board part for replacement and not brand new part for replacement...

When you people said you don't have original part for replacement throught the india... How come sony and service center got the part within a day ???

When technician visited today our home and opened the part it was full of dusty, old and not sealed at all... It clearly shows its used part and not a new sealed one ..

And your customer care people and service center people are being rude and unprofessional... arguing with us... Just saying and blaming SONY head office people that this used part is provided directly from SONY

This is really worst and pathetic service from SONY service center or head office fooling customers by providing old used dusty mother board as replacement...

I will now directly file a complaint in consumer form against sony customer service and this particular service center...

SONY being international brand fooling customers providing old used dusty parts as replacement without any seal...

Just looting amount from customers by providing old used dusty parts... Never expected SONY would go this down and cheap tactics for money and all...

Worthless SONY... I will now canvass against SONY in my relatives and neighbourhood to never ever use any SONY products...

There is a big NEXUS between SONY head office and Sree Balaji service center Hyderabad...

You looters SONY head office and service center...

    I had some issues ( some part of the picture was white and some lines ) with my Sony TV ( KDL 43w800d ), the technician visits and told us to submit the tv at service centre, So on 30/03/2021 we went to Teknoplaza Sony service centre ( CD95, Sector 1, saltlake, kolkata ) and submitted the Tv . After some weeks they told us we need to change panel or submit it for repair ( March - april ), so i asked them to repair the unit, after that they didnt call for very weeks, we even visited the centre . everytime we visit the centre they say technician is not here, they dont have workers, wait some more time etc . At last visit they said the issue is in "TCON BOARD" not in panel, so if they fix the tcon board it will fix . so we wait some more time, several months passed . After a long wait ( for like 6 months ) we decided to get back the device as they were delaying and wasnt fixing the tv,
    We even called the centre that we are picking up the tv,
    when we reached the centre and asked for the tv, they told us to wait, after several hours they show us the tv, but when we asked to power it on, they tried to power it on, but TV wasnt even turning on, Now when we submitted the tv the issue was only white pic and lines, and now the TV wasnt even turning on, So we refused to take it . They tried to calm us down saying that " SONY COMPANY dont have the TCON BOARD for the model, SONY COMPANY DONT HAVE THE PARTS, they will try to fix it AGAIN with diff model Tcon board " so we said ok if tv starts working it will be fine, they said it will be fixed in next 2 days, so went back home . After 2-3 weeks they called and saying " you booked return of the product ? the person who called doesnt know what was happeing with the product, after a while she said we will return back the product in same condition it was in "

    i tried complaning using sony customer care number, but they saying service centre didnt even update the case to " Tcon Board Problem " its still showing i rejected Panel change .

    now my question is

    1. Why i had to wait like 7 Months for a repair ? ( March - september )
    2. Why service centre didnt update the case issue to TCON BOARD ?
    3. Why sony doesnt have his own parts ? Own TCON BOARD of the model 43w800d
    4. Why a customer has to face this kind of harrasment ? ( they didnt even bother to call when tv was at service centre, we had to visit and call on our own to get the update )

    5. Why when i call customer care they say issue is different and service centre saying issue is different ?

    They told us, they cant find product PART ( TCON BOARD )
    so they telling us to pay 31 thousand for a different TV ( exchange )
    if we fix tv by changing tcon board it will only cost 4000 .
    But they telling us to exchange tv for 31 thousand,
    why we wanna pay much extra for another tv ?

    Sent several Emails, Didnt get any response, tried calling regional manager ( he didnt pick up )
    waiting over 8 months .

    I refused to exchange my product because i recently purchased it for 55 thousand, and now service centre asking for around 30 thousand for a new tv . 
    So i went to service centre to pickup my product, But when they showed me the tv "ITS NOT EVEN IN THE SAME CONDITION " . when i submitted my tv, My tv was working, only half of the part was white . but it was turning on and sony logo was showing and we can watch things on it . But now its full white, and down the panel has a black shadow.Sony has a responsibility to keep the product safe . they cant provide spare parts . they cant keep the product safe . if they cant fix the product atleast keep the product in same condition .
    KIndly the person in charge, i am facing this harassment over 8-9 months .Kindly provide a proper solution for this, i sent over 10-15 emails regarding this .Kindly whoever in charge, please help us.

              My Sony Bravia TV have motherboard related problem which has not yet been sorted out. It was given to Sony authorized center at Abhayankar Nagar Nagpur having JOB No J11327812 dated 02 Aug 2021.

              Even after lapse one month neither the problem is resolved nor any solution has been provided to us till date.

              You are requested to solve the problem at the earliest.

                  We have always been buying Sony Tvs . Recently for our Nagpur house we purchased 3 Tvs 65, 55 and 49 inches.

                  The 55 inches TV panel display has fauted as per ur service. Its been hardly 2 years from installation and 1 year o[censored]sage as we are from mumbai and nagpur we travel six months .

                  We have been told 26000 as repair cost which is v v high . Has Sony lost its quality and started using substandard product as they become faulty .

                  Let us knw to decide on whether to repair (if lower cost) or just dump Sony tv and tell all our friends not to touch sony because of poor quality

                    On sony tv modelKD-43X7500E after two years horizontal lines and dead pixels appeard on screen .sony service demanded rs 20000 for screen replacement now days sony products rare unreliable i have bought somany sony productrange from tvs to hometheatres but now i am afraid to buy any sony produt due to bad quality components they are now building bad quality led pannels they are totally unrelaible they are cheating consumers

                      I had purchased Sony WH1000XM4 recently.
                      The quality of outgoing calls is very poor. I had already got headset replaced which took almost 1 month.Now again new headset have same issue and submitted to service center but now they are denying with the fact that there is any issue in headset.
                      Issue is already escalated under Sony headdesk and it's request Id:[protected].

                      But all is futile .No one is responding.
                      It wasted so much of my time and energy.

                        I have bought new Sony 32 inch LED TV for last year June 2020 in dharmapuri district pennagaram taluk at small shop, however your product was repaired due to motherboard issue with in one year how it will happened we don’t know whether it is duplicate or old motherboard or worset quality item, it unacceptable your product quality, we are trust your product company top in the list in India but unfortunately this very worsted your quality, today checked one of your company staff he said 7500 Cost to change the new motherboard, please advise in future we are go to buy your company product and I’m going to inform all my friends and post to social media also if you are not taken necessary action in this issue.

                          Subscription issue

                          I subscribed for sony liv app on 4th sep 2021 by debited cards of different banks which they said failed.The next day my account from both the banks had a withdrawal of rs.999/- to sony liv.Now the issue is sony liv needs to pay one subscription back to my one of my bank accounts. My app is active but charged twice.

                            Subject: Complain against an illegal general store in residential area.

                            I would like to raise a concern for an illegally constructed general shop in residential area.This shop is in running state and it causes nuisance to people residing in the nearby area.

                            It is an illegal shop and it should be removed from here or should be sealed. Last year, it came under sealing but I dont know how they got escaped. I would like to request you to take stern action against them and seal their shop.

                            Reasons:

                            1. Illegally opened shop in residential area.
                            2. Causes nuisance because it is on high traffic lane.
                            3. Causes massive traffic jams every day.
                            4. Parking Problem.
                            5. Shop owner is a stubborn and disgusting person and he does not listen to public.Lots of people have asked him to move his shop but he does not listen.
                            6. Also selling expire products.

                            Hope you will take proper action against this shop.

And my home tehater is before good use but 2020after years so my home theater is not work i am first complaint in bajaj finance so they are not check in home theater and always speak the i checked but it is not check and before 2020 running away for 2021 and iam very sad in this company bajaj finance comany head manager is speake the you sell the your home theater but i am not sell the home theater and that sit or check my home theater correctly give or give my money ia cash in purchased ruppess 18000. And i am very patient.

                                We bought Sony Bravia TV 2years back.
                                From Last week, TV is not working for which we raised a complaint. Sony authorized person came and confirmed it is power board issue. When we asked for the quotation to replace the board, they asked us to pay rs 7001 which include board cost + 1800 service charge.
                                Why do they charge 1800 just to replace the board?
                                Its been only 2 years and we have already paid Sony for the brand not expecting this kind of issues with them.
                                It would have been good if they provided the quote keeping the purchase date also in mind.
                                Kindly save us from this looting by Sony.

                                  I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Sony Bravia tv

                                  The issue that I have experienced was: Myself shaik ismail purchased a sony tv model 43X7500H on
                                  7/9/2020 at sonovision kurnool within 7 -10 days i got a white dot in tv .later after so many complaints
                                  they offer the replacement of product on 27/10/2020.Again i had a problem with that tv won't turn on
                                  just blinking red light continuously I lodged a complaint on 7/8/2021 till now regarding the
                                  problem not solved.kindly go through my problem and give me refund the amount (or)replacement the new tv
                                  I didn't expect from sony brand for superior quality but this sony failed to fulfill the customer trust and
                                  TV's not running longer

                                    I bought this tv just one year ago and now we have started to face lot of problem, the audio part is not working and the words are blinking, we have called our near customer service, but the engineering who came to check the tv, he doesn't know any think, he himself can't even understand, we India n people believe in sony company blindly, we buy so costly tv in EMI and then we have to repent.its a request if sony company is reading this message, do help us, so that atlist we can use the tv.
