i bought the phone on 07.06.2015. but it was having some problem in its working and so i have given it for repair but i have not get yet i[censored] r giving it..its ok otherwise i am informing and suggestion to all people.. and take it consumer court... and now i dont want the repairing phone i want pack phone only.. otherwise give me my money back job sheet no. i have purchased sony M-4 aqua on[protected], started experiencing problem with the handset from first day itself, gave for service on[protected].could not get serviced/repaired, company has approved for replacement of handset.Now i would like to purchase other higher model by paying difference amount.will company accord my desire.

    i bought a sony xperia z ultra phone within a month its touch panel cracked without any apparent reason then i submitted it to sony authorized service center at janak puri new delhi on 28 may 2015 my job sheet no. is W[protected]. they said this phone can not be repaired and they will change it to a new set if i agree to pay 50% of the mrp of the phone i agreed and they told me it will take 10 days i said ok and also confirmed when they called me to confirm the estimate. now its been more then 20 days and all they have is excuses i am very disappointed. I want Sony India to look in to this matter and solve this ASAP.

      Dear Sir/Mam I purchased the Sony Xperia Z1 and IME number is : [protected] here I am facing some problems from last two months on wards i am facing the problem with my mobile. Camera is not working properly when capturing photos am by using flash. The flash shade is coming on photos. Regarding this i given to your service centre two times but problem was not rectified and another two problems are added. After receiving my mobile from service centre. My mobile is getting over Heating & suddenly restarting and I don’t know when mobile is going to switch-Off and ON. And second one is my mobile is suddenly its showing Battery is low and switch-Off even battery is full. I take my mobiles to services centre almost six times. But they simple done the update and giving back to me but problem is not rectified. And even there not providing any Job sheet number to my mobile. I asked them why you not giving Job sheet number to me then they replied me your mobile number is not entering in our system so we unable to provide the job sheet number. And we had some discussion with service centre person. After that he told me go and discuss with where you have purchased the mobile. After that I have discussed with that person who as sold the mobile to me and also the person belongs to Sony Promoter at Visakhapatnam Name: “Nilakant and his mobile number is +91 [protected]” he only sold the mobile to me. I return the mobile to the Sony promoter and told the above issue to him and he taken the mobile to service centre then he accepted the mobile and he taken with him. But at that time also he not provide the any Job sheet number to me and Sony promoter. Here I did not understand why the Sony services centre peoples are not providing the job sheet number. And My mobile complaint is not rectifying evening I given the mobile to services centre at 6 times and I told them to send to direct to the your above Head office or provided me new hand set. But here they not doing the both the things and simply replying to me your handset is not entering in our system so it’s not possible to send head office. Actually my headset warranty is there up to September 2015. And from last 20 days onwards it at service centre only. I did not understating what there are doing with that mobile. They not updating any status to me. Regarding this I have discussed with Sony customer care they replied me without job sheet number we not say anything we help less. Actually I told the Sony customer care person they are not providing the any Job sheet number to me then how can I provide the Job Sheet number. Regarding this also I discussed with customer care but they not giving any response to me. Sony Service centre address: Door No 49-38-14/3/2, Beside Icwai Bhavan Road, Akkayyapalem, Visakhapatnam - 530016, Opposite Port Stadium, M:+[protected], 6450888 So kindly please take the action on above mater and rectify the mobile problem. If it is not rectified the problem then provided me New handset and also tell me clearly why they not provided the Job sheet number to me when I submitting the mobile at Service centre. I hope that you people take the action on them and rectify the mobile problem on soon and I wait for your positive response from you end. Note: If you not respond to my mail and you not rectify the problem. Then I have to approach the consumer court and I will take legal action behind your company and Service centre persons and Sony Promoter.

We booked our complaint one months back in your customer care service complaint no 25526222 after 10 days one service engineer came from anna Nagar service centre without any testing he blindly informed us pollards problem (screen white forming) expense will come around 12, 500 same time you have purchased lcd tv from abroad and after thathe claimed RS.200.00 for service charge but he refuse to give bill for that same time he recommended to do service outside but we refused to acetpt his reason and we again claimed proper invoice for this expens after 10 days again we made a call to your customer care but till date there is no response for this issue same time we could not solveour lcd tv problem we want to know for a abroad purchase Lcd tv is there any rate difference for spares and same time i have suspect service engineer or your anna Nagar service centre they selling duplicate spares outside to customer without invoice so pls involve in this to solve my problem pending last two months .if poor response continues i will take this issue to consumer court, so please do the needful.           Your reply to the SERVICE REQUEST No.1-[protected] is not at all satisfactory. The original board of the mobile was replaced with a used one during warranty period without the consent of the consumer arises a question on the credibility of Sony India and is also against consumer rights. I want to know only one thing from Sony India and not from Sony Service Center. “Is it a general policy of Sony India that in case of replacement during warranty period, the original board of the mobile is replaced with a used one ”. As a consumer, it is a clear case of cheating.

              I had purchased Bravia KDL-42W700B LED TV on june-2014. Right from the day, I have been getting continuous issues and the details are below, 1. Complaint Number not available - August 2014 - Horizontal lines displayed on the screen (Called customer care number and they confirmed that service representative will visit my home. But no one had come) 2.[protected]/Aug/2014 - I again called customer care number and found first complaint was not registered. I re-booked my complaint. After lot of struggle with service person (he is not ready to come home after 6PM and he says he will come only on Saturday. Though his superior instructed him to attend the case after 6PM. but he refused do so. Sony service company also didn't provided alternate service person), he came after 10 days. But by the time the lines got disappeared. Service person couldn't accepted the complaint and they closed it. 3.[protected]/Apr/2014 - Horizontal lines appeared again. Similar struggle with service person and visited home. He agreed to replace the screen after basic check. But he has not provided the reason why it is showing so. Again after lot of struggle with service person (with false commitment) he brought the part after 10 days and replaced. 4.[protected]/June/2015 - Screen color suddenly changed to violet in color. I ensured no change in setting / no other external device is connected. Also checked the Bravia default pictures. All were showing Violet in color. So, i have been facing lot of issue with the renowned Sony brand which i never expected. My worry is that, within a year if so much of issues are coming up (though warranty is available), i afraid of the issues that is going to come up in near future and amount needs to be spend. No surprise that issues can lead upto the amount beyond the purchase price.

                colour issue Sony LED TV KDL-EX520 in Feb 2012. Now I am facing the horizontal RGB distortion on the screen, when approached the customer care, they asked to do the Factory settings which I did but the problem still exists. they told us to change display panel. Any one can help me how to resolve this issue.

                    I bought a SONY portable charger(3800mAh) . I purchased it approximately 15-20 days ago. very soon i realised that one side of that charger (the upper side) was made of cheap quality plastic which gets scratched pretty easily . It is completely scratched and looks really bad if i carry it out. The purpose of buying this commodity has failed as the most attractive thing was it's appearance . I request you to please replace this product or provide me a product of a similar sort within the same range which does not have this problem. I am willing to pay an extra amount of 300-400 rupees if you decide to provide me a different product of a higher price. i request that immidiate action be taken on this . Thank you.                         I had purchased xperia z3 on 11th jan 20015, in end of april my screen was broken and I submitted my cell to parshwa service center at Vadodara( 28 april ticket id is [protected]), they had return my cell after one month(almost 24th may) with new screen for that I had paid 12300rs. but after receiving phone I found that there is some serious issue of mic, heating problem and battery issue. for that I return that phone to service center on 1st june, on 16th june I received sms that my phone is ready, but when I went to centre phone was not ready and they asked for more 10 to 15 days to solve my issue. so they literally harass customer, wasting time, and cant repair own product. without my phone my business is affecting. they even cant give same model to use for temporary period.

I am not satisfactory on your product. I have taken these issues to nearest service centre at Nellore. But problem not yet solved. For my mobile they have given me a recycled mobile which is not in good look as my mobile. Kindly understand my feelings and resolve my handset issues or kindly arrange a new handset to me.

                          To, 27.05.2015 Customer Service Manager, Sony Authorized Service Centre, Club Electronics, E-25, South Extension Part-II, New Delhi-110049. SUB: - REGARDING THE DISSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICES Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing today to complain of the poor customer services we have received from your company on 21.05.2015 in respect of the complain of our LCD through your Job Reservation Number009100318615051900304 dated 22.05.2015. It is to inform you that we had purchased an LCD bearing Model No. KLV-40S550A/IN[protected].Due to a complaint in the same we lodged a complaint with your customer care. Accordingly we were visited by a representative of your esteemed Company after several requests and reminders served to him over the phone wherein at the first instance he refused to visit us on the day. On the day second of the request placed your representative reached our place that too six hours late of his appointment and offered nothing by way of apology when he arrived at evening which we suppose is not at all acceptable from the organization of such a high repute. However the person found the fault wherein, We repeatedly tried to ask your representative about the availability of the faulty part/products and total lump sum cost to be incurred over the same and he gave us an idea of sure availability of the part and an expense amounting to Rs.around Rs.3000/- to Rs.4000/-. It was so unfortunate to inform you that we ended our meeting after 45 minutes without either o[censored]s having accomplished anything. Furthermore, the faulty LCD was taken to your above cited store wherein initially the staff conveyed us the expenditure of Rs.13, 000/-and a tentative delivery time of 10 days and the sure availability of the faulty part. We were at loss to find out the fallacy of such a big brand when we were informed that the faulty LCD cannot be repaired due to the unavailability of the part. It seems that SONY just sells and does not care at all about the after sales customer service and repairs of the same which is depicted through the narrated incident clearly as only after 3-4 years of the purchase of a product it’s not repairable and the customer has to purchase a new gadget incurring heavy expenditure. We were most annoyed that we wasted for days waiting for your representative and stores officers to show up the way. Our impression of your Company has been tarnished, and we are now concerned/worried about how my existing appliances/instruments that we currently own shall be managed by you. We have been using the appliances of SONY for very long time due to the trust. This is not the way that the Company wishes to conduct business with valued customers. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.                             third class company i have ever seen . i gave my cell only just for back panel estimate and without my permission the aproved to repair my cell . and when i asked to give my cell back without any repair than they are not listening . sir i cant pay 18000 rs . but not prblom for money you can do every thing you can cheat ny one .

I bought SONY XPERIA C3 22 nd Nov 2014 on mobile hub shop ratnagiri so many days use the camera selfy quality is good but front camera quality so poor many pixel in photos and dark photos in night an no clear the history options available.i complaint to mob hub shop ratnagiri and met the sony service center in Ratnagiri . and i am very sorry to say this they are saying irresponsibly that "no problem update the software" Is this the reply you want from the brand sony. or just check the quality of franchisee before giving them a dealership or service centre.                                   Would like to bring your kind attention towards my concern I am facing from the Sony Authorized Service center for a pretty long time now and finally I have taken a step to escalate the same to you:- I have purchased a Sony Mobile phone – Model No. D6502 Black Color (Invoice No. cc93426) from Spice Retail Ltd., G3, Gedor House, 51 Nehru Place, Delhi) on 18th June 2014. I have never faced any issue in regards to the phone since then, however few days back I realized that there is a thin line occurred on the display of my phone which is clearly visible (attached is the picture of the same). Further I visited to the authorized service center of SONY which is by the name of Ambe Electronics (Shop No. 40-41, 2nd Floor, Wave Mall, Sec – 18, Noida – 201301) and they have informed me via there retail Invoice that the issue cannot be sort out as there is water which has got inside the phone. I would request you to please help me with my below mention doubt in regards to this issue :- 1. Currently my phone is under warranty which is going to expire next month (18th June 2015) and if today I have faced an issue so why the same was not addressed on priority and I am chasing to get this issue solved for last 1 month now. 2. The problem occurred is nothing to do with water as the problem is with the color of the screen however as per my best knowledge the phone was never been contacted with water or any liquid. Human sweat may be the reason of change in liquid indicator color as sometime phone is been picked up at the time of charging when flap is open and by one or two drop of sweat I do not think that such a high end technology phone can be damaged. 3. I tried convincing them however they were not ready to listen and finally they mentioned the same thing on their Invoice which is attached for your ready reference. (Invoice No. AE1/FY 15-05/0000516, dtd: 13th May 2015).

After that I receiced a call from techinician and I informed same televion problem to him also. Af ter he came at home and he did not do anything and took Rs 175 rupees from him and saying part is not available. I want to know after informing the problem and model number why he came to collect money. Request you to relook into it and please help me for servicing of my television at the earliest.                                     Very poor service of Sony India. I got a call from mobile number [protected] and said that take complaint back and we will give you Rs 10000 for your TV . When I am contacting them from the last week the phone is continuously switched off. They are really liars and my request which was again registered to customer care number [protected], request id 26299928. I got a call from Universal electronics, Hyderabad from Mr G K Sastry and he told me we will give order for parts and after that no reply from him and no response of my calls. He visited on 15th June and took Rs 175 without opening the television. Really I am cheated from them. Please help me so that I can get my amount back and TV repaired.

Dear Mukesh, yesterday i have received call from Sony service centre that i have received a recycled Mobile for My Sony xperia Z1. It doesn't look good as my mobile. I am unable to accept it for my mobile. Kindly arrange a new Mobile or please resolve my handset problem.
