Our Phone Xperia-L is in guarantee period which we have purchased in July'14 & since then the phone was not working because it was not charging, we went to your service centre at Luxmi Nagar, Delhi lots of time & they assured us that it will work properly but it has not worked properlyany time. Now we went to service centre on 30.5.15 & they given us the phone on 11.6.15 with an assurance that it is OK but with in an hour it was not working then again we went there on the same day & they again said now it is OK but again it was not working & we could not use the phone, then again we went to service centre on 19.6.15 & they assured us that they will replace the mother board etc.but when we went there on 23.6.15 to know the status, then they said it can not be repaired because a internal part of the phone is damaged & they are not accepting that how can we damage the internal part of the phone as there is not even a single scratch on the body of the phone.We have called customer care many times & also told the problem to your senior person but there is no satisfactory response. This is nothing but making us fool for not getting it repaired & this is not expected from the Company & We will never suggest anyone to buy the products of the SONY if we will not receive any satisfactory response at the earliest.

      Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Sony LED HD TV 32R422B on 27.12.2014 from Reliance Retail Ltd. at Pentagon Mall, Haridwar. on 23rd June 2015 at around 7.30 PM when we were watching the TV suddenly the power was gone. When it came back after around 30 minutes 1/4th of the screen display got lost. only half of the portion is visible... the other half is totally blank(black). After that i called at the sony call centre on 24th june 15 ( complaint no. is[protected]. Their service engineer came on 25th June. and checked the TV for any outer damage but there was no damage and he was satisfied with the complaint. but after that i have not received any response either from the engineer or the company. My LED TV is on 3 years extended warranty. and i want it to be repaired/resolved as early as possible. As this was due to electrical failure and not mine...         I purchased a sony car audio amplifier on dt: 3 june 2015 with retail invoice and warranty card whose copy is attached with my complain.

        I found it not in working condition while installing in car so i handed it over to nearby sony authorized service centre whose job sheet copy is attached.

        Service centre people say that it cannot be repaired so they have asked their higher authority for replacement approval.

        Till date 27 june; 1:00pm they have not received approval for replacement.

        I called sony toll free number :[protected] also but as a reply, i was told it is in process.

        It was not possible for me to wait for that long so i purchased new amplifier, if you want i can produce invoice of that also.

        Now the thing is i actually don't need that replaced amplifier as i have already bought a new one.

        I am looking if consumer forum can help me out in getting the refund of cost with reasonable compensation amount for the delay and problems i faced in chasing for replacement and purchase of another one.

          My vaio laptop number is not shown on the vaio site. My laptop number is SVF152A29W. I need drivers for the same for OS windows 8.1. Also, the drivers gets uninstalled very frequently. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Get it fixed as early as possible.

            i purchased sony xperia z1 on 2013 december it went well on that days but on 2015 march when i charged the phone it was not getting charged so i decided to show mobile in sony authorized service center in bangalore the service center name was "R LOGIC TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD RAJAJINAGAR BANGALORE" they told me that the issue was MOTHER BOARD COMPLAINT and they told me that it will cost 12500 to change it. On hearing that i decided to change mother board and they collected the mobile usually for hardware problems it will take 7 days to solve the issue but they hold my mobile for more than 25 days but i show patience to get solve the issue. they given back my mobile on march 2015 but on april 2015 the phone showed same problem i feel sad and went againt back to them they told me that same problem persist after replacing mother board also i have given my mobile to service center to solve the isssue they have taken 35 days to return the mobile when they returned the mobile the sim tray was lost. but on june 26 the phone again showed the same problem in charging then i again went to them but they treated me very harshly and they waited me for very long time. i am very unhappy regarding the service and their treatment to customers. even though they treated me very badly i have given to them for solving this issue due to the 12500rs which i have already paid for solving this problem

              Dear Team, I purchased Sony Z-Ultra(IMEI No-[protected]), which got damage(Touch) around a month ago. I submitted my handset for replacement to Sony Service Center(Janakpuri District Center, Delhi) on 8th June. They committed me that I would get new Handset @10, 450rs in 7-working days. I continuously followed them for revert. They(Harmeet) told me that I would get the New Handset in one day or may be two days due to stock unavailability. They made me fool for 2-weeks on this. On 25th June, I checked the status of my request over your website. As per the status, device got delivered on 25th June to me. However, I have not got any device. Then immediately, I checked with service center. They(Mr. harmeet) told me that we have raised the new request as old request got expired and you will get the new device by 27th June by any chance. Today, I got a call from Mr Harmeet that device can't be delivered as my handset is more than 6-month old, however I made the same thing clear at very first day about it. They told me that I will be getting the refurbished device in 7.5k and new device in 11.5k. This is really a worst service by Sony. I have never though in my wildest imagination that I would be cheated like this by sony. I waited a long for new handset and story is totally different. I need culprit needs to be penalized and I should get the justice. I need new handset in the cost of 10.5k, which was committed to me. Regards Anuj Gautam [protected]

                I bought Xperia E 4g in King Mobiles at Ranipet 29/05/2015. At that time of purchase I didn't know that my handset doesn't have NFC, only two days ago I came to know that it doesn't have NFC facility. Then I checked in the internet that, E 4g have NFC. How did it happen, reply at the earliest for the issue.

                  Dear concern I have purchased T2 ultra handset from authorised sony centre based at chakrata road dehradun around 5 months before I have twice given my handset to there authorised service centre for the reason that when i receive any phone my voice start cracking and phone get dis connected when i am on move as i stop moving the call becomes ok, none of the time my complaint is rectified and now i am facing a huge problem i am already using handset of samsung also but facing no problem with same network service provider i have also given complaint on toll free no but there is no resolution till date.I am expecting a quick response this time or i will file a leagl complaint against the company as i am very handful user os sony having almost all products of sony but this time the disappoint level is very very high.                     I bought a Sony TV (Model # KDL-46HX925) in May 2012 from a Sony authorized dealer in Bangalore, India. Within 10 days of buying, the panel just went blank. The serviceman said it was some problem with the motherboard and replaced the entire panel, since it was within warranty period. However, the panel again started malfunctioning from Tuesday, 23rd June, 2015. Some horizontal lines started popping up on top of the panel. The serviceman said there's no way they can repair it and I have to change the entire panel, which will cost around INR 41000. I am amazed and horrified at the pathetic quality of Sony products and deeply disappointed with Sony. I would request the management to look into this and give me a resolution. I spent almost 1.5 Lakhs to buy the TV barely 3 years back, it will be difficult for me to spend 41000 now for the panel. Can the management please look into this and give me a resolution as soon as possible? Thanks!

                      i bought above said mobile from jai durga commmunication 18/336 old char chaman karnal on 4/11/2013 pay price rs 8500 in cash. now it became out of order. yesterday on 25.6.2015 my wife &my daughter went to company, s authorised repair centre at model town karnal. they charge rs 114 to check the fault in above said mobile. after three hour waiting they told mobile, s mother board is out of order you have to pay rs 5000 to repair. i came to know that the price of new mobile of above said is 4000. kindly look in to the matter &help us to repair that mobile on right price.

                        Please find enclosed herewith Copy of Receipt relating to my purchase of Sony LED with remote, Model 42W 670 A, SR 5391558-S, through your Dealer Bagi Radio House, BO Vindhya Nagar, Shop No. 54-55, Shivaji Complex, Vide Receipt No. 2277 Dated 3.7.14. This TV was purchased of reputed TV manufacturer from Sony, had been causing us trouble in the first day of June, 2015 itself and I lodged my complaint for repairing of TV on 03.06.2015 with Service request ID/complaint No.25778036 Dt.03.06.2015. It has been assigned to Customer Care, Sn.16181; Dharam Kanta (New SPS Mall); NH-7; Rewa-486 001, Madhya Pradesh. I fell harassed and had suffered with mental agony finding that even after a lapse of more than 19 days, no action has been taken by your Company to take care of the complaint, which had caused unlimited suffering to my family members as well. You must be knowing that it is violation of provisions of Consumer Protection Act also. I wish to bring it to your kind information that if immediate attention is not given to my complaint, I will feel free to take up my issue in Consumer forum and Media along with social forums like face book, twitter etc. I must get immediate response about the action taken by you in this regard.                           Yesterday while talking on my phone, the battery was drained fully Again after charging the batter the phone does not switches"ON"after pressing the button as specified. Twice I have removed the SIM card and re-inserted, still it is switching"ON"after pressing the button. We buy reputed brand items thru our hard earned money, then why such issues?

                            Dear Sir, I have faced panel issue with my Sony tv as well. It came just 13 months time and only use of 8 months.BRAVIA Model: KDL-32W670A IN5 bearing Sr.no : 2804124.I AM CHASING SONY INDIA SINCE 2.5 MONTHS BUT THEY REALLY DONT CARE and STILL its not replaced. They are asking almost 60% of TV price (rs.15500) for replacing panel and their cost is very high.SONY quality is really gone down and their customer care is really pathetic. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY SONY PRODUCT AS THEIR QUALITY IS POOR AND IT BECOME BIG HEADACHE TO ME. If sony really care for customer they should replace faulty and defective panel without cost.Please help me.regards, mohamamd ghouse[protected]

                              Sir I'm purchased your Z3 model phone Aug 2014 unfortunately this phone fall down and broken front glass. On 22nd June 2015 I given phone to ur customer care center at visakhapatnam, Andhrapradesh. So today they are given estemation above phone around 26000/- for replace the display.                                 i have purchased this mobile on September 2013.. one month before that sim was not deducting suddenly. i have given to Sony authorized service center, they are recommend to change the mother board its cost around 7000 rs. i can't pay this much amount for this.. i think this is a manufacturing defect(i have read about from some sites), rest of the all the things is working good condition. please give a proper solution.. i have spend 17000rs for this mobile...i am totally fed up..

                                  Hi I Bought Sony Z2 10 months back and it is still in warranty period.It Fell in water by slip of hand and it stopped working. I gave it for service on 17/6/2015 and JOB NO is W[protected]. They called me and they are giving me an estimate of 28000 to repair !!! It is still in warranty period and sony is not letting me claim my warranty . They are saying water related damages cant be claimed under warranty. This is ridiculous. Sony advertised this mobile as water resistant/proof mobile and I believing that paid 43k only for the sake of waterproof and now they are not letting me claim warranty for water related damage and asking me to pay 28000 in which I could get a new mobile only !! Please repair the mobile under warranty or replace it with new handset. Can anyone please help me how to take up this issue to consumer court if sony doesnt let me claim warranty. Thanks.

                                    Sir, I am Nadarajan. I was purchased SONY Bravia LED TV R40/32 on[protected] amount Rs.32500. Now TV is not working. The Sony Service Engineer came checked and told the board problem, to change the board the cost is Rs.6500. Sir. this model Sony TV have an inbuilt Stabilizer also i am put another one Vgaurd stabilizer. The 19 volt Power adopter is not affect and working properly. then how the board was affect. sir kindly check and solve this problems. Note The due amount of the tv in not complete.

                                      i have bought a sony hanycam HDR-XR150E/BC E37 around 30/07/2010 and after 2 years first time the problem came that on the screen a message was displayed that the cant access hard disk so i went to service centre they said that the hard disk is corrupted u have to change it so i agreed to them but 3 days they returned me the handycam by saying we have repaired it not changed the hard disk at that that time it was in warranty . but after month of repair again the same problem came so i went to service centre again this time they said that hard disk is corrupted u have to get it changed so i said that earlier was same problem then why have u not changed it now as my handycam is out of warranty now they are saying me to pay and get it repaired even when i contacted their senior he started saying me that your hard disk was changed earlier also. they are completely speaking lie on my face and since then they are not listening to my problem an when i visit them they are behaving in such a bad manner like i am the culprit is this the standard of sony brand i request you please help me out of this . it is my humble request none of the person in service centre is listening to me
