your service and customer handling is pethatic. you have hooglians in your service centre, who command on customers, in front of your own employees a days old set, a 15 days old set almost and they are just searching ways out how they cannot give wty. they made us to wait for almost an hour, and did not open even a single worksheet, not of any customer. they were doing their ownpersonal jobs, parking personal vehicles, cars and all were busy in this. on our repeated request they said they will open job now outside warranty. they are not allowing us to write our comments on job card. your employee and the owner both said- you can complaint wherever you want to no issues. this is poor attitude toward work and customers. the body language was as if we were slaves and not customers. ask your person to send you a pic of owner- you will get all replies of what im writing and what should have happened there. crude people who do not have an iota of knowledge what a customer means to company to them. very casual, abusive and full of attitude. i have told your executive- i have my solution... i shall never in life purchase SONY product and discard those i have. today- products do not matter, but only service matters. i had my queries but they were not able to convince me on that so they got irritated. if they have less knowledge, that's not my problem. whatever- they cannot shout at customer.my phones half screen is blank . i kept it in shirt pocket when in car and when i came out after 1 hr drive, half screen was black.nothing else except a pen in shirt. no scratches, no marks, no crack. why it happened, they are not able to reply and insisted for out of wty- they would earn better it seems. however, now the problem is not wty, it is how they handled and how they understand the need of customer. i told them- open job card and let me go, convey the decision later.i waited for an hour... guys order something from lenskart, flipkart, purchase an apple phone or samsung- u will understand what service means.
Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But within 2 years 6 moths itself I had complaingt about TV and lodge a complaint (Greeninsh Picture and lines on screen) with Sony customer care and your nearby service center engineer visited and informed that LCD panel was gone and needs to be replaced. Th cost of this replacement is aroud Rs.18000/-
But I have repeatdly asked Sony care to support us, as it is two expensive replacement within short period from date of purchase, Sony team replaying that its an electronic device can be damage any time warranty, no free or discounted service offered from Sony. Is it possible to case this on consumer forum.
