    FYI Email sent to Rajesh IN CP Sony Dealership Please help in case you can, this is ridiculous regards Manish Mandan [protected] FYI email below Dear Rajesh As discussed PFA the files of my TV that has started having same problem that had happened in 2013. Have bought this TV in 2012 and have already spent 8-11 thousand rupees in repairs at Mathura Road work shop, sony india. Please help by changing this system. I have no other alternative than to believe that either i was handed over a used demo piece that was not reported or the piece had manufacturing defect. As i have not come across such complaints on such high ticket item. Kindly help by replacing the TV with a same size same model new TV set and oblige. Let me know what best financials can be worked out. I am very sorry to say that my experience with SONY has been far below my expectation with the brand regards Manish Mandan [protected]

      my sony xperia t3 is get heated when i use it .. it heat up within aw 5-10 minutes... batery packup is good.. but it gets heated... i bought it 2 month ago ... what i do ????? heating problem ... one day in night its battery is 90% and i cannot use it till morning, and in morning its battery remains only 2% ... and mobile is heating, , , , after restat it become better m now only heating problem...

        my sony 40R 48 2B purchased in march 2015 from prakash trading corporation, delhi has dead pixels about which i lodged a telephonic complaint with customer care of sony in april 2015 when i noticed the continuously on red pixels. An engineer came and examined it but said that number of deads pixels is not significant enough to replace the panel as per company policy. I tried to ignore the dead pixel initially but in a brand new tv why should one compromise and if there are dead pixels the company should replace the panel. I preferred sony over other brands for its quality but i am now feeling disappointed with the non-redressal of my complaint

          This is to bring into your notice that I asked for service for my television through online[protected] and a service technician called me on[protected]and told that the panel board of my TV (Model Bravia LCD TV :KLV-32V400A) is damaged it is costing around 11500 Rs meantime another technician called from same service centre and told that the panel board is costing around Rs. 20, 000 why this much Price difference after that the service technician[protected] night visited my house and told that panel board is damaged without opening the TV set. I think the Service centre people are cheating me. when asking for Reference No. the technician talked badly. they are commending us to pay the money what is this??? Is this sony the international brand?? so pity Actually I want to what is the price of panel board for KLV-32V400A ???           someone from your office called my father toady and told the panel board is around 20025 Rs. Then let me know what is the price of new LED 32" TV, its nearly 25, 000/- shame on you the international brand.

            Date of Incident: May 3rd 2015 For the service document details, refer the documents attached Product: Sony Z1 This has been the worst experience with Sony as a branded product company. I used my Sony Z1 mobile handset in the swimming pool as suggested by the manual and claim by Sony with all the flap closed. Inspite of this the Phone got waterlogged, and this happens to lots of Sony Z series phones. Every time Sony tries to put the same blame on the customers and this is ethically wrong. Phone is still in the warranty and service center guys says its out of warranty. They say that the water should go inside the phone possibly through the flaps. While as per me the flaps were closed. They right away blame the customer of the open flap. I remember that the same flaps has been closed properly. Service center says that the phone got waterlogged and blaming everything on the customer and charge abruprtly amount of half the cost of the mobile phones. When asked for the logs and tests details and the results, the service center agreed to share the details of results and says they should not share the logs of tests and not even the phone logs, which proves that the flaps were closed. Additionally as a customer i feel cheated, as i bought the phone on the primary marketing pattern of Waterproof. Even within the Sony there were contradiction if the phone Z1 is waterproof or water resistant. There were cases going on with Sony in another countries with the status of Z1 as Water resistant or waterproof. As per the same Sony cannot claim their Z1 phones as Waterproof and changed the status to Water-resistant, while in India the phones of Sony has been marketed as Waterproof, which creates lots of confusion with the customers. Overall the service of the service center and the overall follow up were the worst with no follow-ups or calls from Sony. Its almost the month, while the phone has been with Sony and not satisfied with the response of the customer service center. I would request that the phone should be covered under the warranty and Sony should perform the repair the same free of cost as its the product fault. If Sony claims not to repair the same, then i would require the full refund of the cost of phone along with the mental agony of the issues with the Sony.

              I have purchased 24" Sony LED from Broadway, Rup Agency, LED is delivered at destination on 29.04.2015, Packed carton receive by me. During Installation at home we found that LED Screen is damage LED Carton was clear, so I get it back to the Rup Agency on[protected]. they said that they have registered complaint to Sony company. after that i am contentiously going to agency for replacement of LED but till yet no satisfactory answer given by them.

                your service and customer handling is pethatic. you have hooglians in your service centre, who command on customers, in front of your own employees a days old set, a 15 days old set almost and they are just searching ways out how they cannot give wty. they made us to wait for almost an hour, and did not open even a single worksheet, not of any customer. they were doing their ownpersonal jobs, parking personal vehicles, cars and all were busy in this. on our repeated request they said they will open job now outside warranty. they are not allowing us to write our comments on job card. your employee and the owner both said- you can complaint wherever you want to no issues. this is poor attitude toward work and customers. the body language was as if we were slaves and not customers. ask your person to send you a pic of owner- you will get all replies of what im writing and what should have happened there. crude people who do not have an iota of knowledge what a customer means to company to them. very casual, abusive and full of attitude. i have told your executive- i have my solution... i shall never in life purchase SONY product and discard those i have. today- products do not matter, but only service matters. i had my queries but they were not able to convince me on that so they got irritated. if they have less knowledge, that's not my problem. whatever- they cannot shout at customer.my phones half screen is blank . i kept it in shirt pocket when in car and when i came out after 1 hr drive, half screen was black.nothing else except a pen in shirt. no scratches, no marks, no crack. why it happened, they are not able to reply and insisted for out of wty- they would earn better it seems. however, now the problem is not wty, it is how they handled and how they understand the need of customer. i told them- open job card and let me go, convey the decision later.i waited for an hour... guys order something from lenskart, flipkart, purchase an apple phone or samsung- u will understand what service means.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that i have a SONY mobile that was purchased on [protected]. i was facing network issues in the mobile. Hence i had visited Sony care in panipat on [protected] and given mobile for repairing BUT the same problem uccer again . The person, Mr. Balwan, in the care attended me and toOk my mobile for repairing and told me to come back after four hourS. Afterthat, when i reach to take back my mobile he told me your mobile has been repaired. But from the next day, i was facing the same problem in the mobile. Then i called to the service centre regarding that problem they told me that your mobile has some hardware problem and it will be charged rs. 6000 approximately to sort out the problem.And now my mobile has been dead unfortunately. Also i asked him about the JOB SHEET NO., he replied he did this handmade not online and he refused to give me JOB SHEET NO. If SONY is not responsible for repairing the mobile then why you are mentioning one year warranty everywhere. This is really not expected from SONY. I THINK THAT WAS THE MY BIGGEST MISTAKE PURCHAGED YOUR BRAND PRODUCTS. IF THE PROBLEM OF MINE IS NOT SOLVED IN CONVENIENT TIME THAT I HAVE TO TAKE SOME LEGAL STEPS AGAINST YOU AND YOUR SERVICE CENTER. IF MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED WITH IN A WEEK THEN I'M SENDING YOU A COURT NOTICE IN WHICH YOU PEOPLE HAVE TO BE PRESENT AT COURT FOR YOUR MISTAKE.. THANKS AND REGARDS MOHIT JANGRA MOB NO.                     i purchase sony zperia z3 in 45000 on 11 fab 2015 and after few days its back panal crack up itsself ony as phone got heat up so much while using it for a long time.i go ti service center and they they didnt cover it under warranty so i paid for it after that i found its back cover pop out again fron its back side and dead pixel on display and data cabil also stop working all happen at the same time on 6 may 2015 i submit it to the service center.and they are not capeble of repair it and did not repair it till now i call them to refund my money but they refuse there product are so bad and cheap quality they are cheating there customer on the name of sony... no service support providing by them its just a 4 month old and about 2 months it was on sony service centre which is effecting my work and daily life .so plzz help me .as i dont need there phone and will not accept phone now ...i just need my money refund

                    it is having manufacturing defect as this xperia z3 is no suitable for sale this phone have many problems. its over head unnecessary by that its back glass grt cracked by its self..in review u can find it in all over net.
                    sony is just making fool of there customers
                    no update from sony... they dont bother about consumer complaints

                      My sony bravia LCD TV model no:KLV-32W400A IN5 S.NO.:1201072 PURCHASED ON 09/05/2009 Has given me problem after just six years where the display goes crazy.We gave this to the sony service (DIGITAL VISION, 44, VEERAPPA NAGAR, 2ND STREET, ALWARTHIRUNAGAR, CHENNAI)FOR SERVICE and they have given an Estimate of INR 25000 which is a very high price. For this price I can buy a new TV with a few extra buckS. I have been a customer of sony for the past 20yrs, in which for the FIRST TIME SONY HAS MADE ME REGRET FOR CHOOSING THEIR PRODUCT.PLEASE GIVE THE CUSTOMERS A BETTER SUPPORT. IF YOUR THINKING OF IGNORING THIS COMPLAINT NOW WOULD BE THE RIGHT TIME ERASE THAT THOUGHT. AT THIS RATE YOU WILL DEFINITELY LOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF LACK OF QUALITY IN PRODUCTS AS BEFORE AND HUGE AFTERSALE SERVICE EXPENDITURES.REPLY AT THE EARLIEST.

                          Hi, I ‘m using Sony Xperia Z and it had lots of issues from the time I bought it. If you see my repair history list, it is 4 times till now. Here is my present concern: • Last month, the phone Front and Back panel automatically started to coming out. • So I went to Sony Service Centre (Benchmark Infotech, Ganga Nagar, Bangalore) on 09.05.2015 and asked them to solve the issue • They have told that they will do the service and will return the phone in 7-10 days • The Job Number is: W[protected] • Till now I have not got the proper response from you guys that when will be I receiving the phone with proper condition • I have called you guys to know status and the response was “We have sent your phone to Sony Regional Office and we yet to receive the phone” • And last week one guy called and told me that “to repair my phone, I need to pay 3200 bugs”. I said OK and gave 80% amount on 18.05.2015 I am really dissatisfied with your “service time taken” policy. It is almost 20 days, the phone is with you. • I have bought the phone with a such price (~40k) for me, not for you guys to test and enjoy yourself and keep it with you, that too in my cost. • Even, I have given the money to buy all the spare parts and repair the phone. If I have not the phone after 10 days of payment also, ARE YOU DOING ANY “MONEY FOR INTEREST” BUSINESS • You people are such lazy fellows in nature and enjoying your customers money • Don’t you care your customer’s satisfaction? See, we have a group of people, who loves the musiq and clarity and we have selected Sony Smart Phones to buy. Now, none o[censored]s are satisfied your service and your quality of your product. We are giving one more opportunity to you people, since we love your product. Next time, we have planned to lodge a complaint you guys for your product and service.                             Hi Team, I had purchased SONY Xperia Z Black on 29th Sept 2013 from The Mobile Store(Madhapur, Hyderabad) with Extended warranty of One Year. Phone had serious battery drain issues. I got a refurbished phone as a replacement of my old phone from Sony service center on 20 Sept 2014, By the time it was OUT of Warranty.The condition of refurbished phone is worse. After 1-2 months again battery started draining and speaker sound quality became poor. Under extended warranty scheme, The Mobile Store guys sent my phone to Sony service center and after repair work, they gave me phone back. Again after 1-2 month o[censored]se, the phone became very poor, so I gave to The Mobile store center on 7th of May 2015. At that time, phone had many issues: Battery drain in 6 hours with no use, automatic shutdown, battery bulged, rear cover got open up hence not water proof any more, speaker sound was very very low, hanging problem. Today (27th May) after 20 days I got my phone back, with all problem as it is. Sony service center guys did nothing, they should have done proper testing after repair. I have returned phone back to Mobile store, tomorrow they will be sending it to Sony. Unfortunately I had purchased a poor, bad quality phone worth 36000 INR. Sony Phones are waste of money. in last 1.5 year it was 3-4 months at service center. I had purchased this much costly phone by thinking of Brand, features and at first Quality, so that there wont be rounds to service center ever. but unfortunately I had taken a wrong decision. I request you to take this issue seriously, this time I need my money back or a Brand New Phone. I don't care who will take owner ship that is your internal tie-up. I request you to look into this issue at utmost priority.I hope you will acknowledge this. Sony should take responsibility of their dysfunctional products.                               I have bought Xperia Z3 compact on Dec2014 which has water proof resistant upto 1meter with 30 minutes. Eventhough my mobile is not working, because of I went in swimming pool with my mobile. When i enquired about these things, they are telling it will be cost arround 15 thousand. Since i warranty. Kindly do the needfull or else i will got to consumer court.

                                Dear All concerned, I own a Sony LED TV which was delivered directly from Sony Company outlet in Kolkata on July 2014.. The said TV was a repleacement AGAINST my earlier SONY LCD TV which went kaput.. To me & my family's uter surprise, this new set (which is well within the warranty period), beat its earlier predeccesor in the sense that the display pictures were erractic, picture-in-picture, shadow, lines on screen all came up in a very short time of 10 months from purchase.. Being hapless & again on connecting with the Consumer complaints help line & booking a service request, on inspection the concerned service engineer game a standard reply - panel needs to be replaced & we will have the TV lifted to our location for 4-5 days repair job. Now my only question is : How does such a reputed company like Sony produce such faulty TVs... also when I was a victim of the same with my earlier set, why was enough care not taken to give me a TESTED, CHECKED & AUTHENTIC set... What is the guaramtee now that after a visit to the service engineer my current set will not give me any further problems... May I take this opportunity to request that a Sony company engineer be alloted to check the faulty TV & advise.. Would also urge your goodself to get into the crix of the problem to provide a suitable & apt solution... Very much hurt, but waiting for an expedited response from you end to end the ordeal..                                   Dear Sir, I have bought a brand new Sony Bravia R412C LED TV from one of the show rooms at Karimnagar City on dt:16/05/2015. Subsequently I have called your company’s toll free number and requested them to send authorized person to install/ mount it over the wall at my home. They have told me that they are going to send the person within the 6 working days. It is almost 10 days now, but no body came to fix the TV. From last four days, I have been calling to the customer care, but they did not take any action about my problem. Hence I totally fed up with the service of the concerned persons of your company. So I want you to take necessary action immediately over the concerned person/s, whoever responsible for this negligence in servicing your valuable customer like me.                                     Dear Sir/Madam, Purchase Sony LED Dt.- 11.5.2015, Model no - KLV32R422B in Himansu Sales Corporation Halol. 1) 17.05.2015 1st time Installation request submitted Service Requested ID is 25486803 is assigned to Jay Shree Electronic Rajkot. Phone no is[protected]. I am calling Jay Shree Electronic for Installation Purpose, Shree electronic person say your service request Transfer Morbi, our engineer installation your TV 2 or 3 days. Dt. 23.05.2015 work is not completed. Then i am calling Rajkot Service Center give me reason In my service center not sufficient engineer available in center. Rajkot service center cancel service request (Request ID[protected]. Dt. 23.05.2015 call customer care then enter new service request. Dt. 26.05.2015 Call customer care, then your Rajkot service center cancel. Today New service request enter in customer care. Pl. Help... If not install 2 or 3 day, pl. return my TV. Note :-Today i am change Mobile number. Old no - [protected] New No - [protected]

                                      Sir/ Madam We have purchased sony TV 8 months back still it is in warranty. on 20.5.2015 it got repaired we lodged a complaint to service centre. on 21.05.2015 service centre given a service request ID 25536701 and also assured us that ur call will be attended with in 48 hrs.But no response from centre as assured again we called service centre .Then one person came and inspected TV and told us i will come on 25.05.2015 with spares.Not yet come and also no response from service centre. You know how the TV is essential. I didnot expect this type of response from SOOOOOONY.What i should do next. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com Service centre : Tambaram chennai.

                                        I have purchased a Sony Mobile (Xperia Z2) and I have been facing problems such as heating a lot, and applications does not respond and open properly and sudden termination of applications. So, I approached Pranank Electronics in Vijayawada. They said they updated the mobile and there will be no problem anymore. what actually happened is that not my current problem solved, instead I they damaged the hardware too and returned the mobile to me. when I went to them the second time, they asked me to show the proof of the problem i have. I felt humiliated, but i have shown them the proof and they said they need to keep the device under observation for 3 hours or so. this time they kept the device without any paper work. the behavior of the technicians there does not look good. I felt like I am being deceived. Still the problem persists and now in more frequency this happens and my warranty period ends this month. The day before yesterday, I tried to reach them and after a multiple attempts i got response and that lady gave me another number and when i tried to call that number I got no reply, and yesterday when i called that number, i got a response after multiple attempts and they said they will call back within 10 minutes, and till now no call back and nothing.
