I am having Sony Xperia Mobile hand set (model T2 Ultra). I noticed that hand set is bent horizontally. I sumitted handset to Sony Service Center for correction on 23 March 2015 under work order no. W[protected]. More than 70 days have passed since i handed over my handset. I have called customer support team of Sony many times. Also i have reported the matter to Sony India HO and regional office through email . Earlier i asked phone no....

I had purchased a new mobile phone model no Z1 sony xperia. The phone is less than a year old. The voice of the phone cracks while talking Went to service centre. The complain was registered against complain no W[protected]. The service centre mentioned that phone will be returned after 15 days. Why should a customer wait for so long. One day I was. Washing my smartphone bcoz it's waterproof and after washing it I saw water problem on my phone's display I was shocked that how does it happend bcoz it's waterproof phone then I checked my whole phone then I saw my smartphone back glass panel is open I don't know how . Sir I have bought a new phone on 15 jan 2015 (Xperia z ultra) .it worked fine for 2 months, but after 2 months it got audio jack problem so i gave it to Service centre, they replaced it and gave me another phone, but after few days its got some softwre issues and wasn't working fine so i again gave it to service centre, they again replaced it..and gave me another phone and it again got problme automatically switched off and i didnt switched...

my sony xperia t3 is get heated when i use it .. it heat up within aw 5-10 minutes... batery packup is good.. but it gets heated... i bought it 2 month ago ... what i do ????? heating problem ... one day in night its battery is 90% and i cannot use it till morning, and in morning its battery remains only 2% ... and mobile is heating, , , , after restat it become better m now only heating problem......

I have purchased 24" Sony LED from Broadway, Rup Agency, LED is delivered at destination on 29.04.2015, Packed carton receive by me. your service and customer handling is pethatic. you have hooglians in your service centre, who command on customers, in front of your own employees a days old set, a 15 days old set almost and they are just searching ways out how they cannot give wty. they made us to wait for almost an hour, and did not open even a single worksheet, not of any customer. they were doing their ownpersonal jobs, parking personal vehicles, cars and all were busy...
