I brought a Sony LED TV KLV-32R402A on 07.12.2013 from Lucknow which started creating problems after 9 months of its purchase. The complaint was registered with Sony India during 3rd week of October'2014 on toll fee No. [protected] but no services were provided after waiting for a long time. Bounding by the same and as expiry of warranty period was fast approaching I registered the complaint on their portal on 31.10.2014 and was assured as under : Dear Bhajan Singh Rawat, Greetings from Sony India. We have received your Email and your request has been logged as : 22081906. Please use this Number for any future reference to your request. Our response time will vary based on the nature of query.     I have purchased a XPERIA C-2305 mobile in last year march-2014. Since then I had ran 5 times till now. Do you really think your products are geniune? In this whole year almost everyday i went to issues like sudden switch off, hanging, battery issue, touch issue etc. Some day SONY company has its name and fame.That is why people trusts you. On day to day life you are now came to break that trust of customers.Today I again went to Gurgaon service centre([censored]ij Telecom). They charged Rs.2000 for a new battery.       Hello Sir, My name is Kashyap Anand & i m from Delhi. I have purchase this mobile last year September'14. My phone display not working due to drop in water. I have submit the phone to Rohini Customer Service Center Delhi. They have sent my phone for repairing after 4-5 days they have told me your Phone display not working so we have to replace it & you have to pay 14199.25 + Taxes = 15990/-. I was shocked & replied my phone is water resistant & it's under warranty. They have ans me your display is not under warranty. I was told that guy please return my mobile set. they have return me on 06th June. My 40000/- rs phone is useless due to your wrong specification, advertisement & Service. Please i have request you to solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise i will be submit the case against SONY in Customer Cell (I have no other option).         I purchased my phone on 1st May 2015 and within a week i discovered gaps near the metal frame. Thus i submitted my phone in the service center on 16th May 2015 as they refused to give me a replacement. I got it repaired on 25th May. Next day i tried using it in water within the specified limits and my phone was damaged because the water had entered my phone. On 28th May( JOB No. W[protected], IMEI No - [protected] ) again i submitted my phone in the service center as they refused to give me a replacement. They repaired my phone under warranty but still are refusing for a replacement. Repairing the phone due to water damage within warranty ultimately means that the phone had a problem and thus the only solution was to replace it. The reason given to mi was that the company has ceased the replacement policy. Service Center - S.G.         I received a replacement on 6th august 2015 wen i mailed the company on the following address: [email protected]. But they said if u further get any problems then only u wl get a replacement and i had a issue of USB falp due to which i got a replacement.

          We bought our t.v on 12/7/2013. Aftr 1 and haly yrs itself...the tv started showing complaints...then it started to switch off automatically...we called the showroom and then they forwarded our call to the thiruvalla madonna service center, they took the tv and returned it back saying that there is no complaint but again we are facing the same prblm...such a irresponsible employees...we called again, they told that they will be coming to take a look but no signs of them till now...we still have the QRS extended warranty...if there is any kind of value given to the customers then who ever responsible or head of this should take sudden action about this problem...

            sir/madam, i am very disappointed to tell that i am being feeling cheated by "amazon.in" where as i bought a "Sony xperia sp(c5302)" from amazon.in, keep a trst on amazon.in i didn't see the hardware of the mobile phone, but after some i came to know that i was cheated y amazon.in, as they have send me a defective product, and also the "Sony service station has charged me during my warranty period" mentioning the clause of "warranty void" and didn't even repaired the phone and "also broke the back cover of the phone & told me it was broken earlier" and showed me that i was wrong from my side and i have to contact the seller by my side & also threatened me when asked to the service centre technical executives about the "breakage of the back cover" Kindly take proper action against the matter.               i recently bought a sony xperia z ultra. i dont know how it happend but when i took out phone out of my pocket, the glass is broken and touch is not working. when I enquired about this at sony service center they immediately told that it is non repairable and warranty does not apply as it comes under physical damage. i asked them how it comes under physical damage if it broke by it self. there is no response and they recklessly gave Sony complaints mail id and asked to mail them. is this the way you respond sony? and also when i asked to show me where it is mentioned as non repairable, there is no response! i demand an immediate replacement of mobile with free of cost.

                      HELLO TEAM, PLEASE READ THIS AND DO REPLAY. Again I am here and this time i want to bring to your kind notice that, I bought my mobile phone xperia Sp on 29/9/2014. after that I had been facing performance issues related to consistent browning of display. In order to resolve this problem I had submitted my mobile to Aaradhya service centre, Pune. They just updated the system software and said its repaired. Surprisingly, their so called repair didn’t work and I started seeing the same problem on my phone consistently very next week. I was still managing to use the phone but after a few day suddenly my mobile got switched OFF automatically and I was not able to turn it ON. This time again Iwent to the same service centre and submitted my mobile. Here I just wanted the Cash back for the phone since I was frustrated with the problem I was facing consistently. Following this, the head of Sony service centre "Mr. Bipin told me that there is a process we need to follow and at this stage we can not give cash back, will check mobile, find issues and will resolve with part replacement and will give you back" . So I relied on his words and again submitted the mobile for repair on 30/3/2015. Following this repair these service centre guys have replaced the Mobile motherboard TWICE, Battery, Battery-port, Audio jack and other parts as well but of NO USE. How could I rely on a mobile whose motherboard had been replaced twice, so much of tempering with the phone part, so I gain requested for cash back, to my surprise they didn’t agree to give cashback and promised me to replace my mobile with New Mobile and Extended Warranty as per my request. They gave me a phone which I guess was NOT NEW along with the headset. I checked the phone in front of the service centre guys and it disappointed me again. This time display of the mobile was not working properly with flickers, Camera flash not working and new updates for mobile was not getting installed. Following this and extremely frustrated with the poor and unreliable service by SONY I returned the phone to the same service centre guys and requested for a new phone. They again gave me a mobile which was NOT NEW and it had tempering marks on the screws, to which they said they had opened the Phone to check if it was OK!! (really SONY needs to open a NEW phone to check before selling??). This time after using the phone for two hours, it was behaving erratically with a pop up message on Display "system UI has stopped working" and to follow the disaster your Phone’s Power button was not working properly, It was automatically vibrating continuously and was boiling with extreme heat. I took the phone that very moment to Aaradhya service Center, Pune. I showed them the magical performance of your Phone and dumped it there itself (no other choice I had). SONY has deteriorated in its quality of service and this is the reason people have stopped using it. It seems I have been running every now and then to service centres, since last 3 months only to get disappointed every time and return with NO SOLUTION. This time all I want is either you give me a NEW PHONE (hope you understand what a new phone is???) or give me the cash back. I have no time to waste for such a product and have important priorities to cater to. As per my conversation today ( i.e on 5/6/2015) with Mr. Bipin of Aaradhya service centre, he told me that the higher authorities are conveying that the company is not ready to give cash back, instead they are ready to give another replacement with extended warranty. I am ok with the proposal but this time when I receive the replacement it should be a sealed pretty pack of the phone, as bought first time from the show room and the box should be opened in front of me only. Also I need an assurance from the company that in future if I face any problem of the same kind within the warranty period, company will give me equivalent cash for the phone since it would be too hard for me to rely on SONY and make attempts to get it repaired. Hope SONY won’t disappoint me this time. XPERIA has literally CHANGED my perception towards the reliability on SONY products.                         I purchased sony handset xperia zr on 15/07/13 from the mobile store dwarka. The phone was in excellent working condition and there was no problem with it. After 2 years o[censored]sage the phone got a scratch on the screen from the inside and not from the outside making the phone unusable. The phone was working but the touch could not be used. I planned to get it repaired so I went to sony service center dwarka harijan basti on 29/05/15. I told them that this was an issue which many other people were facing as there were similar posts by other people too about the phones self cracking. All this is still there on the forums. Sony refused any claims whatsoever and said that the product had been damaged by me. Which I truly don't agree to as the scratch is from the inside which they also confirmed. They also said that it was not repairable so I would have to buy another handset and they would offer 50% discount if I bought the same handset xperia zr but that would be a refurbished version of the handset and would not come in proper packing. Or else I could pick any other model and I would get 20% discount. I made up my mind and informed them that I would like to pick up a new handset for 20% discount. The lady incharge and an attendant advised that I would have to get a dd in favour of sony india pvt. limited and then this draft would be submitted and I would receive the phone within the next 3-4days after submission. I called up the next day to enquire for the exact amount for which the dd would have to be made.I had to call them more than 5 times as their internet was not working and was under repair.After sometime I managed to talk to the person and I asked the person there for how much would xperia T3 cost me after discount and in whose favour would the draft have to be made. The person informed me that the draft would have to be made for Rs. 13592 in favour of Sony India Pvt. Limited. I asked the person to whom I was talking as to when I could submit this.He asked me to submit it on monday inspite of the service center being open on both saturdays and sundays. Anyways after which I got my draft ready and went to submit it with my father on monday. I submitted the draft and got the invoice as well after a long wait of one and a half hours as the printer was not working. The person there informed me that I would get the phone by friday as wednesday would be there off and thursday an off for the main office from where the phone was supposed to come. I waited and called them today finally on friday on 05/06/15 and now they say it will still take 3-4 more days. They say that who informed you to make the draft of the amount and in whose favour?? They said that we have to send a mail from our end and this was not done by them. I had a fight over the phone and told them that it is not my fault that the mail has not been sent as this is not the consumers duty. My duty was to submit the draft which was done already. Later on I even told them that it has been more than days and I have not received the phone on the promised date. The lady on the phone simply denied this fact and stated that it takes 8-10 days. I said I was informed of 3-4 days. This fact was denied too. There was a lot of misinformation here and I think I have been mislead. I even called them back again and asked for my money back but they denied even that and said that the email has been sent and the draft also. The working staff here is not knowledgeable at all. I don't know how sony plans to satisfy its customers. Because this is a very poor service provided by you guys. You could atleast give the phone when you receive the payment from any sony store. I don'y know what is the need to delat this process so much.

                          Am Neelav from Guwahati am very much unhappy with Sony for the first time ever I ve being using Sony gadgets from past 10 years still I didn't get the privileged of being a royal Customer of your company I bought a Sony xperia Z1 last year within a year it got hardware Prob so requested to provide me wit a new set but to my bad luck they gave me a refurbished set now after another 2 month's I having Prob with the refurbished set, my warranty is over n I still requested them to provide me a new piece as I had Prob initially within warranty period but they sayin they will provide me with another refurbished set its really sorry feeling to be a Sony customer I bought a Samsung mob yesterday but I still have faith in Sony but I doubt my refurbished set they providing me now 'll have some Prob in future again! Seriously it's a very bad experience from now myself 'll go for other electronic company n suggest my friends n family to avoid Sony! Thanks! Neelav! [protected]

PINCODE-201301 CONTACT: [protected], [protected] Good Day, On 30 May 2015 I submitted my sony Xperia mobile phone for repairing as it was not charging with the charger. After the examination of my mobile the engineer at the Centre told me that the charging jack is faulty. Further I was asked to pay amount of Rs.600 (six hundred only), which I paid at the centre and the receipt for the same has been attached. After the replacement of the USB jack I received my mobile with a 3 months warranty for the same. TICKET ID: [protected], JOB NO: W[protected], MODEL NO: C2004, COLOUR: BLACK, DATE:[protected] As soon as I reached home and tried to charge mobile phone, it was not getting charged i.e. same problem was still persisting. Again I went back to the sony service centre and told them about the issue. After examination of the mobile phone the engineer present at the centre informed me that the motherboard of the mobile phone has been damaged due to the replacement of the USB Jack. The jack was being changed by the engineer who is an employee of SONY INDIA, so as the damage was being caused to the motherboard due to the replacement done by sony india. I am not responsible for the damage caused and I need my mobile phone`s fault to be rectified on urgent basis. I will not be paying any further charge neither for the service not for the MOTHERBOARD of the mobile. SONY INDIA is totally responsible for the same. The Sale of Goods Act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the mobile phone repaired and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next seven days. I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the mobile phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of repairing it. Find the attached documents for the same. I look forward to receiving your satisfactory proposals for settlement of my claim within seven days of the date of this letter. Regards, RAJAT GUPTA

                              I am having Sony Xperia Mobile hand set (model T2 Ultra). I noticed that hand set is bent horizontally. I sumitted handset to Sony Service Center for correction on 23 March 2015 under work order no. W[protected]. More than 70 days have passed since i handed over my handset. I have called customer support team of Sony many times. Also i have reported the matter to Sony India HO and regional office through email . Earlier i asked phone no. of Sony HO or RO from service center and customer care but it was never provided. Some how i got phone number phone number of Sony RO at Gurgaon and i am also calling the concern person but no result. Please help to get my mobile phone back (of course corrected one)

                                I had purchased a new mobile phone model no Z1 sony xperia. The phone is less than a year old. The voice of the phone cracks while talking Went to service centre. The complain was registered against complain no W[protected]. The service centre mentioned that phone will be returned after 15 days. Why should a customer wait for so long.                                   My phone. That is Sony Xperia z2 is a waterproof mobile.. .. Bt one I washed my phone nd it's screen was not working properly...!! and I reached the Sony showroom...!! Their workers said ur phone is in warranty bt... We can't repair it... . The day when I bought to till date I have not played a single song on that device due to which I called to customer care no. of times but couldn't got any help from their. They always advice me for the software called "Xvid" to support which I tried to convert all the songs to the same at my level but it couldn't work. At last I am totally helpless so I complaining you for the assistance to provide. It is the time of Pen Drive not the CDs to play. And you are also giving the 2 years warranty for what if the system remains unused.../ You are requested to take the necessary action in this otherwise REFUND me the money and take your INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM back..                                       Actually I bought a sony Xperia M2 dual from the market and then used fro 2 days with in which i found it to be vibrating so it was made deo set, with in a week they had replaced my piece due to my badluck u r company defect i had another defect in it were charger pin was wrongly placed and now the hall they making me turns around the service center that u come tomorow or day after and so on no body is taking it and they say we have mailed them but dont find any response wat hthe hell is this

Worth of 30390/-thirty thousand three hundred and Ninety only.it may be small amount but for a middle working life family it will be a once a huge investment at valuable investment. Problem faced with product is failure of reading data's from disc's (DVD VCD MP3 & BLUE RAY) In a matter of 30 day facing such types of issues is really to considered as pathetic looses worthiness in purchase of Branded products at authorised sales dealers. Given a complaint to sony helpline no registered 25680719.given to benchmark infotech sony authorised service centre on 1st June 2015.its really hopeless to know that complaint follow up should be done by customers rather than service center . getting pissed off of calling the given ph no.all lines are busy after trying number of time and messaging detailed about job number J51326758. A executive call a says will get back sooner were he not aware what to speak. Next call come from a Manager/Executive and says as your player "Reading Lense" is week we are replacing.I was really shocked to know the I a matter of thirty days of purchase such a defaulty happened. And the technician/manager/executive says it comen at failure. Replacement is the solution. I wanted to know how the lens as become weak so soon or at purchase they (Girias dealer) Has given a used product. It really disgusting to know that sales person number mentioned at pre invoice is switched off.& sony service dealer say this is problem if you wanted Justice For rights please complaint to sony they don't care Ph.no [protected] messaged at 2.15pm on 2nd June 2015.callto this number is a if out of 100trys once you can get the line so busy.even all numbers also.please have a try if you want check. Sales person number is switched off Nataraj [protected].i wanted justice for my request. If there is no answer i need to go consumer court for the write & correct answer.
