Hello Team, I have raised a priority request i.e. Request ID: 25452448 on 15th May 2015 around 10:00 AM for my SONY LED 42W700B as display not coming. I requested executive for priority service engineer visit to my place and i am really disappointed as I have not received any response from Sony India/ Authorized Service Center for this. Even I am sending mail to sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com and getting message as "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups" which is more disappointing. Could someone please help me with this issue. Thanks Vikas Sharma

    Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased 4 Pcs of Sony experia Z3 compact from dubai, 1 of the pcs which we purchased has lost it’s touch pad after 15 days o[censored]se, since that I am going to sony customer care centre but I am getting strange reply from your customer care, they are telling that they will not touch this pcs as this are purchased from Dubai- I was shocked by the reply. I was I phone user since 5 years, we whole family shifted to sony considering Z3 compact as better pcs but too my surprise your pcs is not working & neither I am getting any reply from your customer care. I am really helpless as of now, kindly advice what to do further. Awaiting for favorable response from Sony team. You can either write to me or you can call me.       My Sony Xperia C 2305 got hanged and failed to start. Mobile got stuck on SONY logo. I tried with the format options available in the boot setup and fail to format. I had taken my mobile to Sony care where they installed new software. after installation also they are not able to clear the complete problem. Presently mobile is not showing any home screen and menu options but all the applications are available on the mobile which is running background. And another major issue is IMEI gone invalid for the mobile.For which Customer care given a solution to change the Mother Board which costs me 7000/- INR. For a small software issue.How a mobile got corrupted in hardware. Why the complete board is to be changed when my mobile set was working perfect with other applications apart from Initial Booting setup

        I purchased Sony Bravia 32'' Model KLV-32EX330IN5 in June-2015. In April it started blinking and switching off. I lodged a complaint with ur service centre. Mu TV was taken to service centre on 29.4.2015. No reply was given When I enquired I was told that its screen is to be changed and that will cost Rs11000/-. When I argued that even two years are not complete. I was asked to send scanned copy of invoice and warranty. It was sent on 3rd May. Again no response was given. After one week I was informed that a new part is to be imported that will take one week. Then again no response. a couple of days back I enquired only to be informed that set is not being manufactured now and matter is to taken with company for sending alternate part. With great consternation and disgust I may say that ur service pathetic. Will someone in ur company look after it and attend to it immediately. I have vowed not to purchase any Sony product in my life now onwards given the experience I had with ur company. Can give me a final answer whether it can be repaired or else through it in the junk and inform me.

          your workers taken 170 rupees in name of testing charge under warranty period. i gave them warranty card but they said that camera would be repaired out of warranty. and told that 4141rupees would be charged.in this case i am very unhappy with sony after sale service.my name satish birthare, mob no [protected] gwalior.

            have purchased my sony LCD 26BX350 TV on dated 11.11.203 from Shanti Sales, Jawahar Colony, Faridabad. When I have purchased, 3 times complain has been lodged to your customer care. 1st time for display problem & 2 times for panel problem. Each & every time, Service center gets 15-20 days time to resolved the TV problem I have again make a complain & your engineer complete my panel defect problem more than 20 days. Now I have complain on 5.5.2015 vide complain no. 25300751, still there is no response about my problem. Sai Electronics, Faridabad their service Engineer verified that panel has 3 time defect. As more than 12days has been passed to lodge my complain but there is no response from sony / service centre. Customer care told me that Panel Card parts is not available in their stores & reply will come after 15 days. so 15 days for complain & 15 days for waiting for parts. one month time wait for resolved the complain Its matter of deep regret to inform you that during the warranty period, TV has panel been defect 2 times. All that case, its seems that my TV has defect product which has been defected 4 times. So you are requested to please replaced my TV immediately without any delay. As I am facing mently problem for this TV. As I have spend so much money to purchased not for demo for my home. I have taken extended warranty for further 2 years vide your EW No. 26003949 dated 3.11.2014 & valid upto 2.11.2016, BALBIR SINGH MOBILE [protected]

              Dear Sony, I am user of Sony Xperia D5322. i m facing problem to operate the phone after updation of Lollipop version. My is going very slow to open any file if i press anything it take 20 to 30 seconds to open file. If i got any call i can hear the ringtone but not able to received the call cause phone is hanged. Please look into the metter.

                Recently I brought Sony Bra via 32 inches LED TV on April 1st 2015 and I got issue on May 1st 2015. On same day I have raised a complaint with Sony customer care with no[protected]. But it is taking too much time for getting. Actually I am not satisfying with the products.

                  Dear Sir/Madam I had purchases mobile Xperia-C on 13/11/2013, two days after when i purchased this phone there is problem in speaker, at first i thought there would be a minor fault in my phone so i take it to the seller(Vijay Sales Faridabad) whom i'd purchased it, he suggest me to go to service center.At service center they will say some software problem & after repairing return to me, then after 1 month same problem will appers again i will go to service center & this time they will change speaker of phone, but after another one & half month same problem.In its warranty period it repairs 4 times & after 1 year for same problem i had pay 1000 rupees for speaker change on 11/03/2015 & again same problem will appears.Now I take help and support of customer services.They send me link to update software & check, So i tried but no result again i call to service center & they send me to service center on 10/05/2015 at service center again i call at customer care in between 4:45 pm to 5:15 pm & customer person talk with service center person for problem after that service center person check phone & after 5 min they inform me that there is problem in mother board. Today again I had call from sony customer care & they told me go for service center again.Now on which behalf i will go to service center, because person at service center is arrogant & not even try to short out the problem.Now I am tiered of all these things.I have very bad experience of my life for sony product.At first customer care said all issue will resolve in 48 hours.Now its more than 48 hours.This time i am not going to any where, either give me solution or I will go to consumer court to resolve this issue.I have all record of service from day 1 Thanks & regardsRavi Bhushan09708661713074288831050989951466508130396851

                    i bought SONY XPERIA C3 dual black IMEI NO:[protected]. from CROMA AMRITSAR 143001 (punjab) on 20/10/2014 at 12:00 AM invoice no.SLF02A[protected] registered mobile number [protected] & [protected] MR.ANIL KUMAR. From the first day I bought my phone I was getting the problem of SIM next NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND AUTOMATIC SWITCH ON AND OFF. Next day morning i.e. 21/10/2014 I visited CROMA store and told my whole problem which I was getting and told them to replace my mobile but they denayed to do so they told me to go to AUTHORISIED SERVICE CENTER OF SONY SHIVANI ELECTRONIC batala road I told same problem to them they told me that it is a software problem and gave me a ticket no W[protected] and told me to collect the set tomorrow but again i asked them to replace it but they didn't listened to me and told me there is no rule of replacing the mobile. As SONY company has rule of replacing the mobile within 7 days of purchase. they didn't replaced my mobile and gave me the same. SECOND TIME I got same problem and I again visited sony service center on 3/5/2015 token no:W[protected] I again told them to replace it because the same problem occurred second time but they did not listened and told me software problem is there and gave it to me. THIRD TIME again on 6/5/2015 same problem occurred sim was not working, automatic switch on and off and not working properly than i visited CROMA and told them to help in replacing my mobile because I was fed up of this mobile by getting same problem again and again they told we will help you but they didn't gave me satisfactory answer and told me to collect mobile in evening till today i didn't get my mobile and visited sony service center to get detail of my Mobile they told me there is a hardware problem ticket number:W[protected] I requested them to replace it but they told me very rudely it will only be repaired not replaced And again after getting hardware replaced 4 th time I again got same problem and when I went service center for it they denayed me to see my phone just tell me one thing is this the service of Sony where as when i called on sony xperia help line they told me your mobile will be replaced because there is HARDWARE problem from starting so service center is misguiding me.According to croma and sony service center definition of CUSTOMER should be "KAASHT SE MAR" (die with sour) I am not satisfied with my mobile, the quality i thought i would get in sony is not that satisfying i would say that chines mobiles have more life than sony mobiles because my mobile didn't work properly foe even 24 hours. Its my humble request please replace my mobile. Regards anil kumar

                      I brought this one on[protected] and today my phone dipped into water after some phone switched off . i went to the nearest sony centre and they said ur phone have no warranty as sony does not cover water damage. i said it is ok u can charge me for repair but they said sony does not repair this phone model, i shocked .and they said u can exchange this phone with new phone and get 20 % discount only At the time of purchase sony gave me a warranty of 1 year

                        I have purchased sony xperia z1 in feb 2015 and nid wticed a spot on scremay15 5At First I thought it was due to the screen guard so I removed that. soon after I know its on the LCD. When I showed that to authorised service center HRR tele commotrade pvt ltd at dadar mumbai they first told me one spot on screen is okey there is no effect on performance and refused to accept my phone. When I told them to plz Let me talk to your superior then only they accepted job iD W[protected] on 29 apr 15 after one week of inquiry What I got the phone updated with new android ver. With no Screen repaired they told me their engineer didn't find the spot on screen. Again i showed them the spot and told them that please let me talk to the engineer then only they accepted my phone again with job Id w[protected] on 06 may 15 today after one week i keep on calling with only one reply sir your phone is with our engineer ...

                          I bought a sony phone(sony xperia M dual black)eight months back. I got heating issue in that phone so i went to Sony service center. The service was so pathetic. At the time i gave them the home it has only heating issue. They told me that this a mother board issue and need to change it and i have to pay rs 7000 while the product is under warranty and they told me that this issue is because of water. I dont know where is the problem whenever there is a bigger problem they blame on user. My phone was never dropped in water or vice versa. The issue is simple they don't want to work on the phone which have higher cost of repairing and they are blaming the customers. I was thinking that Sony is one of the best companies but the pathetic service has changed my views. Even after returning my phone is not getting charge which was working earlier.

                            hi all, I purchased new 42-W900B sony led on 5th may 2015, for wall mounting sony send request to nearest service centre (ID[protected] i.e Pranank Electronics Guntor, Andra pradesh ph[protected], i kept trying for past one week, finally they sent one technician to my home, (on 13th may 2015) the technician, he doesn't know anything about wall mounting and all, forcibly he is asking wall mounting and demo Coupons, Pranank Electronics they wont respond properly when i call, i dint expect this kind of worst Service from SONY, becoz of these things SONY is loosing its brand reputation, Regards, Venkata Krishna Reddy, [protected]

                              I purchased sony lcd tv from reliance reatil ltd rajkot before 4 months and it is in warranty period. It is automatically stop working since last 20 days.                                 I've given a camera for repair for this Call Centre is saying that there is a possibility of free service or a discount is possible Actually my camera is working fine but 2 parts are not working intermittently The customer care guy Velan[protected] is giving a proper response & not willing to share his next level of escalation & repeating the same response every time.                                   i hav registered complaint abt my bravia tv model no KLV-32V550A engineer visited us on 29-4-15 he said that mother board is not working it has to be replaced it will take 10 days job sheet has been made order has been placed aftr that i hav called service centre many times they keep repeating that part has not come 15 days passed .. this is very unprofessional. plz look into matter n try to resolve it as soon as possible

                                    I HAVE GIVEN MY PHONE FOR REPAIR AT A NEAREST SONY PICK UP CENTER FOR PHONE EVALUATION FOR ITS PROBLEM. ITS TICKET ID :-[protected] DATED:- 21/04/2015. MOBILE:- SONY XPERIA Z1. PURCHASE DATE:- 24/01/2014. I DID MENTION MY PROBLEM WITH THE HANDSET FOR THE SAME . I GOT A ESTIMATE FOR REPAIRS COST OF AROUND Rs. 27015/- WHICH AS OF TODAY IS NOT EVEN THE COST OF THE MOBILE ITSELF. AS PER THE COMMENT I HAD GIVEN, IT HAD A LITTLE NIGGLE OF MIS-DETECTION OF THE SIM CARD DUE TO WATER AS ITS USED TO WATER CONDITIONS. BUT I AM PROVIDED REASON BETTER KNOW TO THEM ASKING TO CHANGE ALL THE MAJOR PARTS DUE TO THE SAME AS ITS NOT UNDER THEIR HAND TO CHANGE THE ONLY PART WHICH IS PROBLEMATIC. SO I DEMAND AN EXPLANATION FOR THE SAME AS TO WHY I AM BEEN CHARGED SO HEAVY AMT? AS THE PHONES RATE HAVE GONE DOWN WHY AREN'T THE PART'S BEEN OF THE SAME RATE? WHY ISN'T THERE ANY POLICY IN PLACE TO ONLY CHANGE THE DAMAGED PART FOR THE MOBILE?                                       After completely charging my phone to 100% I tried unlocking the screen as I have a screen lock however it got switched off on its own and since then it is not switching on. Every time I connect it to charger a red flickering comes on the bottom. I have tried all the modes of switching on which have been provided on the official Sony site like stimulated battery off etc. However nothing seems to work. This phone is under warranty. This handset has always had some or the other problem like within 2 weeks of buying it, it suffered from hardware problem and then some screen problem. This handset is the worst so far.

                                        I have a Sony VAIO laptop.model no. Vpccw25 fg. Problem is that when we press the power button, power button glows green permantely but nothing happens next . No hard disk access indicator glows. As per me it is in stand by mode. No power pulse generated to make it power on .please suggest me the solution.
