Dear Sir/ Mam, This is to inform you that I have a Sony mobile and this was purchase on 27-May-2015. I was facing network issue in mobile hence I had visit sony care in Alwar on 12-May-2014 and given mobile for repairing the same but I had not keeping mobile bill hence warranty was avoided in center and said that this will be repaired on chargeable basis. I had taken back my mobile and said that this is under warranty and I will carry original bill than submit the mobile again for repairing. Again I had visited the sony center Gurgaon at Advance electronic on 20th May-15 and given original bill and they given back service job sheet and considered under warranty. Today I had call to Advance electronic for asking that what is the repair status of mobile and come to know that they are making the mobile on chargeable basis as mobile was already opened. I had confirmed that mobile was not opened anywhere except sony service center and repair it under warranty but they were not agree. If sony is not responsible for repairing the mobile than how you are mentioning one year warranty everywhere??? This is totally not accepted.     I bought a Sony Xperia Z3 some time ago in Mumbai. From the minute I took it home I noticed it had problems. The phone would keep losing signal, and would have to be restarted multiple times a day in order to reconnect. I also noticed that the battery life drastically reduced within about a month o[censored]sing it. I took the instrument back to the place I bought it from, and they advised me to go to the service center, which I did. But the person at the service center told me it would take a month to fix and that they do not give any replacement phones. Having sold my earlier phone to pay for this one, I thought it better to bring the phone in later. Some weeks later, I noticed that the back had developed a huge crack in it seemingly on its own. On a hunch, I researched the web and noticed that there were a huge number of these complaints about the phone developing this issue. There was also a small crack in one corner. But overall the phone was still totally functional. Some time later, suddenly and abruptly the phone screen went black. I took the phone to the Sony Service Center, as was told by their representatives that the warranty was voided due to the screen crack. I told them about the crack developing on its own, but they said that this was technically impossible. They then quoted me Rs. 30, 000 to fix the phone (more than 2/3rds the original price) and told me I would have to pay upfront. Or they would give me a 20% discount on a new phone. I told them this was not possible as I had already spent close to Rs. 50k on the instrument already. Then I went online, where to my surprise I found literally thousands of similar complaints from users all over the world. In all cases, Sony started off by rubbishing the claims, but when groups o[censored]sers started approaching the courts and consumer forums in the UK, they suddenly did a U-turn on their strategy and started fixing the phones under warranty. I have barely owned this phone for a couple of months, and I have never had any issues with any other phone manufacturer before. The phone is touted as a rugged and waterproof phone which is misleading to customers who take Sony at their word and then end up with huge damages as a result. The screen is so fragile that it cracks even without being dropped! What makes things even worse is that when they returned the hanndset to me they had shattered the back panel totally (whereas earlier there was only a hairline crack). They refused to even repair the damage which their own customer service people had admitted to causing. They even had the audacity to alter the job sheet to cover up for this (see pic attached). The overall attitude and tone taken towards the customer is that of total indifference and reeks of malpractice.

        What is the escalation procedure of Sony service centre? I regret to say I have had the worst experience with Sony India. So much so that I don't think I will ever be willing to be associated with any other product of Sony in my life again. I got a Sony LED KDL 42W700B in the month of June last year. Suddenly my LED display stop coming on 14th May midnight but sound is coming. So I had raised a priority request i.e. Request ID: 25452448 on 15th May 2015 around 10:00 AM for my SONY LED 42W700B as display not coming but after multiple follow-up via call and mails assigned Service Center (Vigneshwar Service) engineer visited my flat on 18th May around 2:00 PM. He just taken the details, such as serial number, model, issues and went say “He will forward the status to Sony Head office, for approval and we have wait infinity days” and till today I have not heard any update neither from Sony nor from Service Center. This is such a pathetic response from any Product Manufacture/ Service Provider. Did I pay 68K to Sony to take these headaches in my life???? Did I made any mistake choosing world renowned Company i.e. SONY for such pathetic services/support???? Why there is no Update from Service Provider or Company????? Hope, I will get appropriate response soon. Thanks Vikas Sharma

          Product :- Home theater SA D100 Complaint : purchased on 20.01.2015. not working properly from 4.4.2015 onwards. immediately i contacted with the nearby service centre at kottayam (kerala) . they accepted my complaint and send an executive Mr.Basil to home for service. He visited home on 28.4.2015. As per their information complaint is due to complaint in board and he taken the existing board and assured to replace with in one week. But till now no any actions from their side. other Details : Retailer : QRS Ltd .                 I have bought a PS4 from the Middle East some 10 months back. At the present time it has a complaint of power supply. I took the product to Sony service center here at Trivandrum M/s Madonna Electronics who refused to accept the product stating that it is unrepairable and not acceptable to them and it may be given to some local guys for repair. Why is that and then why do we have a Sony authorized rapair Center. Please let me have an answer or address this to the local service center as to why they refused to accept this product

                  Sony, i thought is a good company.But it turned out to b nightmare when i took sony xperia c3. I bought the cell from bajaj electronics Hyderabad for 20000 bucks.now when i got d cell, d camera of diz cell specified as 8 mp but its looking like, its not even 0.3 Mp.I pay 20000 n stil i got diz kind of thing.When i went to bajaj electronics they told its a company stuff.n he cant replace it as d seal was broken dn.

                    I had purchased a Sony Xperia C3 Dual Sim Phone on 08/02/2015 from Globalit Life Style Technology Store Pvt. Ltd. (Future Forward) Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi via Invoice No. SILJPT23286 and customer PO No. INSO521425. The phone is troubling me since last one month. It gets switched off, hangs, the voice cracks, the power button doesn't function properly and a lot more. I had visited your service centre at E- 17 Lajpat Nagar and got the 'software updated' as the service centre had prescribed. It's not even two days and the phone is troubling me again. I was speaking to one of my contacts in the evening and the phone got switched-off on its own. It's not opening since 6 PM today even when I tried to switch it on almost 10-12 times. Please help me out. Please replace this phone and provide me with a new phone, even if its of same make. I don't expect such 'deficiency in service' from SONY as its a well known, accepted and international brand. Kindly provide me with a relief and be upto the standards of a good customer satisfaction company. I look forward to hear from you soon. Please Please Help Me OUT on Priority..

                      I had buy this.phone on November 2014 from faridabad at that time phone is very good there is no issues but when it comes to three months phone is hanging so much screen got blacked and white sometime, after that there is big problem with camera quality, pixels got tored after taking pics. There is not even a single pic which is clear both back and front camera giving unclear pics even in good light.you sai that in dim light camera work good but it is not true phone.is.giving very unexpected pics quality. There is no battery backup in a single minute charging is reducing so that I can't take it to outside.I gived it to service center also but they do nothing just do wastage of time and don't fix any problems, phone is just like as it was earlier with problems.your charger lead is also bad that it not charge the phone without putting hand to hold it.In future I am not going to recommend this phone to anyone.

                        its been one month and 20 days, my mobile phone is still in your service center. i call, i message every day to aaradhya centre, i call to Mr. Bipin Rane, to ask current status of my mobile but no solution and no reply from their side. I am really frustrated with your service. NOW IF I WILL NOT GET EXTENDED WARRANTY (one month 20 days+ MOTHERBOARD replacement Warranty) ten i will take cash back of my mobile. Because you have changed each and every part of my mobile phone. and now it is too much. already i have submitted 3 times this complains in detail with all proof but still i did not get any solution. and i did not get any positive mail from sony. please look in to this matter.

                        HELLO TEAM,

                        PLEASE READ THIS AND DO REPLAY.

                        Again I am here and this time i want to bring to your kind notice that, I bought my mobile phone xperia Sp on 29/9/2014. after that I had been facing performance issues related to consistent browning of display. In order to resolve this problem I had submitted my mobile to Aaradhya service centre, Pune. They just updated the system software and said its repaired.

                        Surprisingly, their so called repair didn’t work and I started seeing the same problem on my phone consistently very next week. I was still managing to use the phone but after a few day suddenly my mobile got switched OFF automatically and I was not able to turn it ON. This time again Iwent to the same service centre and submitted my mobile. Here I just wanted the Cash back for the phone since I was frustrated with the problem I was facing consistently. Following this, the head of Sony service centre "Mr. Bipin told me that there is a process we need to follow and at this stage we can not give cash back, will check mobile, find issues and will resolve with part replacement and will give you back" . So I relied on his words and again submitted the mobile for repair on 30/3/2015. Following this repair these service centre guys have replaced the Mobile motherboard TWICE, Battery, Battery-port, Audio jack and other parts as well but of NO USE.

                        How could I rely on a mobile whose motherboard had been replaced twice, so much of tempering with the phone part, so I gain requested for cash back, to my surprise they didn’t agree to give cashback and promised me to replace my mobile with New Mobile and Extended Warranty as per my request. They gave me a phone which I guess was NOT NEW along with the headset. I checked the phone in front of the service centre guys and it disappointed me again. This time display of the mobile was not working properly with flickers, Camera flash not working and new updates for mobile was not getting installed.

                        Following this and extremely frustrated with the poor and unreliable service by SONY I returned the phone to the same service centre guys and requested for a new phone. They again gave me a mobile which was NOT NEW and it had tempering marks on the screws, to which they said they had opened the Phone to check if it was OK!! (really SONY needs to open a NEW phone to check before selling??). This time after using the phone for two hours, it was behaving erratically with a pop up message on Display "system UI has stopped working" and to follow the disaster your Phone’s Power button was not working properly, It was automatically vibrating continuously and was boiling with extreme heat. I took the phone that very moment to Aaradhya service Center, Pune. I showed them the magical performance of your Phone and dumped it there itself (no other choice I had).

                        SONY has deteriorated in its quality of service and this is the reason people have stopped using it. It seems I have been running every now and then to service centres, since last 3 months only to get disappointed every time and return with NO SOLUTION. This time all I want is either you give me a NEW PHONE (hope you understand what a new phone is???) or give me the cash back. I have no time to waste for such a product and have important priorities to cater to.
                        As per my conversation today ( i.e on 5/6/2015) with Mr. Bipin of Aaradhya service centre, he told me that the higher authorities are conveying that the company is not ready to give cash back, instead they are ready to give another replacement with extended warranty.

                        I am ok with the proposal but this time when I receive the replacement it should be a sealed pretty pack of the phone, as bought first time from the show room and the box should be opened in front of me only. Also I need an assurance from the company that in future if I face any problem of the same kind within the warranty period, company will give me equivalent cash for the phone since it would be too hard for me to rely on SONY and make attempts to get it repaired.

                        Hope SONY won’t disappoint me this time. XPERIA has literally CHANGED my perception towards the reliability on SONY products.

                          Earlier i purchased Xperia Z2 but after using it for less than a week its battery got puffed so i had to returned it. After replacing it i bought xperia z3 on[protected], but after only 3 months, its ringer got burst & not giving proper sound, when i contacted sony service centre at R.N-Goel & Sons Pvt. Ltd. "523A, Ambedkar Road, Opp. Axis Bank, Ghaziabad-201001, Uttar Pradesh" +91-[protected] they told me that it will be send to sony centre and will be open forcefully by tools like knife & some other tools like that and company doesn't have a policy to give new phone to customer in exchange of that. Thus i am very much afraid that if the set will be opened in this manner then it will never be returned to its proper shape and will definitely get scratch mark on it, as i have spend 45000 Rs INR on it which is very huge amount for me and have to compromise with phone's body then it will be a very demotivating factor for me. I am facing problem with sony handset second time firstly my handset's battery puffed up and this time its ringer got damage. So kindly suggest me what should i do so that i can retain my faith in Sony. Thus kindly consider the seriousness of this issue and please do arrange to provide new handset in replacement of my only 3 months damaged phone.

                              I BOUGHT NEW SONY XPERIA C3 DUAL, WHEN IT WAS NEW THE CAMERA QUALITY WAS GOOD, BUT AFTER 6 MONTHS ITS CAMERA QUALITY BECAME VERY BAD, AND WHEN WENT TO SERVICE CENTRE THEY GAVE ME SUCKING EXCUSES, MY BOTH FRONT AND BACK CAMERA QUALITY SUCKS, AFTER TAKING PICTURE, PICTURES PIXELS GET TORED, AND IN FRONT CAMERA WHEN PICTURES ARE ARE TAKEN IN LOW LIGHT WHOLE IMAGE COMES DULL AND IF LIGHT IS MORE THAN WHOLE IMAGE COMES BLANK I NEVER EXPECTED THIS THINGS FROM SONY MOBILES AND ITS SERVICES IS ALSO WORST AFTER THIS INCIDENT I WILL NEVER BUY SONY MOBILE

                                My Xperia z1 is under warranty, I.purchased last November from visakhapatnam, has stopped working two days before. It's IMEI number is[protected]. I went to customers support they saying that it's not repairable because it is water damaged. My mobile was working when the screen went out and I didn't put it under water but then also it was a water proof one and service providers are forcefully proving that I open the covers and put water inside which is ridiculous. I will file a complaint against Sony mobile in consumer court which you will get in short time. I lost my important training data alongwith that phone as I'm an instructor. Service care told me that I.have to pay off I.want to get my cellphone repaired. My phone is under warranty for next 6 months so there is no meaning for paying. I'm expecting an early resolution from Sony mobile company

                                hello friend the same problem happened with my cousins handset also, but he got replacement by sony but in ur case if they not replacing then you better file a consumer complaint in consumer court but provided u have all proofs and original bill.

                                    My TV is in your Service center from 04 May 2015. With several reminders and telephonic conversation lastly they updated that your TV cannot be repaired and after valuation, I can purchase a new TV. This is an extra cost effect to me. I received this message yesterday. I need to ask few questions, is this SONY approach? Is this a brand name service centre does with customer. Why we go for branded items? Can you answer? It’s all because of name your company has in market. How long you people take to valuate my TV? I need all clarification by the EOD. Kindly update and waiting for proper positive response from your end.

                                      Dual image is appearing in TV. We have tried to contract them at their help line number [protected], but unfortunately we gets the replies as `number does not exist' . Immediately after one month from the date of purchase, the picture tube abruptly went blank and company replaced it. Now again after 30 months dual image is appearing. The Sony claims that their TVs are of Premium Brand and prices are charged much higher than the prices of other TVs available in the market. But unfortunately the experience tells very bad of their products.

                                        Rec. sir/mam myself Rahul kaushik i had problem in my phone (battery nor store, battery bad performance and negative charge) . Sir i had given my phone to Ankur care center 8/1, first floor, near Subhash park opp. Agra college low faculty, m.g road, u.p Agra 282010 on 08 may 2015. He told me, we repair the phone within 5 days but he not repair within time and they say to me today or tomorrow but they do not repair till date. due to without phone i m facing many problems .
