Hi Team, I had purchased SONY Xperia Z Black on 29th Sept 2013 from The Mobile Store(Madhapur, Hyderabad) with Extended warranty of One Year. Phone had serious battery drain issues. I got a refurbished phone as a replacement of my old phone from Sony service center on 20 Sept 2014, By the time it was OUT of Warranty.The condition of refurbished phone is worse. After 1-2 months again battery started draining and speaker sound quality became poor. Under extended warranty scheme, The Mobile Store guys sent my phone to Sony service center and after repair work, they gave me phone back. Again after 1-2 month o[censored]se, the phone became very poor, so I gave to The Mobile store center on 7th of May 2015. At that time, phone had many issues: Battery drain in 6 hours with no use, automatic shutdown, battery bulged, rear cover got open up hence not water proof any more, speaker sound was very very low, hanging problem. Today (27th May) after 20 days I got my phone back, with all problem as it is. Sony service center guys did nothing, they should have done proper testing after repair. I have returned phone back to Mobile store, tomorrow they will be sending it to Sony. Unfortunately I had purchased a poor, bad quality phone worth 36000 INR. Sony Phones are waste of money. in last 1.5 year it was 3-4 months at service center. I had purchased this much costly phone by thinking of Brand, features and at first Quality, so that there wont be rounds to service center ever. but unfortunately I had taken a wrong decision. I request you to take this issue seriously, this time I need my money back or a Brand New Phone. I don't care who will take owner ship that is your internal tie-up. I request you to look into this issue at utmost priority.I hope you will acknowledge this. Sony should take responsibility of their dysfunctional products.     I have bought Xperia Z3 compact on Dec2014 which has water proof resistant upto 1meter with 30 minutes. Eventhough my mobile is not working, because of I went in swimming pool with my mobile. When i enquired about these things, they are telling it will be cost arround 15 thousand. Since i warranty. Kindly do the needfull or else i will got to consumer court.

      Dear All concerned, I own a Sony LED TV which was delivered directly from Sony Company outlet in Kolkata on July 2014.. The said TV was a repleacement AGAINST my earlier SONY LCD TV which went kaput.. To me & my family's uter surprise, this new set (which is well within the warranty period), beat its earlier predeccesor in the sense that the display pictures were erractic, picture-in-picture, shadow, lines on screen all came up in a very short time of 10 months from purchase.. Being hapless & again on connecting with the Consumer complaints help line & booking a service request, on inspection the concerned service engineer game a standard reply - panel needs to be replaced & we will have the TV lifted to our location for 4-5 days repair job. Now my only question is : How does such a reputed company like Sony produce such faulty TVs... also when I was a victim of the same with my earlier set, why was enough care not taken to give me a TESTED, CHECKED & AUTHENTIC set... What is the guaramtee now that after a visit to the service engineer my current set will not give me any further problems... May I take this opportunity to request that a Sony company engineer be alloted to check the faulty TV & advise.. Would also urge your goodself to get into the crix of the problem to provide a suitable & apt solution... Very much hurt, but waiting for an expedited response from you end to end the ordeal..         Dear Sir, I have bought a brand new Sony Bravia R412C LED TV from one of the show rooms at Karimnagar City on dt:16/05/2015. Subsequently I have called your company’s toll free number and requested them to send authorized person to install/ mount it over the wall at my home. They have told me that they are going to send the person within the 6 working days. It is almost 10 days now, but no body came to fix the TV. From last four days, I have been calling to the customer care, but they did not take any action about my problem. Hence I totally fed up with the service of the concerned persons of your company. So I want you to take necessary action immediately over the concerned person/s, whoever responsible for this negligence in servicing your valuable customer like me. Phone no is[protected]. I am calling Jay Shree Electronic for Installation Purpose, Shree electronic person say your service request Transfer Morbi, our engineer installation your TV 2 or 3 days. Dt. 23.05.2015 work is not completed. Then i am calling Rajkot Service Center give me reason In my service center not sufficient engineer available in center.             Sir/ Madam We have purchased sony TV 8 months back still it is in warranty. on 20.5.2015 it got repaired we lodged a complaint to service centre. on 21.05.2015 service centre given a service request ID 25536701 and also assured us that ur call will be attended with in 48 hrs.But no response from centre as assured again we called service centre .Then one person came and inspected TV and told us i will come on 25.05.2015 with spares.Not yet come and also no response from service centre. You know how the TV is essential. I didnot expect this type of response from SOOOOOONY.What i should do next. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com Service centre : Tambaram chennai.

              I have purchased a Sony Mobile (Xperia Z2) and I have been facing problems such as heating a lot, and applications does not respond and open properly and sudden termination of applications. So, I approached Pranank Electronics in Vijayawada. They said they updated the mobile and there will be no problem anymore. what actually happened is that not my current problem solved, instead I they damaged the hardware too and returned the mobile to me. when I went to them the second time, they asked me to show the proof of the problem i have. I felt humiliated, but i have shown them the proof and they said they need to keep the device under observation for 3 hours or so. this time they kept the device without any paper work. the behavior of the technicians there does not look good. I felt like I am being deceived. Still the problem persists and now in more frequency this happens and my warranty period ends this month. The day before yesterday, I tried to reach them and after a multiple attempts i got response and that lady gave me another number and when i tried to call that number I got no reply, and yesterday when i called that number, i got a response after multiple attempts and they said they will call back within 10 minutes, and till now no call back and nothing.

                My Sony TV screen turning green when switched on.It corrected itself automatically one or two times, now the entire screen is turning green. I then made a research and came to know that there were similar problems in U.S. I then contacted my friends who have had similar problems and I strongly believe that this little scenario is very similar to U.S where you had been sued. My purchase of the TV was in 2012 and you will very conveniently tell me that my warranty period is over and now will ask me to bear the extra expenses for your pathetic product. The said mobile set was not functioning properly and i approached the dealer for serving it. In spite of service, the set again dis function within a few minutes.                     My new sony xperia which I purchased 10 months back fell from the charging point and as per the service center it cannot be repaired and they offered me 20% discount on new xperia z1...iI gave them yhr dd of 23000 and they told me it will take 10-12 working days...now its almost a month and am getting harrased by the service center saying stock is not there. .i even told them to return my dd..they are not doing that too..now I don't know what to do..am basically stuck now and this service center has duped me...I request you to pls find a solution to my problem. thanks.

                        Sony, thank you for an amazing tecnology which stopped working in 20 days!!! Sony, thank you for making me realise that how foolish I am that I, invested Rs.1, 40, 000/- with you thinking of buying the best; and the Tv stopped working, Sony, thank you for such an amazing customer care where complaint is acknowledged after 55 hours! Sony, thank you further for recruiting the best liars as your customer service people, believe me they are excellent in irritating the customer, in making false promises, in giving absolute wrong information. Sony, thank you for hiring people who have guts to do the unexpected! Like keeping the phone down, several times, on customer, yelling at them for not understanding why Sony cannot provide any answers. I can write a whole book on how Ms. Garima Joshi, can lie, manipulate, irritate a customer by giving wrong information. I have never spoken to anybody as mannerless as her, that too working in Customer Care. She has been working with Sony for 4 years but has no clue that warehouse is closed on Sunday. She calls up once, and if the phone goes unanswered from client's end; then she doesnot bothers to pick up calls later, and when she does obliges you in the end by picking her direct landline no, she doesn't hestitates to put the phone down on you several times, when you complain to her or question her about services. Sony, I thought I was buying the best technology, 55inchs Sony Bravia Trilumious Technology, but am really sad to see the bubble of my happiness burst so badly.

                          I need to inform Sony India that two days back we purchased a Sony led 40"inch television from a reliance store placed in Lucknow India and at the time of demo they told us that through modem the TV can be directly connected to WiFi and one can watch live movies on YouTube and download games etc but when the guys turned up for installation the WiFi could not be connected pls help in this regard we have an unlimited plan of bsnl broadband and except the television each&every device could be connected to wifi now they say that internet could not be connected with the tvwe have a router and modem both atplace. pls help us in this regard to configure internet on television t

                            I visited sony center jaipur mansarovar before 7 days to buy a led tv, the representative told me everything and it was finalised the modal klv-r512c also, we were ready to buy in cash but that rep. Offered us to take it on loan also. He told us everything about loan that our down payment will be 2000rs. And remaining will be in 9 installments, we get agreed on this proposal and it was to be financed by bajaj financers,. The next day we got a call from bajaj financers to confirm the down payment. We had fulfilled all the formalitied of forms and all one day before, that rep. Said us to pick the t. V. The next day in evening, on the final day when we were ready to get our t. V., firstly we booked tata sky with full paid amount and moved to the show room with our papers for loan which were demanded by that rep., and on the spot he said that there is a problem about schemes and all that the scheme that was told to you, for government servant not for private one. But that representative told us something else, we were totally in great dilemma what the bloody is there service. Nothing is about service, they are just making us fool.

                              Service center people broken my laptop hinge cap.

                              I had given my sony xperia z phone for replacement of display to authorised servie center ( BENCHMARK INFOTECH, NO.5 10TH CROSS CBI ROAD GANGANAGAR BANGALORE, 560024) They had cheated me by giving some uncondition phone even though they replaced all the parts worst service I ever seen in my life its like a hell with this service center please cancel there licence because so other guys could save there money and time...

                                  I bought sony A6000 before a month and i ordered a stand for that camera .the Staff frm the sony centre told they will deliver the stand In 3 days. But till now i did not get the stand. i am buying sony products since 5 years.now what happened i dont know? this is the way u treat the costomer? I am very disappointed i missed many projects because i dont have stand.it is very inconvenient without stand.

                                    I bought my SONY LED 42" LED Model number- 42W850FHD. Its sad that Sony being such a "big brand" giving problems like double screen, that needs a screen replacement. The SONY service guy name" Ayub Khan" came to my house and he did what he had to do. But the way he was responding was not nice, he was so lazy and started speaking casually. A waste of 225 RS. just to check. This same issue happened to my Uncles SONY LCD tv. Were in he had to spend lot of money on fixing it.. Now I have to Spend 22 thousand rupees from my hard earned pocket to fix this. There is no inbuilt stabilizer or no device inside the TV which will help the power stabilize. Its sad when we pay 62 thousand rupees and get it working only for a year and these things happen after the warranty. AND all our friends tell us no to buy sony LED tv cause its useless. Should have listened to them. damm.. i regret now.. Useless SONY TV.

                                      I purchased sony xperia z1.but after one day it started overheating. I just complain to sony..they replaced the phone after that new phone having the same problem (overheating issue.) Very disappointed with Sony devices. One problem is also there.sony care has not given my dock charger with new phone. What should I do?
