My Sony TV screen turning green when switched on.It corrected itself automatically one or two times, now the entire screen is turning green. I then made a research and came to know that there were similar problems in U.S. I then contacted my friends who have had similar problems and I strongly believe that this little scenario is very similar to U.S where you had been sued. My purchase of the TV was in 2012 and you will very conveniently tell me that my warranty period is over and now will ask me to bear the extra expenses for your pathetic product. Iam very well planning on extreme course of action if not responded to properly. I have just complained today and my complaint No is[protected]. Dr Shivalingesh K K

The said mobile set was not functioning properly and i approached the dealer for serving it. In spite of service, the set again dis function within a few minutes. I approached you and the opinion that you are not responding satisfactorily to my complaints. Your technician is of the opinion that the set cannot be serviced, even the mother board is repaired. Hence, i finally request you to replace the set and provide me new set. If not, I am thinking of taking a legal course.       My new sony xperia which I purchased 10 months back fell from the charging point and as per the service center it cannot be repaired and they offered me 20% discount on new xperia z1...iI gave them yhr dd of 23000 and they told me it will take 10-12 working days...now its almost a month and am getting harrased by the service center saying stock is not there. .i even told them to return my dd..they are not doing that too..now I don't know what to do..am basically stuck now and this service center has duped me...I request you to pls find a solution to my problem. thanks.

          Sony, thank you for an amazing tecnology which stopped working in 20 days!!! Sony, thank you for making me realise that how foolish I am that I, invested Rs.1, 40, 000/- with you thinking of buying the best; and the Tv stopped working, Sony, thank you for such an amazing customer care where complaint is acknowledged after 55 hours! Sony, thank you further for recruiting the best liars as your customer service people, believe me they are excellent in irritating the customer, in making false promises, in giving absolute wrong information. Sony, thank you for hiring people who have guts to do the unexpected! Like keeping the phone down, several times, on customer, yelling at them for not understanding why Sony cannot provide any answers. I can write a whole book on how Ms. Garima Joshi, can lie, manipulate, irritate a customer by giving wrong information. I have never spoken to anybody as mannerless as her, that too working in Customer Care. She has been working with Sony for 4 years but has no clue that warehouse is closed on Sunday. She calls up once, and if the phone goes unanswered from client's end; then she doesnot bothers to pick up calls later, and when she does obliges you in the end by picking her direct landline no, she doesn't hestitates to put the phone down on you several times, when you complain to her or question her about services. Sony, I thought I was buying the best technology, 55inchs Sony Bravia Trilumious Technology, but am really sad to see the bubble of my happiness burst so badly.

            I need to inform Sony India that two days back we purchased a Sony led 40"inch television from a reliance store placed in Lucknow India and at the time of demo they told us that through modem the TV can be directly connected to WiFi and one can watch live movies on YouTube and download games etc but when the guys turned up for installation the WiFi could not be connected pls help in this regard we have an unlimited plan of bsnl broadband and except the television each&every device could be connected to wifi now they say that internet could not be connected with the tvwe have a router and modem both atplace. pls help us in this regard to configure internet on television t

              I visited sony center jaipur mansarovar before 7 days to buy a led tv, the representative told me everything and it was finalised the modal klv-r512c also, we were ready to buy in cash but that rep. Offered us to take it on loan also. He told us everything about loan that our down payment will be 2000rs. And remaining will be in 9 installments, we get agreed on this proposal and it was to be financed by bajaj financers,. The next day we got a call from bajaj financers to confirm the down payment. We had fulfilled all the formalitied of forms and all one day before, that rep. Said us to pick the t. V. The next day in evening, on the final day when we were ready to get our t. V., firstly we booked tata sky with full paid amount and moved to the show room with our papers for loan which were demanded by that rep., and on the spot he said that there is a problem about schemes and all that the scheme that was told to you, for government servant not for private one. But that representative told us something else, we were totally in great dilemma what the bloody is there service. Nothing is about service, they are just making us fool.

                Service center people broken my laptop hinge cap.

                    I bought sony A6000 before a month and i ordered a stand for that camera .the Staff frm the sony centre told they will deliver the stand In 3 days. But till now i did not get the stand. i am buying sony products since 5 years.now what happened i dont know? this is the way u treat the costomer? I am very disappointed i missed many projects because i dont have stand.it is very inconvenient without stand.

                      I bought my SONY LED 42" LED Model number- 42W850FHD. Its sad that Sony being such a "big brand" giving problems like double screen, that needs a screen replacement. The SONY service guy name" Ayub Khan" came to my house and he did what he had to do. But the way he was responding was not nice, he was so lazy and started speaking casually. A waste of 225 RS. just to check. This same issue happened to my Uncles SONY LCD tv. Were in he had to spend lot of money on fixing it.. Now I have to Spend 22 thousand rupees from my hard earned pocket to fix this. There is no inbuilt stabilizer or no device inside the TV which will help the power stabilize. Its sad when we pay 62 thousand rupees and get it working only for a year and these things happen after the warranty. AND all our friends tell us no to buy sony LED tv cause its useless. Should have listened to them. damm.. i regret now.. Useless SONY TV.

                          I have given my Brand New Sony Xperia Z3 for repair because the screen got damaged and I have paid 13000/- in advance for the service. It has been over a month that my phone is with Shree Balaji Electronics, Chikkadpally and there is literally no update after. I had got the phone back after nearly a month but I was unhappy with the quality of service. So they took my phone back to get it fixed properly. It has been one month and 4 days since I have given my phone for service and now it has been twice to Chennai. The amount I paid for the phone is 46000/- and this kind of service is not expected from such a brand. I thought Sony was the best but I was wrong. Do something Sony before I started blogging this. Do something.

                          I'm sad to write this, but what has to be, has to be!!!

                          This is not the kind f service that I expected from you Sony, I'm very sad about this and the kind of service that you have here in India. I bought my dream phone a Xperia Z3. Due to some mishap the screen broke (the screen is not as tough as you claim i.e. shatterproof glass). Anyways, I had given my Brand New Sony Xperia Z3 for repair as the screen got damaged and I have paid 13000/- in advance for the service. It had been over a month that my phone was with Shree Balaji Electronics, Chikkadpally around 18th April 2015 and there was literally no update after. I had call them again and again to get any kind o[censored]pdate, After nearly a month I got the phone only to find out that the Sim card was not working and that the phone had to be taken back to the service center. So they took my phone back to get it fixed properly. It has been one month and 6 days since I have given my phone for service and now it has been twice to Chennai just because you have not trained the technicians here at Hyderabad and my phone has to go to Chennai every time there is a problem. I got my phone on 25th May 2015. After the second repair. I had specifically mentioned all the problems with the phone 1) The Aluminum casing was not fixewd properly 2) Sim card slot was not working and 3) The battery was not fixed properly so when I was shaking the phone in my hand or tilting it from side to side it felt like a matchbox (meaning something inside was not fixed properly and was moving inside the body of the phone) and in addition to this I specifically mentioned that the phone has to be cased properly for it to retain its waterproofing properties. (That was one of the big reasons why I bought this phone and not any other). Well the phone seemed to work fin for exactly about 24 hrs from when I received and here comes the bad news. Now the display has gone blank. There is absolutely nothing on the screen. Everything seems to be working except the display which was the original problem. The amount I paid for the phone is 46000/-, that is like half a lac and this kind of service is not expected from such a brand as Sony. I thought Sony was the best but I was wrong. I have many Sony products, my TV my home theater my mp3 player, but this one thing is going to change my mind about buying or recommending Sony to anyone. Do something Sony!!! Sony India​

                            Dear Sir/ Mam, This is to inform you that I have a Sony mobile and this was purchase on 27-May-2015. I was facing network issue in mobile hence I had visit sony care in Alwar on 12-May-2014 and given mobile for repairing the same but I had not keeping mobile bill hence warranty was avoided in center and said that this will be repaired on chargeable basis. I had taken back my mobile and said that this is under warranty and I will carry original bill than submit the mobile again for repairing. Again I had visited the sony center Gurgaon at Advance electronic on 20th May-15 and given original bill and they given back service job sheet and considered under warranty. Today I had call to Advance electronic for asking that what is the repair status of mobile and come to know that they are making the mobile on chargeable basis as mobile was already opened. I had confirmed that mobile was not opened anywhere except sony service center and repair it under warranty but they were not agree. If sony is not responsible for repairing the mobile than how you are mentioning one year warranty everywhere??? This is totally not accepted.                               I bought a Sony Xperia Z3 some time ago in Mumbai. From the minute I took it home I noticed it had problems. The phone would keep losing signal, and would have to be restarted multiple times a day in order to reconnect. I also noticed that the battery life drastically reduced within about a month o[censored]sing it. I took the instrument back to the place I bought it from, and they advised me to go to the service center, which I did. But the person at the service center told me it would take a month to fix and that they do not give any replacement phones. Having sold my earlier phone to pay for this one, I thought it better to bring the phone in later. Some weeks later, I noticed that the back had developed a huge crack in it seemingly on its own. On a hunch, I researched the web and noticed that there were a huge number of these complaints about the phone developing this issue. There was also a small crack in one corner. But overall the phone was still totally functional. Some time later, suddenly and abruptly the phone screen went black. I took the phone to the Sony Service Center, as was told by their representatives that the warranty was voided due to the screen crack. I told them about the crack developing on its own, but they said that this was technically impossible. They then quoted me Rs. 30, 000 to fix the phone (more than 2/3rds the original price) and told me I would have to pay upfront. Or they would give me a 20% discount on a new phone. I told them this was not possible as I had already spent close to Rs. 50k on the instrument already. Then I went online, where to my surprise I found literally thousands of similar complaints from users all over the world. In all cases, Sony started off by rubbishing the claims, but when groups o[censored]sers started approaching the courts and consumer forums in the UK, they suddenly did a U-turn on their strategy and started fixing the phones under warranty. I have barely owned this phone for a couple of months, and I have never had any issues with any other phone manufacturer before. The phone is touted as a rugged and waterproof phone which is misleading to customers who take Sony at their word and then end up with huge damages as a result. The screen is so fragile that it cracks even without being dropped! What makes things even worse is that when they returned the hanndset to me they had shattered the back panel totally (whereas earlier there was only a hairline crack). They refused to even repair the damage which their own customer service people had admitted to causing. They even had the audacity to alter the job sheet to cover up for this (see pic attached). The overall attitude and tone taken towards the customer is that of total indifference and reeks of malpractice.

                                  What is the escalation procedure of Sony service centre? I regret to say I have had the worst experience with Sony India. So much so that I don't think I will ever be willing to be associated with any other product of Sony in my life again. I got a Sony LED KDL 42W700B in the month of June last year. Suddenly my LED display stop coming on 14th May midnight but sound is coming. So I had raised a priority request i.e. Request ID: 25452448 on 15th May 2015 around 10:00 AM for my SONY LED 42W700B as display not coming but after multiple follow-up via call and mails assigned Service Center (Vigneshwar Service) engineer visited my flat on 18th May around 2:00 PM. He just taken the details, such as serial number, model, issues and went say “He will forward the status to Sony Head office, for approval and we have wait infinity days” and till today I have not heard any update neither from Sony nor from Service Center. This is such a pathetic response from any Product Manufacture/ Service Provider. Did I pay 68K to Sony to take these headaches in my life???? Did I made any mistake choosing world renowned Company i.e. SONY for such pathetic services/support???? Why there is no Update from Service Provider or Company????? Hope, I will get appropriate response soon. Thanks Vikas Sharma

He visited home on 28.4.2015. As per their information complaint is due to complaint in board and he taken the existing board and assured to replace with in one week.
