We have a SONY wega trinitron tv purchased in 2002. The set was working well since its purchase except on one occasion in 2011, when it gave problem which was solved by authorized serviceman of SONY. On 25.4.2015 the tv became out of order once again. The authorized servicemen could not be contacted before 27.4.2015. (probably 25 and 26 April were holidays) The serviceman came in our house on 27.4.2015 and physically examined the set. He submitted an estimate of Rs.2400/- (Rupees two thousand four hundred) approx. for its repair. As per his version the IC which ensures power flow and some other equipments went wrong. He requested to pay 50% of the amount then and there only to ensure replacement of damaged equipments. He told that these equipments were not available in INDIA and need be procured from Japan/ Malaysia. However, Rs. 1200/- (Rupees one thousand two hundred) only was paid to him with due receipt for the purpose. The complaint docket no.is 28991 dated 27.04.2015. He told that some 10/12 days required for getting the equipment and once it is received it would be replaced by 24 hr. of receipt. But after a lapse of 15 days no response received from the end of SONY serviceman. I am really perturbed not being able to watch TV for the last 17 days. If this be the quality of providing service, it causes nothing but irritation. Is it your business strategy which compels the customer to go for getting a new TV set in exchange of the old one or simply purchasing a new one? You people know very well the models of your company sold previously and then why you cannot provide infrastructure for making equipments available within INDIA not to speak of 3/4/5 centre in this country? please look into it immediately and take appropriate action.     Dear sir, sony xperia z3, charging pin cover pasting has gone .to which it wolud be able to hang free when the cover is removed for charging .. i visited near to the sony xepria customer care service near to my hme . he is charging me for thaht around 500 rs/-

      I have a Sony Camera Cybershot DSC-630/BC E32. I began to notice a problem while trying to focus in Macro mode. I noticed a small scratch or flaw on the lens which I suspected might be causing the problem. When I contacted Sony I was told to return to their service center. I took the camera at my expense to the recommended center. They had my camera unit with battery for more than three days and not replied anything and returned back with problem in battery. No statement as to what they found. Simply a ransom request for my camera. Since the camera was still within its 3 year warranty. Purchased date is May25, 2012. I had given my camera to service center in the month of Feb, 2015. Now they are not ready to give services. I have doubt that they may be changed my camera battery or some other thing, now i am in problem and mentally distributed what to do? Kindly give me solution so that i can able to come out from the problem. Thanks & Regards Dinesh

        Dear sir, I purchased Sony Xperia SP IMEI : [protected] for a consideration of Rs 19000 paid in cash vide your cash memo/ Receipt/ Invoice No. 19004 date 29/04/2014 I am facing issues with my device from the beginning like overheating, camera issue, camera not properly autofocus, picture clarity, dust in camera lens for which I submitted my phone to service center on 5th may 2014(job no.DOA-D[protected]. After few months I got issue related to dust in display so I submitted my phone 2-3 times( job no. W[protected] they cleaned up the display and again dust entered within display which is still present. Then I got problem in touch so again I submitted my device in jan 2015(job no. W[protected], but now it has some serious issues related to battery, charging and front speaker for which I submitted it to service center from 13/03/2015 to 7/04/2015. During this duration service center swapped board two times as well as battery. I submitted my phone at Sony Service center, Best Techno Solution, jaipur on 13th march 2015 (Job No.[protected]) they returned it on 16th march but I got same problem so again I submitted it on 16th of march (job no. [protected]). They told me that the problem is with board and battery so they changed board and batte and returned it to me on 19th march with a retail invoice having (IMEI:[protected]), but problem was not resolved regarding battery and front speaker but charging issue solved so for the same I submitted it to service center on 24th march (job no.[protected]) they told me that they will check the issue. They returned it to me on 30th and said that there were no problem in the handset. After using it for two days I got the same issue of battery level increases/decreases randomly during charging or sometimes in ideal condition too. On 1st of April 2015, I submitted it again 4th time since 13th march for the same battery issue (job no.[protected]) and I showed them then they admitted that there is some problem with the board so they again changed the board and battery and returned it to me on 4th of april 2015 with retail invoice having (IMEI:[protected] ) but again problem was not resolved, battery level continuously fluctuating and the phone was not charging so, I submitted it again on 4th of april 2015 for which they made a job on 7thApril 2015(job no.[protected]). In a period of 25 days I submitted it 5 times for the same issue and they couldn’t rectify theproblem and during repairing back battery cover was cracked. So on 7/04/2015, I demanded for replacement of device as service center was unable to rectify my problem but service center doesn’t provide me any replacement. kindly help me Your Truly, Ramkesh Meena Contact No.[protected]

          I purchased above specified TV model (SN. 3269488) with one year warranty on 22/03/2015. I wanted to have peace of mind for next three years. So I opted for two year extended warranty and paid for TV + 2year extended warranty in full. I have received the warranty card (number is[protected]. But there are some problems with it. 1. Customer’s signature are there on the card. These are not mine. These were there when I received the card. 2. All parameters for eg name, date of purchase, date of EW purchased, name & address of customer, mobile no all the parameters are corrected by applying white correction fluid. This is not acceptable. 3. Amount paid is also corrected with a sticker pasted on previous amount written. 4. This card does not clearly indicate that warranty is up to 21/03/2018. What I want is: New card must be issued which has no overwriting and no correction.Card must clearly indicate that extended warranty is up to 21/03/2018.

            i have given my Z3 for servicing in m/s.abhivrudhi tech jayanagar 7th block Bangalore on a date of 13/04/15 & i have done my half advance payment for changing the broken display i got my mobile back on 08/05/15, sony executive said that i will get the cell within 10 to 15 working days that was too late i got my mobile. but serviceing was not done good my mobile back panel was not fixed properly there is a little gap & i tryed with cup of water after that i saw there is a little gap, water went inside before noticing that from the back penal gap. now sony center peopels blameing me only. i am a sony customer from last since 5years. i have used all water rest & water proof mobiles in sony Z series. i have 49990 for z3 & have done servicing for 11000 this time i want my mobile ready back or els i need my serivicing money back. i dont have other mobile to take pics my service details is: JC No. B1W[protected] m not happy with this sony servicing very very poor servicing here.

              Sir We received a very poor service for the Home theatre we have. Its DVD player had a problem and the Star Electronics, Naraina took more than one month to repair it. When they returned it back it had scratches all over they took it without packing in open and filled it with dust. The home theatre is still not working and its surround speakers are faulty or their wireless receiver. Please take action against them and assign our complaint to Ace Electronics Rajouri Garden.

                Sir/Madam I have Sony xperia Z2 with IMEI number [protected]. I submitted mobile at your Rohtak ( Haryana ) Centre. Problem was that voice not goes clear to other party.They submitted mobile for 12-15 days as they send it to head office.Problem remain same after you change mike.Before it mobile was submitted for 15 days for network problem, as problem was solved after changing mother board . How much time I have to submit my mobile.Why you not check set properly when it comes to you.Also your care member talk vulgur.They said every time to change sim as the same sim is working properly in other mobile.And why you changed mother board if problem was of sim.I take very care of my set as my mobile not have any scratch and never fall from my hand.So bad products come out from so big company...Shameful...why problem not solved by you and make consumer fool by saying vulgur .Why you not check set propery...very bad...                   Hi, I have bought my sony xperia z1, on EMI on 29 March 2015, and on 30 April i had to submitted my phone to service centre because of problem of display, battery heat up massively and tempered screen guard. The executive told me that problem will be sorted out in 5 to 10days max and its been 12 days i did receive any information from their side. I am calling service station mgr but he is not responding. I have deposited my second installment without using phone. and they gave me standby which is very poor in condition. I have submitted my phone at JANAK PURI DISTRICT CENTER, sony mobile service center. My ID is [protected]

                    Sir, I buy KLV-32R482B on 21/12/14.It repaired on 23.4.2015 and I register my complaint online.sevicE request ID 25143865.After two days service person came and check it. He said that Board must change and after two days he came and change it.But TV not working he said that panel must change and he said that he will come with panel two days.yet he was not come. So I contact Max service centre Trichy. one lady said the spare will come.I contact several times no responseble answer. Then I contact the service centre manager.that man transfer the call to the same lady.He was not interest to solve my problem.what is the reason for this ignorance.they treated me like a beggar. I ask you what is the duty to that manager.what is the meaning for the service center.If they know about the customer's problem. Why your service center not maintain the customer respect. My problem when clear.If they not able to solve the complaint what I do.

                      its been 5 months i bought a sony xperia C. its a fake phone provided to me. went to all the service centers in my city but they cannot detect any problems. whereas the problems i face are millions. 1) Andriod crashes like once a week 2) My important data is lost all the backup is gone as when i reset the phone it erases all the external memory card data too. 3) horrible battery backup 4)the phone gets heated up in lyk 30 mins with continous use etc i have requested all the service centers to replace it but still no revert from their side i please request you to take some action. im facing a hell lot of problem with the device

                        I have a problem with my Sony Bravia LCD Tv. A vertical patch is appearing in the display panel, for which I have raised a request #[protected]. A representative had visited and checked the problem stating that the panel has to be replaced, which would amount to approx. Rs.20, 000 - 25, 000. Now my question is why should I go and replace it with so much cost incurred, instead I could get a brand new one in other brands. I have purchased Sony because of its brand value and durability, but if that gets tarnished with this kind of issues and huge service costs, then I have to go for other alternatives. Please provide reasonable solution for this. I was hoping for repair costs below Rs.5000(which is affordable) but to my surprise its half the price I purchased it, which is very disheartening. Now if the Sony keeps its prices so high for these parts then very soon its customer base will be shifting.

                          I am J Singh I bought sony xperia m2 from sony's authorised centre Soni Brothers. Electronics Store 38, Mall Road, Amritsar, Punjab 143001 on 22 oct 2014. From few days there was a problem with its external speaker there is distortion in sound even when calling, I go for authorised sony service centre SHIVANI ELECTRONICS, #6 KAMAL TOWER NEAR KAMAL PALACE BATALA ROAD AMRITSAR, 141003. There they replace the motherboard of phone on 25 April 2015 But not settle the speaker's net properly and even not paste back cover of phone in manner. After few days there is now problem with ear speaker same of distortion during calling, again I go to service centre, beside to sort it they just reset the phone and give it to me. the worker who don't know how to settle net and cover how he sort the internal problem. I was go there to sort a single problem but they give me 3 1. Distortion of sound in ear speaker during calling. 2. Ill settling of outer speaker's net cover. 3. Ill pasting of back cover. Please take an appropriate action of my problem

                            I had given my sony xperia c for repair at your outlet at Ner Chowk area of Mandi Himachal Pradesh on 07.05.2015. After my mobile phone was handed over to me, the memory card of the same was missing and no employee of that pathetic sony care centre took responsibility of the same and no reply is still received for my stolen memory card. Please Reply ASAP

                              Hi Team, Firstly, I am sorry that I bought a Sony device. I will never again make this mistake. I when i bought d laptop m suffring problem & im submitted my sony laptop 4 time in raja electronics, (sony authorized service centre). problem is evry time lining on screen but my problem is not solvd in warranty period, now my laptop is out of warranty, my jobsheet no is j50936770 that time service centre person not told me k its display problem . now my laptop waranty is over & tat person told me k its display problem n i have to pay for display changig, its means raja electronics, (sony authorized service centre) is fooling the people its not a service centre its only frauding d people n taking money from people in wrong way tat is no 1 cheaterr in market n m loding complaint in consumer court & nearest police station agains raja electronics, (sony authorized service centre). thank you

                                Hi Team, Firstly, I am sorry that I bought a Sony device. I will never again make this mistake. I had used 2 Sony Ericson handsets in the past which I loved. Unfortunately, the Xperia Z Ultra that I bought was a waste, it broke its screen on its own. I had kept it for charging in the night, when I saw in the morning, it was broken. I know you will not agree that Sony Xperia Z Ultra phones have manufacturing defects. I am not going to beg for a replacement any more. When the service center gave me the option to replace it with a re-furbished phone, I regretfully and sorrowfully accepted the offer. I had submitted my phone at Vigneshwar Services Bangalore on 13/4/15. I have not received any call from them till now on the device that was given to them to replace with a re-furbished device. When I try calling them the call doesn't go thru. Please find the details below: Ticket ID: [protected] Job No: W[protected] How much more will you test your customer's patience?                                   My name is Sunil Singh Gosain and I have few concerns regarding the service provided for Sony products. I own a Sony Bravia TV mentioned in subject line. I logged a service request with Sony with ref no "25133783" on 25-Apr-2015 for a fault. As the fault was not reparable the engineer took the TV to service centre on 01-May-2015. I got a call from Sony Service Centre "Sanjeev" on 02-May-2015 and he updated me that LCD panel of the TV is faulty and need replacement and he was seeking my approval to place the order for LCD panel; he also updated that I should make 50% payment in advance before the repair work can be started. I got no request thereafter to make the payment; I tried to contact "Sanjeev" on mobile "[protected]" on 04-May-2015 to hold the repair work but no one took the call. Now today "07-May-2015" I got a call from "Sanjeev" and he updated that faulty part is replaced and I need to pay Rs 18000 for the same. I am not in a situation to pay for this replacement as i don't want faulty part to be replace. I was under impression that repair work has not started as I did not make any payment. Also as per the "Service Job Sheet" handed over to me against taking my TV to service center; it is clearly mentioned in "Repair service Terms & Conditions" point #9 that "customer will be required to deposit 100% advance, prior to the sourcing of spare part". I was under impression that service center will ask for the payment and i will update them not to repair any faulty part and return the TV in as is state. Now I need your assistance to help me to get my TV back in a state it was on 01-May-2015. I am not in a situation to pay Rs 18000 for repair.

                                    Again I want to bring you to notice that i have submitted my mobile 4 times in aaradhya service centre, the motherboard of my mobile phone XPERIA SP has been replaced twice, camera slot replaced once, proximity software, audio jack, battery charging point, charger, all this items replaced once in last 6 months but still there has been no changed and new problems arose every time.4th time when i submitted mobile because same problem arose and that is brown colour overlay on display and call receiving problem, that time they put it in to testing mode on 20 April 2015 so I gave back cover of my mobile with my mobile phone so that phone will be scratched free but till 7 may 2015 they did not find any issue what i was getting. When i went to collect my mobile phone, i saw body of my mobile phone is completely scratched and back cover is also braked, i asked for replace scratched body of phone, and i asked for extended warranty of minimum 6 months because motherboard of my mobile has been replaced 2 times, and my mobile phone is in service centre from 30 March 2015 to Present, but they put me on hold for one day because other technician was not there, Now i am completely frustrated and disappoint with Sony. i feel like why i bought this product and i am like i don't want this product. In Last 6 months all the parts of my mobile phone has replaced once and motherboard of mobile phone has replaced twice. I would like you to give me either cash back or a complete replacement of this product with extended warranty.or I am ready to accept this mobile also IF i get Minimum extended warranty of 6 months and body of my mobile which is scratched get replace with new. otherwise i can not accept it. please look in to this matter at the earliest. i have all the proof (screen shot, videos) of issue what i suffered.

                                      I want to bring you to notice that i have submitted my mobile 4 times in aaradhya service centre, the motherboard of my mobie phone XPERIA SP has been replaced twice, camera slot replaced once, proximity software, audio jack, battery charging point, charger, all this items replaced once in last 6 months but still there has been no changed and new problems arose every time.4 th time when i submitted mobile they put it in to testing mode on 20 April 2015 and till 7 may 2015 they did not find any issue, when i went to collect my mobile phone, i saw body of my mobile phone is completely scratched, i asked for replace it, and i asked for extended warranty, they put me on hold for one day, I would like you to give me cash back or a complete replacement of this product with extended warrenty. please look in to this matter at the earliest. i have all the proof (screen shot, videos) of issue what i suffured. i am ready to accept this mobile also if i get extended warrenty and if body of my mobile which is scratched get replace with new. otherwise i can not accept it. i have suffering this issues. This is concerning service i have been receiving from Sony service centre (Aaradhya Enterprises, Pune). I have bought my mobile phone "SONY EXPERIA SP C5302” (IMEI-[protected]) on 29th September 2014 from Digital Mobile shop Sadashiv Peth, Pune. There have been constant problem in my mobile phone. I have submitted my mobile to Sony service center (Aaradhya Enterprises, Pune) four times till now with a different problem but no solution. The first time there was BROWN OVERLAY on my display because of which i have submitted my phone on 5 November 2014 with job number W[protected], the service center updated the phone software and returned it to me, The Brown overlay problem on my display persisted till three months, after witch my mobile suddenly switched off, I submitted my phone to service centre on 30 MARCH 2015 with job no- W[protected] and this time they change the motherboard of the phone with new IMEI-[protected]. When the service center return my phone the camera and music player stopped working, after cheking this i resubmitted the phone imediately on 7 April 2015 with job no- W[protected], After 7 days on 15 April 2015 they returned my phone, they again replaced motherboard of the phone with new IMEI-[protected] but this time two new problem arose the proximity sensor stopped working and i could not transfer my data to memory card, this issue were fixed and the mobile returned to me, the very same day during an incoming call i observed that the scroll bar to pick up calls disappeared, I continued using phone and the next time the same issue happened i took a snap of it, the very next day on 17 April 2015 the brown overlay on the display was again observed and the phone restarted automatically, Again I submitted my phone on 20 April 2015 with job no-W[protected] in same service center. I submitted the phone to the service centre for the fourth time in a span of six months. This device has cost me a lot of time and money. I want to bring you to notice that the motherboard of this device has been replaced twice but still there has been no changed and new problems arose every time.I would like you to give me cash back or a complete replacement of this product with extended warrenty. please look in to this matter at the earliest.                                       i did not get any solution of my complains.
                                      EVERY SINGLE DAY I MAIL TO AARADHYA SERVICE CENTRE, TO THEIR HEAD BUT NOT A SINGLE REPLY FROM THEIR SIDE.
                                      MY MOBILE IS STILL IN SERVICE CENTRE AND ITS BEEN ONE AND HALF MONTH.

                                        I wish to inform that u. i have purchase a new mobile SONY XPERIA C4 DUAL and purchase date is 22/07/2015 in digital mobile collection allahabad.

                                        My problem is I have activated my xperia protected feature through by this mail id pankajsingh.[protected]@gmail.com But my mobile after restart automatically protected mode is on.so i am try my mail id and password but my mobile authenticated not support n user name and password is wrong to display. so i have contact toll free no.[protected] and your help line support officer asking to me piese contact our near service centre and repair mobile software and deactivate protacted mode and also given a TICKET ID IS [protected]. After that I reached the near service centre in Varanasi and given my mobile and discuss protected mode feature related problem service centre respsnist. but service centre respsnist lady asking to me without open my mobile sim lock is damaged and void my mobile warranty without any xperia support engineer and given a ticket id is [protected] and W[protected].and date is 08/08/2015 also receiving mansion sim lock issue not a protected lock issue. then I contact next days to service center so asking to me respsnist your mobile is out of warranty and u will given a charges 9400rs replaced your mobile PCB. Then I rejected Jenrette your service centre estimate 9400rs and request to your service centre please resolve the my application protected lock. my mobile was also work two sim but due to application lock my mobile given a service centre. my one sim also insert in mobile and my mobile collect service centre. But today date 21/08/2015 I contact to service centre for related my mobile application problem resolve. so I ask to me your service center person your mobile is not repair so u have collect mobile without repair otherwise u repair mobile so u will give a charges for replaced mobile PCB.

Three Time I was face same issues.third time I told to Sony Refund my 22000 thousands.Sony head office offer me new fresh dp.I clearly told them I just want refund.but HO promise me, if you face same issue in new replace device also, from the delivery date of New phone One year we will provide you New upgrade model without any charge.and head office also commit me as per the policy warranty period start from purchase date.but in your concern we assured you product security as one Time good customer
                                        But now my phone again submit in the service center from 28 October 2015.Sony not take it seriously, sony ask me to pay the replacement charge11, 495.if Sony not take it. Seriously, at the last point I will claim. Again Sony.
