Hi Team, Firstly, I am sorry that I bought a Sony device. I will never again make this mistake. I when i bought d laptop m suffring problem & im submitted my sony laptop 4 time in raja electronics, (sony authorized service centre). problem is evry time lining on screen but my problem is not solvd in warranty period, now my laptop is out of warranty, my jobsheet no is j50936770 that time service centre person not told me k its display problem . now my laptop waranty is over & tat person told me k its display problem n i have to pay for display changig, its means raja electronics, (sony authorized service centre) is fooling the people its not a service centre its only frauding d people n taking money from people in wrong way tat is no 1 cheaterr in market n m loding complaint in consumer court & nearest police station agains raja electronics, (sony authorized service centre). thank you

    Hi Team, Firstly, I am sorry that I bought a Sony device. I will never again make this mistake. I had used 2 Sony Ericson handsets in the past which I loved. Unfortunately, the Xperia Z Ultra that I bought was a waste, it broke its screen on its own. I had kept it for charging in the night, when I saw in the morning, it was broken. I know you will not agree that Sony Xperia Z Ultra phones have manufacturing defects. I am not going to beg for a replacement any more. When the service center gave me the option to replace it with a re-furbished phone, I regretfully and sorrowfully accepted the offer. I had submitted my phone at Vigneshwar Services Bangalore on 13/4/15. I have not received any call from them till now on the device that was given to them to replace with a re-furbished device. When I try calling them the call doesn't go thru. Please find the details below: Ticket ID: [protected] Job No: W[protected] How much more will you test your customer's patience? Please keep this complaint as a record with you. I may need you to pull this out when I go to the Consumer Court..

      My name is Sunil Singh Gosain and I have few concerns regarding the service provided for Sony products. I own a Sony Bravia TV mentioned in subject line. I logged a service request with Sony with ref no "25133783" on 25-Apr-2015 for a fault. As the fault was not reparable the engineer took the TV to service centre on 01-May-2015. I got a call from Sony Service Centre "Sanjeev" on 02-May-2015 and he updated me that LCD panel of the TV is faulty and need replacement and he was seeking my approval to place the order for LCD panel; he also updated that I should make 50% payment in advance before the repair work can be started. I got no request thereafter to make the payment; I tried to contact "Sanjeev" on mobile "[protected]" on 04-May-2015 to hold the repair work but no one took the call. Now today "07-May-2015" I got a call from "Sanjeev" and he updated that faulty part is replaced and I need to pay Rs 18000 for the same. I am not in a situation to pay for this replacement as i don't want faulty part to be replace. I was under impression that repair work has not started as I did not make any payment. Also as per the "Service Job Sheet" handed over to me against taking my TV to service center; it is clearly mentioned in "Repair service Terms & Conditions" point #9 that "customer will be required to deposit 100% advance, prior to the sourcing of spare part". I was under impression that service center will ask for the payment and i will update them not to repair any faulty part and return the TV in as is state. Now I need your assistance to help me to get my TV back in a state it was on 01-May-2015. I am not in a situation to pay Rs 18000 for repair.

        Again I want to bring you to notice that i have submitted my mobile 4 times in aaradhya service centre, the motherboard of my mobile phone XPERIA SP has been replaced twice, camera slot replaced once, proximity software, audio jack, battery charging point, charger, all this items replaced once in last 6 months but still there has been no changed and new problems arose every time.4th time when i submitted mobile because same problem arose and that is brown colour overlay on display and call receiving problem, that time they put it in to testing mode on 20 April 2015 so I gave back cover of my mobile with my mobile phone so that phone will be scratched free but till 7 may 2015 they did not find any issue what i was getting. When i went to collect my mobile phone, i saw body of my mobile phone is completely scratched and back cover is also braked, i asked for replace scratched body of phone, and i asked for extended warranty of minimum 6 months because motherboard of my mobile has been replaced 2 times, and my mobile phone is in service centre from 30 March 2015 to Present, but they put me on hold for one day because other technician was not there, Now i am completely frustrated and disappoint with Sony. i feel like why i bought this product and i am like i don't want this product. In Last 6 months all the parts of my mobile phone has replaced once and motherboard of mobile phone has replaced twice. I would like you to give me either cash back or a complete replacement of this product with extended warranty.or I am ready to accept this mobile also IF i get Minimum extended warranty of 6 months and body of my mobile which is scratched get replace with new. otherwise i can not accept it. please look in to this matter at the earliest. i have all the proof (screen shot, videos) of issue what i suffered.

This is concerning service i have been receiving from Sony service centre (Aaradhya Enterprises, Pune). I have bought my mobile phone "SONY EXPERIA SP C5302” (IMEI-[protected]) on 29th September 2014 from Digital Mobile shop Sadashiv Peth, Pune. There have been constant problem in my mobile phone. I have submitted my mobile to Sony service center (Aaradhya Enterprises, Pune) four times till now with a different problem but no solution. The first time there was BROWN OVERLAY on my display because of which i have submitted my phone on 5 November 2014 with job number W[protected], the service center updated the phone software and returned it to me, The Brown overlay problem on my display persisted till three months, after witch my mobile suddenly switched off, I submitted my phone to service centre on 30 MARCH 2015 with job no- W[protected] and this time they change the motherboard of the phone with new IMEI-[protected]. When the service center return my phone the camera and music player stopped working, after cheking this i resubmitted the phone imediately on 7 April 2015 with job no- W[protected], After 7 days on 15 April 2015 they returned my phone, they again replaced motherboard of the phone with new IMEI-[protected] but this time two new problem arose the proximity sensor stopped working and i could not transfer my data to memory card, this issue were fixed and the mobile returned to me, the very same day during an incoming call i observed that the scroll bar to pick up calls disappeared, I continued using phone and the next time the same issue happened i took a snap of it, the very next day on 17 April 2015 the brown overlay on the display was again observed and the phone restarted automatically, Again I submitted my phone on 20 April 2015 with job no-W[protected] in same service center. I submitted the phone to the service centre for the fourth time in a span of six months. This device has cost me a lot of time and money. I want to bring you to notice that the motherboard of this device has been replaced twice but still there has been no changed and new problems arose every time.I would like you to give me cash back or a complete replacement of this product with extended warrenty. please look in to this matter at the earliest.           i did not get any solution of my complains.
          EVERY SINGLE DAY I MAIL TO AARADHYA SERVICE CENTRE, TO THEIR HEAD BUT NOT A SINGLE REPLY FROM THEIR SIDE.
          MY MOBILE IS STILL IN SERVICE CENTRE AND ITS BEEN ONE AND HALF MONTH.

            I wish to inform that u. i have purchase a new mobile SONY XPERIA C4 DUAL and purchase date is 22/07/2015 in digital mobile collection allahabad.

            My problem is I have activated my xperia protected feature through by this mail id pankajsingh.[protected]@gmail.com But my mobile after restart automatically protected mode is on.so i am try my mail id and password but my mobile authenticated not support n user name and password is wrong to display. so i have contact toll free no.[protected] and your help line support officer asking to me piese contact our near service centre and repair mobile software and deactivate protacted mode and also given a TICKET ID IS [protected]. After that I reached the near service centre in Varanasi and given my mobile and discuss protected mode feature related problem service centre respsnist. but service centre respsnist lady asking to me without open my mobile sim lock is damaged and void my mobile warranty without any xperia support engineer and given a ticket id is [protected] and W[protected].and date is 08/08/2015 also receiving mansion sim lock issue not a protected lock issue. then I contact next days to service center so asking to me respsnist your mobile is out of warranty and u will given a charges 9400rs replaced your mobile PCB. Then I rejected Jenrette your service centre estimate 9400rs and request to your service centre please resolve the my application protected lock. my mobile was also work two sim but due to application lock my mobile given a service centre. my one sim also insert in mobile and my mobile collect service centre. But today date 21/08/2015 I contact to service centre for related my mobile application problem resolve. so I ask to me your service center person your mobile is not repair so u have collect mobile without repair otherwise u repair mobile so u will give a charges for replaced mobile PCB.

Three Time I was face same issues.third time I told to Sony Refund my 22000 thousands.Sony head office offer me new fresh dp.I clearly told them I just want refund.but HO promise me, if you face same issue in new replace device also, from the delivery date of New phone One year we will provide you New upgrade model without any charge.and head office also commit me as per the policy warranty period start from purchase date.but in your concern we assured you product security as one Time good customer
            But now my phone again submit in the service center from 28 October 2015.Sony not take it seriously, sony ask me to pay the replacement charge11, 495.if Sony not take it. Seriously, at the last point I will claim. Again Sony.

              Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a smartphone (Model Sony Xperia Z1, C6902) on 13.02.2014 from S.H Mumtazuddin Times (P) Ltd, Kolkata. After 11 months of my purchase date, I found hairline scratches on LCD. I made a complaint on 12th Feb 2015 at authorized service centre, ”NEOSA ELECTRONICS (P) Ltd” Kolkata (Ticket id: [protected], date 12th feb 2015). The problem was get resolved via replacement of the damaged touchpad on 19th march 2015. In spite of having warranty it was charged around Rs 8800. Within 45 days of repair I found similar kind of damage on touchpad. Hairline scratches increasing day by day automatically. As we all know a single spot on touchpad makes mobile locked. Now it becomes useless. As soon as I faced this problem I lodged a complaint on Sony Mobiles Toll Free number(Service ID: [protected], date 3rd may 2015) and next day I approached that service centre again but they refused to replace the touchpad in free of charge. Why should I pay for the problem that was occurred due to hardware issue/naturally within 45 days of repair? Here I am surprised. Sony is such a big brand but their services are too poor. I hope that I am reached to the Sony Mobile India executives through this public platform. Since I have already made a mistake by choosing Sony Xperia Z1, I need a strong action to be taken from your side( Free replacement of the touchpad).                 I AM A SONY PRODUCTS LOVER. I SUGGESTED MY FRIENDS RELATIVES FOR SONY. I HAVE LCD TV MODEL KLV 32 550A. MY TV PLAYS VIDEOS WITH AUDIO IN RF INPUT COMPONENT INPUT AUDIO VIDEO INPUT VERY NORMALLY. BUT IN HDMI PORTS I PLAY VIA HOME THEATER SYSTEM SONY BDV 9100 NO PICTURE NO AUDIO. I RESET TV MANY TIMES INSETTINGS. NO CHANGE. IN SAME HDMI PORTS TV PLAYS AUDIO AND VIDEO WITH SET UP BOX WITH HDMI CALBLE AT THE TIME OF POWER ON TV AND SET BOX . I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT IN SONY. FEW DAYS AFTER SONY SERVICE BOY WAS CAME MY HOME.CHARGED 200 RS. HE TOLD ME NEED TO CHANGE MOTHER MOARD. I ASK HIM ABOUT MOTHER BOARD COST. HE TOLD ME AROUND 12500 RS. I THINK AND SURE ITS A SOFTWARE PROBLEM. IN SONY WEB SITE NO UPDATES AND FORMWARE. I HAVE LG SMART 3D TV MODEL NO 42 LW 5700 . FOR DISPLAY PROBLEM THEY CHANGED MOTHER BOARD. THEY CHARGED 3800 RS. IN SONY IS IT RIGHT MOTHER BOARD COST 12500 RS. I HAVE SONY HOME THEATER SONY MOBILE T2 ULTRA 4 NUMBERS BUT IN THIS INCIDENT AFTER I FELT VERY BAD. I HURT VERY MUCH . YOUR SERVICES AND YOUR SPARES VERY MUCH COST. EVERY BODY LIKES TO SPEND MONEY FOR BUYING ITEMS. BUT NOT FOR REPAIRS. THIS INCIDENT AFTER IN FUTURE I WILL DECIDE GO FOR OTHER BRANDS.

                  I have serous issue with Sony mobile policy and the service . I bought Sony Xperia Z1 in july 2014 . Phone is good, Working fine . Suddenly in january 2015 i gor squirting sound from vibration (vibration moter was faulty) i went to sony customer care in Pune, Bund garden road . After showing my phone to them they said your phone looses all warranty, I was shocked and asked for the reson .. they told that inside charging flap there is "litmus" kind of paper that paper turned into red color, that means water goes inside my phone and thats the resne for a hardware damage. I stunned and after checking my phones other 3 flaps all litmus indicators are white and only one indicator turned red. They are not accepting my phone in a warranty. I told them with a calm voice If i have throw my phone in water then all litmus indicators should turn red, not only one...still they denied to accept my phone in warranty... i will appeal in a consumer court regarding this issue . My phone doesn't have any issue instead od vibration sound, how can they said that i put my phone in a water without closing charging flaps ...Damn .. frustrating...i need justis

                    I have purchased Sony D2202 Xperia E3 on 23 0ct 2014 from M/S Space electronics, Jodhpur (rajasthan) vide invoice number 44359. Since its purchase it gets hanged regularly and person calling to my number finds my phn switched off even whn it is not. Initially it was told by your service centre to use nano sim(instead of normal sim cut to fit in the phn), but it didnt solve the problem. Then the service centre again asked to for some formatting and software updates but all in vein, problem still continued. Service centre name- M/s Nehal techno services, jodhpur. Ticket id - [protected] So I am fad up with this mobile, it seems that it is a defective phn. So I request you to please replace the phn as I am not at all satisfied by it. I hope you will take appropriate action for its replacement, presently the phn is with service centre.

                      I own a Sony Xperia Z1 compact mobile, which I purchased on 29th July, 2014, and around 11th April, 2015, I started to face touch screen problem in the middle region of my mobile. The issue was very strange as at times the phone would start typing on its own on security pin screen. It was at the same time I noticed that the lower part of the front screen of my mobile had a hairline crack - this was strange as my phone did not have any fall or any impact that would result in an internal hairline crack with no impact on the exterior of the screen. I took my mobile to the authorized Sony service center in Koramanagala (Vigneshwar Services) on 16th April, 2015 and on 23th April, 2015 I was provided an estimate bill of Rs. 6000/-. When I escalated the case by writing to "services.[protected]@ap.sony.com", after multiple call and email exchanges, I was provided the "management" response on the Sony letter head stating that "the display was broken and needs to be replaced for satisfactory working of the set and the service estimate for the faulty part is Rs. 6007/-." I declined approve the amount for my repair, as my phone is within the warranty period. On further research I find that similar issues have been reported for the same model across the globe; http://conversation.which.co.uk/technology/sony-xperia-z-cracking-phone-screen-r... Also, please go through the spec of Sony Xperia Z1 Compact on the below website, where it clearly says that the display is shatterproof; http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_xperia_z1_compact-5753.php Firstly, since the Spec claims that the glass is shatterproof, the crack on my mobile does not void the warranty. Secondly, since the hairline crack on my mobile has appeared under "mysterious" circumstances and not a result of any fall or human error on my part, I decline paying any repair cost for my mobile. Thirdly, I should not be penalized for the faulty design issue for this model of Sony mobile. Mine is not the only case wherein such cracks have developed. In UK, Sony has already confirmed this issue and agreed to replace the faulty units free of cost.                         I gave my 'Sony Xperia Z' mobile phone for repair on 24th of March 2015 at Sonnet care, 13th Cross, Cmh Road, Hal 2nd Stage, Indiranagar. I have already paid half of the amount and customer representative told me you will get your phone within 15 days but even after 45 days i do not have any update from them. Every time I called they says parts are not available and it will take another 15 working days. This is really frustrating. This is Pathetic service. I really don't know where and to whom i need to escalate. They have the worst service provider I ever came across. My Job ID - W[protected] Representative name - Sachin Could you please look into this matter as soon as possible?

                          I purchased Sony HT-IV300//M E12 Home Theatre System from QRS Kottayam. Bill details have been mentioned below: Invoice #[protected] Date 18.03.2015. While purchasing they told that the they will deliver fresh piece to home and Sony service centre person will contact you and connect it in your home for you. After 2 days sony service engineer identified that many items are missing including warranty card high speed HDMI cable, FM Antena and one of the box was full of scratch and operation manual is full of dust and they kept it from different boxes. So I called up QRS they are not ready to accept I requested that to replace with fresh piece and I don’t want to use used product. They are not ready to accept and forced to use the same. And I called Sony service customer care and informed the same with mail as well as phone. They told that they will not provide warranty without warranty card and suggested to replace product with new one. So I informed same and QRS not ready to here my complaint and they told that they don’t have new product and you have to accept it. After that they are not picking up my calls and I am still not receive warranty card and FM cable. I had sent mails couple of times to sony and they are asking me to contact shop. I never expect this from QRS as a reputed firm and treating customer like this. I am not sure what is the solution for this.

                            had a complain ...I got a charger which was original and within warranty to be replaceable. ..my charger stopped functioning which was replaced 5 tymes and given to me after 1 month of me repeated calling ...I got my final charger ..on swtching it on it didn't worked ..After few hours of swtching it started to give off fumes which is of potentially human danger ...I would like you to give a sheer focus on what is happening and give me a solution

                              Sony mob d2502 xperia c3 black purchased from snehanjali elect. and tradinng pvt ltd virar east on 04/05/2015 why the person delaying for replacement and harrasing the cusomer to visit there at snehanjali shop virar east time to time, the staff responding at there is very bad .as it is there duty to call me time to time updates about my complaint .no one is ready to give us in writing the correspondence.

                              it is a bad experience at snehanjali virar east .it takes three days to replace the xperia c3. Right now they charged me Rs.201/- more as per the difference of old bill Rs18500/-and new bill Rs.18299/-.NOW ARRANGE TO PAY ME Rs.201/-as a refund amount as early as possible...awaiting for reply /...have to approach consumer court...

                                I have a problem my Sony TV, already complaint Sony customer care, they will arrange the thamparam branch branch executive MR. thayalan, he was not came last 3 days and not pick up my call also, he is not response me, I'm idiating from that's executive. please take the complaint that executive, I need resolution... Àsap my Service Request ID 25257015 is assigned to Chennai Service ; M.K. Reddy Street; West Tambaram;(Near Tambaram Bus Stand / Opp. to Deepam Hospital); Chennai-600045; Phone No:[protected]/99. they will not rerespond .

                                Worst experience ever: waited hours for reports, admitted but the patient was not well taken care of, dosage was not given on time and one occasion they even forgot the IV n when i came back all blood had come out. they denied showing patients file to me, my moms was admitted. No transparency and felt like they are hiding something. they dont provide clothes, no extra blanket and food for the patient. cleanliness and hygiene no standards at all, cafeteria was worst than a roadside tea stall, the staff behavior, doctors and everyone is pathetic, no humanity. Nurses gave syrup doses without the proper measurement. Total money making racket and billing department is also pathetic, no set standards or policies and procedures, everything is total mess. U will hardly find anyone who would speak in english! felt like just came out from one of hell place! theres nothing good about this place, i dunno why would people even would want to be in here.

Since starting, it is not working properly. Amazon is suggesting us to contact your service centres in Delhi. After visiting your service centres personally came to know that your service centres have been closed down. I also talked to your customer care Mr. Rohit and he told me that since we bought through Amazon so only Amazon can solve the problem. I have contacted both of them for the last 4 months many times but result is zero. I can not expect this type of horrible service from Japanese music giant like you.                                         Hi, I am using the Sony xperia c3 dual, 15 days back. I got an update from Sony Mobile's that update from kit-Kat to lollipop android version. After that update the front camera is not working properly as previously. When i am trying to capture images form front camera. the images are getting darker . Please resolve this
