I have sony xperia z phone. my phone stopped charging and when I take it to service center they said its motherboard is not working and hey charged me 800 and kept my phone in custody for 15 days. and after when i showed my phone to local repair person he repaired it and saying it was minor pin default. I want reimbursement for my loss at SONY service center.

    I bought my new Xperia e4g. It's taking too much time to charge, it's taking near about 4hrs to reach 20%-100%. And also the camera quality is poor. The pictures sample shown on Sony website is not matching the pictures taken by me in auto scene recognition. The video quality is also not same & along with that keeping stabilizer on while shooting a video it's getting hazy & blurry so it's being too much problem. Over all i'm not getting the things i desired &paid for. Help me regarding the matter. -Ayan Das, [protected]

      I have purchased Sony experia t2 ultra. Phone is under warranty. There is problem in speaker and during call, i am not able to hear properly what other person speak. I have already sent twice to the authorized station for Repairing but the same problem uccer again.this is the third time.n i m not setisfied with this product so pls Solve my problem immediately.service id is [protected].

        I have purchased Sony experia z3 compact. Phone is under warranty. There is problem in speaker and during call, other person is not able to hear properly what I speak. I have already send phone once to the authorized station. It got returned after 15 days but problem is unresolved. I have again submitted my phone to the same repair station since more than 15 days now but I have not received my phone back. I am requesting for new phone but that they are not responding. Tired of pathetic service.

          Dear Sir I have been a big time fan of SONY products. To me Sony always meant the BEST quality products which I trusted BLINDLY. Now i really feel I actually trusted it BLINDLY which I shouldnt. I dont belong to those Royal and richest families in INDIA, I come from an average background wherein buying a phone worth 21000/- is a big gamble. But as I said as I have a big fan I saved every penny since the day I got a good job to buy the most fascinating mobile to me. I bought Xperia M2 August last year. Its not been 21months not even a year and I hardly remember a day when i didnt had to struggle with this handset. Its microphone started troubling from the December 2014, Its speakers have gone almost dead for last 3 months, picture quality pooorest of all handsets i guess and now I am not even able to keep it on, it shutting down automatically and I am without a handset for last 24 hours. I will be going for the service centre as soon as i could but the IRONY is that you guys dont even have service centres in all cities and in those where you have they way to far to reach out and the people working there are so gooooood that you feel like making the biggest mistake of your life by buying a SONY product. Its really sad to that your sound quality for which you were known as the GIANT of all times is not just poor now but its the worst of all times. Its really hard to believe that a handset woth 21000/- couldnt last for even months.. I firmly belive that you have lost your quality and ethics in this money business. In the race of earning more and more you have compromised with your quality and now you've become amongst other cheap CHEATERS in the market. I insited my DAD to buy a SONY handset when Xperia J was launched when i knew he wanted a SAMSUNG, I gifted my lil sis Xperia C on her birthday and my i suggested Xperia Z when it was launched, to my elder sis which she also regrets buying now. I have lost all faith in your company. Refund my money. I will never ever go for this brand in my life again. Shame on you.

            Dear Sir, I have bought Sony Xpria M Black on dated 16.08.2015 from Infibeam.com Invoice no DT[protected]. After few month it occurred a problem of speaker & side volume button. i used to speaker on to receive a call. I sent it to ultimate services panchkula for repair. after few days the same problem raised again. I sent it again to above said care center but no positive result found. Now my phone has same problem. i have spent min 4 days of my daily routine and some money also because care center is so far from my city. It is a very big harassment for me and a very poor services from Sony. I could not even think about this type of service. Sony is a valuable brand in market but... Plz suggest what should i do .               I purchased 32 in Sony LED TV (Model: 32R422B) from LULU Hypermarket, Madinat zayed branch- Abu Dhabi on 1st October’ 2014 with one year international warranty. I brought TV in New Delhi (India) and installed it. When it was switched On TV display disappeared and showing only lining on the screen. When I contacted Sony India limited at toll free no[protected], they registered a complaint on 14/04/15 with vide ID 24954223 and this complaint was assigned to CLUB ELECTRONICS, New Delhi. Accordingly their executive came to my house on 17/04/15 and told screen display (panel) is not working which is to be replaced and on 19/04/15 they took the TV with them. During registering the complaint, Sony representative had told company will cover warranty and there will be no charge for this. After that I tried to contact Sony authorized service center but failed to contact. When I contacted to Sony at toll free no. on 28 of April’2015, their representative told club electronics (Sony Authorized Service Center) is demanding around Nineteen Thousand Rupees to replace the panel and told that you have bought TV from Abu Dhabi, so our company will not cover the international warranty whereas at the time of purchasing TV Sony had given one year international warranty with valid warranty card & invoice. I show the valid documents to company but company is not ready to cover the warranty and told by company representative do whatever you want. It has been told by company representative to me over telephone and message, pay around nineteen thousand rupees otherwise take TV back to home.

                Sir, That I had purchased one colour TV set of your company bearing the following specifications: 1) TV model No.: KV-DZ29M[protected] 2) Sr No. 6200043 That the aforesaid set is having technical problem since April 2015 for which I got it checked with your authorised service provider (Prompt Service Bhopal). A copy of the job card is attached herewith. The service provider of your company has pointed out the following problem in the set: 1) Replacement of PC card I requested for replacement of the same against cash payment for which I was informed that the same was not available with them. It is surprising that the company of such a good repute is not providing the parts of the TV set which are being sold in the market. Further on having telephonic conversation we are informed that we should purchase another set on 25% discount from the company. Sir, this is not the solution of our problem If this is the condition then we will have to purchase new TV set every time in case there arise any problem in near future. It is therefore requested to kindly arrange for the necessary part and get it repaired or provide us a new set of equivalent specification at the earliest. Thanking You

                  display self crack and motion sensor problem in sony xperia z3 compact...not able to use the phone...getting hot by itself without any usage..camera not clear(rear)...no spares available for replacement even when i am willing to pay for it...brought 1 month back...no water logging...no response from service center in chennai...i was informed spares will be available only after 1 month and till then my mobile has to be submitted to your center..all my official contacts in this mobile are valuble and i cant transfer it to any other mobile...no technicians inspected whether it is a physical injury or self crack...if it is a physical injury there must be cracking of screen else where and any other part of the mobile should have atleast an abrasion..which is not present in my mobile...Just with mere visual assumption no one can conclude its a physical injury or something else...please help me out of this situation..am not getting good responses from valasaravakkam service center...contacted manager Mr.Babu (([protected]) claiming that un warrantable mobiles can not be serviced in their center..and who doesnt pick my call for inquiry..then why should you have service centers...and sell mobiles with no spares on the market...its not a single man decision that its a ohysical injury or not...80% chances for Bias is there in your reporting...kindly give me a remedy or take back your mobile...i need no return of cash...accept your mobile is not worth to be in market...really feeling bad to buy sony mobile...beeing a user of sony products such as LCDs and hometheatres...kindly give me the contact of some higher authority to whom should i speak... with regrets Dr.Gokul Anand.MS [protected]

                  You've dropped it, I can clearly see. Glass is smashed in the corner, it's not just a crack but a result of physical impact. Not a "self-cracking" definitely.
                  no thats because sony people led me wait for 1 month here and there and i had to use the mobile with the same scratch...with dust my nails over there..keeping in pocket..it was very minute when i took it to the center...if i have dropped it can u find any scratches anywhere else in the phone...and no breakage will come elliptical like that...so there u accept there is self cracking issue with this mobile...not evena single scratch anywhere how is it possible to drop and break in a single place...

                        Worst ever product and worst ever brand for LED / LCD Tv's, I bough Sony LED EX52 40' for 60k on OCT 2011 . Even I got the vertical / Horizontal lines that everyone get, as if it is part of the panel. The reason they gave me was pathetic as they told it was because of power fluctuations in spite of having inverter. Is power fluctuation problems applicable only for Sony LED Tv's and not for any other TV's.My Service Request Id is 25193761. Samsung is far better as I have both, i regret as I was promoting Sony for many of friends .Now I educate them not to buy Sony products especially Sony LED's. . This problem is happening to many of the customer who bough Sony LED, so the problem is with the product or the way the consumers handling it. The best thing is they don't have any SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY

                          I have submitted my mobile on 19th of April 2015 for motherboard replacement and i submitted on urgent basis, i did contact service center many time also customer care but they replied that your motherboard is not yet dispatched from warehouse, my repair job no. is "W[protected]", please confirm form your side how many days you people want to repair, my all office mails and importent things in configured in it, it's hamper my work, i am also ready to pay motherboard price around 6500 which is not less amount so what is cause of delay, if you guys are not able to repair it then replace my phone and i am ready to give motherboard cost, waiting for your favorable response as soon as possible.

                            Dear sony Team, I Purchase sony Experia E4 model no E2115 of Rupees 12500/- on date 22/03/2015 and getting some problem in it, like i can't insert sim not working so, i went to sony service center (ASC Immortal Service Address:-1/15 1st floor Lalita park Laxmi Nagar Delhi-110092) on date 31/03/2015. They submit my mobile on date 31/03/2015 and till now date 07/04/2015 didn't respond. he saying waiting for some time . recv my phone 10/04/2014 But not working properly charging problem & hanging problem 2nd time admit my phone 12/04/2015 cust id no [protected]. Each time when i ask them about mobile they continue extending the date.. now i am very much upset from Sony’s service. so please help me to solve this problem as early as possible.From last one months . Please provide new phone experia E4.

                              I bought Sony Xperia-L C2104 White IMEI-[protected] on 21st July 2014. Within one week it started showing an error while opening the camera saying ‘Camera not available’ I took it to sony care centre in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh and they kept my phone for about two weeks and said its motherboard needs to be replaced. When they returned my phone they almost destroyed the back sticker and pasted it like phone was kept under the box filled with rats but I ignored it because it was non visible part of the phone. But later and till now I am having some logical issues with speackers like when I turn the music player on the volume comes from ear speackers. I later took phone to SANKALP ELECTRONICS, PATIALA about three or four times but every time they keep my phone for about whole day and at the end of day they returned it with its firmware reinstalled and they says its nothing but a minor software issue. Second time when I took my phone to them they again reinstalled its OS and returned within an hour saying there is no problemin the mobile all issue is with the memory card you are using.I almost laughed at their (that) non-sense theory. I am a certified electromechanical design software professional and I know very well what a VIRUS is and how can they make fool of me saying that this so called speacker problem is because of VIRUS in my memory card.I just want to know why they dont even see what the problem is why every time they reinstall the software and returned the phone. Today after attending a call the display of phone turned off.I was able to receive call but could not attend because the screen was off...I took it to (SANKALP ELECTRONICS, PATIALA). and they opened the phone and reinserted the battery and said its because of the applications you use are third party and said they need proof to state that this problem is very often. And he was unable to answer when I asked for a list of authorized applications and said even whatsapp is not authorized.[protected]i want to say if whatsapp is not authorized then { try to print on every phone you produce a label saying **WE DO NOT OFFER WARRANTY IF YOU USE WHATSAPP ON SONY MOBILE** and see the change in your customers} Now when I thought about a new phone I came to know that even under warranty current market price of my phone is 4000INR..It seems like I've actually lost my 14000 RUPEES by buying this product when your authorized care centre can't provide me solution of my problem. I KNOW WHEN MY PHONE’LL GET PROBLEM IN FUTURE THEY ARE DEFINATELY GONNA DETECT PROBLEM IN IT BECAUSE AT THAT TIME MY PHONE WILL NO LONGER IN WARRANTY AND THEY WILL CHARGE TOO MUCH. they talk too big when it comes to sales now their technicians cant even tell me how the problem will be fixed.                                 I'm very disappointed in this company I brought my Sony vaio laptop from best buy at in 2009 well it was stolen out my car on my road trip to Texas I contacted Sony and was told without proof of purchase they can not help me even tho I registered it when I brought and called in tech support for it a few times so the fact that a police report which is law document is not good enough and it's nothing Sony can do I have lost all my pictures of my children I will not get back because best buy's system does not go all the way back to 2009 this is not fair or right that I'm being treated like the person who stole the my laptop all I have is a refence number and a I'm sorry I work for a pretty big company and will be merging with another company I will be sure to spread the word at my job to upper management to not support Sony in anyway because you have to keep the proof of purchase forever so thank you Sony for letting the bad people win while the actual customer get screwed

                                  I have bought my mobile phone "SONY EXPERIA SP C5302” (IMEI-[protected]) on 29th September 2014 from Digital Mobile shop Sadashiv Peth, Pune. There have been constant problem in my mobile phone. I have submitted my mobile to Sony service center (Aaradhya Enterprises, Pune) four times till now with a different problem but no solution. The first time there was BROWN OVERLAY on my display because of which i have submitted my phone on 5 November 2014 with job number W[protected], the service center updated the phone software and returned it to me, The Brown overlay problem on my display persisted till three months, after witch my mobile suddenly switched off, I submitted my phone to service centre on 30 MARCH 2015 with job no- W[protected] and this time they change the motherboard of the phone with new IMEI-[protected]. When the service center return my phone the camera and music player stopped working, after cheking this i resubmitted the phone imediately on 7 April 2015 with job no- W[protected], After 7 days on 15 April 2015 they returned my phone, they again replaced motherboard of the phone with new IMEI-[protected] but this time two new problem arose the proximity sensor stopped working and i could not transfer my data to memory card, this issue were fixed and the mobile returned to me, the very same day during an incoming call i observed that the scroll bar to pick up calls disappeared, I continued using phone and the next time the same issue happened i took a snap of it, the very next day on 17 April 2015 the brown overlay on the display was again observed and the phone restarted automatically, Again I submitted my phone on 20 April 2015 with job no-W[protected] in same service center. I submitted the phone to the service centre for the fourth time in a span of six months. This device has cost me a lot of time and money. I want to bring you to notice that the motherboard of this device has been replaced twice but still there has been no changed and new problems arose every time. My mobile phone still in service center for last one month. I have mailed this issue to "[protected]@ap.sony.com" as well as "aaradhya.[protected]@gmail.com" at least 10 times but no reply from their side. I have requested to cash back or complete replacement of my devise with extended warranty but no one bother to replay a single mail on mine. I don't know why they call it service center when they are not able to reach or can not reply their customer's mail. Worst service I have seen ever. i have all the proof ( 2 videos, 0ne screen shot, all complaint document which Ii given to service center)

                                    I purchased Sony Xperia c3 mobile at 2 month ago.. And this time front camera also some problems in This phone.. This problem is continuous and I want this problem to be solved in lesser time. Further more I have experienced very rude behaviour from your service center executive. My mobile no. Is [protected], [protected] and my name is adit mehta. If these problem of mine is not solved in convenient time than I have to take some legal steps against you and your service center. If my problem is not solved within a week than I'm sending you a court notice in which you people have to be present at court for your mistake.

                                      I have given Sony Xperia Z1 Compact for servicing on Feb 2015 just for a simple problem that Waterproofing flap wasn't closing properly, and they asked me to wait for whooping "15 days" for it. They delayed and made me wait for another week prior 15days to collect the phone. Once I got the phone back, I got some other severe internal phone issues i.e pictures taken from the camera was too white or overexposed and the mic wasn't working properly. So I gave it for servicing again. Initially he refused to take it back as he said the lens was scratched (stupid reason). But when I gave strong reason for lens not been scracthed that few photos were good (so this means lens is alright). So he had to accept the service. Now they AGAIN ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR 15 DAYS. So once 15days was elapsed, I made a call if the phone was ready (as I know they usually delay which is very irresponsible). Then they asked me to wait for another one week to be serviced. AND KEEP ASKING ME TO WAIT FOR A WEEK FOR ABOUT 3 TIMES. So I decided to confess the manager. The manager assured me that it will be ready by next week. I wasn't convinced so asked him "What i[censored] still don't fix it by next week, so I need a replacement phone if it doesn't get fixed", which should be the standard procedure if they couldn't fix the phone. For which he refused and said " It will be fixed max of max by next week". So I went to service centre after a week hoping that it would be ficed but was informed that phone is still not fixed and also the manager is not available. So I became furious and called Sony Customer care to complaint about the same, the call couldn't be escalated and had to disconnect the call after 25mins (This was second time I called to Sony Customer care, earlier I had called and the call was escalated but the supervisor put me in hold and never released the call so I had to hangup. I called the manager and I was informed the mobile will be fixed in 5 days. So today is the fifth day and the phone is still not fixed.I have to sue this people and get compensation of Rs50, 000 (Rs 35000 of phone price and Rs15000 for the inconvenience and havoc caused by them).

                                        i have purchased the sony xperia ZL mobile arround 1 year back and facing problem of continuously switching off itself. though it works while connecting through charging port. i have never encountered with such prob in my earlier phones of samsung. i have gone to the service centre but they are telling that this phone is not repairable and they will replace only after paying rs 22000. this is very serious issue suggest what to do ?
