I bought Sony Xperia-L C2104 White IMEI-[protected] on 21st July 2014. Within one week it started showing an error while opening the camera saying ‘Camera not available’ I took it to sony care centre in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh and they kept my phone for about two weeks and said its motherboard needs to be replaced. When they returned my phone they almost destroyed the back sticker and pasted it like phone was kept under the box filled with rats but I ignored it because it was non visible part of the phone. But later and till now I am having some logical issues with speackers like when I turn the music player on the volume comes from ear speackers. I later took phone to SANKALP ELECTRONICS, PATIALA about three or four times but every time they keep my phone for about whole day and at the end of day they returned it with its firmware reinstalled and they says its nothing but a minor software issue. Second time when I took my phone to them they again reinstalled its OS and returned within an hour saying there is no problemin the mobile all issue is with the memory card you are using.I almost laughed at their (that) non-sense theory. I am a certified electromechanical design software professional and I know very well what a VIRUS is and how can they make fool of me saying that this so called speacker problem is because of VIRUS in my memory card.I just want to know why they dont even see what the problem is why every time they reinstall the software and returned the phone. Today after attending a call the display of phone turned off.I was able to receive call but could not attend because the screen was off...I took it to (SANKALP ELECTRONICS, PATIALA). and they opened the phone and reinserted the battery and said its because of the applications you use are third party and said they need proof to state that this problem is very often. And he was unable to answer when I asked for a list of authorized applications and said even whatsapp is not authorized.[protected]i want to say if whatsapp is not authorized then { try to print on every phone you produce a label saying **WE DO NOT OFFER WARRANTY IF YOU USE WHATSAPP ON SONY MOBILE** and see the change in your customers} Now when I thought about a new phone I came to know that even under warranty current market price of my phone is 4000INR..It seems like I've actually lost my 14000 RUPEES by buying this product when your authorized care centre can't provide me solution of my problem. I KNOW WHEN MY PHONE’LL GET PROBLEM IN FUTURE THEY ARE DEFINATELY GONNA DETECT PROBLEM IN IT BECAUSE AT THAT TIME MY PHONE WILL NO LONGER IN WARRANTY AND THEY WILL CHARGE TOO MUCH. they talk too big when it comes to sales now their technicians cant even tell me how the problem will be fixed.     I'm very disappointed in this company I brought my Sony vaio laptop from best buy at in 2009 well it was stolen out my car on my road trip to Texas I contacted Sony and was told without proof of purchase they can not help me even tho I registered it when I brought and called in tech support for it a few times so the fact that a police report which is law document is not good enough and it's nothing Sony can do I have lost all my pictures of my children I will not get back because best buy's system does not go all the way back to 2009 this is not fair or right that I'm being treated like the person who stole the my laptop all I have is a refence number and a I'm sorry I work for a pretty big company and will be merging with another company I will be sure to spread the word at my job to upper management to not support Sony in anyway because you have to keep the proof of purchase forever so thank you Sony for letting the bad people win while the actual customer get screwed

      I have bought my mobile phone "SONY EXPERIA SP C5302” (IMEI-[protected]) on 29th September 2014 from Digital Mobile shop Sadashiv Peth, Pune. There have been constant problem in my mobile phone. I have submitted my mobile to Sony service center (Aaradhya Enterprises, Pune) four times till now with a different problem but no solution. The first time there was BROWN OVERLAY on my display because of which i have submitted my phone on 5 November 2014 with job number W[protected], the service center updated the phone software and returned it to me, The Brown overlay problem on my display persisted till three months, after witch my mobile suddenly switched off, I submitted my phone to service centre on 30 MARCH 2015 with job no- W[protected] and this time they change the motherboard of the phone with new IMEI-[protected]. When the service center return my phone the camera and music player stopped working, after cheking this i resubmitted the phone imediately on 7 April 2015 with job no- W[protected], After 7 days on 15 April 2015 they returned my phone, they again replaced motherboard of the phone with new IMEI-[protected] but this time two new problem arose the proximity sensor stopped working and i could not transfer my data to memory card, this issue were fixed and the mobile returned to me, the very same day during an incoming call i observed that the scroll bar to pick up calls disappeared, I continued using phone and the next time the same issue happened i took a snap of it, the very next day on 17 April 2015 the brown overlay on the display was again observed and the phone restarted automatically, Again I submitted my phone on 20 April 2015 with job no-W[protected] in same service center. I submitted the phone to the service centre for the fourth time in a span of six months. This device has cost me a lot of time and money. I want to bring you to notice that the motherboard of this device has been replaced twice but still there has been no changed and new problems arose every time. My mobile phone still in service center for last one month. I have mailed this issue to "[protected]@ap.sony.com" as well as "aaradhya.[protected]@gmail.com" at least 10 times but no reply from their side. I have requested to cash back or complete replacement of my devise with extended warranty but no one bother to replay a single mail on mine. I don't know why they call it service center when they are not able to reach or can not reply their customer's mail. Worst service I have seen ever. i have all the proof ( 2 videos, 0ne screen shot, all complaint document which Ii given to service center)

        I purchased Sony Xperia c3 mobile at 2 month ago.. And this time front camera also some problems in This phone.. This problem is continuous and I want this problem to be solved in lesser time. Further more I have experienced very rude behaviour from your service center executive. My mobile no. Is [protected], [protected] and my name is adit mehta. If these problem of mine is not solved in convenient time than I have to take some legal steps against you and your service center. If my problem is not solved within a week than I'm sending you a court notice in which you people have to be present at court for your mistake.

          I have given Sony Xperia Z1 Compact for servicing on Feb 2015 just for a simple problem that Waterproofing flap wasn't closing properly, and they asked me to wait for whooping "15 days" for it. They delayed and made me wait for another week prior 15days to collect the phone. Once I got the phone back, I got some other severe internal phone issues i.e pictures taken from the camera was too white or overexposed and the mic wasn't working properly. So I gave it for servicing again. Initially he refused to take it back as he said the lens was scratched (stupid reason). But when I gave strong reason for lens not been scracthed that few photos were good (so this means lens is alright). So he had to accept the service. Now they AGAIN ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR 15 DAYS. So once 15days was elapsed, I made a call if the phone was ready (as I know they usually delay which is very irresponsible). Then they asked me to wait for another one week to be serviced. AND KEEP ASKING ME TO WAIT FOR A WEEK FOR ABOUT 3 TIMES. So I decided to confess the manager. The manager assured me that it will be ready by next week. I wasn't convinced so asked him "What i[censored] still don't fix it by next week, so I need a replacement phone if it doesn't get fixed", which should be the standard procedure if they couldn't fix the phone. For which he refused and said " It will be fixed max of max by next week". So I went to service centre after a week hoping that it would be ficed but was informed that phone is still not fixed and also the manager is not available. So I became furious and called Sony Customer care to complaint about the same, the call couldn't be escalated and had to disconnect the call after 25mins (This was second time I called to Sony Customer care, earlier I had called and the call was escalated but the supervisor put me in hold and never released the call so I had to hangup. I called the manager and I was informed the mobile will be fixed in 5 days. So today is the fifth day and the phone is still not fixed.I have to sue this people and get compensation of Rs50, 000 (Rs 35000 of phone price and Rs15000 for the inconvenience and havoc caused by them).

            i have purchased the sony xperia ZL mobile arround 1 year back and facing problem of continuously switching off itself. though it works while connecting through charging port. i have never encountered with such prob in my earlier phones of samsung. i have gone to the service centre but they are telling that this phone is not repairable and they will replace only after paying rs 22000. this is very serious issue suggest what to do ?

The bill details are below: Bill. no: 008851 Seller: POORVIKA MOBILES PVT LTD, R. S. PURAM, COIMBATORE Suddenly the mobile did not get charged without any reasons. It happened on its own. No mishandling was done. When I approached Sony Service Centre, North Coimbatore, Coimbatore dist, Tamilnadu, they wanted me to pay for that. And they are not responding further. I think they are simply trying to replace the battery. But my mobile is under warrenty period. I didnt make any damage for the mobile. Since it happened on its own, it should be covered under warrenty. So, replace my mobile and give me another one or take necessary steps. This is the first time I purchased a sony mobile. Hope, it wont be a bitter experience.

Myself Gulab Chand Yadav, I am a regular customer of your company. On the 24/10/ 2014, I bought a brand new Sony Xperia Z3 Compact (imei no. [protected]) mobile phone. However, upon 5 months o[censored]sing it, problems started to appear. On 07/04/2015 my phone is Shutdown suddenly i am trying to switch on the phone but it not start. I handover my phone to Sony service center in Nashik (Yash Electronics) on 09/04/2015 they give the Service Job sheet no. W[protected] against my compliant. He told me that your phone is send to the company for repair because we are not authorized to open this phone here, he give me the 15 days time for repair of my phone. I collect my phone on 23.04.2015. After two days of use phone suddenly shutdown i also try to switch on the phone but same type of problem occur. Today i back to the service center and report the same problem then they take back my phone and told me the same things as last time. I was very surprised to discover such problems in quite an expensive model. I returned the mobile phone in service center but i am not confirm that this phone is not give any repeated problem in future. So i request you that please replaced this faulty phone with a new one or any new model with same price range. I am very upset for your poor product quality. How can i believe that after second time of repair by your company this phone not give any problem in future. At current time your phone is on under warranty, after one year if this type of problems occur then what i do, this is not a normal phone whom i afford the repairing cost. I expend 41000 thousand for prevent maintenance cost, but this phone makes me worry. So i request you that please replace this faulty phone. I am very thankful to you for this.                     when i was given mobile at that they give me esstemed as 7550 for pcb, sim tread, power on/off buttion but after 1 week they told display also gone... i told them i cant affordabale that much of money...i was already given money so they said that we cant give money back

                          I have purchase sony xperia c3 in Rs.20500. Company say rear camera 8 mega pixel but its quality very poor. When i'm going to sony service centre they told me sony's all mobile camera have poor quality. Sony service centre submit my cell and change the camera but no improvement. I'm frusteted. I want to new cell with better camera quality or refund my money.

                          I have purchase sony xperia c3 in Rs.20500. Company say rear camera 8 mega pixel but its quality very poor. When i'm going to sony service centre they told me sony's all mobile camera have poor quality. Sony service centre submit my cell and change the camera but no improvement. I'm frusteted. I want to new cell with better camera quality or refund my money.

                            Sir/Mam,

                            1. Please refer complaint ID No 24226619 dated 03 Mar 2015 and complaint ID No 24933863 dated 13 Apr 2015.

                            2. First complaint for non functional of HDMI port was lodged on 03 Mar 2015 but no action has been initiated by Club Electronic and your end.

                            3. Second complaint on the same issue was again lodged on 13 Apr 2015, again no action has been initiated by Club Electronic and your end. Again on 21 Apr 2015 email regarding non implementation of complaint send by me. On the same day rep of Club Electronic collected the LED from home.

                            4. But till the date they are failed to returned the LED at home.

                            5. Repeated complaints and requests have been made by me, but no action has been initiated at your end. You are once again and lastly requested to kindly return the LED by 29 Apr 2015 duly resolve the problem. There after I'm bound to approach consumer court.

                              My complain no...[protected] dt 7/4/2015 I had submitted the phone xeperia Z3 compact having sensor problem... But till now i have not got my phone after repair Even that it is being told to me that its screen is being broken while sending phone to Lucknow...and it will cost 18000/- for repair... This is not my fault...I am not liable for the same... And no body is answering my calls...It being so harsh to me... If i dont get any proper solution to this problem...I will be forcefully take this matter to Cosumer forem and customer help desk... I want my set or money back.. thanks.

                                  Saturday I went to the showroom to collect my system after checking with them in the evening and they said yes. But after I reached, they told me to come on Monday as there was no power. And after a lot of struggle, I collected my system without checking. But they didn't returned my defect parts. And advised me to come on monday. I left after paying 11685 as bill amount. Manual paper bill was issued. Yesterday I went back to collect my defect parts and original bill. But they said, the defect parts are sent back to the head office. It's my parts how can it be sent without my approvals? I need it immediately. I absolutely not trusting these guys as they are making me to run around every time. I checked with one of the consumer who came there for his system malfunction, he also has the same issue. Wt the hell u think about ur consumers??? Are we fools to buy ur products??? Most important thing is, my computer bill show as 11161 but I paid more on Saturday. After doing the enquiry only, they had returned my money that I paid excess. This is reduculous. Making us fool again and again. I need my defect parts tone returned to my home.i will not go there once again. Clarity service centre sucks. Am gonna post this in Sony Facebook. Mine is Sony Vaio E-series Laptop Model no., SVE1513ACNB, when i put this in product no., and later submitting it, "please enter a valid product no" is popping up, if my product no., is wrong then please suggest me right product no., and help resolve my issue. my e-mail id: farooq.[protected]@gmail.com

                                      On 3 rd of April my LCD shows me the problem of blinking light like red green blue and others too the mother board has changed and stands at service center when I have asked to deliver that LCD the company executive has delivered to my home address but finaly when I have open to watch the t.v the voice is not there in the LCD what could I do with the company will I go to consume cort for some legal actions or not

                                        The problem of Laptop is the frame of the screen in the right corner side is opening due to manufacturing defect i.e. inside frame screws treading are loosening due to that the frame of the screen is opening.                                         Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        We have lodged a complaint regarding the problem of Laptop on 27.04.2015, it have been so long i.e one month has passed, but the problem is not solved and not given any response to my complaint. Once again We are requesting you to rectify the problem of Laptop at an early date.
