Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased Xperia Z Ultra on 1st April 2015, due to rain on 11th April water got into my mobile through speaker though all ports were properly closed and company claims that set is waterproo[censored]nder 1.5mts upto 30 minutes. I went to service center at Mansarover complex Bhopal. They said that I have to pay Rs.7276 for refab set or take another mobile of Rs.10845. It is not acceptable so my husband Mr. Samir Sharma has taken mobile back. As Sony claims the set to be waterproof we want new set of Xperia Z Ultra without paying extra cost. Else we will be bound to go in Consumer forum.

    I bought a Power Bank of Sony from flipkart remodel # CP-F10L, which is not working properly. I Full charged my powerbank of 10000 mAh and tried to charge HTC500 of 1800 mAh battery. It was hardly able to charge my phone full, and tried and tested thrice, it not working, I want this product to be placed, or refund my money.

      Hi there, I have been facing issue with the service center in Bangalore. I had visited the Numeric Communication Service Center which is an authorized service center for Sony with my Sony Xperia Z Ultra cracked screen on 10th of March, I was told i'll be given a re-furbished phone by paying 10, 500/-. The process will be proceeded only after paying 50% or more amount. on 16th of March I paid full amount of 10, 500/- for the re-furbished phone. After two weeks i was told that because of non-availability of stock I would not get the phone as said, i was given option to go for the brand new Xepria Z Ultra with the discount of 20% which i agreed. For that I had to pay DD for 16, 792/- only then the request will be processed. Ticket ID [protected] On 30th of March i submitted the DD for the said amount, and my previous paid amount of 10, 500 was returned back. And was told that within 2-3 days new phone will be delivered. The service center didn't keep their word. On 8th or 9th of April I received a message stating that my phone is ready and I can get it from service center. When I visited the center i was handed over re-furbished phone, when i asked why i'm being given re-furbished phone when i had paid the amount for new phone, i was told that there is some issue from company side. there is no update for the new phone request. i was not satisfied with the reply i received from service center manager. So, i called up the Sony Customer cell and spoke to Mr. Ranjith (Executive), he also spoke to the manager and assured me saying that the phone will be delivered within 2-3 days. But NO. I called up service center again on 13th of April, i was told that my Ticket ID is closed and the phone is been delivered, which was not. I had to explain them again, then they again asked me to wait for 2-3 days. I called the Sony customer cell and asked if i can speak to the Supervisor, the call was transferred to supervisor called Mr. Mukesh. He gave me a new Ticket ID - [protected] and assured me soon the new phone will be with me. Which again didnt meet the deadline as said. On 17th of April i had written email to [protected]@ap.sony.com keeping numeric service center in loop, but non of them have replied yet. I called service center and Sony customer care today (20th of April) for the status, but i still wonder they are coming with same dialoug, whenever i call those guys i'll be given a new date. Its been 1 month 10 days i'm waiting for my phone, still no response from any of them, neither service center nor the customer care people. Please have a look at the issue and take action immediately. If not I have to take another way to get the phone. Will be waiting for your reply.         what's the point selling a phone with a 'waterproof' rumour that gets damaged by water only?? While selling a Phone the company assures full support in case of any damage or malfunction, but when the phone is really damaged, why do you keep explaining company policy to customers??? Either stop boasting about your "Water Proof" phones or stop your diplomatic answers at your service centres. I brought a Sony Xperia Z {IMEI:[protected]} on 15th july last year, which got damaged due to LIQUID INGRESSION on 6th April 2015, I submitted my phone in Authorised service centre (LIBRA TECHNICOM, D-64/98 A, Shivpurva, madhopur, Sigra, Varanasi) on 7th April.[Job sheet no. W[protected]] I was asked to wait for four days for the estimated cost of repair which later came out to be around 13000/- I refused to the repair and asked for my phone back. The service centre guy told me to collect my phone after 2 days. I went on saturday (11th april) to collect my phone but the same guy told me that there was a short delay in courier service due to which it will arrive in two more days. later on Monday when I called for my phone the guy over there told me the same reason and asked to wait for 2 more days.when I went today (a week later) hoping to get my phone back I was shocked to hear the same answer over again. Is this what you call professionalism ??? The customer care guy is there to help and support the customer not to mentally torture the customer. I tried calling the customer care also but they also told me the same status and apologised for the delay in service and said it would take a few more days. If I had agreed to repair, I can understand it could take some time but i had already refused to repair and still they are not returning my phone after 13 days of submission. this kind of behaviour is non tolerable. And the customers are not fools, mind it. Why would someone buy a 30k priced phone just to spend another 13k for repair within a year?? and what's the point having a warranty if its not to be considered anyways. I am seriously dissappointed by your service and I'll file a complaint against your company in the consumer court for breach of trust and mental harassment. Thanxx for your precious support and outstanding services.

          Dear Concerned, I am sorry to mention but Sony retail outlet service has been very unprofessional, I had ordered 2 PS4 at SONY CENTER 4A ELGIN ROAD SOUTH KOLKATA - 700020 T:[protected] on 10th may paid in full on 11th May. First of all there was no display in the counter after all if I placed the order ands till date I haven't received the product, I have been harassed on a daily basis saying I will get it on the next day but they keep on postponing delivery date. I was dealing with Vicky from the above store outlet. Please take strict action so that Sony loyal customers are not taken for a ride

            My 4 month old Xperia z1 compact with having some over heating issue, I have submited it to sony service center on 27 th feb. I was promised from service center that I will get a replaced new set which came after 21 days.That was not replacement it was any other customers repaired set and was totally physically damaged from outside, i returned it on spot.After 10 days again a unit came was fine from outside, but was having heating, auto power off and camera issue. So I again submitted that unit on 4th april and was promised a totally new set without accessory from RAJIB ROY(may be any head or something of sony xperia service west bengal). Its 19th april and still no news of my mobile . I did called toll free xperia service number[protected] times each time even today(18th march) they said its still under processing.Still after 14 days it hasn't dispatched.Almost from last one and half month my mobile is in service center. I have requested them to change my model if they have problems regarding z1 compact and I can also pay extra if needed for any upper set like z3 compact. Still no responce, only word is sorry next time you will get a new replacement for sure from past one and half month this next is still coming. This is the service of SONY XPERIA Z series. Brought it with almost 29k and from past 2 month its in service service center. So I am requesting to return my money or please take any necessary step.               Hi, I have raised 4 service request for a replacement panel of Sony Bravia LED TV- KLV-32 EX330. The first request #24574586 was addressed by Chaitaniya Electronics-Chinchwad, and the Replacement Panel was of Bad Quality ( Picture quality was bad, Many standard features were not active/accessible ), So I had rejected the replacement and requested for the authentic/original quality replacement. Had also request for the total cost estimate and an Identification process for the Originality of the replacement product. Even tried the Toll-Free number, but in vain. I am not claiming the replacement under warranty, but ready to pay the right amount for an Original panel replacement for my LED TV. But its seems like no one cares. Never before had problems with any of the prior Sony Products be it the Walkman, PSP, PS3, Sony Xperia, I guess things are now changing at Sony . So hereon NO SONY-STOP buying anything coming out of SONY. No Regards/Respect For SONY anymore, Vikram.

                I HAVE PURCHASED THE SONY LED TV 42 INCH KDL42W700B ON 20TH MARCH 2015 FROM SONY CENTER (VALUABLE ELECTRONICS NASHIK ROAD). WITHIN 20 DAYS FROM PURCHASING THE TV IT HAD SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING ON 10/04/15 THE LED PANEL COMPLETLY TURNED INTO WHITE SCREEN AND HORIZONTAL BLACK AND WHITE LINE STARTED APPEARING ON THE SCREEN(NO VISUALS). I LOGED COMPLAINT ON 11/04/15 AT RELIABLE CARE, DWARKA, NASHIK(AUTHORISED SONY SERVICE CENTER). ENGINEER VISITED THE SAME DAY AND TOLD US THAT LED PANEL HAS PROBLEM AND IT WILL TAKE APPROX 3-4 DAYS TO ARRANGE THE SAME. I CALLED THEM AGAIN ON 18/04/2015 AND HE TOLD ME THAT THE ORDER FOR LED PANEL REPLACEMENT IS STILL IN WAITING. HE TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE FEW MORE DAYS TO GET THE PANNEL.AND ITITS ALREADY BEEN 10 DAYS PASSED FROM THE DATE OF COMPLAINT AND DID NOT GET ANY KIND OF FOLLOW REGARDING THE COMPLAINT FROM THE SERVICE CENTER OR THE SHOWROOM. THE AMOUNT OF FRUSTRATION AND ANGER IS AT PAR WITH THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE FROM SONY INDIA BUT THE QUESTION IS WHY I SHOULD GET THE PANEL REPLACED IN A NEW TV. I WANT THE REPLACEMENT FOR THE NEW ONE. WE ARE CLOSELY FOLLOWING THE THINGS AND READY TO LODGE COMPLAINT IN THE CONSUMER FORUM IF THE PROBLEM WAS NOT RESOLVED WITH THE NEW REPLACEMENT.

                  in dec 7 2014 i buy sony z ultra slim phone in march i had phone in my pocket in phone cover i was driving the car there a cal to pick when i open the case touch is not working then i restart the phone same problem then i check there is a minor crack on screen upper portion near speaker and touch is not working and the crack is getting more so i went to service centre for the problem they check all the phone they also get agree that there is no sign of any accident or breakage with the phone they only said sir we cant replace the screen its not in guarantee but i[censored] give us rs 10500 more we get ur phone exchanged and get re furnished phone from the company ...y should i have tom pay them 10500 i had also check on net its the major problem in that handset and company has repaired some handsets free of costs . so i take my phone back and want full justice ..

                    We are facing this Issue since mid of February 2015. The representative [Javed-[protected]] of SONY Service Center in Santacruz has all the detailed information. The monitor's display goes off in about 15mins or so after switching on the Computer. The System remains on but the display goes off. We have been approaching you all since quite a long time. I would rather request you to send a engineer n get the issue solved or give us a replacement. I was said that the problem is in our switch board socket so need to check it by an electrician. I changed the whole switch board but still the problem is the same. I am not at all satisfied with the Service you give nor the Product its just been 7 to 8 months from the time of purchase. Kindly look into the matter as that Computer is of no use and just occupying space in my office. Kindly understand the urgency of the matter and do the needful. Regards.

                      My Xperia M2 (D2302) has stopped working for the THIRD time within the warranty period. After repeated telling the service center to replace the set, it has not been done. My phone is currently at the Sony Service Center, F1 Info Solutions Pvt Ltd. 206, 2nd floor F-block, competent House, Middle Circle, Cannought Place, Delhi-110002. My Ticket Id is [protected] and Job Number is W[protected]. This is atrocious! Do you think I have no other job in the world but to keep getting my phone repaired and loose all phone data in the process. And once the warranty period gets over, then what? I am never recommending a Sony phone to anyone and nor will I do the same mistake ever again. Highly Unsatisfied. I urge you to look into this matter and replace my phone asap and not return me the same phone again!

                        My Xperia Z1 mobile screen is cracked. just after taking from Jean. Immediately i went to service center within an hour. They told me that single crack or whatever if it cracks warranty won't come. I explained to sony service center, " I kept in jeans pocket & after removing, i found one crack on my Xperia Z1 and there is no damage on the scratch card". They replied that it is physical damage & it won't cover in warranty. I used my Sony Xperia Z1 just for 6 months & after that it has happened. I am totally disappointed why i Purchased SONY.

                          Dear Team, My self Mayur Saraiya from Surat, Gujarat and I have purchased Sony Xperia Z Ultra from an authorised Sony dealer (Tech One Enterprise, Surat, Gujarat, India) on 17th Feb.'2015. I have hardly used this phone for 2 months. One day (on 10th April'15) I show hair line types of scratches on my screen and my screen becomes unresponsive. I would like to tell you that neither my cell phone had damage nor it was fall accidentally since the time I purchased my handset. This was clearly a self scratch on handset..!!! Yes... Self Scratch..!! But I didn't have any proofs to prove them. I visit the shop (11th April'15 at evening and then 13th April'15) and then the service center for to claim warranty. The service center people ask me that it is damage one and it doesn't falls under warranty and you have to pay us 50% to replace this handset with a new piece as its a non-repairable, I didn't had any Idea that this handset is non-repairable. I have submitted my handset to replace with new one and they are telling me that I will have to pay some[protected], as it won't come under warranty. Since I have not broke it, and it has been broke it self only may be due to quality of screen of the phone. My JOB SHEET No is. W[protected] It is quite huge amount for a people who hardly earn 12000 per month and bought a phone on EMI just as he thought to use for a longer period of time. Now when I searched on google " xperia z ultra screen scratch so fragile" for the solution, I have came to know that this Z series of phone has a self scratch problem universally. They have replaced some phone in abroad. So why can not they replace me a new handset since its 2 months old and also not damage from my side? I would request you to help me for the same and consider my claim under warranty so that I can get a new piece in replace like they did in past with some of the customer.                             I have purchased a TV KDL-40EX650 and it got malfunction in a year, I reported the issue with Sony and they said your TV need a service and the motherboard need to be changed and they charged me in Indian rupees 10 thousand for it. So my story is that after they repaired my TV and within 6 months it again got malfunctions and I again call the Sony and this time they said your TV will need service and they quote me Indian rupees 21 thousand to get repaired can you believe that. I am very sorry to say that sony product are very expensive but this type of faulty product will certainly damage its image for me.                               SONY aims at brand strategy of "make believe" and it seems like the company is making people believe the wrong information posted on their official website http://www.sony.co.in/. If a user tries to search a service centre in Patna it shows a list of authorized service centre IT & LAPTOP CARE SERVICE 1ST FLOOR SAMRIDDHI COMMERCIAL COMPLEX CENTER SP VERMA ROAD PATNA BIHAR - 800001 T:[protected]/21 But in reality this service centre does not exists in reality. At a stage of internet revolution and SONY claiming to be the top most brands in the electronics goods this seems to be a very bad influence on the customers. These small instances prove to be the downfall of the brand developed And as a regular customer of SONY this really hurts as because of the laziness or the ignorance at the company's end the people who really suffer are the Customers whom the company aims to work for. There by I request to please rectify these. And update the information on the website A follow at the service centre end in case of relocation etc. Hoping this is never repeated again in future.                                 I had purchased a waterproof Sony Mobile. Had taken it in water for less than half an hour. still the phone crashed. I submitted the phone in the service centre where they told me it's litmus paper has turned red which means the phone is water damaged. In spite of being a waterproof phone the company claimed it to be water damaged and sent it for repairing where the cost shall be borne by me. Still i agreed and sent it for repairing. The phone costed me 24000 and the company gave me a repairing budget of 23000, which I rejected on the 3rd April. The company had a policy of returning the handset within 8 days. Till date I have not received any call or mail regarding my phone and have not received the same.

                                  Dear Sir, I have purchased Sony LED KLV24P412B 8180258 from SATHYA agencies P Ltd, Perungudi, Chennai. I have raised complaint with Sony Customer care on 03.04.2015, Complaint no 24785878, engineer visited on 06.04.2015, checked the TV and stating that it requires to change the panel. After that no one visited and repaired my TV till now. After several follow up with customer care, no use and more over customer care executive Mr Trishal having no responsibility on customer requirements. Unnecessarily i am paying monthly rental of Tata sky without using the network services. Since we are facing mental agony with Sony service centres and we are facing huge problem. I hope some one from consumer forum will take action on Sony management. Product is having warranty.                                     Dear Sir I would like to inform you that 2 days back i have lodged a complaint through customer care dept of Sony Vide complaint no[protected] on dated 14/04/15 at about 10 am, and they told me that within 48 working hour's they resolved my problem. Today morning i have received a sms from sony that they were assigned my complaint to HAPPY CARE SERVICES, BHUBANESWAR PHONE NO[protected], but since long i am trying to contact over the phone no but it told me that same No is switch off. So I strongly object for false commitment from a reputed company like Sony, so i think it is purely deficiency of service nothing else. BRAMHANANDA PUJARI CELL NO-[protected] CPMPLAINT NO[protected]

                                      I lost my insturment XPERIA E1 today(16April2015) in the 08.30hrs holding the mobile no [protected]. I already blocked my mobile no. I want to block my instrument in the same manner. In this request I spoken to your CSC person they told we are not able to block the instrument hence your GPRS is not activated. I am having the IMEI No; 1:[protected] and 2:[protected]. With the same there is another bar code no.[protected]. And the S/N:WUJ019A9W8.
