Hi, I have bough a Sony xperia C3 handset from Reliance digital (Shipra Mall Indrapuram) Ghaziabad. After purchasing the same Reliance/sony promoters told me that they will transfer all my data from my old phone to new phone. As i was using a normal sim in my old phone so they have cut that sim to micro sim. But that was not done properly which leads to improper sim card size. They inserted that wrongly cut sim card into the device due to which sim card tray was damaged. Then they asked me to get the sim card swapped from the operator and told me that it will work fine. After getting the sim swapped problem remains same. I again Visited Reliance digital for the same problem and they ask me to visit Sony Service centre as it was within 7 days of time. Today I got an update that it will not be treated under warranty and I have to pay for the repair. My question is am i a fool who invested Rs 21000 to use a Sony handset. It was a pure mistake of Reliance Digital for which i am getting suffered. I have paid for a product which I am not able to use. Your quick response will be highly appreciated.

    The Television Set Model NO. 482B SONY BRAVIA, was purchased from PATNA, SONY CENTRE, BIHAR, on dated 9th. November 2014.It was running two months before it gone out of order of its picture tube. Soon after I lodged complain to customer care.As the set was in GAURANTEE period, they had replaced the picture tube in the month of feb-15. Again the set has gone out of order. Now the company is not taking care instead of repeated complain. Kindly arrange for the replacement of the particular set.

      Hi, I have a LED TV from Sony, model - KDL-46HX750. From the time of purchase the TV used to get off and stand by LED used to blink 5 times repeatedly. Last year the technician came and replaced the LED panel saying that there is issue with the panel. Now again yesterday i.e, 14th of Apr 2015, the same problem has started occurring. The stand by LED is blinking 5 times and TV is not turning on. Again I have contacted the technician and got the reply that he will check and revert. I am not able to understand that why this problem is occurring, and even after the rectification done by the service team same problem is occurring again and again. Now I am getting a feeling that have I made a mistake by selecting a product from Sony. Further it’s more disappointment that not body is there to escalate the problem to Sony.         Dear Sir, i purchased Sony z2 on dated[protected] and after two days this mobile dead.. i reached care centre on dated[protected] and they checked it and gave me DOA certificate (DOA Number - D[protected] on dated[protected].. But now after 11 days passed but no response from your side.. Please give me answer... i want to give my money back otherwise i complaining in consumer court today.. After that they will help me..         I purchased Sony C3 on[protected] and after one day this mobile shows charging sign without charger plugged in. I reached Sony care center on[protected], they checked it and kept it with them and gave me DOA certificate (DOA Number - D[protected] on[protected]. It has been 27 days and i get no response from your side and i feel that this is not the way to deal with customers. I have been struggling so much to contact with you people.Please make sure that i get the response asap and i want a call back from your side([protected]). I want my money back.

          We purchased one Sony headset MDR ZX 300/n due to problem pursisting with that we gone to service center kurnool(A.P) after 25 days they replaced with another model which is of lower specifications XB 250 on the invoice they given that replaced with same model they tried to cheat us, how can we .We request them to replace with same model but they are again and again replacing with the other model

            Dear Team, It brings me ultimate pleasure to inform you that you all were yet successfully making one more fool of your customers.Its just sad to know that so called SONY which i assumed to be a better brand is nothing but just a cheap phone brand as good as chinese phones.How can your customer service is pathetic i mean pathetic is again not the word its just . Your customer service rep are just useless just like your phones.Coming to the topic.I purchased a Sony Xperia Z2 phone on 22nd Jan 2015 less than 3 months and phones get screwed and I get no warranty Why?Your biggest USP turns out to be the biggest disappointment Why? Your so called Water resistant phone is nothing but one of the worst ideas of marketing.I need to know how can your Phone which says is so called resistant phone gets spoil because of liquid damage even after reading and following all the instructions.What Happened?My phone fell in water and accidentally before it could sink i got hold of it and wiped it with dry cloth this happened on 11th evening and after wiping phone started functional i used for that complete day and the next day morning phone started acting weird i was shocked i thought it was a water resistant phone but no it was just a fake promise.What I did?I approached the customer service center Thane Eternity mall for support to my surprise I saw at least dozens of people in the service center with 2 dumb CSR sitting on the counter who themselves were looking clueless as i waited for almost an hour and saw not even a single customer went smiling so that says it all "SONY' I need not exaggerate on it about your world class pathetic customer service.I was addressed by one of the 2 CSR who just had good from one of the helpless customer but her attitude was amazing I mean credit should go to the TA team for hiring such potentially dumb people. As expected she couldn't do anything much just informed me its damaged and that so called liquid damage and its not covered under warranty and bla bla bla...I told her i need to speak to someone who can give me a solution and not . She made me wait for sometime and then came a guy who was "Raja Rao" or something who informed me he couldn't do much about the issue and asked me to speak to customer service team and gave me this no "[protected]". He informed me that there have been instances where as exception Line manager or head have approved such cases and I need to try mu luck with Customer service dept. I happened to call them so my call was answered by some one I don't remember his name he gave me all the possible jazz he could whats with the warranty and everything and i happened to tell him I had made all precautionary arrangement so on which he happened to ask me what do i want i told him i need a solution as i was promised that i had made a purchase of water resistant phone how it still got damaged so on which he said I will transfer it to my Senior and from here the worst of my experience start.I got connected to "Mr. Bharat Jethwani" so called L2 tech support executive and the worlds worst CSR i ever came across I am not sure what is the outcome of the email on my phone but you should seriously get rid of a**h**** like these a sheer of disappointment he never had answers for my question blamed me for everything and even went on to deny that he cannot transfer my phone to anyone and even disconnected i kept telling him i will screw you but he never cared WOWWWW such is your CSR team just no fear no caring nature for customers what bad can you think of i mean Shame on the entire team who asked me to speak to service center back again.I am at this point of time the most dissatisfied customer you can ever think of and just hating myself to buy SONY phone i mean when i sit back and think even if i had bought other phone also it would have given me the same issue for same problem. Why did i waste my money on such a piece of . I don't think why i should i not get my refund/replacement back for my phone if its not my fault and if i don't get it. I will not stop here...                   I bought a sony xperia Z3 Compact on 3.3.2015. About 2-3 weeks later one day it just suddenly went dead. I took it to the store I purchased it from and they took it to the service center where the software adn updated and the phone was returned to me in working condition. Again yesterday 12.4.2015 the phone went dead again suddenly, as I was looking at an app. It's quite unacceptable that a phone I paid Rs. 40, 000 for drops dead twice in 1.5 months. I looked online and apparently many people are facing this same problem with this model. I would like to get the handset replaced, and not just a software update where it will break agin in 2 weeks. Hope to hear back from you ASAP.

                    We have brought a new 40” LED Sony TV E65 Series on April, 2012 for Rs.60, 000/- from Cochin, Kerala and during February 2015 on starting TV shows red colour images and lines and we called Service People and they said reason for this Will be display panel damage and since guarantee finished we have to pay around Rs. 18000/-. We are shocked that Just after 2 and ½ years, we have to pay almost 40% of the purchase cost . Then I called Madonna Service Centre Vytilla, cochin Kerala[protected]and the Service Head mentioned that just bring the TV to our service Centre and we will try to correct, first he said amount will be 5000/- and then he said if okay it will cost only Rs.850/-. We feel relaxed and given TV with them on 1st April, 2015 . But 3-4 days later we got a call from Madona Service Centre that Display gone completely and we have to pay Rs. 21650/ for changing the Display We believed on Sony brand and purchased such costly to and now felt so disappointed . I know this is some manufacturing defect from Sony and Please provide us solution to such problem and either replace the panel or tv without costing us any amount since Sony is a very reputed brand...                       i have brought sony xperia z ultra c6802 . and i have gone to the sony service centre he didn't check my phone and saying that give me 15000 then he will repair it. sir how can i give him 15000 thosuand my phone is in warranty period . my phone was fallen into the bucket . you no na that z series are waterproof . then why it is difficult to repair my phone . you are showing advertise that the phone is waterproof now wahat happened. sir i beg you plz help me.

                        To whomsoever it may concern, I Arijit Chakrabarty a loyal customer of your company, bought a SONY DSC H-300(Semi-SLR camera) on 15/12/2014, for Rs14, 300;from Khosla Electronics(located at Madhyamgram in Kolkata), and; after a couple of months I have started facing a problem of a black mark arriving diagonally on my camera LCD screen and; causing an obnoxious disturbance on my photo snapping.With great remorse I would like to mention that within a short tenure o[censored]sage( 2 months) the camera has started providing the consumer with severe faults, I bought the camera keeping in my mind the goodwill of the products manufactured by SONY, but now I am regretting on my decision for not going for other brands.After making queries from the shop(Khosla Electronics, 116 Sodepur Road, Madhyamgram, Pushpa Market, Kolkata-700129) from where I bought the camera, I came to know the same problem arising in the other SONY SEMI-SLR camera models.Now being a registered photographer of KOLKATA SNAPPERS CLUB and; VIEW BUG PHOTO COMMUNITY(www.viewbug.com) I would like to think twice before buying and; recommending SONY SEMI-SLRS and; DSLRs to others.I hope I would get a speedy response to my problem, and; the company will able to retain its faith on its customers.And enclosed the attachment of my problem here with.                           i purchased a Sony Vaio E series in september 2012, recently screen stared getting white sometimes with black vertical lines i went to sony service centre at haridwar @ Tirupati Entreprises they said that the connector cable was damaged i replaced that wire for sum of Rs 4149(with bill and damaged part) ( out of warranty) but issue resurfaced i went again to the service centre only to hear that motherboard got damaged and total cost will be around Rs12000 it doesn't end here 2 days after the engineer called me, gave me his personal number and said that he would replace the motherboard for[protected] but without giving me bill or the defected motherbord i mean he though working in sony service centre wanted to earn extra bucks by repairing my so called ' motherboard' at his home may be... highly disappointed with the service centre and personnel...

                            I brought a Sony Xperia Z2 may be 6 months back paying 49, 000 . I was using Samsung products all these while, but Sony being a well know brand I switched to Sony Xperia Z2. I am totally disappointed first by the not so user friendly screens and now by is complete shut down. As you advertise that it is waterproof, I washed it with simple plain water .To my amusement the screen went blind. I being worried I rushed to your authorized center at Udupi and on the way it dropped and the display glass broke. The estimated cost of repair is Rs.21, 000 which I declined as we get better performing phones in the market for this cost. The concern here are two, First you advertise and market it as waterproof phone and second you also mention that the display glass will be replaced free of cost.I have a warranty certificate and if required I can scan it and send it to you. I want to hear from you about this as the earliest or I may have to take some legal opinion for this from my lawyers and proceed. Hope you will do the needful at the earliest .                               Hello, My Ticket ID- [protected] Job No- W[protected] I purchased my handset on 17th Dec 2014. On 5th April 2015 (Approx. 4 months from purchase) my phone Screen cracked and stop responding. It is not an intentional or accidental damage, I just put phone on my desk and switch off the ac and came after 1 hr and found my phone screen cracked may be because temperature difference or other manufacturing defect, it was really shocking for me to see this. I quickly submitted my phone at Sony Authorized service center (ADVANCE ELECTRONICS, Gurgaon) on 5th April 2015, the Sony Xperia Z3 Compact is flagship, As Z3C is the most premium and expensive handset and I spent almost 50k and its just 3, 4 months old phone now Service center provided me estimate of 8800 Rs when my handset is under warranty. Hello Team Please help me in getting my phone repaired under warranty Initially on last Sunday when I submitted my phone to service center for screen damage (self cracked) and your customer care assured me of taking my case under special category and repaired it under warranty as its not an accidental or intentional (as there is not a single damage mark on phone) but today(12th April 2015) service center(Advance electronics, Gurgaon) provided me a estimate of around 8800 Rs Why i will pay 8800 more since its just 3 months I purchased this phone and paid almost 45000 rs, this is impossible for me to pay more on this phone in just 3 months and that too phone is under warranty. Today again for 3rd time I talked to your Sony customer care and after explaining my case to senior executives (Dhiraj Jhamnani) he said we need 48 hrs more to escalate your case to our Sr management and then we will get back to you and will do our best to consider your phone under warranty. Also Service center refused to provided any standby product although my phone is in warranty, I must say I'm really displeased and disgusted with the treatment I'm receiving as a customer for having trusted Sony with my money for its flagship handset Now I'm requesting a service of my Sony Z3 Compact under warranty and help me to get standby phone Regards Yogendra Solanki [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                                Sub: Manufacturing Defect in the mobile (EMI no [protected]) Undersigned purchased SONY XPERIA T3 mobile on date 25.01.2015 from “Star Mobitel Ltd”. Add:- G-26, South Extension, Part -I New Delhi 110049. This mobile has manufacturing defect as it get heated during using Camera. After sometime, Camera shutdown automatically”. Also, during video recording, the same defect is also experienced. When visited to your service centre " F1 info solutions and services Pvt Ltd." on 26.03.15. Service Engineer ”Md. Vaseem” refuse to repair initially. But when I demonstrate defect in the Service Center then he submitted my mobile and told me that he will send this mobile to HQ. But he didn’t do so and close my Job on same date i.e. on 26.03.15. But he didn’t return my mobile to me by evening. He returned to me on 30.03.2015. After that, I contact customer care on[protected] and complain about this. Then I visited to “Immortal Services” on 02.04.2015 they tried to repair but could not rectify the fault. Then they Submitted again my mobile on 05.04.2015 without a job no. They returned me on date 07.04.2015 without repairing. Then I call to customer are and log complain. Then I again submit my mobile against the Ticket ID created by Customer care representative. Keeping in view of the above, it is required to issue necessary instructions to concerned person or provide me a new mobile otherwise I shall opt the court within a week..                                   I bought a sony xperia Z3 (IMEI- [protected]) on 25/12/2014 from The Phone Store Koramangala Bangalore and within two weeks the phone started acting weirdly and the screen stopped working and then after giving it to service centre they changed some four parts of the phone including the screen and then again after one and half month the screen is acting weirdly. The notification bar is not working properly and the screen automatically opens random apps. After submitting to the service centre the problem is still persisting. It is evident from these facts that I have been cheated and have given a faulty handset.

                                  Hello Bro Even same issue now i'm facing 27 march 2015 i bought Z3 screen was hanged up i gave to service no response from. Is sony is not replacing with new Z3?? This is weird!

ENGINEAR VISITED 2-3 DAYS LATER AND TOLD US THAT THE ADAPTAR IS NOT WORKING AND IT WILL TAKE APPROX 3-4 DAYS TO ARRANGE THE SAME. AFTER APPROX 5 DAYS ENGINEAR VISITED WITH THE ADATPTOR BUT THIS TIME HE REALISED THAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE PANNEL TOO AND HE TOLD US IT WILL TAKE FEW MORE WEEKS TO GET THE PANNEL. BUT THE QUESTION IS WHY I SHOULD GET THE PANNE REPLACED IN A NEW TV. I WANT THE REPLACEMENT FOR THE NEW ONE. WE ARE CLOSELY FOLLOWING THE THINGS AND READY TO LODGE COMPLAINT IN THE CONSUMER FORUM IF THE PROBLEM WAS NOT RESOLVED WITH THE NEW REPLACEMENT.

                                      I HAVE PURCHASED THE SONY LED TV 40 INCH KLV40R842B ON 20TH OCT 2014. HARDLY FEW MONTHS HAVE PASSED WHEN SUDDENLY TV HAD STOPPED WORKING ON 25/03/15. CONPLAINT WAS LOGED ON 28/03/15 AT TIRUPATI ENTERPRISES, HARIDWAR WITH REQUEST ID NO 24667473.                                         WE HAVE PURCHASED SONY BRAVIA TV 26 INCH ON 09.09.2009. ON 28TH MARCH, 2015 MY TV STOPPED WORKING.WE HAD MADE COMPLAINT TO SONY TOLL FREE NUMBER, ONE MECHANIC CAME ON 30.03.2015 & TOOK THE MOTHER BOARD OF THE TV BY POINTING OUT THAT THIS PART IS DAMAGED & THEY WILL SEND IT FOR REPAIR & IF IT IS NOT REPAIRABLE THEN THE PART SHOULD BE REPLACED WITH COST OF THAT.AFTER 10 DAYS OF FOLLOW UP AND COUNTLESS NUMBER OF MISCOMMUNICATIONS FROM THEIR SIDE WE WERE INFORMED THE PART COULD NOT BE REPAIRED AND THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE. BEING READY TO DO SO WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE CONCERNED PART WAS UNAVAILABLE NATION WIDE WHEN IT IS THE DUTY OF THE COMPANY TO KEEP AN AVAILABLE PART FOR 11 YEARS AS PER CONSUMER RIGHTS FORUM. WE WERE THEN GIVEN AN OPTION OF PURCHASING A NEW TV WITH 25% DISCOUNT BUT WHY SHOULD WE BEAR THE ADDITIONAL 75% COST WHEN IT IS THE COMPANY'S RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP SPARE PART AVAILABLE .
