Hello Sir/Madam, I purchased HT IV300 on[protected] from Shree Parshwanath Enterprise, Vadodara, Gujarat. My invoice number is KB-1343. But coming a problem of NFC, Screen Mirroring, and Voice after one month. I did complain via online for this issue, Request id was 24392197 on[protected]. A Technician came after 2 days and check the problem and he agreed with me but my problem was not solve and told me that I forward your complain other technician. Other technician came on[protected] and again he did same work, but my problem was not solve, he told me that I forward your complain to my manager. I doing lots of call to technician but he do not gave me satisfied answer. So I request you that please help me to replace my home theatre as well very soon. I bought without seeing the product bq I believed..."it's Sony". Sorry...Sony...Sorry for HT-IV300. 100% confused remote, Over bass, No sound clarity like named as sony. In the market lots o[censored]nder budget product is there that is better then Sony IV-300. I perched bq of phycologically motivated by named sony. If any body needs purity of sound go with Yamaha or Pioneer what will be the Best and perceive label of value. Don't go with Sony iv-300.

    I visited Sony service centre in Jammu for my mobile Sony experia which I had purchased two months back. Your service centre people are not responsive as I had to go several time to get it repaired as they did not repaired it. I own an apple too but their service is excellent.

      Dear Sir I (Vimal) have purchased a SONY VAIO laptop from HOT showroom ( Upper ground floor, Nehru place metro station) on date 11.05.14 Bill Name- Sanjay C/O- Vimal Garg. I paid Rs. 1000 for the extended warranty of 2 years. But till date I haven't received any warranty or any satisfactory comment from them after visiting the store a number of times and a regular follow up on phone. Now they are telling that sony has stopped making laptops and they cannot solve my problem. Since last 11 months they are neglecting me. I have mailed them also but they are not replying to my mails.         I purchased Sony LED TV 42 KDL-42EX410 on October 20, 2011. From last 4-5 days the screen is showing White lines and also not clear . I called at Sony customer care no. & an engineer visited and he told that the panel is damaged and need to be replaced.the cost of panel is Rs.21750 which is very high. We believed on Sony brand and purchased such costly to and now felt so disappointed .The engineer also informed that this model panel is not available.Please provide us solution to such problem and either replace the panel or tv without costing us much amount since Sony is a very reputed brand so consider my request. Thank you

        I bought led tv model no klv 32r 422
        Serial no 4350595 on 6may 2014.there were black spots on led .I called to Sony customer care. My complain got registered. I was told an engineer will visit my place . finally one came and told that He will write to company and will revert for further action. Unfortunately there was no response, I kept chasing and finally got to know that company will replace led panel. After 3-4 days engineer came .. And guess what the new led panel had same problem So again i need to wait for the another one to come. At last today 20th April, 15 engineer came with new one. I kept my figure crossed, but this was horrible than you can think this time led panel was completely broken.
        Now again i need to wait for another day when SONY people will come with another surprise.
        I am really disappointed to have such experience with Sony most trusted brand. What i seek from company is that at least they can take this faulty led and provide me with a fresh ONE. Because repairing led, there's no use

          It's a shame, SONY is providing such pathetic after sale services, my XPERIA SP suddenly stopped working today and is just vibrating 3 times when power button is pressed. After visiting the service center they are charging 10000 INR for the replacement of the motherboard. Please provide me a convincing reason why I should pay 10000 INR after paying 18000 INR for the damaged phone when its manufacturer's fault. I kindly request the concerned authorities to look upto the issue, because its not just my phone. All the SONY customers are switching loyalties because of the pathetic after sale services.             hii i am jawahar lal from faridabad haryana. i have submitted my sony mobile xperia z on dated 11/03/2014 at service centre nh-5 nit faridabad ragarding problem in my ear speaker.now they are not returning my mobile to me after a long period till today. now they have break my screen and said that it was the fault of the customer yet i have submitted my mobile in a good condition. i have paid rupees 25000/- to the company to [purchase the product. now they harassing me. i an using sony bravia, sony handycam, sony laptop and sony mobile in my house but your service break my faith on the company. Now i have decided not to purchase any product of this company in my life if the problem exist the same. i have called many times to the customer care but there is no improvement.Its almost a month has gone. So long period ...i cant understand. Who will purchase your products if you will make such harassment to the customers ? please solve my problem as early as possible.                 I have purchased a LED tv make sony india from M/S BAWA ENTERPRISES opposite gate no.2 RCF HALT, SULTANPUR ROAD, KAPURTHALA.There is a defect in tv remote, i have complaint about this on the same day when i purchased it, but from the date of complaint there is no replacement of the remote.

                  Hi, I had purchased a sony xperia z1 on April 2014. however water leaked into my phone and my phone became dead.if it's water proof then how could be it possible?still my phone is in warranty period?i have an accidental/damage warranty card with me.but when i showed in sony service centre, they ask me to pay 50% of the price to exchange with a new one.if it's water resistant and i am having my accidental/damage warranty card then why should I pay 50%?

                    I have purchased a 32 inch LED TV (Model No - KLV32EX330) from your showroom E-Zone (Kakurgachi, Kolkata) dated 06.10.2012. Suddenly for last two days the picture are coming twice and colours are not coming properly. Then I have register a complain on 5th April 2015 in your toll free no (Comp No[protected]. Today one person visited my house checked all my bills along with the TV set, gave a written estimate and Rs. 200 service charge and said that the panel get problem or some defects and Rs. 11, 445 /- I have to pay for repair, then afterwards confirming form his office he said that the panel is not available. So I have to pay the amount to get replacement of this TV set. In this situation, I request you to replace my present TV set considering the repairing charge, as such a esteem company like SONY a set of LED TV should not be defective within Two and half years Please Help.                     Hi, did you receive any help from sony ?
                    I have registered a complain (Comp No[protected] to your customer care cell on 5ht of April 2015 regarding a complain occurred in my TV 32 inch LED TV (Model No - KLV32EX330) which was purchased from your showroom E-Zone (Kakurgachi, Kolkata) dated 06.10.2012.

                    Subsequently one person came from four service center on 8th April 2015, checked all the bill and TV set and told that the LCD panel become defective and for that i have to pay Rs. 11, 445 /- but afterwards confirm that the said parts is not available of the said model, so it will be replaced by Sony any showroom. Accordingly I agreed.

                    Afterwards he called me and asked me to pay me Rs. 11, 445 /- as advance money for ordering the said parts, which I completely un-agreed.

                    Subsequently I complained on your customer care dated 8th April 2015. But after 5 days nobody called me or mailed me regarding this problem, so I am feeling helpless.

                    I request you to replace the product as a a company like Sony (probably the Best Company) product like LED should not be damaged within Two and half years.

                    Please response immediately. I am looking forward for your kind help.

                      Hi, I had purchased Sony Z Ultra smartphone 2 months back and now I see a hair line crack on its own. I went to the service center and there they said that this physical damage which I disagree. There are several complaints registered online regarding the same issue. I am looking forward to Sony India to replace the screen as it is still under warranty. I trust this brand and now it's your turn to prove it.

                            I bought xperia C in june. In november I faced some problem that it stop showing its display some times until its battery fully discharged i.e. my device does not work for 1-2 days. I visited care and submitted my device for a day but they said they did not face this problem so they can't do anything.Actually this happens once or twice in a month.So, staff at care is saying they can't do anything in this.Please understand my problem and provide me help asap.I am facing this problem from last 5 months .Its your responsibility to satisfy your customers .

                              I am staying at Jaydurga Nagar, Cuttack Road, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.Two months back I called Mr. Pattanaik (whose contact no. was with me) to repair my Sony 29'' CRT TV . He replaced its EST & took Rs.2700/ - as payment. But after one day the TV was again out of order. We have contacted Mr. Pattanaik not less than 50 times on phone for giving us the solution but he is not coming . So I decided to write this mail .                                 There is a issue going on with my television set a green line is reflecting in the screen your technician came and said that going to disconnect the set will take with them, why all this kind of harassment .You will going to do a post mortem with my set will give back in what condition that only Gods knows...                                   To whoever it may concern I bought a Sony xperia Z ultra handset on 24/11/2014 with a warranty period upto 24/11/2015. Today(06/04/2015) while travelling to my office when I took out my phone from my pocket I was shocked to see that there were some cracks on the surface of the glass(Not in LCD, only glass) without any simple physical contact with any hard thing even and the touchpad of the phone was not working but display was coming properly.Fine, I went to the closest service center(RashBehari, Kolkata) this afternoon and told everything, and within 2 minutes they concluded to me that this is a non repairable handset and they offered me a 20% discount if I buy another sony mobile from them in return of this handset, although I had almost 7 months of warranty still remaining. I mean why the hell I will buy another handset from a company which is potentially stealing my 22, 000 Rupees . They told that this is a physical damage and they don’t support physical damage. I asked them please show a sign of physical damage, but they could’t and they even couldn’t tell me why this handset comes under Non-repairable clause. You people think that every customer is fool, but actually they are not because I have read multiple complaints of Xperia z, z1 etc same as mine over various blogs in internet. They have faced the same issue.I mean how do you guys sell a phone telling it has got shatter free/gorilla glass or whatever.Your product is even more fragile than the local company handsets, I must say that they even last long.I know these words will not affect you guys much, and you will just don’t bother to read it even so I am writing my below words in bold:- Neither will buy any sony product in my whole life and nor will I let my friends/relatives/anyone I know buy it.I have mailed this to your India address and I will write this same story over several blogs over internet so that I can take down your sales atleast by 0.[protected]% also if it is possible.Nice to use it.

                                  I am also facing same thing. i am ready to bear charges if they repair my same phone but at anycost i am not going to pay for new discounted phone.

                                  has anybody tried going to consumer court for this

                                    Visited Sony authorized service center dealer M/s. Vaibhav Enterprises Opp. to Cyber towers, Cyber Heights, Hyderabad on 24.03.2015 for repairing my sony Bravia LCD tv, handed over the TV to Sony authorized dealer on the same day and asked their representative to do the repairing as early as possible. they have communicated that Mother Board has failed and it will take 2-3days to reach Hyderabad. As of now that 2-3days has not come and they are not in a position to tell that when i will get my TV back. As of now not even received any phone calls from Sony authorized service dealer, i was calling Sony dealer representative and i have to wait for 7-8minutes on line to get connected to the concern person. Hope you will take necessary action in this regard and sort out the issue immediately. I have attached the job sheet given by Sony Authorized dealer representative for your ready reference.

I took sony z3 6 months back...first time I got display.problem...I went to service centre they gave me new mobile...after 15 days again display gone...again I went to service centre they rectified my prblem.now I got camera prblem.. Wat can I do.

                                        Dear Sir/Mam, We had given our Sony Experia Z1 for repairs under warranty. We had reported that the handset has got rust all around the screen. The handset was kept with them for 10 days and they reverted with denying of providing any replacement of the same. When we were to receive the handset, we observed that the handset was physically damaged from the side of the screen and we immediately brought into their notice. They promised to revert by the end of the day on the issue, however, they reverted by denying that this was damaged by them and this was pre-existing. If it was a damaged piece, the same would have been mentioned on the service advice note which they prepare at the time of accepting the handset..the same has no mention about any damage or any scratch on the handset. Further, when we contacted your help line they took another 10 days and your service agent Mr. Mukesh reverted by saying the following: 1) The service center has denied damaging the handset or carrying out any repairs 2) The rust problem can't be covered under warranty as there could be liquid spillage due to which the rust has occurred around the screen. This is a waterproof phone, by the way, and there are no traces of any liquid spillage. Request your intervention in the matter and help us get the issue resolved at the earliest as this is been pending for more than 2 months now.
