Visited Sony authorized service center dealer M/s. Vaibhav Enterprises Opp. to Cyber towers, Cyber Heights, Hyderabad on 24.03.2015 for repairing my sony Bravia LCD tv, handed over the TV to Sony authorized dealer on the same day and asked their representative to do the repairing as early as possible. they have communicated that Mother Board has failed and it will take 2-3days to reach Hyderabad. As of now that 2-3days has not come and they are not in a position to tell that when i will get my TV back. As of now not even received any phone calls from Sony authorized service dealer, i was calling Sony dealer representative and i have to wait for 7-8minutes on line to get connected to the concern person. Hope you will take necessary action in this regard and sort out the issue immediately. I have attached the job sheet given by Sony Authorized dealer representative for your ready reference.

    Hi sir...this is harsha from kakinada.. I took sony z3 6 months back...first time I got display.problem...I went to service centre they gave me new mobile...after 15 days again display gone...again I went to service centre they rectified my prblem.now I got camera prblem.. Wat can I do.

      Dear Sir/Mam, We had given our Sony Experia Z1 for repairs under warranty. We had reported that the handset has got rust all around the screen. The handset was kept with them for 10 days and they reverted with denying of providing any replacement of the same. When we were to receive the handset, we observed that the handset was physically damaged from the side of the screen and we immediately brought into their notice. They promised to revert by the end of the day on the issue, however, they reverted by denying that this was damaged by them and this was pre-existing. If it was a damaged piece, the same would have been mentioned on the service advice note which they prepare at the time of accepting the handset..the same has no mention about any damage or any scratch on the handset. Further, when we contacted your help line they took another 10 days and your service agent Mr. Mukesh reverted by saying the following: 1) The service center has denied damaging the handset or carrying out any repairs 2) The rust problem can't be covered under warranty as there could be liquid spillage due to which the rust has occurred around the screen. This is a waterproof phone, by the way, and there are no traces of any liquid spillage. Request your intervention in the matter and help us get the issue resolved at the earliest as this is been pending for more than 2 months now.

        I have purchased sony VAIO laptop : Product Name - VPCYA17GG, serial no.[protected], service Tag - C90040V3 . From last 3 yrs I have been suffering from its Left Hinge getting loose, now sometime battery is detected & sometime don't. Further because of defective piece now it also not getting started often & b'use of the same its WINDOWS PROFESSIONAL is also getting corrupted often.           Respected Sir, Sir, i had bought my Xperia Z2 D6502 having IMEI No: [protected] & the warranty time of my device is upto 28/07/2015 as shown in the attached screen shot. Now, due to some mishappening the display of my phone got damaged completely. After this i had visit Sony Authorised Service Center in Rohtak to get the information regarding the same. The executives available at service center told me that your device cannot be repaired under warranty conditions & i have to pay approx 16-18 thousand Rs to repair the same. At the time of purchasing this phone its cost was Rs 49500/- therefore i am sending a soft copy of the invoice bill also. Also at present my financial conditions also didn't allow me to pay this amount for this repairing.Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into this matter and help me in resolving the same.           Respected All,

          With reference to the above complaint i had received a call from the concerned department of Sony India on 5th April 2015 (Sunday). The executive had told me about the complaint that your damaged phone cannot be repaired FOC under warranty terms & conditions. But, unfortunately the info given by the executive of the concerned department was totally unsubstantial. As per info given by the executive Sony India Pvt Ltd had discontinued the ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WARRANTY from the date 1st of June 2014, instead of this, while checking the same via Sony India official website the terms and conditions of Sony India ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WARRANTY was totally different i.e Sony India Pvt Ltd had discontinued this service affecting from 1st of July 2014 instead of 1st June 2014 which actually matches with the purchasing date of this phone i.e. 1st July 2014. (Attached is the screen shot for the same).

          Also, i had not received any written email reply from the concerned department for the information that was given by the executive of concerned department (i.e. Sony India).


          You are therefore requested to kindly look into this matter and also suggest me what can i do under these circumstances to get a proper resolution.

            Hi Sir/Ma'am This is to inform you that I have been using Sony Vaio E series.Sometime back it started giving me problem.The problem was that after switching on the Laptop the power button was illuminated but the screen would not come up sometime.Supply was there in the system but the screen would be blank. Then I took this to Authorised sony center "ADVANCE ELECTRONICS" Sushant Lok I, Sector 43, Gurgaon, Haryana 122003.There I showed them the problem while demonstrating the problem at the care center the laptop worked perfectly fine for once but they took the laptop and kept it for two days for diagnosis and took service charges from me. After two days the technician told me that RAM and hard disk both have to be replaced as they both have crashed and it would cost me Rs 20000.they also told me that data will not be recovered . But I gave that laptop to some other service center and it was repaired as there was only a small fault with the supply and RAM and HARD DISK were in working condition and no data was lost and it did not cost me much only Rs3000. I am very much disappointed by the people of your so called Authorised service center as they believe more in money making than in service to the customer. I had very much bad experience when i gave my Sony Xperia for small repair at the same center. I want you to look into the matter on a serious note as it will not benefit your loyal customers.               I have given my Sony Xperia Z Ultra hand set (recently purchased) for service on 21.02.15 to the authorised SONY service centre in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The Job no. W[protected] is given in the regards. Now even after 42 days, the mobile is not delivered to me after service. I have contacted the service centre as well as the toll free no. several times. But I regret to inform that no proper response or reply was given, and nobody gives specific date to deliver the set. Let me know what is happening in your company. If set is not rectified so far, you have to replace a new hand set. I never expected such a worst service from SONY. It is shocking to me that your company is least bothered about customer care. HOPE, ATLEAST NOW YOU WILL RESPOND AND TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AND ARRANGE FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY OF MY SET EITHER REPAIRED OR REPLACEMENT.

                Hi, This is a complaint against the service engineer for misconduct & misbehaviour. We had registered a complaint for malfunctioning of Sony LCD Model # KLV - 32BX300 SL - 24/8/04 directly at the service center of Sony India Pvt. Ltd. Service Center details: Sony India Pvt Ltd. Manjula Towers, ground floor, 32, Hazra Road, Kol - 29 Challan No. 4851 dated 3rd April 2015 The reason for complaint is : 1. The engineer reports at my residence without confirming over phone. Possibly he had called and my phone was busy the. Should not a second attempt be made? How come he lands up at my house yesterday at 4:45 in the afternoon without prior intimation? 2. His allegation was why was dust accumulated behind the LCD that was mounted. Is that a reason for the set to malfunction? Is it possible to clean the wall behind the set? On removal he asked for a cloth to clean. In spite of providing a clean duster he refused to remove the dust accumulated on the set. Seemed he was hesitant to use the duster probably was expecting we will give him an apparel to clean! On repeated request by my mother to remove the dust, your engineer argues with my mother! Raises allegation for the dust being gathered and questions her as to why is she asking him to clean? This is the kind of behaviour ? 3. Then we had a spare LCD placed on the cabinet so that viewing continues. My mother could not fix up the cable connection. So she requested the engineer to fix the wires with the set top box. Is that asking for too much? Seemed so because your engineer seemed quite annoyed! Whats happening??? This is just not acceptable. I have enclosed the challan copy. Please do take serious action against this man. This is unexpected and beyond tolerance! I have already registered a verbal complaint no.[protected] dated 4th April 2015.                   My name is sajan j baught sony xperia z2 on[protected] on the 2 day only am.having heating anand sesensor problem with the device the phe heatino and calling sensor not working if I calls to.some one the screen goes to sleep mode am not able to end the call the screen not getting on until the other person cut the call I went to sony service center in ongole they just ttake the device and make a software update and give it back they are not able to find what the problem please help me

This phone is giving an issues since morning.. it is not detecting my sim card nor getting vibrated.. when i had been to your customer care service at Lamington Road Mumbai they are saying me that your model and its software belons to some other country and we cannot solve your issue, if i m getting such a feed back from your service centers then why do you sell your phones online?? what should i do with this phone?? I want my phone perfect. i hope a positive response from you.

                              Hello Sir/Ma'am I bought a new Sony xperia Z3 mobile before four months. I faced an issue with motherboard after 1month. I gave it to the authorized service center which is Numeric Communication in Bangalore. They took 25days and returned the mobile. And now after 4 months it became dead and again I gave it to the same service center. I got the reply from them saying that warranty is void due to liquid intrusion and approximately they are charging Rs.19000 to fix the issue. I cannot able to bare the cost for fixing the mobile since there is no fault from my side. For your information I have already submitted a complaint in Consumer Complaint forum on 28 March 2015 and I got a reply saying that the complaint has been forwarded to Sony India customer service. I should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days. But its been more than 4days I dint receive any mails or calls. I am not getting proper reply for my mails from Sony Service Center. I called to the Sony customer care more than 50 times and lastly on 31/03/2015 regarding the issues and I mentioned that back panel was not fitted properly and manufacturing defect. Before submitting the device to the service center, it was seen and acknowledged by the technician who was there at that time. For confirmation I attached a photo proof also. Check under the customer complaint space in Service job sheet. There was no fault from my side for liquid intrusion in the device. So, I asked Sony to send me the details of the problems and how warranty is void via mail. When I spoke to the customer care last time they told that this issue has been taken to higher authority level since it has defective back panel issue and please wait for 24hrs for reply but I dint receive any mail or call as of now. I kindly request you to look forward the issue seriously and make them to pay back the amount incurred for me to buy the device since it is manufacturing defect in the back panel. Thnks Gowtham

And now after 4 months I tried capturing the image under water bucket since it is a water resistant mobile. After capturing the image it became dead and again I gave it to the same service center. I got the reply from them saying that warranty is void due to liquid intrusion and approximately they are charging Rs.19000 to fix the issue. I dont know how water went inside since it is water resistant. I cannot able to bare the cost for fixing the mobile since there is no fault from my side. I request to kindly look forward the issue and help me to get back the mobile or make them to pay back the cash incurred for me to buy the mobile.                                     all the apps not working properly like when i try to click snapshot from camera, it starts and close itself with clicking pictures and also keypad is not working when trying to type something in chatting or internet browsing. Also back touch key not working. So take necessary action as soon as you can.

From last few days a problem occurred in charging the mobile and also a problem in power switch (not get started). On 17-March-2015 I handed over my mobile in Sony Service center Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi for service/repair. On 21-March-2015 I got an SMS that my mobile has repaired. When I collect my mobile, I found new problem that network had not shown. I asked the same to representative, He told me that it take 2 more days for this new problem to solve. Today I make a call to service center about the status of my mobile, They confirmed me that mobile is ready and we can collect from them, When I reached to service center & asked for mobile, They replied me to wait for 5 minutes, After 15 min. again wait for 5 min. After one hour an engineer came out & ask me “what was the problem in my mobile” I shocked….they didn’t know the actual problem even they had not checked the mobile from last 2 working days.. That time really fed up for this negligence. Means they did nothing after Saturday & today gave me wrong information. I spend my valuable 2 hours there and then they ask for 4 more days to resolve the problem. As you have an esteemed organization and such a big brand my experience is in negative only due to your careless service engineers and service center staff.
