Sony Xperia M2 (bought On the 23Rd of sep'14) went off all of a sudden on the 10th Of October 2014, it was taken to an authorised service Centre Of saraswathipuram, Mysore, Karnataka. I was told that the Motherboard Of the phone was burnt, even after checking the phone charger had no problem . Neither was I Given any further information about my phone, nor was I given any Standby Phone. Although, I was treated very arrogantly By the faculty. Please do revert as soon as possible.

    Dear Sir, I have purchased SONY XPERIA T2 ULTRA DUAL in June'2014 though SNAPDEAL.COM and within three months after purchase, the speaker stopped functioning. I have approached local service center (Universal Electronics, 10-4-43/4/a, 1st floor, Zarar chambers, Humayun Nagar, Mehadipatnam, Hyderabad - 5000028, Telangana state. After preliminary invistigation mentioned that the speaker is having issues and it will take seven working days to repair the same. We have visited four times and there was no progress at all.The reason they say is that 1) Technicians are fully occupied and we cannot take the equipment and provide a new stand-by set on day one 2) next time when we approached, the service center people mentioned that it has been purchased through snapdeal and since there is no IMEI number on the delivery order, they told that it will not fall under warranty 3) third time when we visited with mobile case where there is an IMEI number and this time they mentioned that technicians are busy and cannot take the mobile and issue stand-by set. . It is more than a week so far and the repair didn't take place. It is so frustrating with sony service center and I request you to please look into this complain immediately. regards, Ranga and my contact number is [protected]

      My name sunny contact no -[protected] I bought one LCD TV EX 300, now its panel is complaint .So that I cannot watch programs clearly on it. So that I registered complaint(POLARIZER WRINKLE ISSUE) to Sony India Pvt limited customer care in kottayam on 18/07/14 job no:J41567512.After two weeks, customer care manager called me and told that he will make me available LED 32inch T.V.Since I don't want 32inch T.V. I asked him to upgrade 42inch LED TV.He agreed and as he told, I also paid DD of difference amount on 10/9/14 to get 42 inch LED TV.but till now there is no response from the customer care Sony India private limited.and I am that upset about this irresponsible service.so sir, I request you to take immediate measures or else I have to meet consumer court for my complaint

        Dear Sir, I purchased a new Sony Xperia E3 Dual Black mobile phone on[protected] from a local dealer. from the very first day i started having problem like over heating & display going blank anytime. then i gave my mobile into the service center and they just updated the software but my real problem was still not solved. now again i have given my mobile into the customer care and i have been communicated that the motherboard of my mobile has been damaged. within a month of my purchase i have faced such problems with my mobile and i am not going to use a faulty or repaired mobile phone. i am requesting you to please exchange my mobile otherwise i will be forced to go to the Consumer Court. please look into the mater and solve my problem.

              sir i ve given a xperia set for repair on 7 oct at happy care service at bhubaneswar vide job no w[protected].they ve called to rcv the set after 7 days on 13th but job is not complete.while telling the same i being misbehaved n forced to come n take the set on 14.otherwise take the set as it is.pl do the needfull.m totally disatisfied with sony service.Also the no given by them is always busy or else not picking up the phone.regards sp mohapatra.

                I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW SONY BRAVIA MODEL KDL 32 W 700 B WHICH THE COMANY IS ADVERTISING IN THEIR FULL PAGES ADVERTISEMENTS BUT TO MY SHOCH AFTER INSTALLATION IT WORKED FOR 27 MINUTES ANS THEN IT STOPPED WORKING. NOW THE COMPANY IS SHOWING MORE BUREAUCRATIC THEN WHAT WAS EVEN KNOWN TO KARL MARX. EATING TIME AND MONEY OF CUSTOMERS . COMPANY SHOULD BE ASKED TO GIVE A DETAILED EXPLANATION AND APOLOGY.                   I am customer of your product, LED TV, model-EX65.We have faced one problem i, e vertical lines are visible on the screen.we have lodged a service request id[protected] for this problem. As we came to know that your service center is available in Sambalpur, we have contacted the concerned person about its rectification, but it is a matter of regret that in spite of several follow ups no solution is provided till date (13.10.2014). Service provided at the sambalpur service centre is very poor. You are requested to sensitize the concerned service centre to attend such request as early as possible which in turn help you to maintain customer satisfaction. regards, O.P.Chand mob-[protected]

                    l given the xperia mobile to repair on 29 th sep 2014 but till date they have no proper response and they not repair the mobile and they not taking responsibility also so why they are in market in name of your service centre for fooling the public I want immediate response and my mobile repair my job no W[protected] so please do needful as soon as possible

                      I have my given my Xperia Z1 on 17th September, still i haven't got my cell back ... it's been over a month, still these people say me to wait for a week and week and so on.. i'm really frustated and very angry on Sony people.. This kind of services i have never seen in my life..

                        We had bought TV set of Sony bravia led model no.kdl-32EX550. After two years problem occurred of color change. Though we are not using TV regularly because we both are working. We reach at home after 7 pm . Using only for 4 to 5 hours in two hours tv is not working properly. When I call your customer service executive they asked me the problem then they asked me the model no. This is fixed problem that sony this product is having these kind of problem, because when I said this model no is having colour problem he then said without seeing the TV set he said your pennel code is corrupted and you have to change it and the cost for changing the pennel code is Rs.14000/-. Your company is such a branded company. Though you are giving this kind of TV set which is giving problem after 2 years completed and your TV set cost is not cheap. We paid Rs.40000/- and after two year again we have to expense Rs.14000/- to correct the parts. This kind of service you are providing then I have to say sorry for your service. Within Two years if Rs.40000 TV set is giving parts problem how people will trust your product. I need this TV set to be repair Free of cost. I need clarification for the same. IF your parts problem are fixed for tv model then what is the use of expensive TV. Kindly send your mechanic to repair. My mobile number is [protected] Thanks Yajnesh

                          Sir I had purchased Sony xperia ZL Black on 6/09/2013 from LULU connect at Cochin, Kerala. Sl Number: [protected]. On 18/09/2014 i had given this mobile for servicing at sony service centre at MG Road, Cochin. They informed me that i should pay 50% of the current MRP and i will be given a refurnished xperia ZL. I am ready to pay 50% of the current MRP. But i need my same mobile repaired. Why should i pay 50% and get a mobile that some one else has used. I believe its your obligation to repair my mobile when i am ready to pay the repair charges that you are asking. Waiting for your reply. My contact number is [protected]

                            I hate the way you treat your customers. It's not a favour that you're doing, and if it is then I want to return my product and discontinue my interest in Sony products. My service Id number is[protected]. I was told that someone would come by Sunday to install the TV. After requesting a million times the assigned service centre informed me that an"engineer" would come by Saturday and the installation would be done. After waiting throughout the day and evening I finally get a call at 9 30pm from your so called engineer that his car broke down so he can only come the next morning. I really wanted my dad to see the TV before he left and thanks to the wonderful support you guys provided he left and my TV is still kept in the corner unpacked. I tried calling you guys in the morning where my call was transferred to at least 4 different people. The best part is none of those 4 knew when could someone just come and install the TV. That's some support! Another day has passed and yet your engineer hasn't shown up. Guess he's still fixing his car. Once he's done solving hunger and poverty problems of the world, if he's not too busy, could you send him to my place to install the damn tv.

                              Dear Service head Please note the following :- 1. My Subject Sony TV purchased in the year 2010 stopped working on 5th sep2014. 2. We gave complaint to R- Logic Technology Services (I) Pvt ltd. on 6th Sept 2014. 3. On Inspection the Service representative asked us to deposit Rs 8000. towards repair of power board. and the deposit was given to the service centre on 8th Sept 2014. 4. On repeated follow up we were informed that the Power board cannot be repaired and new power board is not compatible with TV model we are having. 5. When asked about the next step we were informed that he cannot do any thing but Sony Company can give discount of 25 % on purchase of New Sony TV. 6. it is very disappointing to note that a Company like Sony cannot make a compatible power card to match a 4 year old model TV and expect the customer to buy a New TV by investing 75 % of the value. 7. when expressed my dis pleasure we were asked asked to Sony Customer complaint cell. 8. I Complained to your cell thru Complaint No. 21031716 dated 20th sept 2014. 9. On repeated follow up till 8th Oct 2014 we were surprised to hear your same solution of 75 % payment for New TV purchase. On further questioning I am informed to contact you and hence this mail. I trust you will go thru the details and do justice. Awaiting your immediate response.                                 This is with regards to a serious issue I have been facing with my Sony Xperia Z1 handset details of which is mentioned below. Handset: Xperia Z1 Date of Purchase: 10.03.2014 On 30th September 2014, my handset stopped working completely and did not restart. The moment i was trying to switch on the cell it just got shut down with a message " Shutting down due to high temperature". I took the handset to the Sony Authorized Service Centre and they tried to do a software reset. However, that did not work and I was told that there is a hardware issue and that the cell will be sent to Head Office and it will be replaced (handset will be replaced). I was told to wait for 8-10 days. I got a message and the below attached email on 8th October that my SONY Device is ready. Today i.e. 9th October I went to the centre again and was told that I was given a refurbished cell and not my old handset. When I checked the IMEI Code, it was the same as my old handset. Then they said they replaced the Mother Board in my cell. I was not even given any receipt or bill which says what exactly was the issue and what was actually changed. Now the issue with my handset is it is not getting charged. Everytime I connect it to the charger, it does not charged and keeps saying Connect the charger. I need to know the reason what the hell went wrong with my phone. I paid a hefty sum of 40k for this handset and within 6 months the motherboard is completely gone for a toss. The cell is not getting charged and I don't even get any proof that any part was changed in my Cell. The phone is now again with the service centre as the cell is not getting charged. I was told mother board has been replaced but instead some other parts have been replaced. NOW WITH THE PRESENT ISSUE I WANT THE SONY HEAD OFFICE TO REPLACE MY HANDSET AND GIVE ME A NEW HANDSET AND A DETAILED EXPLANATION OF WHY IT WAS NOT REPLACED IN THE FIRST PLACE AND JUST THE PART CHANGED EVEN IN WARRANTY PERIOD.                                   I am very angry to inform you that vaio laptop i5 bought one n half Years back now has a problem in motherboard which is spoilt due to Which my laptop doesnt start. I am a media student and cannot do without my Laptop. Sony being such a big n reputed company has such problems I shall not buy sony in future nor recommed. All my work has come to a Stand still . Sony should take immediate action on this otherwise I have to take serious action.

                                        My SONY BRAVIA 32 / EX33 / LED TVs red light is flickering when I start the) v.after that there is no display.I made complaint on 7th OCTOBER 2014 at 11.43 am.There is no responce from sony side.Yesterday (09/10/2014)evening again I contact sonys tolfree no [protected] they said we shall action.Upto this time(10/10/2014 -8.30pm ) there is no responce.I need immediate action on this issue.
