I got the reward of sharing,
Sony and Flipkart cheating with Indian peoples. After below mail, I got the
call from Sony Service Centre head and he had asked me to come directly at Sony
Service Centre to meet him.
I thought they might can provide
the resolution but here is the short summary whatever happened there,
I had visited Sony Service
Center at address Sony India Pvt. Ltd. Tandle heights, plot no. 153, C.T.S. no
815, Opp. NCC ground, S.B. Road-law college road junction, Shivaji Nagar, Pune
411014- ph.no. 41487000 at 14th October 2014 at 01:00p.m. and meet
with the head and described the problem. Also I had shown the problem
screenshot to him. He did the factory reset of the phone and then try to
install the app, but he got same issue (insufficient memory and out of memory
problem while attached SD card and internal memory was completely blank)
(manufacturing defect) as I am facing with this device.
Then he try to completely remove the OS through their technician which took
near about 2+ hours but still the problem was same and his technician was agree
with that manufacturing defect. It became 6:00p.m. when his technician had try
to download the apps to test the memory.
After that the Service Centre head had shown this memory problem to another
head who joined us after 06:00p.m.. He said everything will be resolved
after factory reset and did the same but till 08:00p.m. no one was able to
resolve the problem and all had faced similar memory problem.
I would like to bring one thing in your notice that they are claiming that we
can move these apps into SD card but these applications are the pre-installed
apps which we can’t move to SD card(please find the Move to SD card disable
button in attached screenshot).
Well my whole day, time and
money had wasted as they didn’t provided any resolution of my problem. They
just said that for me it is wasting of time but for them, they became to know
the manufacturing defect of their device.
I got again surprised here, that
Sony had launched such device in India market without any testing? That more
than 200 peoples had face issues. Some of them had visited Sonny Service Centre
and very Straight forward Sony denied to provide any kind of replacement
because they purchased it online (Proof is attached in Flipkart comments
screenshot). 200 is a small number but it’s the number of those peoples
who purchased online and what about those who purchased offline? Does Sony
really don’t have such testing Engineer who will test the device before
launching it in the market or is it something pre-planned to sell these
defective devices in Indian market by shaking hand with Flipkart, because I
didn’t seen that this device is for sale in U.S.A. market

Well, I was suffering from fever
and had wait till 8pm (more than 6 hours) that these guys can
provide me any resolution that I can come back to home soon and can take rest
but whole time they had only tested the device and it looks like they had
planned it to take the revenge, because I shared such news about them
previously with newspapers. So they want to bother me and want to show that it
does not matter whatever I am doing or sharing, whatever the decision
they will take, only that will be final. That’s why these guys just did the
timepass again and again by doing mobile factory reset and then installing app,
then calling other person and showing same thing to him and then again factory
reset then calling again another person and then again same thing.
Some of them said it’s the
google play issue. Surprised.
Well in the last I was able to
make convinced them that it’s a hardware problem and manufacturing defect and
both had accepted the same, yet they didn’t said anything regarding the
resolution of my handset.
May be possible that Indian
court can do some help to get my money back or any other resolution. Otherwise
I have to just forget my money and just throw this mobile into dustbin who
deserves it more than me.
Well, I am so much desperate,
disappointed and tired by running hither thither to get the resolution
regarding this mobile. Also looks like Indian newspapers are also co-operating
the Sony Mobile company that’s why they are not publishing this news into
newspapers because it’s 5th time that I am sharing the news again
but neither it has been published nor any other action
had been taken.
Anyway thanks for all, I am
proceeding to the Indian court to get some help that I can get over from this
bothering, mentally tension, wasting of money, time etc.

Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart refunded money after a long discussion with them and a long emailing with these guys. ita a very very long communication to get it resolved
