I bought Xperia L phone on Jan, 2014 in Flipkart online shopping. From the day one I am facing lot off issues with the phone and have been fighting against it to get it resolved till date. Below are the issues:- 1) When the call is active, timer just hangs at 00:00 and never show the actual call duration. 2) Once the call gets ended the Home screen hangs and to get it resumed we have to lock the phone and unlock it. 3) Some times when the call rings it gives a scratching sound and we don’t have any option for it to stop either by answering the call or rejecting. 4) When the phone is idle for more than 1hr with Mobile data turned off and when we need it to be turned on later it will not ON, we have to restart it to get it worked. This is a big pain. 5) When the songs are running and the phones is locked, we try to change the song at lock screen. It just gets flickered and never stops. We have to unlock the phone and get it changed. 6) Phone restarted sometimes while working on Google chrome. The all issues reported have been never fixed even though giving the phone to SONY AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER for 3-4 times. • 1st time they just formatted and downgraded the OS from 4.2.2 to 4.1.2. after few days I updated it using “Update Center” App in mobile. Just after updating it, all the issues stated above started. • 2nd time when I gave they just reinstalled OS with same version i.e. 4.2.2. I configured my phone, installed all the apps and started using. Within a day again all the issues stated above started. • 3rd time when I gave it, they kept my mobile for 1 week saying that Touch screen is causing the problem and need to replace it. Moreover without giving me a Standby Handset. I received my handset after a week, with the number for problems increased. Now the screen contrast has been changed and Within a day again all the issues stated above started. Job NO: W[protected]; Date: 16 Aug 2014. • 4th time now I have handed over and still it is with server center. They are saying that, they are going to replace the motherboard and it takes >1week time and they will not give the Standby set in this period. Job NO: W[protected]; Date: 30 Aug 2014. I am really frustrated with the Service they are offering. From date of purchase, I am having issues with this phone and I was not getting proper feedbacks, support and care which I can’t able to tolerate. So, I request you take Necessary action in solving this issue as quickly as possible or replace my handset in case the issue cannot be fixed. Never thought such a shredded service from SONY. Hopeless service Till now my issue is not resolved. My Mobile is still with the below mentioned service center and no proper update/resolution to my stated issues. Else they are increasing the number of issues.     I have purchased the above TV in the year 2012 and recently started getting vertical lines on he screen. Logged a call with sony service ob 17/09/2012, job no 20985606. The TV got picked on 20/09/2014. Now he service provider states that the panel is to be replaced. Since the panel has a 2 year warranty they said since the panel is not available in India or Singapore, i have to wait till Sony decides on what they can do. Repeated call to customer care does not help. The company service has gone to the dogs.. In future i have pledged never to buy any sony product. Worthless service by the company... The dealers behaviour is also very insulting.. Dealer TeknoIndia, salt lake, kolkata, Mr Samiran Das. Never buy any Sony product.. They are now running a scam business of conning innocent customers by selling cheap products at high price. I paid 43000 for my TV. If you need further details, do not hesitate to write to me.       Dear Sir /Madam, I bought a Sony Led 42 inch TV on September 2nd . I raised a requested for TV installation on 13th October . But for the next 3 days, there was no call from any installation team . So i called again to know the status, they again raised a new second ticket on 16th Oct . Still there is no response from anyone . I personally went to the Sony store where i bought the TV and the persons there are not even caring to listen my problem . This is not the correct way to handle a customer .And i will advice ppls not to buy any product from that sony center atleast .       sir i have purchased 32 inch led tv of sony on 12jan.2015, on 13 jan 2015 my installation service is assigned to onus service muzaffarpur, till date my product is not installed, for that i have made a call to sony customer care twice, every time they give me the excuse for that &assigned me new service i.d previous id was[protected], now as per talked with mr indra singh who is senior supervisior new job i.d is assigned[protected], and same is assigned to onus service muzaffarpur, due to installation team ignorance we are getting delay in use of product, as our warranty is also lapsing, we have purchased the product for the branad name sony.but we are not satisfied with the service of co.since whose 1st service is like this then how we will hope for the other service from co.so in my opinion co. is very loose in provding service to customer

        I had purchased an LED TV (48") from the local dealer (National Electronics) and faced the following sequence of problems: - While selling the TV i was promised that any 3G enabled dongle would work on the smart TV and I would be given a special gift (sony head phone). - During installation, I pointed out to the sony team about the black patches in the top right but they did not accept. Further we realised that all 3G dongles do not work on the TV.The head phone promised was also not given. - After repeated follow ups a technician visited and accepted the complaint and the TV was replaced. However, we again pointed out about blurred images in non HD channels. Again it was overlooked.Head phone was given after follow up but we realized its a default gift from Sony along with the TV which dealer had hoarded. - After lot of follow up the ASM Dhananjay Singh put me through to the service head Mr Ranjit who kept delaying sending a technician. Finally technician landed up only to inform us that images for non HD channels cannot be better. When we asked how we did not find blurred images in the earlier TV (replaced for black patches) the technician kept avoiding the question with lame excuses. - Then he wanted to go back & check the non HD channel reception of the earlier TV and revert the same day.Till date its been 10 days since he visited and there has been no news from anyone !!           I purchase Sony Xperia E1 Dual mobile phone on 8/4/14. One time phone has been replaced as there was major fault in it and after that two times its motherboard has been changed by the sony service centre. But sorry to say that in present time also the phone is not working properly. And moreover the service centre is also not listening to my problem in a proper way. I want my phone to get replaced as it is giving me various problems.

How can the repair charge is more to current market price of product in India? Are the SONY Service Centres are transparent?                   I have purchased a led TV Model No Sony KLV-22P402B LED TV on dt.13-Sep-2014. Within a period of one month I faced that screen looked white. However I have taken to Sony show room at Muzaffarpur in the state of Bihar where i have purchased the same for replacement on dt.12-Oct-2014 Sunday. They told that replacement and repair will be done at our servicing centre and today is holiday and they received the TV and on next day show room send to the Onus services centre, Muzaffarpur, Bihar.I have requested the services centre to replace the TV.                     I repaired my Sony LCD Model No. 227550A, S. No. 6176055, from your Service Centre, Haridwar. The mechanic Mr. Sandeep repaired the LCD and charged Rs. 3640/-. On demanding the bill he gave me a fake bill of Tirupati Enterprices, Haridwar, on which no Tin No. & Bill No. is mentioned, as they charged Service Tax from me.                       I purchased a new Sony Xperia M 4 months back. It worked good for 2-3 months. And then in last 1 month I have been to service center 3 time already. Ist time display went off. 2 nd time network went off and 3rd time the speaker went off. 3 times within a month. Now my phone is for service for no sound. I am going home tommorow so I requested a standby phone. Sony has a policy of giving a standby phone. But they are saying they have only 25 sets and none of them is available now. When I said it is your policy, the CSR rudely said it is not available right now and we can't do anything now. So now I have get my phone back, come back from home and again give it for service. That will make it 4times to service center in a month! I requested for a replacement for the product as it has gone through all kind of possible faults(display, network and sound) with 4 months of purchase, which they declined without giving any reason. I need a replacement of my product.

                        Purchased a camera DSC-H400 on 13/10/2014 from Sony Center, Emall, 6, Chittaranjan Avenue Kolkata 700072. Received the camera, 4gb sd card and camera bag (MII-HD1). Also purchased tripod stand VCT-R640. As per the sony website and the camera box LCS-SL10 and LCS-U21 are the recommended camera bag. MII-HD1 which is given free by the seller is too small for the camera. So on 14/10/2014 i went back to the Sony Centre with this problem. Store manager Mr Amit assured me that he will look into the matter and asked me to get back in 15/10/2014 and submitted the camera bag. Next day on 15/10/2014 when I again returned back to the store travelling 2hrs he said that he had checked and cannot replace the ill fitting camera bag. I requested him that sony web site and the box do not recommend MII-HD1. He and other sales man made fun of me and said that website is incorrect. Bottom line is my problem wasn't solved. And Sony web site is proven wrong by your own authorised people. But as it camera is precious to me so i bought a bag from the local store and got a solution for the problem. I believed that Sony products are costly compare to other branded ones but its quality speaks for it . No Doubt the camera is good which I still believe but the camera bag and information on sony website and trust on the sales man of Sony Centre created a big question. Even one of the sales man who demonstrated the product said 8gb sd card will come free but after payment he denied and said only 4 gb sd card comes with it. Which was a very cheap trick. I don't have time and energy to fight for such petty matters but such service was not expected from Sony . Thus, I request your kind intervention in the above matter as investing such a amount in home theatre in this festival season in a brand like you is becoming a totally waste for me and my family.                             I got the reward of sharing, Sony and Flipkart cheating with Indian peoples. After below mail, I got the call from Sony Service Centre head and he had asked me to come directly at Sony Service Centre to meet him. I thought they might can provide the resolution but here is the short summary whatever happened there, I had visited Sony Service Center at address Sony India Pvt. Ltd. Tandle heights, plot no. 153, C.T.S. no 815, Opp. NCC ground, S.B. Road-law college road junction, Shivaji Nagar, Pune 411014- ph.no. 41487000 at 14th October 2014 at 01:00p.m. and meet with the head and described the problem. Also I had shown the problem screenshot to him. He did the factory reset of the phone and then try to install the app, but he got same issue (insufficient memory and out of memory problem while attached SD card and internal memory was completely blank) (manufacturing defect) as I am facing with this device. Then he try to completely remove the OS through their technician which took near about 2+ hours but still the problem was same and his technician was agree with that manufacturing defect. It became 6:00p.m. when his technician had try to download the apps to test the memory. After that the Service Centre head had shown this memory problem to another head who joined us after 06:00p.m.. He said everything will be resolved after factory reset and did the same but till 08:00p.m. no one was able to resolve the problem and all had faced similar memory problem. I would like to bring one thing in your notice that they are claiming that we can move these apps into SD card but these applications are the pre-installed apps which we can’t move to SD card(please find the Move to SD card disable button in attached screenshot). Well my whole day, time and money had wasted as they didn’t provided any resolution of my problem. They just said that for me it is wasting of time but for them, they became to know the manufacturing defect of their device. I got again surprised here, that Sony had launched such device in India market without any testing? That more than 200 peoples had face issues. Some of them had visited Sonny Service Centre and very Straight forward Sony denied to provide any kind of replacement because they purchased it online (Proof is attached in Flipkart comments screenshot). 200 is a small number but it’s the number of those peoples who purchased online and what about those who purchased offline? Does Sony really don’t have such testing Engineer who will test the device before launching it in the market or is it something pre-planned to sell these defective devices in Indian market by shaking hand with Flipkart, because I didn’t seen that this device is for sale in U.S.A. market (SonyXperiaUnitedStates.png screenshot ). Well, I was suffering from fever and had wait till 8pm (more than 6 hours) that these guys can provide me any resolution that I can come back to home soon and can take rest but whole time they had only tested the device and it looks like they had planned it to take the revenge, because I shared such news about them previously with newspapers. So they want to bother me and want to show that it does not matter whatever I am doing or sharing, whatever the decision they will take, only that will be final. That’s why these guys just did the timepass again and again by doing mobile factory reset and then installing app, then calling other person and showing same thing to him and then again factory reset then calling again another person and then again same thing. Some of them said it’s the google play issue. Surprised. Well in the last I was able to make convinced them that it’s a hardware problem and manufacturing defect and both had accepted the same, yet they didn’t said anything regarding the resolution of my handset. May be possible that Indian court can do some help to get my money back or any other resolution. Otherwise I have to just forget my money and just throw this mobile into dustbin who deserves it more than me. Well, I am so much desperate, disappointed and tired by running hither thither to get the resolution regarding this mobile. Also looks like Indian newspapers are also co-operating the Sony Mobile company that’s why they are not publishing this news into newspapers because it’s 5th time that I am sharing the news again but neither it has been published nor any other action had been taken. Anyway thanks for all, I am proceeding to the Indian court to get some help that I can get over from this bothering, mentally tension, wasting of money, time etc.

                              Respected sir, We came to a sony authorised service centre in bijapur karnataka which is named as SANIKA ENTERPRISES with the adress 1st floor, above rohan motors, ganapathi chowk, shahapeth and the phone number is [protected] .as we came here for showing the complaint of sony experia m they asked to get out of the shop and the shop is not having a proper exhaust system or not even a single fan is provided inside the shop and only the workers are having a standing fan towards them due to intense heat inside the shop we went infront of the fan so they misbehaved towards us and asked to get out of the shop and it was a lady staff so please take necessary actions towards the staff so that this may not happen anymore its a total burden to sony customers who s coming for servicing and i forgot to mention the matter that they are having worst connection. I am NILESH MORE purchase sony xperia e3 on 24sep14, but from next day mobile heating on standby, charging, 2g & 3g. 2nd mobile hang always open video's-images. 3rd so poor battery backup only 6-8 hrs on standby. Big issue is whenever mobile is hang that time I can't reboot set due to non-removable battery wait for drain battery, i m really so frustrated your handset. Kindly check proper and DAO handset, Now I am not satisfied from handset performance as per company policy I sumbited handset within 7 days for DAO. I hv all proof mention the issue.                                 I am Ravinder Singh Purchase. Sony Xperia E3 on 02 June 2015 same day side lock is not working and battery backup is not as per shop keeper commitment.

                                Now i give my phone set Rohini Sec-7 Service Center on 06 June 2015 against DOA no. D[protected].till date i have not received New set.

                                  I had bought a Sony Xperia Z1 in last December. The device was working fine without any problems. Last week when I took out the phone from my pocket i could see cracks in my display. There was no physical damage and it self cracked just like that. There is no single scratch in the front glass, but the crack is inside the display. I approached Sony Service Center for the repair and they told me there is nothing they could but to give a discount on my new purchase. My phone is still in warranty and later Sony called me and told they would give 20% discount on my new phone. When I looked up in Internet I understood that this self cracking issue is common for Sony Z series phone. I believe Sony is cheating us with its low quality display materials and I want my phone to get a justifiable amount of discount or replacement. I bought the phone for 38000 INR trusting Sony and before even completing an year here I stands betrayed. I am pasting below the Job Number and Ticket ID number for any reference.                                     I purchased Cybershot DSC H20 Camera having serial no. 2291079 some 4-5 yrs back and was quite Happy with the functioning & picture quality. But in the month of Nov. 2013, during one photo session, it hanged. On 26th of April I contacted "Fortune Sony Authorize Service Center, Pradhan Tower, 5, Main Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand" They told me that the main circuit has been damaged & that they will have to replace the circuit.I agreed with them & submitted the camera.After a couple of days I got the repaired camera with a payment of some 5100 Rs. But the camera was not working properly. Pics that has been taken in sun light was completely white in color & the picture quality was very poor. When again I approached them, this time they told me that lens became faulty. This time again they told a charge of more than 5K. Mean time I tried to contact customer support also but even those people don't have much time to listen the customer problem. The issue is, the problem in the camera took place during repairing of the camera. This can also be verified by comparing the photos, before and after the repairing. Now, it is a shame in itself not to accept the fault, and charge money for that. Also, it must be brought to your light that, the behaviour of the service men at the service center was definitely not civilised in nature One thing is certain that, in such a case, I'll never trust the Brand name SONY for Future If you people will give service like this then there are lots of Brand in the market. Why should any body will take a product from such a technology giant like SONY.

                                      I am stane, I bought a ps3 500gb from sony center madurai on august of 31st. And after 4 days there was a problem in my ps3 hard disk. and when i took it to the sony service center, they can't find out the reason and they told that they will replace it for me. i gave it to them on 6th of september. its been nearly 40 days till now sir.. i did'nt get anything.. those guys in the service center are refusing my call, they are not attending the call and they are telling silly reasons for not attending.. the behaviour of enmployee in sony center is not that good. my job sheet no. is J42020739. i'm sorry to say this but i really feel bad about sony. i kindly request you people to deliver my product. plz do me a favour.

                                        I am purchase vaio new laptop, model no. SVF1521ASNBIN5, serial no. 7514. I was purchase this as on 05.05.2014 and hard disk was crack automatically. I was put my laptop in vaio care on 22.09.2014 and received as on 10.10.2014 but issued was not solve, so I return sent my laptop to vaio care on 14.10.2014.This is very low quality product I suffered my work from long time.
