          Dear sir, i was purchase a handset of your company sony experia t 2 ultra d 5322 date on 30 july 2014 from raju japan at cg road Ahmadabad bill no. rcc01214. on after 8 days i was facing a problem of receiver.i was go your authorized services station at parshwa services at Ashram road. that i was sent mail to all of your mail id. parshwa services solved in one day. than after 2 months i have faced same problem i was go your services center at parshwa services and it solved in evening.than after between 9 days i have face 3rd time same problem. and i put my handset at your services center at parshwa services there is provied me a job sheet. no is [protected] i m very irritate on your handset. your company sony mobile is give a defective handset to dealer other wise your dealer give me defective handset. or your services center was not proper. now i dont want that handset so request your company to give me- a money back or new handset within 2 days any how i dont know any thing about that. when i was purchase your handset there is no problem in my money.             My Xperia Z1's warranty rejected by sony authorized service center (madona system & service, calicut) were my warranty still ramain 4 months . my complaints is "Over heating and incorrect vibration" .They said my phone were engulf through the caps, my question is "how engulf water to a water proof phone?, and if happened is that my problem?". i am asking you because i treat my phone very well i always close that caps correctly.               I am booked online complaint as on[protected] with id20416289 .After that technisian came to my home and check the tv set and find the pannal problem and he said company not make this model pannals and you pay pannal amount to company the company give new tv set to you. After 40 days the guntur branch people call to me and said send the demand draft of rs.14596/- to us.We arrange new tv model no 32w700b to you within 10 days.Then i took a d.D and send to guntur branch with speed post .They received on 25-9-14 i confirmed with phone.But till now i am not received tv set and guntur branch people not given proper answer.They told your complaint is closed. Then i dont know what am i doing.
              So i request to you send my new tv immidiatley. I am suffering with old tv.I am mentally suffered in this problem.

                I bought brand new Sony Experia Z mobile worth Rs 24900/- 3 months back. & one day my charging pin slot got damaged itself while I was using it normally. while I registered my complaint with sony they told me that they wont be able to repair that phone & asked me to pay 8000 rs to buy a second hand phone from them or near to 12700 amount to get a new phone from them . I am really frustrated & pissed off now . Why should I pay a single rupee to them while my phone already in warranty period & its also not a case of any physical damage . its never even got throw from me or something within these three months.its already been more than 20 days now that i have registerd my complaint with them & still I am not geting my phone back as according to them I have just these two option now to get my phone back in working condition. Please registered my complaint & give me my phone back with proper resolution as soon as possible else I go to consumer court to get my hard earn money back . will never ever recommend sony phone to anyone else.. really very pathetic service I ever received.

                  Respected sir I am got damage pice today. In replacement. I don't think it's a new piece. I received my new Xperia z1 today in replacement. This piece is very slow and it's not charging battery. Not even show sign of charging in display. Please help me I am continuously receiving fault piece from company. What can I do.?                       Hello, I ( chetan mahendra sangani ) was baught a SONY Blue Ray DVD Player Model No. BDP - S1100 from Reliance Digital, Jamnagar on 10/08/2014 and it was submited in Sony Authorised Service Center for inspection on 01/09/2014. and still there is no proper / sufficient responce from the authorised service center. i called number of times but there is no responce from the opposit side.                         My Xperia Z1 has been submitted in Nehru place, New Delhi service center about a month ago.First there was camera clarity and phone hanging issue.Service center guys told me that it will be resolved after the updation of the phone.I again submitted the phone on 8th last month. i had words with their technician that there is some hardware issue with the phone and i have to submit the phone so that they can escalate the matter and provide me a new phone or an upgraded model.Finally the mobile is in service center and they have been fooling from the past 10 days that they would call me soon and i haven't got any call from them. I have all the e mail conversations on my id from the day 1. Kindly help me in refunding the amount, i have wasted an amount of Rs. 38500 on a product of such company who believes in fooling customers.

                          I had given my mobile for repair on[protected] to sony authorised service center, Ami Arcade, Near bus station, Godhra(Panchmahals-Gujarat-389001), till date neither I have received mobile to me. But on frequvent communication from my side against a small problem of charging socket the service provider has created many problems in phone and told me that he had to change motherboard and display plus some circuits too. This is not tolerable in any case. Kindly look into the matter urgently and provide brand new phone to me as it has been too long i am without phone. otherwise i will be forced to take legal matter in course. Thanks...                             Hello, I wanted to complain about the quality of products Sony sells in India and also about the quality of after-sales service in India. I bought a Sony PS3-12GB on 30th June 2013 for my kid. I bought it for Rs17, 000. Almost 2 months back, the PS3 stopped reading disc. I took it to the Sony Service station (4-5 weeks back). After a few weeks I was told that it cannot be repaired. This shocked me since it was just a couple of months over an year that PS3 stopped working. I am shocked to realize that Sony sells cheap and low quality hardware in India. I should have spent a few more bucks and bought a XBox. Probably would never ever in my life would buy Sony gaming products again(atleast in India). The other worse part is the low quality after-sales service in India. A couple of weeks back I got a call from Sony Service station. I was told that my PS3 unit cannot be repaired. I was told that since it is just an year when it was bought, The Sony company has decided to give me a replacement for the faulty PS3. However I was also told that Sony company has stopped manufacturing 12GB model and only manufactures 500 GB model. On a 500GB model I would be given a 30% discount, so I will have to pay Rs 5697/- and I will get a PS3-500 GB as replacement for my 12GB PS3. When I went to the Sony service station yesterday, I was told that all that story I was told earlier was wrong. Since my PS3 unit is out of warranty(even if it is 2 months over), the company treats this as out-of-warranty product. The way I see it, there is no credibility, honesty in what is communicated by a after-sales service guy and what actually happens when you show up at the service station. When I was communicated that I would get PS3-500GB, I was told that Sony realizes that this faulty unit is an exception and hence was replacing it free of cost(only charging for 500GB extra storage and that too at a discounted rate). Yesterday I went there with a demand draft for the asked amount, I was told all that story was wrong. I see a lot of mis-communication done by Sony after-sales service guys. I asked if the part could be repaired. I was told that defect like this cannot be repaired, so the company has decided to offer me a replacement for the faulty PS3. I will have to pay Rs 5697/- to get replacement PS3-12GB. The after sales people accepted that these types of faults are commonly seen with PS3 and Sony handles it by accepting part-payment for replacements. Yesterday's communication and acceptance by the after sales service proved that Sony sells low quality Gaming systems in India and Sony handles it asking people to make part-payment for the replacement. My conclusions are to never/ever by a Sony gaming system in India. I know that no action would be taken over this communication but I realize that it is important to highlight rather than to accept.                               I have a Sony Xperia ZL which I bought last december and I had to change my number and now the sim card is not detecting. I took it service center in malleswaram 1st cross bangalore and they are saying it is not repairable. Or i should pay 13, 500 for a refurbished handset which absolutely makes no sense. I have paid 30k when i bought the phone and makes no sense in paying extra. I need it in working condition what so ever. The service center guys do not know what the problem is and they keep dodging around saying "It may be mother board issue", "It may be that the OS is upgraded hence it is not working", "It may be due to xyz reason". Get some sensible person and technically knowledgeable person so that we can believe sony henceforth. It is coz of quality and reliability we used to buy sony products. Now it is a big "NO NO" for SONY products. Shame on Sony.

                                  i submited my sony xperia-c for speaker repairing & Dade issue when i went to collect it they miss my battary back cover and they claimed that. we are not handling a back cover it is up you. you were take it with you to home when you submit your phone. i suffering from 1 and 1/2 monthes but every they tell me that i told to head office they will send us. but still i did not get any responce . . .
                                  Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    1. I lodged complaint for repair of my LED TV (purchased in October 2011) on 13 September (complaint no:[protected]. 2. Service engineer visited and said that motherboard will be changed. He said that he will bring motherboard and change it at my place. He also gave me option for repair but for that option I will have to send my TV to service center. Since my TV has been repaired once last year so I gave my concurrence for change of motherboard and told him that I will accept only genuine Sony item. 3. After that Service Centre maintained complete silence. I called up Customer care 5 times (September: 20, 23 (twice), 01 oct, 07 October). Call Center told me on 01 Oct that Service Center is saying that I am not taking their call - which is blatant LIE. 4. I also lodged online complaint last week but no response. 5. 25 days down the line, Sony India Delhi Service Centre has done nothing. For a poor quality but expensive product, I had spent Rs 3, 500/- on repairs one year back and now I have to spent Rs 10, 000/- for new mother board (within 3 years of purchase). And then Service Center has maintained complete silence. As on now (07 October 4p.m.) I am still waiting. Vinay Singh (Ph: [protected])
