Sir I had purchased Sony xperia ZL Black on 6/09/2013 from LULU connect at Cochin, Kerala. Sl Number: [protected]. On 18/09/2014 i had given this mobile for servicing at sony service centre at MG Road, Cochin. They informed me that i should pay 50% of the current MRP and i will be given a refurnished xperia ZL. I am ready to pay 50% of the current MRP. But i need my same mobile repaired. Why should i pay 50% and get a mobile that some one else has used. I believe its your obligation to repair my mobile when i am ready to pay the repair charges that you are asking. Waiting for your reply. My contact number is [protected]

    I hate the way you treat your customers. It's not a favour that you're doing, and if it is then I want to return my product and discontinue my interest in Sony products. My service Id number is[protected]. I was told that someone would come by Sunday to install the TV. After requesting a million times the assigned service centre informed me that an"engineer" would come by Saturday and the installation would be done. After waiting throughout the day and evening I finally get a call at 9 30pm from your so called engineer that his car broke down so he can only come the next morning. I really wanted my dad to see the TV before he left and thanks to the wonderful support you guys provided he left and my TV is still kept in the corner unpacked. I tried calling you guys in the morning where my call was transferred to at least 4 different people. The best part is none of those 4 knew when could someone just come and install the TV. That's some support! Another day has passed and yet your engineer hasn't shown up. Guess he's still fixing his car. Once he's done solving hunger and poverty problems of the world, if he's not too busy, could you send him to my place to install the damn tv.

      Dear Service head Please note the following :- 1. My Subject Sony TV purchased in the year 2010 stopped working on 5th sep2014. 2. We gave complaint to R- Logic Technology Services (I) Pvt ltd. on 6th Sept 2014. 3. On Inspection the Service representative asked us to deposit Rs 8000. towards repair of power board. and the deposit was given to the service centre on 8th Sept 2014. 4. On repeated follow up we were informed that the Power board cannot be repaired and new power board is not compatible with TV model we are having. 5. When asked about the next step we were informed that he cannot do any thing but Sony Company can give discount of 25 % on purchase of New Sony TV. 6. it is very disappointing to note that a Company like Sony cannot make a compatible power card to match a 4 year old model TV and expect the customer to buy a New TV by investing 75 % of the value. 7. when expressed my dis pleasure we were asked asked to Sony Customer complaint cell. 8. I Complained to your cell thru Complaint No. 21031716 dated 20th sept 2014. 9. On repeated follow up till 8th Oct 2014 we were surprised to hear your same solution of 75 % payment for New TV purchase. On further questioning I am informed to contact you and hence this mail.         This is with regards to a serious issue I have been facing with my Sony Xperia Z1 handset details of which is mentioned below. Handset: Xperia Z1 Date of Purchase: 10.03.2014 On 30th September 2014, my handset stopped working completely and did not restart. The moment i was trying to switch on the cell it just got shut down with a message " Shutting down due to high temperature". I took the handset to the Sony Authorized Service Centre and they tried to do a software reset. However, that did not work and I was told that there is a hardware issue and that the cell will be sent to Head Office and it will be replaced (handset will be replaced). I was told to wait for 8-10 days. I got a message and the below attached email on 8th October that my SONY Device is ready. Today i.e. 9th October I went to the centre again and was told that I was given a refurbished cell and not my old handset. When I checked the IMEI Code, it was the same as my old handset. Then they said they replaced the Mother Board in my cell. I was not even given any receipt or bill which says what exactly was the issue and what was actually changed. Now the issue with my handset is it is not getting charged. Everytime I connect it to the charger, it does not charged and keeps saying Connect the charger. I need to know the reason what the hell went wrong with my phone. I paid a hefty sum of 40k for this handset and within 6 months the motherboard is completely gone for a toss. The cell is not getting charged and I don't even get any proof that any part was changed in my Cell. The phone is now again with the service centre as the cell is not getting charged. I was told mother board has been replaced but instead some other parts have been replaced. NOW WITH THE PRESENT ISSUE I WANT THE SONY HEAD OFFICE TO REPLACE MY HANDSET AND GIVE ME A NEW HANDSET AND A DETAILED EXPLANATION OF WHY IT WAS NOT REPLACED IN THE FIRST PLACE AND JUST THE PART CHANGED EVEN IN WARRANTY PERIOD.           I am very angry to inform you that vaio laptop i5 bought one n half Years back now has a problem in motherboard which is spoilt due to Which my laptop doesnt start. I am a media student and cannot do without my Laptop. Sony being such a big n reputed company has such problems I shall not buy sony in future nor recommed. All my work has come to a Stand still . Sony should take immediate action on this otherwise I have to take serious action.

                My SONY BRAVIA 32 / EX33 / LED TVs red light is flickering when I start the) v.after that there is no display.I made complaint on 7th OCTOBER 2014 at 11.43 am.There is no responce from sony side.Yesterday (09/10/2014)evening again I contact sonys tolfree no [protected] they said we shall action.Upto this time(10/10/2014 -8.30pm ) there is no responce.I need immediate action on this issue.

                          Dear sir, i was purchase a handset of your company sony experia t 2 ultra d 5322 date on 30 july 2014 from raju japan at cg road Ahmadabad bill no. rcc01214. on after 8 days i was facing a problem of receiver.i was go your authorized services station at parshwa services at Ashram road. that i was sent mail to all of your mail id. parshwa services solved in one day. than after 2 months i have faced same problem i was go your services center at parshwa services and it solved in evening.than after between 9 days i have face 3rd time same problem. and i put my handset at your services center at parshwa services there is provied me a job sheet. no is [protected] i m very irritate on your handset. your company sony mobile is give a defective handset to dealer other wise your dealer give me defective handset. or your services center was not proper. now i dont want that handset so request your company to give me- a money back or new handset within 2 days any how i dont know any thing about that. when i was purchase your handset there is no problem in my money.                             My Xperia Z1's warranty rejected by sony authorized service center (madona system & service, calicut) were my warranty still ramain 4 months . my complaints is "Over heating and incorrect vibration" .They said my phone were engulf through the caps, my question is "how engulf water to a water proof phone?, and if happened is that my problem?". i am asking you because i treat my phone very well i always close that caps correctly.                               I am booked online complaint as on[protected] with id20416289 .After that technisian came to my home and check the tv set and find the pannal problem and he said company not make this model pannals and you pay pannal amount to company the company give new tv set to you. After 40 days the guntur branch people call to me and said send the demand draft of rs.14596/- to us.We arrange new tv model no 32w700b to you within 10 days.Then i took a d.D and send to guntur branch with speed post .They received on 25-9-14 i confirmed with phone.But till now i am not received tv set and guntur branch people not given proper answer.They told your complaint is closed. Then i dont know what am i doing.
                              So i request to you send my new tv immidiatley. I am suffering with old tv.I am mentally suffered in this problem.

                                I bought brand new Sony Experia Z mobile worth Rs 24900/- 3 months back. & one day my charging pin slot got damaged itself while I was using it normally. while I registered my complaint with sony they told me that they wont be able to repair that phone & asked me to pay 8000 rs to buy a second hand phone from them or near to 12700 amount to get a new phone from them . I am really frustrated & pissed off now . Why should I pay a single rupee to them while my phone already in warranty period & its also not a case of any physical damage . its never even got throw from me or something within these three months.its already been more than 20 days now that i have registerd my complaint with them & still I am not geting my phone back as according to them I have just these two option now to get my phone back in working condition. Please registered my complaint & give me my phone back with proper resolution as soon as possible else I go to consumer court to get my hard earn money back . will never ever recommend sony phone to anyone else.. really very pathetic service I ever received.

                                  Respected sir I am got damage pice today. In replacement. I don't think it's a new piece. I received my new Xperia z1 today in replacement. This piece is very slow and it's not charging battery. Not even show sign of charging in display. Please help me I am continuously receiving fault piece from company. What can I do.?                                     The TV screen has developed wrinkles (Scratch marks with fine cracks) in the screen though the TV has been handled very gently by us (only two elderly persons use it in the house for hardly 1 or 2 hours in a day). You are kindly requested to replace the set at once without any delay.                                       Hello, I ( chetan mahendra sangani ) was baught a SONY Blue Ray DVD Player Model No. BDP - S1100 from Reliance Digital, Jamnagar on 10/08/2014 and it was submited in Sony Authorised Service Center for inspection on 01/09/2014. and still there is no proper / sufficient responce from the authorised service center. i called number of times but there is no responce from the opposit side. After 35 Days they told me that your product will be replace, but still not commited days !! I suffer / harrashment from SONY Service Center. Please Do needful for the Same. THANKING YOU, Chetan M.
