    Hi Team, Its been a week after visiting the technician to see my television as its having display problem but they keep saying they are awaiting for further updates from head office without taking any action from their end. complaint ID is 64906853

    Being Sony brand we proud but looking this service, expectations are going other way around and expecting immediate response from service center as its been a week.

    They are not at all customer response people and looking o change the service from this center.

        Hi Sir,
        I have purchased Sony Head Phones in the of Sept 2020 for Rs.17000/- and suddenly it stopped working so have visited Sony authorized service center in the month of Nov in Hyderabad (M/s. Pranank Electronics, Kukatpally.) they verified and came back and said it was water damage, I was shocked to hear that as I am sure nothing such water spillage happened so I try explaining them but simply saying it was water damage so warrantly is not going to cover.
        so I came back and wrote to Sonly customer care and they simply replied me with the pics the service center had taken during their inspection and said it is not going to be covered in warranty.
        So I tried replying that it may be due to sweat that might have got into from the gap that is there between the two caps of the ear bud, As it clearly shows that only the edges of the circuit board and the recharge pin was having white substance developed on it.
        My daily use is for my workout and during workout may be the sweat might have got seepage into the ear bud from the headphone foam.
        I am sure it is Sony design problem and due to which this damage was happened and I want this to be repaired or replaced by the Company.
        I keep sending them remainder emails with my explanation saying the water damage cause may be because of sweat. but no response from the company till today below are the details.
        My First email sent to Sony on 29th Nov and got response from them on 3rd Dec saying this cannot be covered in Warranty as this is water logged damage.
        I explained them the reason might be due to sweat and this is the design fault and email sent on 9th Jan and after that several reminders were sent but no reponse from Sony.

        I need your help and support on this it is purely Sony design error and due to which my head phone got damaged.

          My self Shalini has purchased a SONY LED SONY UHDLEDKD49X7500H on dtd: 10/01/2021 from Vijay sales vide Invoice No, .DVM-A-SIF3518.
          Very next day one technician came for installing the LED on panel.

          He has noticed that HDMI ARC is not working and inform us to register a complaint so that whole LED will replace immediately.

          After that on 20th January a complaint was register and the complaint no is 64736201 . Till date no body has approach nor visited to check what is the problem and when we will get the new LED.

          Today on 3rd Feb again i have enquired my complaint status and they informed us that your LED is ok as per their status.

          Again i requested to send the Technician/ Engineer tomorrow without any delay so that we can get the exact solution. Today we talked to Ms. Anjali and she had assured to send somebody tomorrow positively.

          I am really fed up to purchase the SONY LED as from last 25 days we have not seen the LED.
          Now I am thinking that my decision was wrong to buy a SONY LED.

          I want a immediate solution otherwise the things will escalate .

          Hope a positive response from SONY.

            I purchased a TV model no. KLV 43W672G on 31st Jan from Khosla Electronics, Behala Kolkata vide invoice no. K[protected]/19134. Inspite of continous follow up with the dealer and repeated false assurance by the dealer I am yet to receive the product. Never experienced such pathetic response and attitude from any dealer who is supposed to be the single touch point between a consumer and the brand. Please look into the issue with some sincerity.

              I have Sony TV (Model No. - KDL42W900B). From few days the TV get automatically restart, after some intervals.

              So logged the complained in Sony Customer care. The service center person visited and diagnose the TV set and confirmed that our TV mother board need to replace.

              After few days we got call from Sony customer care and communicated that mother board for this model is not available.

              Not sure to whom need to contact

                  I subscribed last month for Sony Liv around 4RM. This month Sony Liv automatically deducted around 20RM from account as monthly subscription. And They have not provided any option to cancel subscription. On there App and website there is no option for cancellation for subscription and there is no response of query as well. There is no customer support.

                    I have purchased Sony LED TV 55 inch for rs.90700/- from Doordarshan Electronics Osmanabad with 1 year warranty.
                    Within few days display found damaged, it has small bubbles & on complaint Sony service center didn't responded quickly, they sent a person (not a service expert ) to resolve issue i.e. after 2 months from complaint & while changing display service guy forgot to plug a cable inside & attached display which causes issue again.
                    Again I had to approach them for servicing but didn't got any response for 5 months.

                    Its been more than 6 months now but issue is neither resolved nor got replacement of TV.

                    Also per TV description it is smart TV which is able to connect to wifi network & play internet service but its not supporting

                      Service staff arriving with no id card and seeking personal contract
                      Complained Sony centre Mumbai
                      [protected] no person pic name given .Asked me to send address by whats app on +[protected] .person claiming from Sony visited with out Sony id card sought INR 35000 and said original new TV would cost INR 70000. He offered to do it cheaper if given as personal contract. .Refused to give official estimate and visit charges receipt. I Complained to [protected] and PIC abused me and go to local service mechanics and so official estimate can be given.Pl investigate and reply to me. I have no choice except going to local mechanics now.

                        I play KBC on play along regular which is free. I play just to get Knowledge
                        not only for rewards.

                        However what is noticed, yesterday I played fast a finger first, answered within
                        3-5 seconds, but no points were allotted to me [2] Many a times, I press a finger
                        but the answer do not get transmitted.

                        What is unfair, when Sony notifies a player about earning points/Reward, then if
                        reward/Points are not offered though the answer happens to be correct, it is unfair, hurts players sentiment. There has to be fair business, Transparency

                            I paid for the annual subscription of Rs. 999 on SonyLiv app on 7th Jan 2021, but my service wasn't activated, after waiting for some time I paid the same amount again and this time my subscription got activated. So in total I paid Rs. 1998 for a subscription that was at Rs. 999. I contacted SonyLiv throufh email subscription and Twitter, they hardly replied, they asked for transaction ID of my payments, which I shared, after 2 days they said my bank rejected the first payment. So I checked with my Bank, they confirmed that the money was paid twice to Sony Liv, today after 5 days SonyLiv support has stopped replying to my messages, please help as I have been cheated and robbed.

                                  Sony Bravia KDL-43W800D was purchased in 2017 and in 2020 its logic card failed which comes at the cost of Rs.3000/- . The part was ordered at sony service center, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. More than one month has passed the part is not replaced instead a call was received from the service center initially that the part has arrived and is lying for custom clearance then we received another call after more than a month that the company is offering to replace the TV at the cost of panel i.e for 16000/- which is against the policy of SONY that is that with in five years of purchase if a part of TV becomes faulty then the TV will be replaced with the cost of that part.

                                    I have purchased a sony audio system (MHC-V44D) now its not working when it switch on it shows code protect-3.we approached the Sony authorised service centre (Access electronics Thrissur Kerala 680006)but they said it’s parts not available.you are promising your service all over so we purchased sony system but we can’t use it anymore please consider it and do preferable solution for this waiting for your reply

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                                      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Consumable Electronic

                                      The issue that I have experienced was: I am regular customer of products of Sony [TV & Music System] since[protected]. For the last 1 year I'm frustrated and feel helpless with the continuous non response & false commitment by the executive specially Mr Shashikant Virajdar of Sony Service Center [Hira Electronics] at Solapur, Maharashtra India.
                                      Actually My Sony 32" Bravia TV [2013] had encountered problem in display of screen. Any Pic in Screen is spited in 2 Parts horizontally. One third part at the bottom side is showing all colors while almost 2 third parts is not showing all colors [Defective]. To sort out problem I lodged service complaint with the Hira Electronics [Mobile no-[protected]] at Solapur in December 2019.
                                      The service engineer attended the complaint advised us to pay Rs 15894/- towards replacement of fault tv parts. Accordingly I paid Rs 15894/- to the Sony Service Center vide cheque no 026375 of Dena Bank [Now Bank of Baroda] and the same cheque was credited to their account on[protected].
                                      After some time later in the month of February 2020, service people told me that the tv part was not available. Since the particular tv part was not available, I was advised for replacement offer of old TV with new one for concessional rate or take your money [Rs 15894/-] back. Since I was posted in Pune and My family was in Solapur and then Lockdown took place, I approached the service center in August 2020.
                                      And as I was shifting my family from Solapur to Pune I told the Service center to refund my sum [Rs 15894] back and I also told him that I would avail services from Pune. I had given them my bank account details for my refund.
                                      Since then [[protected]] I am continuously following up the Executives with mobile no [protected] and Mr Shashikant Virajdar [[[protected]] for last 4 month. But they have not refunded till date.

                                      It occurred on: 29/08/2020

                                      I am regular & loyal customer of products of Sony [TV & Music System] since[protected] when I purchased Music System from dealer Madhu Brothers in Bhopal.
                                      I request the competent executive of Sony India to arrange refund of my money Rs 15894/- with interest from its Service Center, Hira Electronics, Solapur and do some action against executive such as Mr Shashikant Virajdar [[[protected]] who has harassed me and also tarnished the image of brand SONY,
