I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Consumable Electronic
The issue that I have experienced was: I am regular customer of products of Sony [TV & Music System] since[protected]. For the last 1 year I'm frustrated and feel helpless with the continuous non response & false commitment by the executive specially Mr Shashikant Virajdar of Sony Service Center [Hira Electronics] at Solapur, Maharashtra India.
Actually My Sony 32" Bravia TV [2013] had encountered problem in display of screen. Any Pic in Screen is spited in 2 Parts horizontally. One third part at the bottom side is showing all colors while almost 2 third parts is not showing all colors [Defective]. To sort out problem I lodged service complaint with the Hira Electronics [Mobile no-[protected]] at Solapur in December 2019.
The service engineer attended the complaint advised us to pay Rs 15894/- towards replacement of fault tv parts. Accordingly I paid Rs 15894/- to the Sony Service Center vide cheque no 026375 of Dena Bank [Now Bank of Baroda] and the same cheque was credited to their account on[protected].
After some time later in the month of February 2020, service people told me that the tv part was not available. Since the particular tv part was not available, I was advised for replacement offer of old TV with new one for concessional rate or take your money [Rs 15894/-] back. Since I was posted in Pune and My family was in Solapur and then Lockdown took place, I approached the service center in August 2020.
And as I was shifting my family from Solapur to Pune I told the Service center to refund my sum [Rs 15894] back and I also told him that I would avail services from Pune. I had given them my bank account details for my refund.
Since then [[protected]] I am continuously following up the Executives with mobile no [protected] and Mr Shashikant Virajdar [[[protected]] for last 4 month. But they have not refunded till date.
It occurred on: 29/08/2020
I am regular & loyal customer of products of Sony [TV & Music System] since[protected] when I purchased Music System from dealer Madhu Brothers in Bhopal.
I request the competent executive of Sony India to arrange refund of my money Rs 15894/- with interest from its Service Center, Hira Electronics, Solapur and do some action against executive such as Mr Shashikant Virajdar [[[protected]] who has harassed me and also tarnished the image of brand SONY,
