Sony TV officers do not reply to my emails and do not make calls. I have been doing nothing for 4 months. I hope you will get rid of this problem.

I have purchase sony tv KDL 43w 950D My TV fell off on September 2020. I spoke to the customer care center and sent to Technician, they said that the TV panel is damaged, its cost is 19 thousand rupees. I gave them 10 thousands rupees After stopping the 1 1/2 month, her response came that the panel is not available, you cancel the order, I cancelled the order. I got my 10, 000 back.
Then after a few days I again complied with Sony Customer Care Center, they again sent new technicians, they also said that TV's panel is damage, its cost is 19 thousand rupees, I gave them 10 thousand advance. But 15 days after Service Center said that it was not being available.
Sony TV's customer care offered sell tv 25% due to TV panel not being available to me, but I should not take this offer.
Can you make me available the TV panel or give me a new model of 43 inch Sony TV.
I hope that you will be able to understand me, I am a middle class man, plz give me the TV panels or give me a 43 inch new TV.
(You have given a new TV to my friend earlier too, her model was KDL 43 w 800 D She also had panel problem.)

    My self darshika misty, I purchase sony bravia KLV - 43W672G in July 2020 . I purchase from malad west, mumbai - venus electrovision which is very famous for Sony products .
    the product after 2 to 3 month the line is coming in tv panel, i complained to malad east services center . after that the checking person is coming Mr kabish the first time is coming for check up they mention there is no issue but after 5 days approx in October i complaint 2 nd time they check the tv, in font of him same problem is coming, they process my tv complain and after continue 1 month follow up they pik up my tv, they pik up my tv[protected], i don't know what they are check, from the malad east service center branch i foll up with rm sachin - soni tv engineer -after 15 days sachin inform to me there is no problem in tv id don't know what they are doing with tv they check or not[protected] they delivered my tv after the number of follow up with him, they dispatch with no result date[protected] same problem is coming i complain again they said when my tv pikup tempo coming to your area it will be pickup, till date[protected] is pending .

    same issue created after 1 month, after the TV OSL change, , i dont no if its change or not if its change then same problem not created with in 20 to 25 days, Product provide us defective pieces, after complain given to sony same problem is created again and again, the tv in under sony services center within 15 days they said the OSL is changing after complaining sony service center malad east near oberio mall said wiring problem to your home we are changing the wiring of our housed beacuse of the TV issue after the wiring changing sony services center said setup box issue we change the sepbox but after al the change my tv issue was not sotout, the product purchase from Malad west, venus Electrovision from Mr Amar parikh its also a fraud person is provide to us defective pieces of sony bravia tv and not given any suppourt to us from july we are purchase and after 3 month from the oct 2020 to till Jan 2021 same problem is created again and again, I Thing big mistake from our site that we are purchased - sony tv that company has not provide any customer problem solution and satisfaction, only cheating and fraudness is given .at the time of one year warranty period we are continew agiain and agian complain for the tv issues but no conculstion is provided . i thing one year waaranty also compltede but the soultion was not provie from sony india center .

    sir i really fed up with this again again same excused and again try to convey me that i pik up today or tomorrow, in same problem they said me the panel was not change, glass only change i don't know for that part my tv problem is solved or not .
    i want my tv panel to change, who's know when they pik up tv and again done nothing and same thing is happen again and again, my warranty period also complete with 6 month, and from the t v purchase 6 month is complete in that 3 month i follow up for all the problems . i really want to you need to see the problem, and shout out assp .

      - Quality Issue not getting addressed by SONY India.
      -Harassment - Being forced to accept a defective product
      -Despite Visiting Service Point: Product found Defective As it is. Hence not collected back. Sony was informed via email as well as Twitter.
      - Misuse of product by Service network.
      - Request for replacement of quality deprived product not being fulfilled.

        we have lodge complaint on issue of partial dust on my tv set screen.your engineered visited to my place and for same reason it was taken to service center to get done. i was not get any updates on its delivery to me so i taken follow up but authorized person is always giving me different issue related to his problem to get delivered and assuring always to get delivered it today & tomorrow. always said your system is ready at thane office but couldn't get delivered on some transport reason. finally i connect the call to service center & make conference with sanjay suthar-dombivii authorized service center.now he is giving other issue & told have to change panel. it was no panel issue when it was given to him. they have done something wrong at the time of repair work. now he told that we will issue tv with new panel installation in it. i am not ready to take my tv set bcz there was no such issue & my tv set was fine. only dust problem identify but they have created issue in panel. i dont sure that now it will work long life. i wants to get new tv set or refund my money and not replacement.

          Good evening I ordered a 108 inch sony bravia led tv yesterday and I got it delivered today but the person who came to install it misbheaved and scold my father so please take sivier action towards him his name is ramu goud

            Dear Mam/Sir,
            With reference to the trail I was expecting a solution but nothing happened yet since 27.12.2019. For why I have already paid an advance of Rs. 2000 as advised by the concerned person of your service center and did follow up many times during this period.

            But when i am asking for the recent update now, they are telling me that this problem of my music system can't be resolved though the plant is not producing these parts now and insisting me to take back the system as well as the advance paid amount. If this so then you had to mention this at the time of purchase.

            Now you suggest to me please what will I do with the music system which isn't in working condition ? I had a lot of expectations from your product and service as well. But now I am thinking that my investment for the Sony music system was a bad decision.

            According to your attached policy no.8 you have the right to decline the repair service if the product is more than 5 years, but as per my job card i have informed about the problem and submitted the set with receiver on 27.12.2019, which is 4 yrs and 5 months from the date of purchase.

            So, kindly look into the matter and try to give your best service which will enable me to get back the music system in working condition please. I hope that being a reliable brand you will consider this matter and will do your best to solve this issue asap.

                I have bought sony bravia tv on 27march 2015 worth ruppes 155000. It suddenly stopped working and a red light started blinking in led panel on 22th november 2020. We have registered a complaint to service station on next day an engineer came and after checking he tried to update the tv but it coundn't work.he told us that motherboard should be changed it is costly but we agreed to do so we have given him 2000 ruppes in advance after a week after calling 3, 4 times the lady of the srvice center told me that company has stooped tomanufacture this part so we can't repair it. Very irresponsible answer from this reputed company!!! They have offered us a very low discount on buying their another product also.who can buy their anther product. Only after5years this tv become useless for us because of this such a careless company Sony India.

                    i have purchased the sony bravia 48 inch smart tv just three and half years back.now the display is not functioning.the service center people are telling that it will cost around twenty five thousand.is not it painful?
                    then why any one will go for sony by paying a high amount if the longevity of the product is less.it hampers the goodwill of the company.please help me to do the same by paying the minimum amount.

                        SonyLiv app has not been accessible for me since the last month. Sent them many complaints about my premium account not being accessible. Have not got any replies from them on twitter to solve the issue. Nor have they refunded my money back. I have also been unable to cancel the subscription and now Sonyliv has debited my account again for this month. This is shameless cheating and looting. I want my money back for both the months and have entire thread of my complaints to them. Please help me.

                          Issue with TV started 2 month back that sound was not getting switched off in between of watching TV. After complain, sony representative changed HDMI cable to optical cable. Now If I use external speaker then sound will come from both TV and Speaker.

                          Another issue with TV is that its not connecting to wifi internet. We need to manually change the TV time and then connect wifi internet. I have purchased TV for Parents as they does not know much about technology they are not able to use TV.
                          I have given multiple complain but there is no response form Sony. They are just staying that they will look into matter but from last 1 month I have not received any reply form them.

                                I had purchased Sony Bravia Television Set from "Vijay Sales" Vashi Branch for around Rs. 56000 on 30th Oct 2019.
                                It have 1 Year warranty and Suddenly one fine day within warranty we have observed below details:

                                1) Minor spot on left hand side of the TV screen
                                2) Faded black spots on various parts of the TV screen.

                                I have given the complaint for the same on 29th Oct 2020 with request Id: 63631085.
                                and complain as assigned to Sri Sai Electronics, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

                                After complaining they have come to pick up my TV on 03/11/2020. Job Id : J01678518.

                                After keeping TV for 17 to 18 days with them. The service center called me and gave me an estimate of around Rs. 16000/- for change of screen although it is in warranty. As they are projecting as the spot displayed is from outside and also not repairing the faded black spots on various parts of the TV screen which they are telling it is the dust.

                                Many times Sony Service Center guys are not picking the phone as well and we have to call them continuously

                                Please look into the matter ASAP. Sony is a very recommended Band Name and pioneer in Electronics. I am really disappointed with the service Sony is providing to the customers.

                                Looking for a positive response as this will avoid me going for any further escalations.

                                  I am writing this for the second time.

                                  I would like to raise a complaint against sony service center at Kalyan, Maharashtra.
                                  My Tv Sony Bravia 55" TV [ Model : KD55X7002E ] got panel issues in the month of July 2020 and the panel got replaced at the same service center.
                                  I got charged 30000 for panel replacement. We got our TV back in August 2020 and it worked well for the first month i.e....

                                  I have purchased annual subscription of SonyLiv @ 999. After payment my subscription is not activated. I have raised two complains via contact us option as that is only way to contact them, u cannot talk to them by calling them over phone.
                                  As there is no response from the concerned team, I am raising complaint here.
                                  I lost the trust after this purchase and moreover the app is very slow.

                                  I hereby request you to help me cancel my subscription and get money.
