I have purchase sony tv KDL 43w 950D My TV fell off on September 2020. I spoke to the customer care center and sent to Technician, they said that the TV panel is damaged, its cost is 19 thousand rupees. I gave them 10 thousands rupees After stopping the 1 1/2 month, her response came that the panel is not available, you cancel the order, I cancelled the order. I got my 10, 000 back.
Then after a few days I again complied with Sony Customer Care Center, they again sent new technicians, they also said that TV's panel is damage, its cost is 19 thousand rupees, I gave them 10 thousand advance. But 15 days after Service Center said that it was not being available.
Sony TV's customer care offered sell tv 25% due to TV panel not being available to me, but I should not take this offer.
Can you make me available the TV panel or give me a new model of 43 inch Sony TV.
I hope that you will be able to understand me, I am a middle class man, plz give me the TV panels or give me a 43 inch new TV.
(You have given a new TV to my friend earlier too, her model was KDL 43 w 800 D She also had panel problem.)
