i have purchased the sony bravia 48 inch smart tv just three and half years back.now the display is not functioning.the service center people are telling that it will cost around twenty five thousand.is not it painful?
then why any one will go for sony by paying a high amount if the longevity of the product is less.it hampers the goodwill of the company.please help me to do the same by paying the minimum amount....

Issue with TV started 2 month back that sound was not getting switched off in between of watching TV. After complain, sony representative changed HDMI cable to optical cable. Now If I use external speaker then sound will come from both TV and Speaker.

I had purchased Sony Bravia Television Set from "Vijay Sales" Vashi Branch for around Rs. 56000 on 30th Oct 2019.

But sony engineer could not repair due to unavailability of spare parts so they offered me to replace new kdl43w6600 at Rs-27961 so I paid the amount on 04-nov-2020 service center agent told me it will take maximum 10-12 days to deliver your new tv but now after 20 days they told me it will take more 10 days to deliver the TV .They have already taken 1 month 20 days...

I have kdl55w80d and suddenly after 3 years horizontal lines appears and when asked sony technical person they stated that it might happened due to voltage fluctuations or might have rubbed with water...
