I have purchase sony tv KDL 43w 950D My TV fell off on September 2020. I spoke to the customer care center and sent to Technician, they said that the TV panel is damaged, its cost is 19 thousand rupees. I gave them 10 thousands rupees After stopping the 1 1/2 month, her response came that the panel is not available, you cancel the order, I cancelled the order. I got my 10, 000 back.
Then after a few days I again complied with Sony Customer Care Center, they again sent new technicians, they also said that TV's panel is damage, its cost is 19 thousand rupees, I gave them 10 thousand advance. But 15 days after Service Center said that it was not being available.
Sony TV's customer care offered sell tv 25% due to TV panel not being available to me, but I should not take this offer.
Can you make me available the TV panel or give me a new model of 43 inch Sony TV.
I hope that you will be able to understand me, I am a middle class man, plz give me the TV panels or give me a 43 inch new TV.
(You have given a new TV to my friend earlier too, her model was KDL 43 w 800 D She also had panel problem.)

sir i really fed up with this again again same excused and again try to convey me that i pik up today or tomorrow, in same problem they said me the panel was not change, glass only change i don't know for that part my tv problem is solved or not .
i want my tv panel to change, who's know when they pik up tv and again done nothing and same thing is happen again and again, my warranty period also complete with 6 month, and from the t v purchase 6 month is complete in that 3 month i follow up for all the problems . i really want to you need to see the problem, and shout out assp .
