        I complained last six month above for my TV problem. My TV model is KDL-43W800C . My complaint of job NO. is J01398506. I called to sony service center so many times. But they didn't finish my Tv complaint still now. So I request to guide your service center (pondicherry) for finish TV complaint.

          Hello sir/madam
          I have purchased sony oled tv 55A8G on 3 rd November from vijay sales at
          crown plaza faridabad. Delivery was done on 5 th November but sony
          headphone(complimentary with tv) was not delivered. I had asked delivery boy
          and salesman from crown plaza. They said it will be delivered on
          installation. I had even mentioned on the receiving letter of delivery boy
          but got no response from the store. Installation done on 6 th November but
          no sony headphones received. And Installation guy told me its not his
          responsibility. Now nobody is responding. Even proper installation was not done properly. After my email regarding complaint of delivery of sony oled tv to vijaysales. I received a call on 9 th November and i was told i will get the delivery of sony headphones with in 2 to 3 days. Now its 3 wks still no delivery of headphones done and they are not responding for email and phone calls. Kindly do needful.

            I have requested to repair my tv with request id[protected] on 06-oct-2020. But sony engineer could not repair due to unavailability of spare parts so they offered me to replace new kdl43w6600 at Rs-27961 so I paid the amount on 04-nov-2020 service center agent told me it will take maximum 10-12 days to deliver your new tv but now after 20 days they told me it will take more 10 days to deliver the TV .They have already taken 1 month 20 days to resolve my issue my mobile no.[protected] and Sony customer care executive always telling we are solving the issue but still problem is unresolved.

            Sony India email me to conctact with their Branch Service In charge Mr. Pranat Sahoo at in this regard but he is not listen this issue serious but it's urgent I need this TV before 29 Nov

              I have kdl55w80d and suddenly after 3 years horizontal lines appears and when asked sony technical person they stated that it might happened due to voltage fluctuations or might have rubbed with water... How can this happen as no one clean tv with water and we didn't did it and also there's no fluctuations. Kindly help me as sony had provided defective thing.

                My TV set used to close after every half an hour and a red light used to blink at the center. I contacted Sony Service Center at[protected].on 3rd Dec.2020, Mr. Sharukh visited my residence, opened the set, checked it and told that two parts are required to be replaced and gave an estimate of Rs 2713/- including Service charges. He required Rs 1000/- as advance which I paid and he furnished a receipt. I continuously contacted service center thereafter since there was no response. Finally I was told that one part is not available which is being procured from Singapore, hence there is delay. finally one Mr. Jitender visited with parts. He also opened the TV set and told that the part did not mat h, it’s code is different. The part he bought was not marked as new which is done by the service center. He told that in a hurry it has not been marked. Then I can’t say what he did but a horizontal line appeared on the screen which he told is the panel line which was not there before.he went away saying that after Diwali set would be repaired. Now again there was no response and I continuously tried to contact them. Today is on 19.11.2020, Mr Sandeep, Engineer at service center told me that I have made elevations about the panel line, it has been discussed with owner of service center Mr. D.K. Nagpal and I will be required to pay full amount before repair otherwise they will not repair the set. Or I can take the advance of Rs 1000 given back
                I am a senior citizen lady. I have been mentally and physically put in stress which had severely affected my health. I want my TV set to be repaired at least for which an estimate was given to me. Why I should pay before repairing the set. I also want strict action to be taken against the service center for not following Sony Company policy. This is not at all expected from Sony company

                  I have purchased sony tv for Rs 76, 000 with model KDL 50W800D on the date 31.10.2016 because of good brand name in market. Last ten days back when I switched the TV on it was blinking with red light five times. No picture no sound.
                  I have raised the complaints to customer care on 11.11.2020 and I got the call from techician whom demanded for Rs 300 service charge for visiting house and when I agreed for it, he just came to my house and said that the problem is with panel board which will cost upto Rs.33, 000.

                  After that I tried to chat with sony executives they are telling me to follow the trouble shoot steps which is of no use.

                  My complaint number is 63848608.

                  What is the use of buying such costly brands from sony as there is no service response and bad quality of panel boards.

                    I have raised an incident 61992133 for a TV W80D panel replacement sugged by Sony service team.

                    I would like to bring notice to your service regarding my complaint against the TV screen.

                    I bought the above mentioned TV model in 2017 and on 21st Sep 2020 my screen was damaged internally and raised a ticket 61992133 for the same.On next week a person named Babu(Sony Service member ) came and informed me to replace the panel and can't be repaired . Later he said he will order the panel .

                    I waited for 1 week and i haven't got any response then I called on tollfree no. and mentioned the same.Next day I got a call from the service team, here they mentioned this model screen is not in stock and asked me to replace it with new TV with paying Rs28K approx.

                    I have declined the exchange offer and requested to provide stand by TV and want a 3D screen panel only. I waited again for 1 week with no response on my request.

                    Today morning I called on toll free no. for status, but here I couldn't see any progress on my request.

                    My concern here is I have brought a 3D TV and I have spent around 9K on other devices which support to watch 3D pictures.I request immediately to replace the W80D 3D panel as soon as possible. If it takes time please backup me with stand by TV .

                    My family members whole day are at home due to Covid and they habituated watching TV and currently IPL matches are in progress. We at home are getting upset because TV is not functioning .I request once again the brand Sony company to take this issue with high priority concern and do the needful assistance ASAP.

                    I appreciate the team for better service further to close the complaint.

                    This is also, reference to the reply mail dated on 27th October 2020 from the undersigned in this regard.
                    In response to your query regarding the 3D feature in your existing Television, we would like to inform you that, we continuously upgrade our technology to offer better products and better values to customers. As explained, 3D feature has been abandoned worldwide by TV manufacturers.

                    Instead, newer and upgraded technology like Android have been introduced in the latest models. Along with the latest features and specification, you can also enjoy normal full one year warranty on the new product. This warranty is also extendable to two more years by paying additional amount.                     Thank you for your email.
                    Here I'm not interested in new technology /upgraded TV's .
                    My request here is as a brand SONY, why you are not supporting 3D feature TV service for existing customers.
                    I have spent around INR 10k for other devices like 3D glass to watch 3D feathers.
                    My concern here at least you have to inform me before buying the TV, saying we would not support service for existing customers if there is any change in technology/upgradation.

                    FYI-- The TV was damaged internally, because of this failure the TV screen is not working properly.

                    Let me know in case you won't support me in repairing/replacing 3D TV's, I will raise my concern in consumer court.

                    Service team has taken My TV for repair, please return it ASAP.

                      Hi Team,

                      Placed an order #8319 for party speaker V43D on Nov 7 2020 on shopatsc still now product not received, tried mailing song india, shopatsc ..etc, even spoke with customer care, no proper support, just ignoring my request, totally disappointed with sony, this request is handled by sony mount road brach, so decided not to receive this product if they try to deliver, kindly refund my full amount,

                        My television of SONY brand is facing an issue. I called Sony customer care regarding this issue and they arranged a technician visit to our house. The technician diagnosed the issue and said one small part is having a defect which can be replaced. The cost will be around Rs 3500. He said local Sony customer service care will call and will tell you the exact price in a day. We waited for 2 days but they didn’t call. After that we called local SONY service center from our end and asked about the update. They said the whole TV panel needs to be replaced which will cost around Rs 18500. I said to them there is no point in replacing the whole TV panel for a small child part defect and the technician said only the child part needs to be replaced. But they replied this is the only solution with the quotes saying “take it or leave it”. We also reported this to SONY India management via email but still no response. As per me this is pure deliberate from SONY service Center for money capturing . Please consider this seriously because these type of service Centers will do anything for money capturing.                             I had purchased a sony 43 inch tv on 12 nov 2020.The product was delivered on 13 nov 2020.service engineer came on 14.11.2020 for instalation to my utter surprise the tv was a used one with many dust particle and scratches on the back side and on remote( photo attached) .I have called the store manager to replace the product but they are not listening .kindly look into the matter.

But your dealer gave us the demo tv ( used tv ) after I bring open and see at my hose physically minor damage look like already used tv then we get very angry about the issue..then we contact the dealer and argue with...

                              Recently purchased Sony KD-55X8000H .And i found and issue like one edge of panle is going inside backwards when press the panel. And Bezel i.e outer frame is moving freely instead it should be fitted perfectly. Team sony please help to solve . I got dissapointed by see this issues.

I visited service center friend s electronics gangiri society kothrud-411038. There staff refuse replace for pen drive. They not answered properly. So I request you resolve my problem.

                                  I had subscribed to Sony Liv Special but I got an email from Sony India that payment has failed.On SonyLiv App, I wanted to pay again but clicked Upgrade by mistake and Rs 201.90 was paid to Sony with a message that I am subscribed to SonyLiv Special+ with annual subscription of Rs.399/- which I donot need this and want to cancel the subscription. I left a message on the SonyLiv App on 11.11.2020 itself. I am unable to cancel Rs.399/- subscription on the App. Please cancel the R.399/- subscription and refund the amount.                                       सोलापूर (महाराष्ट्र) service centre 11th
                                      february 2020 में दिया था,
                                      कल (9th November 2020 ) without solution मुझे वापस करदीया | हर बार कोई ना कोई बहना बनाकार टाल देते थे | हमने कहा repair मत किजीए और mobile return करे | कुछ दिनो के बाद replacement की offer दी(for new other mobile model )और कहा कुछ extra पैसे pay करने होंगे | पैसे pay करने के ढाई महिने के बाद भी replacement नहीं दिया |
                                      finally कल हमारा पुराना mobile return करते हुये कहा, आपको replacement नहीं दे सकते |
                                      इतने महिनोसे जो MENTALLY, PYSICALLY Harassment हमारी हुई है, उसकी जिम्मेदरी किसकी है ???
                                      इस matter मे आपका decision क्या होगा ???
                                      Please provide all details of our service which provided us for experia Z-3 mobile from 11th February 2020 to 9th November 2020..
