Sir, This is abhishek dhuriya from indore(m.p.) In my last mail i have mentioned some issues related to my gadgets which is xperia z1 which i have purchased on 7 jan 2014 n within two month i experienced problem in camera of my gadget xperia z1 so i went to ur service centre and after many trouble they replaced my xperia z1 and gave me new xperia z1 in june 2014 but after using it for two months again im experiencing trouble in my new replaced xperia z1 (problem:over heating, n mis calibration of device when heating..mis function screen lag and hang) so i went to ur service centre and they updated my device's software and assured me tht nw my problem is solved..but aftet using it again i suffered same problem...so i again went to service centre and they again kept my device for diagnosis and again updated its software and after keeping it for two days for diagnosis they give me my cell and assured me tht my problem is solved...but again same problem continues..so i again went to service centre and ths time they give me advice tht my device will be replaced By company so i have to give them my device but they are nt giving new device but refurbished device.rht nw im having new device only three month old because u have replaced it on june...im nt getting ur logic of giving new device and taking old frm u... Im totally dis satisfied from ur service n product quality...im using Sony products frm last 14 years..but this time im to much troubled by ur service n product quality...i want new device xperia z1 instead of furbished one..kindly provide me new one instead of old...n same kind of problem im still experiencing in my smart watch 2... Sir, i am not satisfied with any of the complaint made from my side so in this condition i am forced to take some actions which will never be helpful for both o[censored]s, i am truly and fully frustrated of being joked by your company please take some action against it or by your behalf it will be my responsibility to take some legal actions Abhishek Dhuriya Indore(m.p.) I have problem in my sony xperia go(st27i) so i call service center where he said to me this phone not repaired only replace so i give my phone to replace he said to me maximum 15 days your new cell come from sony office but after 20 days running but at a time estimate are also unknown so please grant me my new cell in few days pllsssss... thanking you

        I purchased my Vaio in Jan 2014. It hangs every 2 minutes. I got it serviced 3 times at Sony service center. 2 times they replaced the hard drive. They mishandled it and have made some physical damage to the casing. I made complaint through email and had engineer visit. He could not fix the issue. Again I made complaint and had another engineer visit. Issue still persists. I have had 35 interactions with Sony customer service and now I do not see any way out other than complaining through different channels. I refuse to send my laptop to any service center and want it replaced. Kindly provide me escalation matrix for the Sony or provied me procedure to file complaint with consumer court.           When I contacted your service centre Tel No.[protected]Madona Service centre In VYTTILA, ERNAKULAM DIST) I was told that they are not willing to repair this model. Then I told them I am going to write letter to you for this type reluctance hence this complaint. Dear sir I am a retired man and I can not afford to purchase any new type of TV. Therefore please help me in this regard

            I bought Sony Xperia z 10 months back, due to some reason it was not charging I went to nearest Sony mobile service center in sector 3 rohini. The guy there without even checking and diagnosing gave me an estimate repair amount of Rs15000 and even suggested me to get it repaired from outside. One can easily figure out dat the sony service center executive was trying to get rid of me and was doing the same with other customers as well. It was just an issue with the charging jack due to which it was not getting charged and he told me that it's gonna charge u that much if you will get it repaired for Sony and the worst part is that my phone is just 10 months old and is still under warranty. I took his advice and and went to a repair shop out there paid 1000 bucks and got it fixed but now I have another issue with the display and I m afraid that the repair shop tech might have changed it. So my question is who is going to fix this issue now...as I have got it fixed from outside techs the warranty is voided.Is sony going to take the responsibility of the behaviour of their own service center executive as he doesn't seems to be doing his job.

              Hi There, I have raised a request 20682405 on 29th August for Sony Bravia TV KLV-40R482B. The technician had come next day and mentioned that the TV needs a display replacement and the replacement doesn't come under warranty. He told that the total cost of replacement will be approx Rs. 22 K and took a check of Rs. 10K. He had mentioned the part will come in 5 days. Since last 20 days I am trying to reach the local service center and the Sony support. I am being told that the part is not available in India and is being brought from Singapore. From Local service center I am not getting proper response. Every time I call Sony support, a new Service center associate attends the phone and tells that s/he is escalating it to high priority and the part will come in 2-3 days. Next time I call a new associate promises me the same. This is getting highly frustrating even after paying the 10K money which got deducted the next week itself. Can you please confirm when can I get a part? If I am not getting satisfactory answer I will have to take legal action.

                Dear Sirs, We have purchased Sony Bravia TV from Dubai & in warrenty period we have made complain. With Reference to our regular complain to your complain department (international warranty on sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com) since Feb 2014 since our Sony Bravia TV 46" has been & after long dicussion they have informed us that they will not give us free replacement & they will charge us Rs. 28167/- & they have collected cheq from us on 25th jul 2014 & today on 22nd sep. 2014 they have not repaired the same. Kindly confirm that when same is going to repair OR we have to write the compalin to Sony Japan On receipt of your reply within7 days we will take action for the same. Regards, Nilesh Mehta

                I have purchased a SONY BRAVIA LED TV in April 2011. A few days back the screen started emitting distorted picture. On receipt of complaint, the local service guy asked me to change the control panel by paying Rs 33, 000. Obviously I was amused to see the nature of the problem within three years of purchase ( original purchase price Rs 89, 000 )

                I contacted the customer care on line with no avail. Obviously I do not trust SONY any more. Can any one advise what should be done

                    I have a Sony Xperia z which is a water proof mobile up to a level of 1 meter for 30 minutes. I bought it only for its water proof feature but when I lastly visited the Sony Mobile Service Centre – Nehru Place, New Delhi as my Xperia z did not work properly and heat so much when I use it for surfing internet. Although my device is working but the representative of service centre said that your mobiles warranty is voided due to the red indicators of charging socket and I am supposed to pay more money for any service. But as I didn't dropped my phone in water, how can water enters in a water proof phone. I called the call centre they also said the same. Now am totally fed up as I paid 35000 to buy that phone and now I am receiving such a poor service from Sony. I want justice so please look in to the matter as I am student and can not afford to pay them again for their fraud and false service. Suraj kumar [protected]

                      phone using: sony experia L date of purchase: 14-03-14 -since i have bought the phone it is giving me silly problems like hanging. sometimes when the call comes then the icon for accepting the call doesn't comes and if by chance the icon comes and the call is attended then the icon for ending the call disappears. i am totally fed up with the services of sony india. when i have given my phone to the service centre then they said that the problem will not appear again but its wasn't became true, the problem is appearing again and again, they just have returned my phone back by updating the software. i'll never recommend sony ever in my life till me problem is not been solved.

Rungta, a Sony Product User had purchased a Sony LED 40" TV in Aug, 2011.Presently my TV has undergone certain picture fault.I have informed your Sony Service Centre in Berhampore--Date-16.08.2014.                               I have submitted my Sony-Vaio laptop to Authorized Sony Service center-F1 INFO SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES PVT. LTD, SHASTRI NAGAR, New Delhi for the problems (hang, heating up, battery replacement, window update). This model I have purchased from Canada. Even they know all the things, They receive this for diagnosis. The senior receptionist (girl) is very rude, doesn’t know how to speak with customer. They didn’t do anything because it’s a foreign purchased model and returned after taking the diagnosis charges. I have received my laptop and came back. When I checked in my room I found the backside is broken. I again went to the service centre and explained the things. The receptionist sudden argued with me knowing nothing. The unprofessional engineer and the other person from the unit blamed me that this system was submitted in the broken state. I asked check your job-card what has mentioned about the condition, in reply they explained that everything should not be written. Finally, they did not do anything and left me with my broken laptop. So. It’s a appeal t o all the customer that please don’t go to this service centre rather correct your product in front of you. I am filing a complaint to the sony to remove the authorisation for this company.

                                  I have booked this complain 15 days ago and after that I get a call from your team next day for replacing my television but they haven't confirmed us the date and 10 days have passed again no action taken from your side.

                                  Kindly let me know when I will get a new replaced television as 2 months have been passed after making my complain and no necessary action has been taken from your side.
                                  Awaiting for your reply on urgent basis on positive side.

                                    (MAIL 1) SENT Hello Sir/Mam, I am visiting your service station approximately for one month for my television display replacement which is damaged and out of warranty, I gave my television there on[protected] with my job ID no :- J41792481 and after 15 days I got my television back with replaced panel and I paid rs[protected] rs for servicing and 200 rs for onsite visiting, where 200 rs are not mentioned on my bill) and on the day when i got my television back at my home I found that its performance is not as same as it was before, then very next day i complained again at your toll free number and even at your service station at Bikaner they visited my television at my home and took photograph and told me to bring that television to service station, as their correspondence I took my television back to service station with my job id no :- J41954622 dated[protected] and after 15 days(today) they called me back, now today i went there to take my television back, and when i checked my television well before taking it back to my home I found that my television is still not same as it was before, please give me my television back in its real condition (I have already paid rs 27372, I don't want any more botheration i am living at my home without television for approximately 1 month, who is going to bear my DTH charges) even your team is nor responding properly and your service engineer is so rude he is not behaving properly, he is still saying that my television is okay, his name is either Vikas or Vivek and he told me that he have paid rs 23000 for television panel replacement which he will get after 4 months what should I(Service engineer) do your television is okay and and if you want you can check it in front of 20 persons, then i told him to check his service center's television 's performance and my televisions performance and when i showed them the performance of both television he told me that it is only your Psychological effect, even after seeing my televisions performance and the performance of Sony service station's television, both televisions are same but performance is not same, and one more thing i want to tell that they are counting my warranty from the date from when I took my television back to my home from its first replacement even with bad performance dated[protected]how can they count the service period from that time when i got televisions display with a bad performance which i paid for, I didn't got my TV in true condition at first), it is duty of "SONY" brand that they should give me television back with its brand performance, with new warranty from the date of collecting it from service station. I know my television performance when it was purchased and now after replacement. I am sending this mail to SONY on the faith of a brand name, and I know u you will consider my mail as an your valuable costumer and please teach lesson to your service engineer who are working at my service station for their behavior. He told me that "Sony has stopped manufacturing television of that model which belongs to you and your replaced television panel is replaced with a panel of advanced technology that's why I am getting that difference(FLASH) in my panel, it's an advanced model's panel with good quality." and he also told me that we will provide you extended one year warranty. I just want to know that is this the right way of sony to provide service to their costumers. I am waiting that Sony will listen to my problem, please do needful.                                     My LED Sony Bravia 42 inch TV created problems six months after purchase and on complaint the mother board had been changed. Thank God, it was within the warranty period. Unfortunately my LED 22 inch TV has started giving the same trouble (automatic switch on and off) which was also purchased about 6 months back and now I don't know whether to blame Sony or the shop(Velocity, Kanpur). Whatever the reason is I'm extremely disappointed with Sony. How can such a big name be so useless that a customer has to face problem within 6 months of purchase and twice? Hope my comment alerts prospective Sony customers.

                                      I have given my Sony Experia Z1 mobile for repair as the back panel was damaged. This mobile was submitted to ACCEL FRONTLINE LTD a SONY AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER. I had submitted the mobile on 13/08/2014 and still have not received my mobile back. It was told to me that it might take 15 to 20 days as it has to go to centralised service center. However this mobile has not been repaired yet. When I am contacting them I am still getting a same response as it might take another 10 days. This is extremely poor level of service any customer can go through.

                                        Sir. I have purchased a SONY LED TV model KLV40R452A, SERIAL NO.4306235 on 2.9.2013 from M/s.QRS Kozhikode and the TV is under original warranty of 1 year and extended warranty of 2 years. The TV went faulty about one month back and upon registering a complaint through the TV dealer M/s QRS, a technician from M/s.SONY turned out for repair. He did diagnise the problem with the TV switch and removed it (It is learned that this complaint is now common with this TV). Now the TV works on remote only. The technician asked for original invoice of the TV. I have shown him the extended warranty invoice and told that the original invoice is misplaced and I will trace it out and give it to him. Later on I have traced the original invoice and contacted the local SONYservice centre to replace the switch taken by them. I am told that my complaint is closed since I have not shown the original invoice to the technician. Please note that I am having the original invoice, warranty card, extended warranty for 2 years and non replacement of the TV switch is certainly a deficiency in service.
