On April 19, 2014 I bought a Sony Viao laptop, model SVF-14N16/Silver, Sr. no.[protected] at Store(YASHPAL ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD) in New Delhi, India, of Rs 60, 500-/ which was delivered to me on 22nd April, 2014. This product was defective as its touch was not working properly, it hangs and battery heats up, I returned back it to dealer to get it replaced, He denied to replace and gave me same faulty laptop after repairing at sony service center, Again the same problem arise after 2-3 days, I went to sony center got it repaired multiple times, the problem is temporarily fixed but again problem arises after 2-3 days, Again I have to take leave from my office, take the backup of my system and bring it to your sony centre due to which my office work is being adversely affected.I am sick of repeated failure of my laptop. After a debate with the dealer as well as sony customer care, I have drafted several emails on dated 11/08/2014 to sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com to get my lap top replaced or return my money, but now they are not ready to give the replacement of my laptop.     I am surprised at the unprofessional and non co operative attitude by Sony Service Agent in Allahabad. And more surprised at the way he is being protected by Sony India Customer care people. My son is studying In Allahabad and his Xperia ZR got screen problem while taking snaps in light drizzle. Sony is charging hefty premium for its water proofing screens. But when my son went to the service centre he was shocked to hear that Sony will not give warranty for its screens...!! What for Sony sells its water proofing phones in India ?? NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY THESE PHONES OF SONY... NO SUPPORT EXISTS FOR THESE PHONES AND YOU ARE LEFT STRANDED...! Sony India in my view is Shameless Sony... I want to meet the MD of Sony...     WHY DO YOU SUPPLY FAULTY PHONES AND THAT TOO AT SUCH HIGH PRICES ??
    IF YOU DO NOT WANT HOW TO REPAIR YOUR CHEAP PRODUCTS THEN YOU SHOULD NOT LOOT INNOCENT PEOPLES LIKE US...!!

        Sony tv model bx300 display damaged

        Dear Sir,

        I purchased one SONY TV MODEL BX300 BE 3 BRAVIA ENGINE TV nearly 3years now before 6months the display of the TV at the bottom edge started a narrow line like shrinking or burning of plastic paper like that now it is every day increasing that line width and now almost half area of display same problem. Please take needful action for this and give me a replay for this matter.

        i have purchased xpreria C ...and after 5 months its starts hanging automatically and operate by its own ...i rush to the service centre they upgraded the software ...but the problem is stil not resolve...they have kept the handset saying that they will change the mother board...i have gave the handset on 8 sept 14... job no. W[protected]...after so many days my handset is stil not repaired and they are not issuing any standby sets...it is become quite difficult to bear it...and not getting satisfactory answer from service center and cstomer care executive...kindly plzz help...

          I own Xperia Z1 which is under warranty of 9 months. My phone was damaged and one of its parts (Part No.[protected]_ USB CHARGING PORT COVER). So i visited three of your Service centres and here is what i experienced

          24th Aug: D G service centre, Panvel,

          Part price as they suggested: 1, 040.00 Rs.
          Would be replaced and given back in 7-8 days and i ordered the same.

          They didnt gave me any revert after that till 11th Sep 2014, when they called and told that the part is arrived and requested me to come and get it fitted.

          I went on 12th of Sep, and gave the phone but then they conveyed me that the they have ordered is defective and is not appropriate. They asked come back after two days.
          Since then i am being irresponsibly handled ever since they have been ignoring my calls and not giving any concrete answers to my queries.

          And to top this, I went to your Vashi Service centre was surprised.

          Part Price: 500-550 Rs.
          that it will take: 15 Days

          Revert me with any solution to the earliest

            Reg : Sorry to purchase Xperia Z2 and disappointed with services of Global
            Techno Care, Authorised Service Centre,
            Alwar (Rajasthan)


            Respected Sir,


            Had I committed a mistake by purchasing Xperia
            Z2 in the month of June 2014 since I have been apprised by your Service Centre
            Alwar that the cable No. EC 803 can not be replaced as it has not so far been
            entrered in the system?


            The grievances naration is as under :


            i)
            I
            purchased Eperia Z2 Black IME[protected] Charger No. 2114 WO9406751 from
            M/s Sachin Telecommunication, Alwar vide bill No. 7151 dated 17.06.2014 for Rs.
            44800.00.

            ii)
            Unfortunately
            during last week my above charger
            stopped proper working.

            iii)
            Yesterday
            in the noon, I sent my Driver to your Authorised Service Centre who was not
            attended properly neither was convinced for not repairing/replacing of the
            charger.

            iv)
            Yesterday,
            evening around 5.00 PM I had to approach your Service Centre and was attended
            around 5.25 PM. I am sorry to point out that the reason for waiting was not the
            quantity of the customers but the quality of services being rendered by the
            faces of the company - the persons sitting on the front benches.

            v)
            One lady
            alone was attending the customers and the other was sitting idle which resulted
            unnecessary wastage of the precious time of the customers.

            vi)
            I was
            attended by the second lady, sitting on the extreme right just infront of
            downstairs when Mr. B. C. Jain (Father of Mr. Ravi Jain - who is reported to be
            the owner of the service centre) interrupted and instructed her.

            vii)
            The
            reason for not replacing my charger cable was very surprising and not
            convincing at all!

            viii)
            I was
            apprised, since the company has so far not entered the No. of the above Cable
            No. EC 803 in the system hence it could not be replaced. We will send a mail to
            the company and as and when the same is entered in the system than only can be
            replaced.

            ix)
            On asking
            for probable days for solution of the problem I was casually given a telephone
            No. [protected] with the kind advice to make telephone call on daily basis. As
            and when the charger is received the same may be collected from the service
            centre.


            I was very sorry and agrieved with the
            attitude and reply and the quality and level of the services rendered at your
            service centre and with the view to report the matter to the company I asked
            the lady to let me know her name and give in writing the reasons but again it
            was to my surprise when she refused to reveal the name and specifically denied
            to give anything in writing.


            It becomes more funny/interesting/surprising
            when the person sitting on the counter were bearing a badge written thereon
            EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE IS OUR QUALITY.


            I also saw at your service centre a Sign Board
            displaying the information that - Company provides temporary handsets to the
            persons whose handsets are received for repairs/services. Is it not like a fun
            that while company is providing handsets but there is no remedy for charger
            cable?!


            It is not out of the place to mention here
            that nowadays it is the talk of the town that what were the compulsions with
            the Sony Company who has assigned the job of Service Centre to the person who
            was already running Service Centre of Nokia Care and having hundreds of
            complaints of ill behaviour with the customers. It seems that the proprietor
            has played some game under the table or some hidden hand has helped in
            assigning the responsibilities of service centre in Alwar. In my opinion the
            very purpose of providing courteous services to the customers is being
            completely defeated.


            To know the truth of level of services being
            rendered by your Alwar centre a secret enquiry may be conducted and persons who
            have visited your centre during last 3 - 4 months may be contacted, definitely the truth will come out and the
            Company may be saved with a heavy probable loss of image in future.


            Meanwhile the following steps may be fruitful
            if implemented :


            ·
            Every
            employee sitting on the counter must bear his/her name plate.

            ·
            Feed back
            be also collected from the customers to whom your Service Centre has provided
            the services.

            ·
            CCTV
            Camera be installted so that through internet from the
            Controlling/Administrative Offices of the Company, situated in other
            cities, the affairs may be
            monitored.


            I hope that my grievances will be redressed
            urgently and suitable steps will be taken to improve the services at the
            Service Centre otherwise I apprehend that it will spoil the image of the
            company which I thank you will also not bear!

              Hi I am Vijaya Seshadri from Indiranagar Bangalore. I have a Sony Z1 cell and it's under warranty. About 10 days back my cell was not charging and went to the service center Sonnet Care... I had to wait two hours for your service team to accept the cell phone to issue a service job sheet. I never heard anything after that. I had to try several times after 4 days and they said they have sent to head office to service and will take 8 working days from the time I have given the cell for service. No update after that and today again I called and they are saying it will take 10 days from today. This is totally unacceptable and service is horrible. I have spent Rs 40+ K for the cell and is this the service your company is offering? My service request number is[protected] and can some one respond appropriately what exactly is the problem? Appreciate some kind of feedback as part of the customer service.

                I have purchased Sony Xperia ZR cell phone from Sony Centre, Tambaram Sanitorium, Chennai on 01-Jan-2014. Upto 3 months the condition was very good but after that problem is, "what i speak other person can't hear(I guess MIC problem)" But till now they didn't tell me what is the actual problem. On May 7th, 14 for first time service i went to service center which is located in West Tambaram, Chennai named Chennai Service. They have just updated the software and gave without repaired anything. And Second time I went on May 15th, 14 same thing they have done for second time too(Just updated the software). And Third time I gave on May 22nd, 14. I got my mobile back by June 5, 14. Which is again not working. Again I have given for service on June 5, 14. Two times they have done software update. And third time same problem occurs they told they have send it to Delhi center for service. After a month I got my mobile on July 9, 14 with the same problem. They told will send again to L4(As of I know it is located in Delhi). They have got my mobile on July 12th, 14 and I waited for 20 days, they told 5 more days, I waited again. But actually I got it on Aug 25th, 14. Problem has not repaired. They told me it is replacement. But they didn't repair also. I got my same mobile back with the same problem. Actually they told they will replace my mobile but they didn't replace and repair. How I gave my mobile same I got it back. What the hell service they are doing in Sony service center? I think they have just kept aside and given me without repairing. If they really repair the handset then why the same problem occurs again and again. Is this service center(Chennai Service) problem or Product problem?? Is they really repairing the device? What is solution for my problem? Nobody is responding properly in Chennai Service. I just want my money back(Refund Full amount). In case if you are not refund my money, I will go to consumer court or press meet. I have all the proof. Immediately i wanted to talk to concern person or senior officer. This is my contact number : [protected]. I hope you will look into issue and take some action. Refund my amount. I never expected such a bad service.

I am sachin chouhan from indore i was submited my mobile ( sony z1) on the sony service center in indore address of service center is m 9-10", yashwant plaza, "station road madhya pradesh-indore-573202. I was submit my mobile on the date 30/aug/2014 for some problem related to application crashes", application not responding, dropped calls, "camera not available and system restart. I have a complaint for the employers and the service center. I was giving my mobile in new condition for solving my mobile problems but the employ of your service center manupulate me . They make a jobsheet in this jobsheet asc comments: is received without open and rest to be check only and they told me your mobile will receive after 7 days in correct and better condition but they manupulate me without inform me they were change my set with other one so i cant understand this things going on", "i request to you please provide my mobile as soon as possible. And proceed my complaint against to the employ and the service center."

                    Dear Sir/Ma'am, This is intended to complain about the poor service I am being provided by the Sony Service Center. I deposited my phone Xperia Z on August 25, 2014 for repairing the cracked screen and still haven't received it back. They keep on extending the date of returning. I was given the time of 10-15 days and now, even after 21 days, I have no clue as to when I will get it back. I have been calling them and even paying visits to the service center (I deposited the phone at the Nehru Place Center, New Delhi), all in vain. The staff is not at all cooperative. They just tell me that the phone is at main center and nothing else. Even they have no idea as to by when the phone will be repaired. I bought Xperia Z with high hopes and a "brand-trust", but experiences like these when the "shatter proof" phone screen breaks so easily with just a little drop (from a height of 2-2.5 inches and I am stunned) on the table and the company shows inconsistencies to such extent in repairing the device. Moreover, the temporary phone (Xperia Tipo) they have provided me until my Xperia Z repairs, is of no use.It uses nano SIM while my Xperia Z had micro SIM. Such level of ignorance towards customers' need and time is unacceptable. The case was registered as accidental, but the real reason was the poor build of the screen glass. Sony is not providing what it promises. I am completely annoyed from the quality and the service both, provided by "trusted" Sony brand and is looking forward to pursue this case further in the Customer Court, if no "Immediate" solution is provided.                       espected (to whomsoever it may concern), Myself Dr Swapnil Deshpande. recently bought new 50 (126 cm ) W800B Bravia Full HD 3d TV on 10th of May 2014. After which around 12 of august i started experiencing lines and disturbances in my tv so first i was shocked to see and thought it must be due to cable connection or and called cable guys and asked them to check but it was all fine from their side then after that i realized there is a issue in the tv as even the usb was not working fine. I was in utter shock looking at this that within three months of my purchase my television was like this which has costed me over a lakh. then after giving a complain at service center the engineer came assess my tv and took my complaint i had asked for a replacement of my tv as within 3 months it went in this condition. My concerns are I always believed sony is the best in the market so even when there were tv set for cheaper rates with similar functions i went on for this particular model But i was shocked to see that my set landed in this condition within 3 months May be i should change my thoughts now about sony and its quality after this experience, And that too one which is this costly and regardless of price this should not happen to the tv within such less time then i got a call from sony service that they will replace my panel, but i asked for a the replacement of whole set so they asked me to o a mail to sony india which i did on 25th AUG u can refer my email which im forwarding you along with this mail an my reference email number is [protected]. so in reply to my mail on 25th i got a reply from miss nilima dharve who is Customer Care Executive –West. and she promise me that ill get a call back from service people regarding my issue.. now its 15th of september, 20 days have passed but i havent received any call from them yet i called several times on call center every time they would say we have arranged call for you from service and i would never get a call from any body on 4th sep i had a talk with miss neha who is floor supervisor who promised me ill get a call by evening of 4th sep which i dint get till now, today again i called up at call center again i had a talk with mr dharmenra singh who transfer call to mr sarthak who is from escalation department in delhi he promised me same that we ill arrange a call back for you but i never receive a call back from anyone ... my issue is how many times i have to call service center when miss nilima ha promise me that i will get a call from the service people why i havent received it yet when your costumer executives word hold no power whom should the costumer trust . everytime i have to explain the whole issue to every person on call center an then they say the issue is at managerial level they will call you. my point is if the issue is at managerial level why no one is paying attention at my complaint why im nt getting any call even after promise from miss nilima dharve .. my tv is not working since 13th aug it will be a month now in few days an my issue is not resolve yet.. i want to ask when im getting such kind of bad service how does anyone trust sony any more this is the worst experience i have got after spending over a lakh for tv i want a specific action and a specific date when will my problem be solved and who will call me and when ...im highly frustrated by your service and i cant take this anymore who is responsible for last one month when my tv was not working. after me requesting for a replacement and then getting a reply back from sony that service people will call me i haven't receive any call ..if this issue is not resolved now home should i go and ask fr reply.. no one is replying my mail or calling me now and this is the situation after buying such a costly tv an that too from a reputed sony ... whatever their decision is they should atleast email me... no one cares to reply where should i go.. my personal experince with sony has been worst on this whole issue they dont care about costumer an dont respect them at all ... i want to tell everyone that Miss NILIMA DHARVE and MR PRAEEP CHOPRA from SONY INDIA working in service have received my email an promised they will look into matter and call me back or mail me but these people have no value for words they havent called me or mailed me back on my issue...                         I have purchased a sony xperia z, which is the worst phone till now in sony z series.after few months the phone got a liquid damaged, as the liquid damage covers only 6months warranty, as per the service center says.so i decided to pay the liquid damage amount.. the problem is the service center is not giving a a single response that i can believe..m staying far away from center i have to visit each and every time they says that they will reply me ..but they are not i got a job sheet which is a proof of there negligence job sheet dat:23 aug 2014 today's date:15th sept 2014 i called sony customer care i got to know that the policy of sony is repairing only takes 10days max and if the product is not available it take 15days max..i gave my job sheet number to the customer care, even he has no proper information about the repair status. till now i have got no reply sp please help me with this

I bought an Xperia Z1 compact phone dated 20th Apr 14. Last it suddenly stopped working. I took it to the nearest service center at S.G Infotech, Vasai(E) dated 19th Aug 14. They asked me to submit my phone and informed me that you would get a new unit. I was very satisfied to this. On the day when I went to collect my phone dated 15th Sep 14, I was given a refurbished(second hand) phone, not even my own handset. I demanded the service guy to let me speak with the manager(Mahesh), to my horror the manager wasn't available even during working hours. I just want sony to give me new phone. I trusted the brand for its name and its reliability and that was the reason I spent so much money on this phone. Also I had six months accidental issurance. I would certainly not want take any legal actions. However, If I had no options will definitely do the same. Its such a shame to the brand, that gives me a picture that xperia's high end phones are worst then china phones. Also to add to this, executives attending named Ajay and Swati at the service center were extremely rude and showed no concern towards the customer. People assisting from the call centre was also of no use. They said you are eligille for a refurbhised phone, even when the person at the service center commited me for a new phone. Kindly help me in this.

                            Dear Sirs, I had purchase a Sony Bravia full HD LED TV model number "KDL 32 EX650 IN5" through your dealers Kundan Electronics on 8th November 2012 and the receipt number is M 36395. The said Television was installed at my place during the course of the week after 8th of November, 2012. The serial number of the set is 3272070. Recently, the Panel of the above mentioned TV got damaged and I had lodged the complaint with your authorized service agent SR Technologies located at No. 13, 11th Main, 5th Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore. The complaint was lodged on 24th of July An engineer from RMS Technology, 2014. An Engineer visited our residence under the Home Service category and checked up the panel and informed us that the Panel is damaged. He collected Rs. 200/- towards the visit for inspection and informed us that someone from SR Technologies will call us up and inform us the approx cost of replacing the panel. We did not hear from anyone for a few days. Thereafter, when I called up, I was informed that the order for the Panel needs to be placed and it is not available in India. SR Technologies said they will check if this panel can be shipped from Singapore. Again, after a few days, when I called up, I was asked to wait for a call from SR Technologies on this subject. Later on, I went to the office of SR Technologies on 9th of August to check on the status of my complaint. The engineer who had visited our residence and informed that the panel is damaged was not available and he did not take the call when I tried on his mobile. Nor did he bother to return the call. I think his name is Manjunath and his number is [protected]. When he had visited us for inspection on 24th July, he informed us that their service centre will organise a panel for this. But, to my surprise, when I met Krishna at SR Technologies, he said the panel is not available and I need to buy another set and as a customer of Sony, I will be eligible for 25% discount on a new LED TV. My query is how is it possible that Sony is not able to replace the Panel for the above model and why should I buy a new TV set when I have invested 42 K approx in November 2012 and the said tV is less than 2 years old? I am pretty disappointed with this approach by your service centre on this subject. I was called up by a lady by name Geetha from SR Technologies on 14th of August and informed that I need to bring a Demand draft for an amount of Rs. 14753/- towards the replacement charges for the Panel. The DD was supposed to be in favour of " Sony India Private Limited".. Since 15th August was a holiday, I took a DD drawn on ICICI Bank Limited on 16th August for the amount mentioned above and went to SR Technologies to deposit the same. When i reached the office of SR Technologies, I was informed that I need to buy a new TV and the service centre cannot replace the Panel of the model number KDL 32EX650 IN5. I was shocked and was very upset that after taking trouble of getting the DD organised, based on the call from your own authorized service centre, the same service centre says, they cannot replace the panel and the worst part of the entire experience was that the team there was not even apologetic about making me run around, get a DD organised and finally informing me that they cannot replace the panel. I was also asked to bring the original receipt as well as the Guarantee card so that the request for replacement of the panel can be processed faster. I am indeed quite disappointed with the service of your organisation and wanted to inform you about this and request you to replace the damaged panel of the above mentioned model at the earliest. Also, do let me know the charges for the same. I have not yet cancelled the DD of the above amount and will wait for your communication this week to enable me to take the next steps on this subject.                               I Abhishek Mandal purchased Sony cyber shot DSC-H70 E32 camera . After a few days DIFFERENT COLOR LINES STARTED APPEARING ON THE IMAGES TAKEN USING THE CAMERA. I went to the service center : #349, ground floor, business point, western express highway, Andheri East, Mumbai -400069 twice seeking solution to my problem but returned with no good result .

                              My camera is still under warranty and i am requesting for solution to my problem so that i can restore my faith in the brand .

                                Sir/Madam, We have purchased the above TV from Sony Centre Annanagar, in 6-4-2010. For the past two months in the screen there is horizontal rough patch developing. We can actually feel the rough patch by touching the screen. It is slowly developing fully over the screen. We are not able to see the picture clearly. In this regard we made a complaint through customer care and they have alloted CLARITY SERVICES, Shanthi Colony Annanagar, Chennai-40. One technical man came to attend the fault on[protected] and they have given work order number as 20594922. That technician told that it is a manufacturing defect. He has taken the photograph of the TV and photo copy of our bill. Till date they have not responded and their contact numbers could not be contacted. This is highly irregular. So we want this defect to be replaced free of cost. In this context how can we recommend others to buy sony products, as well as our TV is just 4years old.                                   On 07-May-2013, I purchased one LED 3D TV (KDL-32HX750), Serial number 3043188 from Saudi Arabia, Jeddah, and brought to India. On installation it was found working properly. After one year of well viewing and immediately after the warranty period expired, the product was not working properly. I registered a complaint to the authorized service centre Madonna Care Centre 26/170, Ramanchira, M.C.Road, Thiruvalla-689101, Kerala, India. They advised me to bring the television and it was repaired after one week of which the job card number is 41097266. They charged me Rs.11390 for t-con board and ba board on the date of[protected]. After one month, one black line was appearing on the display. I informed them and one technician reported from the service centre and after his inspection he told me that it was because of panel problem and need to change the panel worth Rs.17000 + service charge . I agreed for that but after two- three days he told me that the panel is not available in the market and I should try to replace the set.The dealers are providing me a 25 % that may be approximate value 7500 Rs for my Tv. I am unable to replace it in India as I purchased the same from Jeddah SR 2800.
                                  It may be worth of Indian money Rs. 43000 and now I spent additional amount of Rs. 11390 in India for repairing . Even after the repair they are insisting me to spend Rs.17000 for panel. . It is important to mention here is that all the products I purchased are of Sony make because of the reliability. But after this incident how can i be reliable with Sony product. I am dissatisfied with this dealing and the inconvenience caused due to comply with the advice of your authorized dealer which is of no use to me.
                                  Kindly go through my grievance as mentioned above and provide me a better opinion and take necessary steps so that I can act on your advice to get rid of the problem with this TV set
                                  KINDLY PROVIDE ME THE PANEL, I DONT WANT TO REPLACE MY TV, WHY SONY IS PROVIDING SERVICE CENTRE WITH OUT ANY SERVICE PARTS, I NEED TO REPAIR MY TV THATS ALL .                                     I had been to spain, and on 12th August me and my friend purchased two cameras of the same make - model, that is SONY DSC-H300. On fifth day of purchase he got his lens hanged on full zoom position, we went to Carrefour, from where we purchased it to get it repaired, as it was newly purchased. He told us that the camera should be handed over to him and will be returned by three four days, we had a flight back to India in thre days, so we were assured that the Camera is covered with International Warranty, and we can always get it repaired in India. At home same was the case with my Camera, Lens hung out when zoomed in. We contacted Sony Authorized Service Station at Ahmedabad, and to our dismay we were told that there is no International Warranty, The cameras costed us 298 Euros, and now they don't work. Could you please guide me.?

                                      Dear Sir, I purchased Sony Bravia KLV28R412B TV on last week.I registered in sony for demonstration and installation on 8th on this month.As of now I'm not receive any call or no executive visits our house for installation.(Almost 6 days completed, I surprised for TV installation in Metro city will take this much long time) I purchased this TV on Vijay electronics in Kharghar Navi Mumbai-41020.I'm staying in Kamothe 1.5 KM far from this place.
