Product part and service

I own Xperia Z1 which is under warranty of 9 months. My phone was damaged and one of its parts (Part No.[protected]_ USB CHARGING PORT COVER). So i visited three of your Service centres and here is what i experienced

24th Aug: D G service centre, Panvel,

Part price as they suggested: 1, 040.00 Rs.
Would be replaced and given back in 7-8 days and i ordered the same.

They didnt gave me any...

Complaint regarding poor build quality and service
