I purchased sony bravia KDL 32EX550 in Aug 2012 in Rs.39, 500/- and after 2 years in Sept 2014 colour display problem statred. I booked complained on 12.09.14 with ID No.20902363 at Sony call centre. Next day sony technician visited and told that LED panel needs to be replaced and informed that the cost of LED panel will be Rs.16, 000/-. I was shocked to hear that within 2 yrs we have to spend 16000/- to repair the TV. We purchased the sony bravia thinking the good quality and durability but they selling such a poor quality material. I have found so many similar LED/LCD panel problem in Sony bravia TV. We have think before buying any sony product.

    ur laptop parts is so delicate...there is in keyboard... key has problem... recently i changed my 3 parts of laptop.. 14, 000 rs service center had charged me...when i bought this ...by this i m facing this problem... i baught a brand new laptop with bill... but i dought there is a problem from diller.. they giv us old laptop...

      i brought sony led 32 inch on 17/09/2014. The owner of showroom said they will come tomorrow and they will fix the t.v on wall. next day call came and told me that they will come next day. Next day no call came at last i called then and asked them when they will come they told me with in half and hour but they didn't come again i called them there reply was we will come don't call me again. After waiting for 1 hour i called them again then they just cut the phone. From very early i am using the sony products first time i needed a assistant from your side and this is how you are treating your customer if you will give such type of serive then i think i will be good to go other brands.

      SIR, I HAVE REGISTERED A SERVICE REQUEST ON 21/06/2015 VIDE ID 26077471, I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED THE SAME. IN BETWEEN ON 24/06/2015 ONE MECHANIC CONTRACTED ME OVER MOBILE (NO.[protected]) THAT HE WOULD BE COMMING MY HOUSE ON THAT DAY.THAT TIME I WAS IN MY OFFICE WITH MY PREOCCUPIDE JOB.WE HAVE FIXED A MUTUAL CONVENIENT DAY ON 26/06/2015 AT 5PM.THAT DAY I HAD TO TAKE LEAVE FOR THAT PURPOSE.HE DID NOT COME.AT 8.30PM HE CONVEYED ME THAT HIS VEHICLE WAS OUT OF ORDER. NEXT DAY i.e. ON 27/06/2015 HE SUPPOSED TO COME BUT DID NOT COME.ON MONDAY i.e. ON 29/06/2015, I CONTRACTED HIM, HE PROMISED TO COME BUT AFTER SEVERAL TELOPHONE CALLS FROM MY SIDE, ULTIMATELY HE DID NOT COME AND PROMISED FOR NEXT DAY. IN THAT WAY HE WASTED MY TIME AND PUTTING ME IN HARASSMENT IN SEVERAL OCCASSIONS.

        I had purchased a Sony Xperia ZL mobile phone on 05-Jan-2014. Recently, the camera of the mobile was having a problem (black spot appears on the camera & pictures). I approached Metal Tech(Sony Authorized Service Center) for repairs on 04 September 2014. I was issued a job sheet (job number : W[protected] against my complain. I was told it would take 9 days to repair my phone. I visited them once again on 07 September 2014. They then informed me that the phone couldn’t be repairable and they would provide a refurbished (not new) Sony Xperia ZL in 4-5 days. On 17th September 2014, I was informed that they couldn’t find a refurbished Sony Xperia ZL, so they would give me a refurbished (not new) Sony Xperia Z within 2 days. During the course of this complaint, I found the behavior and interaction of the executives of Metal tech to be very insensitive, unapologetic and rude. Out of sheer helplessness, seek help from this forum in order to get my phone either repaired or replaced. My experience with the authorized service center of Sony has been very dismal.

            I am a Sony Loyalist but no more .I bought a Bravia TV last August 2013 & the mother board has to be replaced in the 13th month ( sept'14 ).The cost for the same is Rs 7500.I feel cheated as a customer, after paying Rs 50, 000 odd for the TV, in 13th month the mother board has to be replaced . The service person says that in electronic items, we cannot a guarantee anything .Is it ? Is a customer expected to change mother board in 13 months??? I work in the service industry & for us customer satisfaction is of paramount importance.I was advised by all my friends to opt for Samsung, but since i have been always been using SONY, i trusted the brand & decided to buy a BRAVIA. Regret my decision & would not recommend SONY to any one henceforth & will abstain from buying any SONY products gong forward

Patel i have sony - c i submitted my cell for repairing when i gave him my cell i gave cover also and now they told u gave us only cell we are not taking cell back cover and i argue than they told me in job sheet there is nothing mention about accessories now they refuse to give my cover back they demanding 1500/- for cover it completely fault of them case they current change office that causes they miss my cover but they did not accept it i have 4 sony cell xperia - C, XP, M, Z but i[censored] do like this how can i trust on you people even from now i suggest to other do not buy sony cell they are cheaters 100% if you can help me to gave me my cover back contact me Riken Patel - [protected] www.plasticmachineryindia.in

                Sony India has so bad services. They are just irritating me alot with their all time worst products. People buy things/products for their own and i think sony wants to keep their products for themselves. I brought this phone SONY XPERIA SP, (IMEI-[protected]) and now i had to send my phone again for microphone problems. I don't know what they did with my phone. I am so mentally tensed, please ask sony to help me solve my issues or i can go to consumer court. My friends asked me to buy apple Iphone but i myself went for sony and now i am regretting. And i haven't received my jobnumber till now from sony. They are so careless. Help me please sir/ma'am.                     I own a DVD home theatre system of Sony. It is facing push power protector problem. As an educated person, I went on their website and many other tech sites to find a solution to it. I did all the steps to resolve the issue but nothing happened. Finally I called the customer care for service request. After 2 days an engineer came to my home from Orbit Electronics, Worli, Mumbai which is one of their service centers. He asked me the problem and I told him that push power protector issue is there since a month. He started performing all the steps which I already performed by refering to many websites. E.g. Plugging out the cables, checking the speaker wires and checking the power supply. After that he opened the system and closed it as if he was just trying to show me that he did his job. Then he said the system would need to be taken to the service centre for which there are transportation charges of Rs.340 if I ask sony to pick up. I asked him for the exact issue before I plan to take it to the service center but surprisingly he said that one of the ICs must have been faulty. I asked him again which one to which he said we can only tell this at service centre. Was he trying to make more money on behalf of Sony because Sony might have given instructions to their Enginers to talk this language. I told him that what have you done as an engineer but he kept mum and asked for Rs.170 which was his visiting fee. The moment he left I called customer care and explained the whole incident. I was assured that a senior engineer will visit again to check the system and this time I dont have to pay him the visiting charges. Its been 7 days with 2 follow up mails and 2 calls but no body has turned up. They don't even respond to the mails in a proper manner. I really felt cheated now after 2 yrs of buying this product when I am experiencing their after sales service. I can easily say that Sony will be having the worst after sales service. Now I am planning to write a petition to consumer court for this issue and I'll ask for the refund of the product. Sony is cheating its customers believe me. Any of you reading this, please do not buy Sony products otherwise you'll have to go through the same problems and hassles in case of any technical issues.

                      I had bought Sony BRAVIA HD TV KDL-42W700B first week of march 2014. Its been hardly 5 month Tv display has gone. Sony centre people saying will replace the display. How convent it is to say and what's a point of buying new Sony TV. I fail to understand if its a brand new Tv how the display can go. I bought Sony Tv only for its great quality & service.                       We bought the KLV-32BX300 model of Sony Bravia LCD TV for 32000 INR from an authorized Sony dealer in 2010. Just after the warranty period the picture quality began to reduce. Now the display shows blurred images and one could physically feel a molten plastic like appearance on the screen. And this plastic layer even came off at certain places. The display also gets overheated.

                      As soon as we noticed this we consulted with the dealer and they informed that there are many similar cases reported for Sony LCD's. The company's response to this is thoroughly disappointing as they are just insisting to replace the panel which costs about 17000 INR. This is pathetic as one could buy a new LCD TV for this price nowadays.

                      As this issue is common to more than 20 customers in our locality alone and one could see many such issues reported in the discussion forums like these, one expects the company to take a positive action on this. These kind of quality issues are dumping your good name as a quality and customer friendly brand.

                      Even after many mails and reminders to the Sony Services, no positive reply and this clearly shows the kind of support one could expect from this brand after purchase.

                        Greetings of the Day!!! Its been almost a month gone by & I am yet to receive a reply from Sony side. I have never expect such kind of customer service from one of an esteemed & renowned organization. I have purchased one M2 mobile from Sony World, Kolkata on 26th July'14. After using mobile for twenty days suddenly display of the phone problem occurred. When i went to service centre they told me that parts need to be replaced. I got my mobile phone on 24.08.14, I request for a mobile change but I receive my old mobile after getting almost 16 parts changed. Again from last couple of days am unable to connect headphone from SONY M2 whereas my same head phone is working in other mobiles. Now I again need to run services centre on daily basis & beg for repair. It’s now seems that I have been cheated, very sorry to say but this is in fact true to the problem which am facing from last one month. Expect a revert from your side.                             I got my Sony Xperia Z phone on 14th March 2013 and after 9 months o[censored]se the ear speaker stopped working. Went to service center and they replaced my phone and gave me a new handset. The new handset was working fine when again after 8 months there were 2 dots started appearing on the screen. Went to service center and they said that we can only give you 20% off on the new handset that you buy again from Sony as my phone is out of warranty. So basically what they are trying to tell is that I will only get Rs.8000 for my phone which is not at all cool. Please help me out in this regard as I'm not at all willing to pay another Rs. 25000 for the new phone or 16000 for the new screen as this is not at all my fault and is not fair. I did not pay 40000 for the phone which I'm not able to use for even 1 year properly.This kind of stuff is not expected from Sony Mobile at all. Please see the image that I have attached for the current problem that I'm facing this time.You can see the dots on the top left side of the screen.

                            I'm just getting 8000 for my phone for which I spend 40000, there is only 2 dots appearing on the screen which is definitely the hardware fault.
                            Other than that the phone is in proper working condition. I accept that the phone is out of warranty now but paying so much again for a phone makes no sense. Some action has to be taken by Sony on this. And instead of helping there customers there are trying to avoid them which is not expected by the top market player like sony.

                              I HAVE PURCHASED MY NEW XPERIA Z1 ON DATED 13/8/14 SR NO..Sony C6902, black, IMEI NO- [protected], SL NO.[protected], BUT THERE WAS A GREAT PROBLEM IN CAMERA, PHONE ALSO HANGS AND CHARGING PROBLEM ALSO, THE COMPLAINT WAS MADE TO SERVICE CENTRE AT PATIALA ON 13SEPT2014, AND ON DATED 18SEPT2014 SERVICE CENTRE WAS CONTACTED AND THEY TOLD ME THAT U WILL NOT GET A NEW PHONE AND TRIED TO GIVE ME AN OLD PHONE WHICH WAS ALREADY GOT SCRATCHED FROM BOTH SIDES, I HAVE SPENT RS.35, 000 ON THIS PHONE AND THIS WAS IN GUARANTEE PERIOD SO, PLEASE PROVIDE ME A BRAND NEW PHONE BECAUSE I HAVE RETURNED IT TO SERVICE CENTRE WITHIN 1 MONTH FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, I AM VERY MUCH HARRASSED BY THE SERVICE CENTRE BECAUSE I HAVE TO VISIT SERVICE CENTRE SO MANY TIMES TO GET MY PHONE SWAPPED, DO IT EARLIEST OR I WILL GO TO COURT!!!

                                I submitted my phone to fortune service centre on 1st of september 2014 and they told me that it would be repaired within a week.Its more than two weeks now and still it has not been delivered by service centre.Whenever I am asking them they are giving the reason that they have sent the phone to Ranchi and they have not dispatched the phone phone after repairing it.When I called on the toll free number I got the reply that my phone is repaired I can receive from the service centre but when I asked the the person to whom I submitted my phone he said still my phone is in Ranchi.I am totally annoyed with the attitude of the servicing staff. my jobsheet number is W[protected]. [protected], after six month it started problem with signals immediately I visited Sony customer service and they changed its motherboard. And after that it started problem with mike since than I m continuously visiting Sony service center Accel Frontline Nehru Place. But my problem is still alive and I am really fed up this device even my friend start teasing with the quality of the Sony .Don't make me to think that I have done a mistake purchasing a phone of your company.                                     Dear senior management of sony television this is reminder about your responsibilities towards your customer this is my fifth reminder for same thing I have issue with new purchased TV. On dated 15.08.2014 Model No. KLV-22P402B, Serial No. 8156708. There are some images I am sending for your kind reference before 8 days it was replaced with new panel but that was also defective as well the problem still not solved as a new problem arise with new panel.
