Sir...I am basu gupta from tehsil shahabad district rampur...I had purchased a smartphone sony xperia z of 37, 500/- on 31st march 2013...(17months ago) from miglani enterprises, budh bazar moradabad...Almost 2months ago...My phone got switched off during working...I went to the miglani enterprisis and asked for the reparing...I left my mobile there and they told me to call them after 5-6days...The date when i left my mobile there was 27th june 2014...First they sent my mobile to the local service centre for repairing...Where they could not make my mobile ok and sent back to the miglani...I called miglani to get report about mobile...They said to me that my mobile can not be ok now...So i can get it back...I was shocked...I went to miglani and asked for another option now...They said that they will send my mobile to the company now for repairing...I agreed...After few days...They told me that my phone will be ok if i pay 10, 000+tax as repairing charge...I knew that my phone is not in warranty period...So i agreed to pay and told them to make my phone ok as soon as possible...But now as 2months have passed today for the repairing of my mobile...Miglani enterprises said to me that company also rejected the repairing of my mobile and sent back to miglani...And miglani told me that i can get my mobile back as same death condition...My question is...Is 37, 500/- mobile phone's age is only 17months...If it is not working...Can company not repair it while i am ready to pay service charge also...I want my mobile ok...Please help me...

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    This is to inform you that I brought this 32" Sony Bravia, LED TV, Model – KDL 32EX 550 in May 2012 vide Tax Invoice no.BB/CM/00932/12-13 DT.30.05.2012 at Rs.39, 900/= from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt ltd, Kolkata. The same was installed by Mr.Hazra of Neosa Electronics ( P ) Ltd, ( Sony Authorized Service Centre) Haldia in June 2012. It carried a warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase as per warranty card provided by Great Eastern, Kolkata ( attached scan copy)
    Present age of my TV is two years two months twenty one days. In 26th month itself, my TV, Sony like brand become dysfunctional. First the problem was noticed during world cup football match somewhere in May’14, a single very thin green horizontal color on the top edge. We thought initially that it is due to cable transmission problem and accordingly cable details were checked thoroughly. Cable operator also could not diagnosed any problem in his system and asked me to contact the TV personnel.
    After some days of operation, the line width become wider and color become combination of black and white at the top.I immediately lodged my request stating the problem online and also through mail communication in June 2014(allotted request ID was.19726942 dt 20.06.2014).During this time due to very critical family problem in my home front, I could not arranged to offer Sony service people’s to inspect the TV problem against the mentioned request ID.
    So again, I lodged second request in the month of August’2014(allotted request ID was 20508284 dt.18.08.2014). Against this ID request, Mr. Hazra of M/S. Neosa Electronics ( P) Ltd, Haldia visited my House on 20.08.2014 ( ref. service Job sheet no.3253903 enclosed )and inspect the TV problem. As per the verbal communication of Service Engineer the problem is in the display panel and it needs replacement. Please be noted that nothing has been mentioned about the identified problem of the TV set or ASC comments in the mentioned Inspection job sheet after post inspection.
    Subsequently, Mr. Sharma of M/S. Neosa Electronics called me and told the the system job no.J41866371 and estimated cost of repair for replacement the panel is Rs.14, 200/=
    Please be noted that while discussing this problem with the shop from where TV was purchased and your local service center, I came to know that this type of problem is taken care by Sony India Pvt Ltd free of cost if had it been informed to Sony India within two years after purchasing TV.
    Now sir tell me can any customer identify this panel problem just by observing an extra color thin line on edge of top that to sometimes coming and then disappearing, when full picture of the TV is not vanished. And can a customer purchased a TV, whose brand name is SONY, will expect ever this type problem in the newly purchased TV within a span of only two years. Never sir never, that is why customer spend his hard earn money on choosing and purchasing SONY BRAND TV and not other brand TV.
    But sir, this very important two years warranty information on panel replacement has neither been shared in the warranty card nor informed by your authorized service center during installation & commissioning the system.
    In the warranty card it is also written “warranty of 1 Yr from the date of purchase and Valid up to June-2013”. So two year completion after purchasing my TV is June’2014. I lodged my request on June 2014 and that is well within two years after purchasing the TV. If two years is the bar limit then I can put my humble request in front of SONY management to consider my appeal and warranty facility should provide to me on Customer Good wheel norms.
    I have also some queries as given below about your warranty norms and information as not shared by the company, dealer and service centre :
    a. Sony is provided extended warranty facilities depending on customer requirement and wish. Then why it is not mentioned anywhere in the warranty card. Why the shop or authorized service people did not asked or requested me for availing the facilities during purchase and installation the TV. Warranty card should have the following information as published in your web site.
    Warranty Information
    Domestic Warranty
    Standard Warranty
    Extended Warranty
    Limited Warranty on VAIO Accessories

    b. If some parts of the TV is having two years warranty then why this information has not been mentioned in the warranty card and also not shared either by the shop where TV purchased or by the service center who installed my TV.
    c. If the above mentioned points would have clearly mentioned or shared with me then during purchasing and installation the TV then I could have taken preventive measures and act promptly towards lodge my request. Also I could have availed the extended warranty facilities. In this case my tension would have been reduced about the performance of the product.
    d. Sir, would you not think that sales and service department plays a very important role in any industry. Was it not there responsibility to inform and educate the customer every information about warranty facilities along with other tech. information’s, which customer can avail if any problem arise.
    e. The above incident has created the doubt that whether I have been given already a defective piece or repaired piece by the dealer. You will appreciate that consumers buy SONY product at the higher prices than the other similar product available in the market believing its quality by default. But now it seems that quality of the SONY is also being compromised at the cost of consumer’s faith & cost & if such type of quality problem faced by the consumer, Brand value of Sony will be erode drastically.

    f.Sony is having very fantastic support system, where if you put your request you will get a auto generated mail having a ID no.Their authority will never read your problem for solving the same.They will advice to contact local service centre and get the problem solved.

    One of the cheating company in my sense why the TV I purchased got outdated. So now onwards you will not get any support.they have also informed their dealer to sell that type TV to their customer.It is basically earning money from customer through dishonest door.

    Hats off Sony management !! Hats off.

    I am really feeling very disturbed & frustrated about my decision of buying SONY product. I don’t know whether the dealer or the manufacturer is faulty, but ultimately looser is customer who already spend his hard earn money of purchasing a substandard product unknowingly.
    I would appreciate & request if you, kindly look in to the matter & get the faulty parts replaced with the new one on customer good will warranty keeping the faith alive about the quality products of SONY.
    I shall look forward to your reply and a resolution to my TV problem and will wait for your positive and favorable solution.

      I had given my phone for repair work as the screen had cracked due to physical impact to an Authorized Sony Service Station in Pune - P C Support Shop G 8 Ashoka Mall, Opposite Sun N Sand Hotel, Bund Garden Road, Pune - 411001 Contact no. - +[protected], 41205473, [protected] I would like to register a complaint against this firm for extremely poor and pathetic handling of customers. They had told me to wait for 7-15 days for estimation as the phone was sent to Bangalore for repair work. I had handed the phone over on 17th July 2014 but till date no response from them has been received and on top of that after a dozen of phone calls the only thing i get to hear is - "We will call you in sometime and give you all the details and send you the estimate!". My job number is - W[protected]. Till today i have not received even a single phone call from them regarding my phone. I want Sony to please take a note of this, and do the needful!         Good evening sir/madam, I am Gowtham from Tirupur Tamil nadu, i had used xperia l mobile and with that mobile i had got some problems repeatingly .I had submitted for service in Tirupur K.G.Electronics, No.10, Thennampalayam Extn, Palladam Road, Tirupur-641 012. ..They had changed the main board 3 times...Totaly i had given 4 times service.And now 5th time i had asked for replace my mobile.I had submitted my mobile on 28/07/2014 my ticket id is [protected].I had asked xperia T2 ultra instead of my xperia l.They had said that we will send mail to head and after his reply within 7 days they will inform me the discount pice..And if i am ok, and after my payment i will receive my mobile within 20 days...But whenever i am caling to service center they are replying me the same answer that we had sent them the mail but they had not yet replied..Due to this i am suffering a lot without mobile.It is 30th day today but now also i am getting the same answer from the service center...when i called customer support regarding this problem they had said me that there is no status regarding your complaint ...please mail to this mail id - questions.[protected]@support.sonymobile.com it will be usefull for you and you will get the status soon.I had mailed to this id given above on 20/08/2014.And i got a reply that i will get solved from this problem within 48 hours, but till now i didnt get any answer.And also i had mailed to [protected]@ap.sony.com yesterday 25/08/2014 there is no reply for me.

            I have purchased Sony Xperia ZR cell phone from Sony Centre, Tambaram Sanitorium, Chennai on 01-Jan-2014. Upto 3 months the condition was very good but after that problem is, "what i speak other person can't hear(I guess MIC problem)" But till now they didn't tell me what is the actual problem. On May 7th, 14 for first time service i went to service center which is located in West Tambaram, Chennai named Chennai Service. They have just updated the software and gave without repaired anything. And Second time I went on May 15th, 14 same thing they have done for second time too(Just updated the software). And Third time I gave on May 22nd, 14. I got my mobile back by June 5, 14. Which is again not working. Again I have given for service on June 5, 14. Two times they have done software update. And third time same problem occurs they told they have send it to Delhi center for service. After a month I got my mobile on July 9, 14 with the same problem. They told will send again to L4(As of I know it is located in Delhi). They have got my mobile on July 12th, 14 and I waited for 20 days, they told 5 more days, I waited again. But actually I got it on Aug 25th, 14. Problem has not repaired. They told me it is replacement. But they didn't repair also. I got my same mobile back with the same problem. Actually they told they will replace my mobile but they didn't replace and repair. How I gave my mobile same I got it back. What the hell service they are doing in Sony service center? I think they have just kept aside and given me without repairing. If they really repair the handset then why the same problem occurs again and again. Is this service center(Chennai Service) problem or Product problem?? Is they really repairing the device? What is solution for my problem? Nobody is responding properly in Chennai Service. I just want my money back(Refund Full amount). In case if you are not refund my money, I will go to consumer court or press meet. I have all the proof. Immediately i wanted to talk to concern person or senior officer. This is my contact number : [protected]. I hope you will look into issue and take some action. Refund my amount. It's been serviced twice (once in Bellary service centre and other in Bangalore Koramangala Service centre) but again I'm facing the same problem.

                Hi, This is in reference to case # 20552080. I received a response from Meena Bose Customer Relations - Corporate Office, New Delhi. In her email she mentioned that she would get back, it has been more than a week and I have not heard from her. I am again resending my email to the customer care email address that I could find online. This is the limit of harassing your clients. I have also updated this on Sony Facebook site, even there we receive an automated message and all communications are forgotten from there. Are you trying to harass the customers so much that we have no other options but to bow our heads down and meekly accept my damaged handset and live with it? Below is my story and I will fight for this till the END I have purchased a sony xeria Z2 from Sony Center in Vash, Navi Mumbai, Maharastra. I had purchased this as sony was providing protect secure accidental damage cover for six months, I have also extended my warrant to 2 years (of course by paying extra). I purchased this hand held on June 2014. After a week when it fell off my had it chipped off the side of the body. I reported the same to Sony service center in vashi. Sri Sai electronics, shop no F1/11, Sector 5, Vashi Navi Mumbai. They informed me that this could not be changed, and they could do nothing about the damage. After a month or so, it has started developing cracks (one on the right hand top corner another on the right hand bottom corner). These cracks are growing. I visited the service center again and this time they provided me a "Job Sheet" (The Job sheet No is however not filled, none are any other official information, except for the details I filled myself). I reported this on 1st Aug 2014, a couple of weeks back they inform me again that they cannot do anything about it. I still do not have my hand set with me. 1. Firstly I want this escalated to the highest level. 2. I want to know all the "Good Reason" why you have provided accidental warranty and cannot "do anything" about it. 3. If I do not hear from you all, or if my case is neglected, I will reach out for legal action. It has been almost 3 weeks (I still do not have my phone with me) and have still not heard from anyone. It is really frustrating to report a complaint or escalate, as I feel there is no escalation procedure. Once the product is sold the customer has to literally beg, plead to the support staff. They are rude and "NOT" trained on soft skills. This is an desperate attempt to ensure that people in sony to hear my issue. Thanks, Boby Varma Cell - [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

                  In May 2013, I had bought a Sony handset "XPERIA U ". In mid February 2014 the touch screen from left side didn't work properly. In march Before "HOLI" festival I had complained it to my dealer and handed my Handset for repairing, dealer says to me to come back in 15-20 days. But after 15-20 day he says it didn't come form Service center come back after a week. After a week he maid the same request till the warranty expires in may then, after he handed the handset saying that it is repaired. But when I bring the mobile to my home to check it I found there is no repairing done in my mobile, Because I had facing the same Problem. When I complained that to the Dealer he says the warranty date is expired and you have to pay for repairing of your mobile handset. I said its your mistake to which he says nothing. I want to complain against that dealer for cheating me.

                    We have an LED TV with model no KDL46EX720 which was purchased 2 years ago. Unfortunately when we shifted our house, the LED panel got broken.I logged in a complaint and when we took to sony authorised service centre, they said it would approximately costed Rs. 40000 and i agreed to pay that, but now they say the panel is not available in INDIA and asked me to take the TV back. It has been just 2 years and the Panel is still available, but telling that the part is not available in india, is really very bad to hear, because SONY is an international brand and telling that the part is not available in india is wrong, since the part is available in Dubai it is the duty of the company to get the parts of a product which is available, just cant tell that the product is not available. the company is more interested in selling new TV's rather than solving a problem of a customer, they very easily say you could exchange to new TV, It is really pathetic to hear from such a big company like SONY that withiun a span of 2 years, parts not available

                      My sony phone Xperia Z1 touch has broken. I submitted to Sonly service centre 158 Rash Behari Avenue, Kolkata Neosa Electronics for repairs on 27th July, 2014 today is 25th August, 2014 and the phone has yet not been repaired when ever you can them they say that the art is coming and will be done in 1/2 days. And if we keep calling them hey are getting angry. Today they assured that it will be ready but when I called again they have said that the part is coming today and will be repaired shortly. They have also taken advance payment of Rs.6000- for the phone. Please mail reply to [protected]@yahoo.com

                        Hi All, I am srinivasarao nirujogi, I bought Sony laptop in the month of December 2012 and took 3 years of extended warranty. Currently my laptop is under warranty. Recently I cam across a problem, on my laptop screen, i could see horizontal & Vertical Lines and those links are keep on extending. I carried my laptop to Sony service center, they told me that i have to go for replacement of screen and its chargeable. My question is, why i need to pay even my laptop under warranty . i was told that everything will cover under warranty except physical damage. I never did anything wantedly and not sure what caused for those lines, and they did not do perform proper diagnostics. Below are the laptop Details : Model : Sony Product SVE15127 /B ( Model -SVE151A11W) Serial Number : 7002171. I am having good faith and trust on sony department.                             Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you very much for your prompt action and getting inspected my TV problem by your authorized local service centre M/S. Neosa Electronics(P)Ltd, Haldia on 20.08 2014 (Service Job Sheet No.3253903), against allotted service request ID no. 20508284 dt.18.08.14. This is to inform you that I brought this 32" Sony Bravia, LED TV, Model – KDL 32EX 550 in May 2012 vide Tax Invoice no.BB/CM/00932/12-13 DT.30.05.2012 at Rs.39, 900/= from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt ltd, Kolkata. The same was installed by Mr.Hazra of Neosa Electronics ( P ) Ltd, ( Sony Authorized Service Centre) Haldia in June 2012. It carried a warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase as per warranty card provided by Great Eastern, Kolkata ( attached scan copy) Present age of my TV is two years two months twenty one days. In 26th month itself, my TV, Sony like brand become dysfunctional. First the problem was noticed during world cup football match somewhere in May’14, a single very thin green horizontal color on the top edge. We thought initially that it is due to cable transmission problem and accordingly cable details were checked thoroughly. Cable operator also could not diagnosed any problem in his system and asked me to contact the TV personnel. After some days of operation, the line width become wider and color become combination of black and white at the top.I immediately lodged my request stating the problem online and also through mail communication in June 2014(allotted request ID was.19726942 dt 20.06.2014).During this time due to very critical family problem in my home front, I could not arranged to offer Sony service people’s to inspect the TV problem against the mentioned request ID. So again, I lodged second request in the month of August’2014(allotted request ID was 20508284 dt.18.08.2014). Against this ID request, Mr. Hazra of M/S. Neosa Electronics ( P) Ltd, Haldia visited my House on 20.08.2014 ( ref. service Job sheet no.3253903 enclosed )and inspect the TV problem. As per the verbal communication of Service Engineer the problem is in the display panel and it needs replacement. Please be noted that nothing has been mentioned about the identified problem of the TV set or ASC comments in the mentioned Inspection job sheet after post inspection. Subsequently, Mr. Sharma of M/S. Neosa Electronics called me and told the the system job no.J41866371 and estimated cost of repair for replacement the panel is Rs.14, 200/= Please be noted that while discussing this problem with the shop from where TV was purchased and your local service center, I came to know that this type of problem is taken care by Sony India Pvt Ltd free of cost if had it been informed to Sony India within two years after purchasing TV. Now sir tell me can any customer identify this panel problem just by observing an extra color thin line on edge of top that to sometimes coming and then disappearing, when full picture of the TV is not vanished. And can a customer purchased a TV, whose brand name is SONY, will expect ever this type problem in the newly purchased TV within a span of only two years. Never sir never, that is why customer spend his hard earn money on choosing and purchasing SONY BRAND TV and not other brand TV. But sir, this very important two years warranty information on panel replacement has neither been shared in the warranty card nor informed by your authorized service center during installation &amp; commissioning the system. In the warranty card it is also written “warranty of 1 Yr from the date of purchase and Valid up to June-2013”. So two year completion after purchasing my TV is June’2014. I lodged my request on June 2014 and that is well within two years after purchasing the TV. If two years is the bar limit then I can put my humble request in front of SONY management to consider my appeal and warranty facility should provide to me on Customer Good wheel norms. I have also some queries as given below about your warranty norms and information as not shared by the company, dealer and service centre : a.Sony is provided extended warranty facilities depending on customer requirement and wish. Then why it is not mentioned anywhere in the warranty card. Why the shop or authorized service people did not asked or requested me for availing the facilities during purchase and installation the TV. Warranty card should have the following information as published in your web site. Warranty Information Domestic Warranty Standard Warranty Extended Warranty Limited Warranty on VAIO Accessories b.If some parts of the TV is having two years warranty then why this information has not been mentioned in the warranty card and also not shared either by the shop where TV purchased or by the service center who installed my TV. c.If the above mentioned points would have clearly mentioned or shared with me then during purchasing and installation the TV then I could have taken preventive measures and act promptly towards lodge my request. Also I could have availed the extended warranty facilities. In this case my tension would have been reduced about the performance of the product. d.Sir, would you not think that sales and service department plays a very important role in any industry. Was it not there responsibility to inform and educate the customer every information about warranty facilities along with other tech. information’s, which customer can avail if any problem arise. e.The above incident has created the doubt that whether I have been given already a defective piece or repaired piece by the dealer. You will appreciate that consumers buy SONY product at the higher prices than the other similar product available in the market believing its quality by default. But now it seems that quality of the SONY is also being compromised at the cost of consumer’s faith &amp; cost &amp; if such type of quality problem faced by the consumer, Brand value of Sony will be erode drastically. I am really feeling very disturbed &amp; frustrated about my decision of buying SONY product. I don’t know whether the dealer or the manufacturer is faulty, but ultimately looser is customer who already spend his hard earn money of purchasing a substandard product unknowingly. I would appreciate &amp; request if you, kindly look in to the matter &amp; get the faulty parts replaced with the new one on customer good will warranty keeping the faith alive about the quality products of SONY. I shall look forward to your reply and a resolution to my TV problem and will wait for your positive and favorable solution.                             KDL-32EX550 display panel has gone, for replacing that Rs.15000 to be spent, it is almost 40% of the total money. sony very bad
                            Having the same problem, same model. KDL-32EX550, display panel has gone. I found red horizontal lines at the bottom of the TV screen and later it turned out to be purplish display. They are asking me to replace the panel which would cost a whopping 13 K. Never expected this quality from a brand like SONY.
                            It appears that the quality of this model kdl32ex550 is poor and not up to the mark and standard of sony products. The previous CRT Sony TV lasted over 20 years and there was only one complaint about the SMPS power supply which was duly attended and rectified. It was damaged in transit and Sony was not in a position to repair the unit. Then I opted for the bravia tv paying 36000/-. The red color has vanished and now the world cup is on in Russia. Of course a complaint was lodged, technician duly attended and informed that the panel required to be replaced and the cost would be around 33% of the original cost of the TV. The service centre is yet to come back to me with the protocol to be followed for getting the repair done. To and fro transportation of the TV would cost an additional 590/- if arranged by Sony. Nowadays a brand new android TV can be obtained at the cost of repair, which will carry a 3month warranty only. My fascination for Sony products is diminishing. Are they making products which work properly only for about 5 years?

                              I purchase Sony Bravia KLV-32R422B 32 Inches WXGA LED Television recently. I requested sony customer care for installation on 16th till date 24th there is no one came for installation. Worst services from sony. Simply looting customer and not providing services which they are suppose to provide. Mr Girish Sharma (floor manager simply misguiding) on behalf of company.

                                Hav Purchased R48B sony bravia 40" on June 2014, On Aug 24th 2014 while we were watching tv on a sudden the display was off but audio was on (screen went black, but audio was going on). Hav complained aganist the same and the ID #[protected].
                                It is a great shock to know that SONY a GREAT branded one is just fake off in two months, I hav gone thru the web and have seen many mails regd the abv problem...is the value of SONY BRAND is just washing away...in such a case how is it possible that within a time span of just 2 months my brand new LED display has been affected.
                                Is it so any manufacturing problem or SONY is taking customers for granted.

                                Hope I get an immediate response on the above, which will giv us a good trust on SONY again.

                                  I Have purchased SONY LED TV. Model - KDL - 46 EX 520 and SL no - 2439305 in June 2012 from Suriya Kiran Electronics Jwalaheri Delhi and in July 2014 had problem of no Picture coming on Screen, Black Screen, Complaint logged to Service Centre Karampura delhi, Engineer Visited after two days and intimated some parts are to be changed and asked Rs 3000/ after three days came and changed some spare and intimated that The T.V.Need to be sent to Service Centre Karampura Delhi, T.V.Sent to Karampura Delhi, they have told will inform you by evening that when the T.V.will be ready, no information after 3 days when service centre called they will inform with in two days, This is happening from Last one month and we understand that no action has been taken, We have take a Branded T.V for better performance but we are finding that the Sony is Cheating the people and no one is there who will listen, Can any Sony Service dept Senior is having any moral to support their Customer, If any pls provide the support and get the T<V repaired and deliver to us, This is really too bad, If it is continuoued like this we will ask our friendship not to purchase the Sony Products, A.K.Singh,

                                    Hi, I submitted my Sony Xperia C with job no-w[protected] on 6 Aug 2014. According to Service center my phone was sent for replacement after a 2 step approval from the Head office. As I asked from customer care and service center before 2 days that it is already approved for replacement on 20 Aug 2014. When i am asking today for the status the executive told me that it is pending for parts availability. Why are you waiting for a repairing process when you told me for replacement. Please replace my phone according the accidental warranty terms. I am waiting it from more that 15 days as the time is given expected 15 days. I am losing my patience and money cause of your late service. Please give me my phone asap in a good condition.I can't wait no more. There is no support from customer care with satisfaction. Customer care always ask me to contact service center and service center blames always Head office. What the Hell is this. There is no body to hear the consumer's complaint in a right way. I already sent many mails and queries to concern department. But always i get a mail with a request of co operation. The answers are not relevant. It is too much to experience a well reputed company with a very bad service. In future I never recommend Sony anybody after getting a huge tension and disappointment from your side.

                                      Hi There, I had bought a Bravia BX300 4 yrs ago and now my screen is getting a wax stuck all over look on it. I had spoken to the dealer who sold this to me and they say there is nothing that they can do(The panel has got spoiled).Since this is a very common problem among the LCD and LED televisions, isnt the company not doing anything to settle/satisfy the customer?? If not, I guess sony is tampering its brand name itself. There a lot of dissatisfied disappointed people out here who have invested their money on sony products. Anand, Kerala

                                        I am Arpit Patel([protected]) and I bought a Sony Xperia SP phone and before 10 months.
                                        In warranty period some problem generated in camera so I sending for solving that problem but after servicing that problem is not solved and the service center manager are not giving answer. Properly and they also taking the 1 or 2 months time for solving that problem but after they not solving the problem and they not given answer. properly to the costumer. So pleas taking action and provide the batter services to the costumer.
