    Sir,
    please refer the job no. J 4193736, against my sony LED MODEL KDL32EX720 which is under extended warranty,
    20 days passed, but no progress yet. The servicing centre official says that decision is pending from delhi office side for and they ask me to lodge a complaint to your site for a solution as they yet to recieve an instruction from the higher authority for the decision of replace/servicing the product, as parts are not available at their site. sir its the time of Onam festival in kerala..and its very disappointing for the whole family without telivision at home to view programmes for past 25 day..I request you to take necessary steps to get it repaired or replaced at the earlierst. thank you sir.

      Hi sir, I am Yuvabalaji. I purchased Sony Xperia Z from Mobile Xpress on 12.04.14. But unfortunately ON / OFF button is not working. I have shown my mobile and given for service in Sharon Electronics, Salem . In Service Center they said that this problem never comes under warranty. As just 4 months for the date of purchase I want to claim warranty for my mobile problem. Please do the needful as early as possible.

        Sir,
        I bought sony xperia z1 mobile phone before three month's.
        All the time its camera got hanged up.I went to the service center in tirupati, they have reinstalled the software many times.the problem repeated.so, they replaced a phone for me.
        The same problem is repeating now also.the problem has become more.It is showing that camera is not available every time.l could not able to take a single picture.
        The technician in service center cheated me.He replaced me a phone which is in worst condition than my mobile.
        I have called to sony xperia call center several times.when ever i called them, they are saying that they don't have any information.
        I HAVE THE ORIGINAL BILL'S AND JOBSHEET.I RECORDED ALL THE CONVERSATION WITH CALL CENTER AND SERVICE CENTER.

          I have purchased SONY VAIO laptop model VPCSB26FG/S E1 in Oct 2011. Since the time of purchasing it is giving problems. During the warranty period the hard disk crashed and was replaced. I lost all my data during this. Now again the problem has occurred and gave it to authorized service center in Ahmedabad and this time also they said hard disk crashed and problem with motherboard also. The cost estimation is 31, 000. No proper answer from service center as to why this problem is occurring again and again. And also after paying huge sum of money on purchasing it now I have to constantly pay for the repairs. With this amount a new laptop can be purchased. Also I am constantly having a fear of losing the data even I get it repaired. They replied that you system has worked properly for 2 years isnt it!!! This was no satisfactory reply. Called customer care twice every time to explain the problem to a new person. No proper reply. The system is becoming a headache for me and was not at all worth the amount of 53, 000 I paid for it if it does not even works for more than 2 years.

            I had purchased a Sony Viao Laptop last year on 9th Sept 2013. At the time of purchase i was told that within one year I can apply for two years extended warranty. For last one month I have been trying to reach your authorised Service provided A R S Appliances but not able to reach them as their nos provided on website are not working. I contacted the dealer from whom I purchased and i was told to get in touch after 2 weeks as the warranty extension coupons got over. When i contacted them two days before... I was told to contact service center as they are not doing warranty extension now. When I contacted customer care, I was told that sony has stopped the warranty extension scheme..looks like Sony has abandoned the scheme and left the Customers to suffer who purchased laptop on Sonys Brand name by paying premium name after the division has been sold. Within six months period my laptops Mother Board Conked out and it was replaced as it was under warranty. Now with no warranty extension... customers are left to suffer... is it not wrong to abandon the customers who purchased Sony product based on its quality. Was I at fault to have purchased Sony Viao ... what happens if there is any trouble again ... as I am left with no options... Learnt a hard lesson not to go by brands ...

              I purchased KLV32R412B online through infibeam.com. The TV unit received, on shipping address, is damaged unit itself on arrival. It has been confirmed today i.e. on 3rd Sept 2014 by authorized Sony installation engineer (Mr. Narayan), as the box been opened by himself. Details of the purchase: Online order id: 13512684 and invoice number: DT/140823/2174/0044, Invoice Date: 23 Aug 14. Its very unfortunate to receive such damaged unit, which reached after long wait of two weeks since the order placed. Hence, request company to look into this matter seriously and arrange for the replacement of TV unit as whole at the earliest. We are not interested in any part replacements for received damaged unit. Hope the response time will be quick this time and issue is addressed to the satisfaction.

                I purchased a sony experia sp modelfrom nearest dealer.the phone started giving problem after i month from purchase.It got hang and power was getting on and off.The mobile was repaired at authorised service center at indore 5 times within a year.Even after changing the mother board once the problem resurfaced. The mobile has been sent to service center again on 26th August 2014.The customer care was contacted several times with a request to replace the mobile but no action so far.Please help as i am planning to go to consumer court.                   I had purchased sony lcd model – klv -32s550a from fair
                  Electronics & appliances pvt.Ltd. Bhandup (W), mumbai on 06/01/2010. The
                  Above said tv started having problem of sratch like 2-3 lines & gradually
                  Some small white spots which with time have become into patches & have
                  Covered 90% of the screen by now. I had called the sony customer care number –
                  [protected] to register the complaint. On 27/07/2014 an techqnician from
                  Orbitelectronics visited our place and said that we will have to change the
                  Display panel and after making a call to his office he asked us to make an
                  Advance payment of rs.6000/- for the damaged part which was of approx
                  Rs.11800/- and said that they will fix by getting the new part within 3-4 days.
                  I did not hear from them for a week and when i contacted them they said they
                  Are arranging for the part & will call once the part have come but that
                  Never happen and everytime they said the same. Then one fine day they told me that
                  Now they are not getting the part & hence lcd tv cannot be repaired and
                  They arranged to send the refund of rs.6000/- on 21/08/2014 with the letter
                  Stating that as the lcd tv is 4 year old case and the damaged part is not
                  Available hence sony company is offering us 25% discount on mrp on sony bravia.

                  But i fail to understand here is that, is four years too
                  Longer duration that the company itself cannot replace the damaged part &
                  It also makes me think of what is the life of these kind to televisions.. I
                  Bought sony as it is one of the best and premium brand without even comparing
                  It to any other brand in the market though price wise sony is nearly 20-30 % more
                  Then others.

                  I am totally disappointed with the quality as well as after
                  Sales services.

                  And by the end i am left with to buy a new television that
                  Too with only 25% discount which effectively would be nearly 20%. As in market from the retail store one gets
                  Nice discount on mrp. To buy a new television of sony again means i have to
                  Bear nearly 75% of cost again in just 4.5yrs.

                  It makes me think whether i should stick to the brand ‘sony’
                  And if i do what gurantee i have that i
                  May not face such techqnical issues in short span of period with really bad
                  After sale service s ‘or’ should i explore other brands equally competative
                  With nearly 20-25% lesser price for nearly same features. We have been using
                  Many sony products ourselves and have been also recommending others to buy sony
                  Products but now its difficult to recommend it to others as even i am thinking
                  What should i do with my pending wish list of other gadgets to be bought which
                  Earlier would have been by default ‘a sony product’.

                  I request the concerend authorities at ‘sony’ company to
                  Look into the matter to either resolve the techqnical problem of my televisions
                  Display panel at earliest or offer me a genuine discount which makes me think
                  To continue my faith in sony and also effectively value for my money.

                    Dear Sir/Maam,

                    I purchased A Sony Xperia Phone (Model Number: C5502, Color: Black, IMEI No: [protected], SI Number:[protected] on 4th January 2014. Please note the date of purchase, the phone not even completed 8 months. I write to you this mail, after going to the customer care service center in Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Date of visit: 20th August 2014).
                    The problem started when I couldn't see the phone getting charged out of the blue. The entire battery was down and the phone refused to get charged. We went to the service center where we were told that we would have to pay 50% of the cost of the phone to get a new handset because of the glitch in manufacturing.
                    If an organization like SONY is providing such a low quality service to a customer who has always been brand loyal consumer, its really heartbreaking to tell you that we feel as if we have been cheated. A phone which is not even 8 month old and we are asked to pay 50% of the price as if you are showing pity on us.

                      I have purchased sony led tv model KLV32EX330 Serial No.3740046 from bangkok dated 06/05/2013 wide bill no.K8389200 your authorised shop INDRA SOUND & VIDEO LIMITED, BANGKOK.
                      It has some mistake in this LED TV on dated 27/3/2014 automaticaly so I have contacted your authorised service person but your service person called manufacturing defect in this LED TV..Then after I called to your Toll free No.[protected] but not response there.Then after I complaint your toll free no.[protected] again on Dated 01/08/2014.but not responce there so I went to your authorised service centre SUDHA ELECTRO SERVICES, KOTA (RAJASTHAN).Your authorrised service person called to me you purchsed from out of india so I do not replace your Pannel.If you purcased from india I replace your Pannel on free of cost.
                      So I request to you what it the difference in SONY products in INDIA and out of India.
                      I believe heartly in SONY products. and I advise to my all customers, friends, and my employees but I am very sorry for this matter.
                      Please replace the Pannel of my Sony LED KLV32EX330 Sriel No.3740046 on free of cost against warranty.

                        Hello It is disappointment on my part to say that a sony LCD TV we bought on the last weak of January 2014 has gone dysfunctional very soon and the customer care has transferred the case to the Star electronics A-9, C-block, community centre, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi 110028. two people has visited us but were unable to fix the problem in the TV and eventually told us that the TV has to be taken to the service centre and more than 3 days have passed but no one has turned up. Not only this, I have called up these service people more than 20 times, first they do not pick up the call and when they do so they only 'lie'. It seems as if these people are only expert 'Liar. the same is the case with customer care people (because I have spoken to them countless no. of times) they also lie. I feel I am cheated by sony sub standard product and poor and non professional service. So my product either be replaced or payback our money or I will be forced to access the last option - Consumer Court. as I have lost my complete faith in your product and services. copy of the invoice is attached.                           HI i'm Gamit Mehul. i submitted my sony xperia zl on 5 aug 2014 due to speaker problem. i submitted my phone at PARSHWA SERVICE AHMEDABAD .Aafter two days, they gave me phone but problem was not solved therefor i gave my phone second time, after 1 week they offered me z. they give me sony xperia z after 3 week, but they gave me faulty phone. screen brightness is low. sharpness, contrast and color is so high. I don't satisfy with sony xperia z, my older xperia zl have better screen resolution, i feel like i'm using china mobile. Therefor i gave my xperia z to PARSHWA SERVICE AHMEDABAD, but they update my mobile software and did't solve screen problem.
                          i dont pickup my phone, i gave them back, I don't want my mobile in this condition.
                          please solve my problem, and do some action against PARSHWA SERVICE AHMEDABAD.

                          they do not fix the wallmart. i purchased sony led tv completed 25 days.i request to complaint that come fast and fix wallmart as soon as possible.that person not come he is telling lies.i did call so many times they did n't respond

                            This is for your kind attention that 2 years back, We had purchased a SONY Bravia LCD TV Model No: KDL-40EX520,
                            SL No. 2429138 Dt:[protected].( Bill copy attached ) Inspite of pressures from the dealer to purchase some other brand,
                            we opted to purchase only SONY Brand. I regret to inform you that our TV got some problem like
                            Total Color veriation, when the Tv switch on its one corner starts getting green and black color fade comming.
                            On lodging a complaint at your authorized service center (ACCESS ELECTRONICS, VI/215/4 GRACE PARK NEAR
                            ELITE MISSION HOSPITAL KOORKENCHERY P.O. THRISSUR, 680007.) our TV got serviced and they charged me
                            Rs.500/- and still it is not functioning normaly. Its external AC installations are correct and also a Stabilizer is aprovided to
                            connect the TV.

                            As a precaution we switched off the TV for the time being. With this incident I feel that SONY TV`s parts are Inferior
                            and not up to the mark. I think its reliability lasts for its warranty period only. Comparatively low priced LCD TV`s
                            available in the market are functioning without any complaint. I feel very much disappointed by spending High price for
                            Sony LCD TV.

                            I am totally frustrated, and here by I humbly request you to kindly look in to the matter with utmost urgency and
                            rectify my Tv`s complaint either by replacing it with a fresh one or by reparing it with warranty.

                            Your immediate action in this matter shall be highly appreciated by me .

                              SONY sucks. its service sucks. Its people sucks. i have to submit my phone twice. first when i got my phone its upper screen was non responsive and then i had to gave it to the service center, and now i gave it again after two months of handling the phone at worst. Its screen is unresponsive completely, power button doesnt work, phone heats up like hell, camera doesnt work. please help me put sir/mam. i have paid almost 20, 000 rupees and you can understand how much it is for a common man. i am unhappy with this product. it heats up so much that i fear of exploding it. :( help me. if needed i will drag this matter to the court.                                 My name is Chandra from Santacruz mumbai. I have purchased new sony vaio laptop on 25/08/2014 Model no. SVF15325SNB serial no.0001817. I have got damaged piece then i have got replacement on 29/08/2014. Then on 01/08/2014 my laptop was getting some booting problem so i have submited for repair in andheri east sony service center they gave me one receipt in which log information number was written and they said that i can collect my laptop on the same day in evening time. When i went there in evening they said its recovery is not yet completed please come tommorw when i get a call from sony center i said ok. But I haven't got any call till 2pm so i tried calling on the andheri east sony service center number continuosly but no one picked up my call then after 2 hours one lady picked my call and replied that my laptop is not repaired because they were not having windows 8.1 cd (Such a stupid answer i got after wasting 2 days) Then Finally i have got my laptop at 7.15pm on 2nd day and when i checked my laptop they have installed windows 8 instead of windows 8.1. They are working for sony service center and they doesnt know that which laptop have upgraded features. One more thing the windows which they have installed is not activated and its asking for product key which they have not provided me so i wasted a lot of time to get such a small service.

                                  I have given a xperia zl for service due to hardware trouble on august 12th. Sony said they will give an xperia z as an replacement. But they are again giving an xperia zl saying it has no warrenty. How can i agree to a faulty model?. How can i repair if it gets hardware trouble again?

                                    I have Sony Xperia Z-Ultra phone. It's screen is broken and not working now. It's in warranty period. I inquired at sony service center, vadodara. They asked me that the phone is not repairable and I'll get 50% of discount on new purchase. My complaint is 50% is very less. At least it should be 80-90%. Please do me favor and give me 80-90% of discount. Otherwise I'll go to consumer court & CNBC Aawaz. Thank You... |

                                      My Sony Home theatre has stopped booting a month ago, Post, i called up the technical support and asked for assistance. The Technical SUPPORT team took my machine to the service center and one day later shoots me an estimate of 7000 INR for the replacement of the main board. I denied to pay the amount, as i am pretty much aware that the main board is responding properly without any issues only the disk tray unit has some mechanical malfunction. When i told the same to their leads and Managers, they are now putting lame excuses and not returning my product. Several emails, calls been made and end number of times i have requested them to return my product but they keep sayings its been sent to some other service center. I need some legal help...                                         Hi, We have bought a Bravia LCD TV, initially it was fine but now we are seeing a problem with screen, it looks like screen got baubles and TV became useless. Our relatives TV also facing same problem. This looks like more of manufacturing defect. We are always buying/using Sony products and now with this kind of defect we are not really happy. Kindly address this problem as soon as possible.
